Domino's Pizza in Preston

Went tonight at 10pmish girl scratching her nose and then sticking her fingers in her ears like she was trying to remove wax or something! While on phone.. Disgusting! Then went off the phone to make pizzas! Never eat from here again!! How this shop has 5* I don't know??

Given that domino’s pizza’s sole purpose in life is to cook pizza, I struggle to understand how the Bamber bridge store is so bad at it. Tonight I witnessed 5 failed attempts at pizza delivery for various reasons ranging from incorrect toppings to the pizza being stone cold and even raw. I will however give the caveat that we previously were Generally satisfied with the service. I would like to say the absolute experts in store handled the situation well, but the staff clearly fail to meet even the stores low standards. Next time I need 3 hours entertainment I’ll remember to eat first and then order a pizza from here.

Ordered on the phone for a pick up at the shop. Told 15mins arrived after the 15min from ordering to find the order screen saying ready !! Then waited another 10min in the shop to get my order, when I did get home found that I was given the wrong order #!!#!# the journey home had taken 17mins and to take the order back was not convenient for me , half of the order went in the bin not touched and the pizza's ....not good ..medium size with an inch and a half of crusts around it , filling just in the middle .. I should have put a picture on this but did not want a law suit to fight.. now I will not go back again ever ........

Delivery was very quick and when it came, the food was piping hot and the delivery guy was following all the social distancing rules!! Thank you!! Forgot to take a photo - the food was so good!

I used to be a big fan of Dominos and despite me living very close to this store, I very rarely use it anymore. Why? The quality seems to have really dropped over the last few months, whether it be a lack of toppings, or lack of cheese or sauce on the pizza. I also have struggled to understand the staff the rare time I've ordered over the phone (ironically to claim a free pizza, as they got my previous order wrong). Their product knowledge seems poor. I caused mass confusion when requesting half of my free pizza to have the sun-dried tomato and garlic sauce base on it. The staff kept insisting I wanted garlic spread on top of the usual pizza sauce. Also they no longer offer anchovies. (Admittedly they probably aren't popular) One big thing I certainly miss from Dominos are the Double Decadence and Dominator bases. Having said that, knowing what the staff are like, they'd probably make a Dominator pizza with very little cheese/herb sauce that it would be dry in between the bases. The only positive I can think of, is that they're usually very quick at delivering orders, although as I said earlier, I'm not far away at all, just not quite walking distance.

This place is incredible, never fails to deliver to me in less than 20 minutes, great pizzas, great offers, great staff - would recommend.

I ordered online for a ‘winter survival’ deal at £19.99. This is a pizza, garlic bread, wedges, cookies and drink. I ordered a meateor pizza but swapped out the bbq sauce for the sun dried tomato and garlic. It arrived promptly and all seemed fine until I started eating the pizza. This tasted dry and didn’t appear to have any sauce on it. I telephoned the store and explained what was wrong. This was met with disbelief from the guy on the phone and I was made to feel like I was trying to get another free pizza! I was told that the whole pizza would have to come back to the store so that it could be sent to ‘head office’ for analysis, REALLY?! I didn’t have problem with this and said so. The guy said he would send another out and collect this one. I waited for an hour 15 before calling back. The same guy ‘Zed, manager’ said that he had forgotten. I said for him not to bother and I would bring the pizza to him so he could send it for analysis to head office. On arrival I showed the pizza to Zed and he argued that there was sauce on it despite seeing clearly that there wasn’t or certainly not enough to warrant comment. Zed said that he would make me a fresh one but it was too late by this point and I just wanted financial reimbursement. This was not offered and I left the shop feeling very disappointed, ripped off and like I was the one at fault. At no point during any of this did I receive an apology. I don’t normally give negative reviews as i know the impact this has but this is not the first time we have had wrong orders from this Dominos and we have spent a lot of money here as there are a lot of us in the house, but I draw the line at being made to be felt the way I do. Needless to say we will be spending our money elsewhere from now on.

ordered my pizza and when it came the pizza was still doughy, not cooked, phoned up to complain and ask for replacement. was told 25mins, but still sat here after 35mins and no pizza. not good enough

We fancied something a little different so decided to try Dominos new medium Buffalo Chicken Pizza along with some Meltin' meatballs. Both of these dishes were absolutely delicious with a hint of spiciness about both. Very moreish hit the right spot! On ordering I spoke with a very helpful Manager called Harry who recommended the above meals and offered me a special deal, I think,as it was a Monday night. He let us have an additional 4 chocolate cookies too. The complete bill - £18.99 delivered which we thought good value for money. They promised a delivery time frame of 45 mins and a pleasant driver delivered within that time- all hot and ready to eat. This latest meal was truly excellent and was a great contrast to the one we had about 6 months ago. Dominos have certainly turned things around since then. We can certainly recommend the Buffalo Chicken Pizza and the Meltin Meatballs that's for sure. Well done Harry !! :-)

Always hardly any toppings on pizza , just like eating bread with ketchup, overpriced. Won't order anymore. Don't understand why Dominos is so popular, any random takeaway is better than this.

