Domino's Pizza in Wycombe

Received a pizza with missing sliced, then complained, we received an argumentive response, and that the kept blaming us for being mistaken, and treated us as kids, and refused to refund us and it took explaining to show that a pizza is missing parts and then they sent a replacement, about 1-2 hours from original order, they sent the wrong pizza, since I ordered stuffed crust which was £2.99 extra, and they gave me normal crust and tried to blame me for lying and threaten to ban my account, and after some argumentive response from the dominos worker, they decided to send anothrr replacement, after about 2 and half hours, and I am still waiting, for my pizza

Arrived 45 minutes late and was cold. Absolute rubbish. No refund nor nothing. Won’t usecever again.

Always of a standard, you know what your getting. Always arrives within 45 minutes. Have found the staff can be abrupt when calling to order.

Good place to order take-a-way food from when I visit friends in the UK. Have ordered a few times before and the food always arrives on time and more importantly hot. Good variety of pizzas and polite delivery drivers. Keep up the good work.

The service at this Domino is very good. The driver was very kind and quick. Food was hot and tasty.

When ordering a gluten free pizza I was told to use the website as they couldnt take order online. Fair enough, so I looked online and couldnt see option for gluten free, so I called back to be told they didnt know how their own website worked and it was my problem. They didnt seem to grasp if i couldnt order it was really their problem long term. Useless waste of time, very unhelpful. When I asked to speak to the manager I was told to call back in 15 mins......he was too busy. Obviously not busy frequenting himself with the wesite alas. Amatuer operation.

Good delivery service and can collect but not the easiest to park at. Use the online app to order and pay and keep an eye on order. Good selection of pizza and extras.

Delicious pizzas. Their delivery service is good. The pizzas are always hot when they are delivered to my home. If you are a student, you get pizzas at a cheaper price.

I ordered pizzas for me and my wife tonight and was subject to, what I will rightly presume, as abuse. 'saf' or 'safira' was pleasant to begin with but once I complimented his Female college he started to 'shout' at her in, I would guess, Indian. Then become very very cagey when I asked to translate what he said. I have my suspicions, and they are only them, that he insulted me. I am a clear witness of eastern oppression. And the boss condemned and patronised me. Are these workers not taught to leave personal, religious, ignorant or poitacal views at home?? Dominoes seriously. Help me understand the thought process...

Ordered the £15.99 Winter Survival Deal for a family of three, with the Large Pizza, Garlic Bread, Wedges and Cookies. Enough food for us all. Downside .........why is the ice cream so expensive? Are you ever going to introduce fresh chilies?

Dominos pizza is our favourite pizza and we order quite often. It's good for the whole family as long as you all love pizza! And if we've ever had any problems, the staff are quick to fix it.. only down fall is how expensive it is for pizza!

Very confusing menu. When you go into the shop to order. Not the friendliest of staff but it's a stack em high sell them fast type of company so maybe I was expecting a bit more money

I went in to buy a couple of large pizzas on Friday. Once I had ordered them (was just waiting for them to cook) the manager accused me of being the person who last week phoned and abused his staff (verbally and racially). Excruciating conversation and won't be back for more. In case you're wondering, no I was not the abusive caller.

Remote ordering easy to use. Home delivery time was under an hour from time of order. Great Pizza's and good value for money. Handy delivery tracking device.

Using their online tracker our pizza was out of the oven for over 30 minutes before being delivered to us, when it was finally delivered, the food was luke warm at best. We refused the delivery after checking the temperature of the pizza. We called the store to explain that the food wasn't delivered hot, to be told by a rather rude and arrogant member of staff that the 'pizza tracker' isn't correct and our food was indeed hot. Despite it not being. At all. no offer to recook the order, or apology. An absolutely shocking level of customer service. When I then prompted that should we use Pizza Hut instead, the response was 'Go do that!'. If their customer service is this bad, I'm glad we didn't get to eat the pizza.

Recently ordered for collection, pizza was ready promptly but side orders delayed resulting in longer than expected wait time. Arrived just as App said order was ready and had to wait 10 minutes. Food to good standard though

Bien, ¿qué se puede decir? Dominos Pizza es pizza y es uno de los mejores. Para ser justos, hay un montón de opciones que siempre hay algo para todo el mundo. Sin embargo, en la ocasión que pedimos una entrega, parece haber tomado un tiempo largo para llegar aquí. Pero son gente bastante a menudo.

acaban de descubrir las delicias de la base italiana, es increíble, tan finas y crujientes. Dominos bastante exacto en vez de esperar demasiado, que yo prefiero sobre entrega!

Good selection, fast delivery, staff helpful and guide you for the best deal.Tuesday's two for one Love the garlic bread, but the potato wedges seem to taste weird.Recommend the chicken with Frank's hot sauce.

Quick service, clean premises, wide selection of normal pizzas but exceptionally and critically their gluten free pizzas are very good

well dominos are all mass produced so in reality you ge what you pay for their pizzas are vert tasty but the menu is so confusing you need a degree to decipher it

I had never experienced Dominos before. The team here were very helpful and tried hard to get us the best deal they could. Pizzas were better than I had anticipated. Freshly made, still hot when we got home.Thanks to the team.
