When on earth is Pizza Pantry now open? Have they waved the white flag due to the pandemic? Tried to order 4 times including a Bank Holiday but each time got the voicemail “closed”.

Just had the most amazing pizzas ....we ordered the xxl pepperoni as a special birthday treat ....reasonably priced and discount too if you order via the website ....we will be definitely ordering again

Had pizzas delivered from here and they were excellent. Please, if you prefer Domino’s etc suspend your preference and order from this guy as I did. The current situation with this awful virus is terrible for small businesses. I urge you to support this business as everyone involved is working so hard. The last thing we need is small businesses going to the wall.

First time ordering and last...food was half an hour late. Garlic bread inedible as completely burnt, chips cold and no coleslaw. Rang to complain and place is shut! Disappointed

I’ve been using this place on and off for over 20 years and recommending them very highly to many friends who still order. However last night I ordered via there website which boasts no extra charges unlike just eat. My order went through giving me an order number so half hour later I rang for a delivery update but no answer. No delivery turned up so I’m on a complete uturn as the website says open till 23.00 and my order placed 22.34 yet nowhere on the website is a order cutoff time. I messaged via Facebook and had a reply stating my order may be on its way.

We ordered from here because it was recommended through a family member. I ordered a pepperoni pizza and my husband ordered a meat feast, both with fries. The pepperoni pizza had 4 pieces of meat on it, dripping with grease and so much sauce I had to scrape some of the base off to eat it. My husband's pizza was basically a margarita with a couple bits of chicken on it and some "spicy" beef which had a weird texture when eating it. I think it might have been out of date. We threw the pizza away after eating a couple pieces each because we couldn't stomach the food. We ate half the fries, but they were also pretty greasy. After telling my family member we ordered from there, he said he doesn't eat there anymore because it's gone downhill so much!

Ordered this evening normally I can’t fault this place or food but....Tonight’s food was rubbish cheeseburger was stone cold asked for extra onion but all in all like 3 tiny pieces of onion,lettuce looked out of date!!! Brown and mushy Bit into my burger and was awful Chicken pieces burnt alsoReally disappointed

Been going to pizza pantry for over 10 years and always a loyal customer, always been great with food arriving really hot and quick. The last few times the service has been a real let down but i keep giving it another chance thinking maybe it was a one off, but no i wont use pizza pantry anymore!!! Always takes over an hour for food to arrive, then turns up stone cold and not very nice with the order wrong. I did call the last time to complain and was basically asked "what i wanted them to do?" The lad wasnt being funny in all honesty, just think they dont have a clue in customer service, he just said hell give me something free next time, sorry pizza pantry but i dont think there will be a next time!!!

Llamado el barco y me dijo: "oh, he estado ocupado" absolutamente patético y la pizza cuando llegamos estaba era repugnante. . Seco y recocido. . Nunca más. A la izquierda una crítica sincera en su propia página web y sorpresa, sorpresa que fue eliminado y se me bloqueo de su página de Facebook para una crítica sincera. Lo que una empresa deshonesta para rwmoving mi crítica sincera. Peor pizza en Widnes

Belter little pizza pantry I only work down the road when I work late I always call the guys at the pizza pantry cheap tasty food and it delivered within 10 mins the workers are great too

Must say this place never fails, fast delivery and also one of very few to have 5* hygiene Ratings. Would highly recommend this place.

Whenever we treat ourselves to a pizza, this is where we order from. The food is tasty and good value and they always deliver quickly. What's not to like :D

We actually won a free pizza from here. It was our first taste of the pizza pantry but we will definitely be ordering again. The pizza was amazing. Quick delivery, very friendly staff. Extremely happy!

Ordered several items for delivery, had a calzone, only 2 slices of salami and a few pieces of minced beef, pizza was full of cheese and onions, said on the menu fresh green chillies but cheap dried flaked chillies were used, ribs fatty on the upside the drinks were cold and the delivery guy was pleasant

Pedimos pizza oferta, buena relación calidad-precio, pero pizza no estaba muy bien juntas. enganchado en el medio y un poco underdone. También tienes que pagar 1,00 para la entrega y 50 peniques por tarjeta. Un poco fuera de fecha e innecesario. No pedir otra vez....

best pizza place ever fresh pizza and fries if you went any where else then you only get warm up fries here the food is top quality the driver was polite and helpful will recommend this place to friends

Have been a customer of this place for about 20 years now and have to say that their pizzas are by far and away better than any other 'big name' pizza company. Consistently very good quality food and, on the whole, speedy delivery. Good value for the portion sizes. On the odd occasion when the order has been delivered incorrectly they have been quick to rectify.