Always a favourite to order for a weekend takeaway, my favourite is the sizzler pizza with garlic and herb dip, which is always consistently delicious with a quick delivery service and friendly staff!

I ordered 2 pizzas, one normal and one ‘gluten free’. They came within half an hour but the ‘gluten free’ pizza wasn’t gluten free and also had a topping on which was meant to be taken off. This is very dangerous because my friend is a coeliac, so would be in hospital if she ate the pizza. I called domino’s and they said that the pizza has been made wrong, we’re really sorry and will send another pizza within 20 minutes. 40 minutes later I called them to check that it was coming and they had no recollection of the correct pizza being sent out so again, said another pizza will be sent within 5 minutes. 30 minutes later, I called them as it had not been delivered which is where they put me through to their manager, he told me I could only have the correct pizza (which I paid for) if I gave back the old one which I received over an hour ago, which I binned and as I am at a campus uni, it was a long walk back to my accommodation to find the bin we put it in. Therefore we said we were unable to provide the wrong pizza they sent so the manager said we can’t have the correct pizza unless we pay for it and wouldn’t budge on this so I said I have found the pizza so they sent it out. If it wasn’t for the delivery man, Nathan, who was very reasonable and gave us the pizza, my friend would of had to buy another pizza or go elsewhere. Absolutely horrendous customer service from such a well regarded and respected company.

We rarely buy our pizzas from franchise chains but so glad we have now. We pre order then pick them up( never a long waite and usually ready when we get there). The toppings are fresh, tasty and good quality. Not heavy on the cheese and taste low in fat. The garlic dread is yummy also. They have won our loyalty.

We ordered 2 medium (11.5") sized Dominos Tandoori Chicken hot pizzas by telephone. This was the first time we have used Dominos for anything, so were expecting something really special for the money. The pizzas were certainly full of green and red peppers with a few onions and mushrooms thrown in. However the Tandoori Chicken was very noticeable by its absence. If there was any- it must have the odd tiny piece which one couldn't see or even taste. We ordered 2 pizzas originally to qualify for the 50% off voucher we had when you spend £15 or more by entering a code on ordering. Our bill for the two pizzas should have been £31.98 delivered x 50% = £15.99. The girl charged me £20.99 and said that the deal was only available with a voucher for orders on line only. The voucher does NOT state this. Maybe there are other pizzas that are a whole lot better than The Tandoori Chicken one we ordered and which actually have the filling in that is specified on the menu. Who knows ? We certainly won't bother in future though. Sorry Dominos!

Good service and tasted just like what we expected from Dominoes great to find on the high street too.

TL:DR - Domino's Pizza - You know what you're going to get... So, what can I really say; This is a Domino's Pizza... It has the same menu as other Domino's Pizzas across the counry, uses the same ingredients and equipment, and produces pizzas and other products which are recogniseable to anybody who's eaten in other Dominos... Their pizzas are reliably good, but don't expect a revelatory experience where angels descend from the heavens... There staff change regularly, but are reliably average... They deliver the pizza to your door, but it's cheaper to collect... My only real word of advice is to work out what your pizza will ost using the usual vouchers and offers before you ring, and then ask for a total. Some of the staff are really helpful, and will work out the cheapest price for you, but others won't, so it's good to be able to correct them on the phone as to how much you actually owe them, taking into account the vouchers and offers which Dominos are notorious for using to muddy the waters regarding their pricing!

You get what you expect, used them lots and lots, minor issues solved straight away. Used loads last year and will do so soon

No te molestes - plentty de pizzerías para elegir. Dominos es cosas sabroso para seguro, pero al doble de precio.

We ordered about 2pm on a Monday, really easy, took about ten minutes.Very friendly, Delicious personal tandoori chicken pizza, speedy, easy to use voucher and delicious..!!

Ordered from here lots of times. Always delicious and hot when it arrives. I always order using a deal so it's cheaper. Two for Tuesday's is always a great deal.

Got to the hotel page and starving, so ordered some pizza. They never delivered. Called and they said they would refund me. They didn't and I had to take it to the credit card issuer as a fraudulent transaction.

Food delivered fast, friendly driver, nice pizza, was hot when arrived............... Thanks............

Terrible cold tasteless rubbish nipped in 13 quid for the soggy cold chicken strips they forgot the dips. Never going to waste my hard earned cash again
