Every single staff member I have interacted with has been kind, professional and provide simply excellent customer service. It rare these days to find somewhere like this.. I can't praise them all enough.. well done.. also the pizzas are pretty good 😊

I didn’t use Domino’s delivery service for a while so was a bit surprised there is delivery fee and it is quite high compare to Uber eats. But that wasn’t a worst thing. I have to wait way too long for pizza. It was look like, delivery is on city tour, drive around the city instead of go straight to delivery point. That was ridiculous. I was waiting around 20 minutes until delivery guy called me and asked me to pickup a pizza from the given location which was the other street. I refused as I thought it is ridiculous that I paid extra for delivery and still need to pick up a pizza. Delivery guy wasn’t happy and quit rude that he need to walk to me to give me a pizza. When he arrived, pizza was entirely cold but he kept being rude and said it’s warm just left the oven. I fed up. Taking all circumstances in account and especially fact that pizza was cold I refused to collect it. I called to Dominos to ask for refund, because delivery took way too long and pizza was too cold. They said that there was also other pizzas for deliver that’s why it took that long but kept repeating lie pizza was warm so no refund. They treat customers with no respect. That was my worst experience ever with food delivery. That was also last time I ordered from Domino Deepdale.

Gave me horrific food poisoning, avoid at all costs

Tried to charge £1.80 to swap tomato base for bbq. Never paid before and seemed a little pricey. I think they are trying it on with customers.

Ordered 5 pizzas whilst on the train from London to Carlisle, ordered them to platform 3, 30 mins before train was due, delivery driver came running down the platform carrying the pizzas to make sure they got on the train before it set off again, top customer service ! Give this man a pay rise

Nothing really I can say here will seem right to me, I don't like D's Pizza, and so only realised I went when I saw a box in my dustbin, it twigged as to why I'd woken up w/cheese in my teeth. Drunk pizza buying it was, at least I was walking I suppose....

I would like to make you aware of my extremely bad customer experience with Nedas and the Preston Deepdale Store. I placed an order on Sunday 3rd April 2022 at around 6pm. I was missing an item upon delivery therefore I contacted the store by telephone at 18.44pm to be told the missing item will be delivered within the next 30 minutes. This was not received therefore at 19:34pm I contacted the store a second time to be told they would send the missing item out within the next 30 minutes. Again this was not received, therefore I contacted the store again at 20:52pm whereby I brought into question the integrity of Nedas as he had lied to me on two occasions. I had refrained from putting my 3 year old to bed due to the expected disturbance that it would cause with knocking on the door and the impact this would have with my dogs barking. What was supposed to be a relaxing and enjoyable experience resulted in a stressful and unsettling experience. Despite being told I would receive a full refund on my order by the Store Manager. No refund has been received to date. In addition, Nedas stated I would receive a full refund for my missing item (rightly so as I had paid for this and it was not received) this has also not been received. I have raised complaints using the forms on the Domino's website, however no response has been received despite it being over the 5 day period which it states it can take up to, to receive a response. I remain extremely dissatisfied and would not be recommend Domino's Preston to anyone.

So food 100% brilliant. Delivery absolutely rubbish - text that it is out for delivery a ten minute drive away nope turns up near 20 mins later fine if it wasn’t that there delivery area is so small I I have to have it delivered to me at work then get a taxi up the road a few more minutes to get home! Never lived in a town with more than one but all ways had delivery’s to much further afield- I.e lived on a farm in the middle of no where 18 mile from nearest domino’s got perfect delivery to the door and yet move to Preston with not one but two dominoes and can not get delivery to my door it is 5.6 mile from the domino’s and they will not deliver!!!!! What the ……….. can some on explain this to me ??!!!

Just now bought 2 medium sized pizzas and one was damn salty. When reported staff denied and refused to prepare another one. Totally disappointed with this branch.

Don't be fooled by the deal prices, they are misleading. For some reason they have started charging an extra £1.50 for delivery. As if it's not expensive enough already

COLD FOOD!! Made a complaint to be told, it's put on a rack so would've been hot. I live 2 streets way, food was cold and had to be re-heated, despite receiving a text stating it would be piping hot. DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Ordered a pizza deal with two sides as a collection order. Picked up the order in the designated time that was given and brought the food home. When opened, the pizza was stone cold like it had been left under the warmer for a long time. Wasn’t fresh at all. Tried to re-heat the pizza ourselves in the microwave and still didn’t taste fresh whatsoever. The whole pizza was absolutely tasteless! Spoke to the manager and she was no help either. Safe to say we will NEVER be ordering from this store again! Worst customer service I have ever seen

Love dominos and would get it every night if I could..the one thing I'm annoyed about is that whenever I try ordering from dominos preston it always says delivery unavailable, which mean I have to get papa John's instead. Please hire some more delivery drivers dominos preston.

I like domino's but all this limited menu rubbish i think im done till they get back to normal like every other shop has.

The employees don't seem to care for the residents. They dump their cars for 12 hrs shifts leaving us to park streets away on a daily basis .

