Domino's Pizza in Wiltshire

Phoned through an order to be delivered. Payment taken, and told it would be 30minutes. After nearly 45minutes of waiting, received a call from them to inform us they don't deliver to our post code, and said they would refund the money. 5 very hungry and disappointed customers who were having a leaving celebration, which had to then be cancelled. We will not be using this branch again.

My daughter had a few friends for a sleepover, their request for Domino's had to be obeyed. The pizzas were fine, but when I collected them I was told that we couldn't have 2 extra dips but we could buy 3 for £1. Whilst I appreciate there is a cost involved, when spending over £40 on pizza a couple of extra dips wouldn't have affected their bottom line too much. When I suggested the above to the employee, he shrugged, turned his back and walked away. So - adequate food, but please invest in some customer service training for your employees especially when Pappa John's is just across the car park!

Can't fault dominos at all used them years never had a problem always arrives hot , on time and made perfect , they always have offers on via the app and also SMS updates , staff can be hard to understand but nether the less very friendly .

Can be very hit and miss to get a hot correct pizza. Can be every quick on delivery thou. Sometimes best off collecting. Can be expensive so we only get them wen on offer

Excellent service, always friendly and helpful staff, and always willing to help. Larissa in particular is always a pleasure to be served by and really is a credit to dominos. Pizza's are always excellent and very quick.

Excellent service very friendly food always hot when delivered everything you expect from a chain of takeaways very good if should get the order wrong very quick to rectify always have good deals on (meal Deals) apart from pizzas I have tried a vary of things all still very tasty cookies are extremely nice the only complaint I would have they never give enough sauce with the pizza I am sure if you asked they would give you more but not sure if you have to pay for them happy eating !!!

Ordered meal deal on website. Delivery very fast!!! Pizza cooked well, however felt a little untopped not much toppings. did phone up and try and complain but they were not interested

Gran lugar para pedir comida, el personal siempre es amable y siempre a tiempo cuando la orden allí app, que en sí es genial que tienen una app, lo que en realidad funciona de maravilla! La única desventaja de Domino's es el precio, no sólo algo la mayoría de la gente puede pedir cada semana, pero supongo que vale la pena Domino's porque no es sólo sobre el precio, pero de calidad!

Hi, i just wanted to thank all the staff at domino's for our recent order. It was my 50th birthday and we had a few friends over and decided to order a lot of pizzas. We ordered them in advance and they all arrived piping hot, exactly on time and the delivery man even bought them all through into the kitchen for us and unpacked them!!!! They went down very well indeed. Will definitely order from you again.

Sorry but even with a discount voucher nearly £30 for two pizzas NOOOOOO!!!!!!! I am sick of paying so much for what was peasant food but has become trendy so you pay 500% of what the price should be go to Tesco (other supermarkets are available and probably cheaper!!) and get them to make your choice for a fraction of the price.

Love the feed 4 for £20 offer! Always goes down a treat with the family, we are regular customers of domino's! Can't wait for my next order..

It's a Dominos, what do you expect A quick, easy meal to feed the family when feeling lazy. It's a shame it takes longer searching for a discount code than it does to eat the food. There's always one available so don't know why they can't just charge the lower price in the first place to save all the hassle

I ordered my food online after 40 minutes I began to think it was taking a long time, so I phoned the branch (whilst checking that payment had been taken from my bank account , which it had ) who told me that they hadn't recieved an order openly admitted that they have had problems .When I asked what I could do I was told to email and they will refund my money in 2 days ! All the while the manager did not bother coming to the phone but rather relaying messages to a young man who obviously didn't know what was going on. It's a real shame as I will never spend any money here again thanks to the attitude of the manager I now have to order food elsewhere this evening even though I have already paid for food once this evening.

Love dominos pizzas but quite a few times my order has been wrong and some missing items. It's a shame it is quite expensive too but they are worth it.

The usual Domino's pizza mix, stuffed with all sorts of chemicals. Don;t expect any different from any other chain pizza shop. After the first three mouthfuls, it is impossible to taste anything.

Love there pizza & cookies only buy on Tuesday though when it's 2 for Tuesday as they are very expensive but from ordering via the app its delivered within 20 mins always hot quick sufficient service

Have used this place for a few years but the standard of pizza seems to have dropped the last couple of times we have ordered. The food was lukewarm and seemed flat, not the nice full juicy pizzas we used to get. Seemed less ingredients and just not as nice as they used to be. Has put me off coming here again though do love the garlic dough balls and the garlic and Herb dips!

Ordered a pizza which we collected. Any size £9.99. We had half tandoori hot and half ham pineapple pepperoni on a thin crust. We have had pizza delivered before also. It's not Michelin food but sometimes it takes the stress out if cooking and is a nice treat. Two for Tuesday is best deal usually.

Stupidly overpriced. Expensive cheese on toast if you will ! Great delivery speeds though. Shame everythings got so much salt in it, felt like i'd been left in an arid climate with no water for a week !