Honestly, I love dominoes , I recived my food on the 28th off January , for me my children and my partner , all my food was cold , the pepori I pasion looked like it had been dropped on the floor the kickers the wedges and the chiken wings were all cold , I called the store said they would get a manger to ri g me no one has im 28 pound down and was left hungry because none off it was eaten ! So angry 😠

So today is my birthday. Ordered over £50 of pizza for my family but it never turned up. I rang the store who said they had GPS to prove it came here and the driver asked the person at the door to give the name of the person who ordered and this person gave my name but as I don't have it the driver must have asked this person at the door is it for Julie and they have just said yes. I asked the Manager to send the driver back to that same house and she refused. I asked her to ask the driver what vehicle was on the front and again she refused. So we are searching the freezer for tea and someone is having a ball with free pizza. I have been ordering Dominos all my adult life because its my favourite but I will never buy it again. I will stick with Pizza Hut because they at least would have sent the driver back. Shameful. Worst customer care I have ever experienced. I actually feel like crying! As I haven't got it I would have to conclude their driver is a liar.

not even worth 1 star..placed order online to be told we hadn't paid.. replace the order to be told the same.. check my bank and the money has gone out both times.. rang and spoke to someone who said we would have to wait till midnight to see if we're telling the truth... then paid for a 3rd time over the phone... my partner is heavily pregnant and we pretty much has to beg for our food... never again.. food best be good after all this... I am told if I have paid I will be refunded in the next few days.. until then we're on beans then as that was the last of our cash until pay day..

Great food, the lady on the phone was nice and helpful, however the driver has disappointed me, I understand it is probably busy and he/she wants to be fast but the driver should of asked for either name or order number or call the buyer to ensure the food gets to the right hands, I live in shared accommodation and I'm lucky to have cool people living with me so she left pizza downstairs on the table. Someone else couldn't be that lucky

If I could have left a zero I would have! Guest satisfaction zero! I got charged over the phone £26.11 then told my payment didn’t go through and made to pick up my freezing cold order and pay again! The manager a girl call Alex I think really need some hospitality lessons and as for side kick Karl to stand & threaten me! He clearly has issues in his personal life and learn some decorum. Oh also I have a intolerance to cheese and my without cheese meal came smothered in cheese - IF YOU HAVE AN ALLERGEN THEN BE WORRIED, they will offer you a replacement however to late if you have had a reaction - HONESTLY THE WORST DOMINOES EVER

Atrocious service, the driver could not find the address and drove past at least twice and by the time my order was finally delivered it was cold !! The staff in the store were less than helpful and even put the phone down, eventually was told by someone else after I'd called back that a Manager would call me......... as yet no call......... disgusting customer service DO NOT USE THIS STORE !!!

Staff unbelievably rude, no doubt the manager I've read about on another review. Lied about not being able to take cash because they were so busy. Said they were closing soon, it was 10.30pm....they shut at 1.30am!!!!!! Couldn't understand English it was a JOKE. Put the phone down in the end and ordered somewhere else.

ordered some food including cookies and didn't get the cookies, got garlic bread instead so i rang up spoke to a nice man who said he'd send some out to me for free. waited over and hour and didn't receive them so i rang up again to ask about it and was answered by a very rude man who told me I won't be getting the and to ring in the morning as the store is shut, even though it closes at 2.45am and i rang at 11.30pm. i have ordered before and it's been fine but i wasn't happy with how the situation was dealt with. won't be ordering from this store again.

I've not had dominos for years untill about a month ago I've ordered about 5 times via the app which is quick and easy to use. The delivery is so quick and the driver is polite almost like there happy to see you. Yes they may be pricey specially the pizza but me personally havnt had a pizza from dominoes since I can get pizzas just as nice for half the price but I have had everything else which is super delicious. Apart from expensive pizzas there's not one negative about dominoes but if you think it's worth paying then go ahead. 5*

Fantastic service! Delicious pizza was delivered super hot and within 22 minutes! I had meet free cheeseburger pizza and it was one of the best pizzas ever! Thank you and see you again! Xx

Great tasting pizza, made very quickly to order and the staff were friendly (if a little rushed) when I picked it up. The pizza is a little more expensive than most other places, but it is worth the extra couple of pounds - and when you buy more than one there are usual hefty discounts.

Nearly been waiting 3 hours for our order which knowbody knows where it is?!? And every member of staff we speak to is stressed out not really making sense and being rude! Not once after calling 5 times now has any staff members apologised? No! Really gutted our app order went to this branch tonight.

Would go lower if I could because twice it’s never arrived absolutely ridiculous. NEVER AGAIN

As always, a fast delivery! I always order the domino cookies as they are mouth watering! There is always a deal on the app or website though I wish when 'add[ing] a side', there was an option to change is the dessert. The pizza in itself is already filling to add a side is often too much. Especially to a student dining alone.

Good pizza shop slightly difficult location for parking but prompt service on delivery and collection. there are always offers on here

Overpriced pizza that arrived barely warm on a few occasions

If you order a pizza without using any discount rs, it's top end dominos quality with super quick delivery. If you use any promotions or money off discounts though, corners are cut and it's generally of an 'ok' quality (as opposed to being brilliant).

I go once a week to collect pizza which is made just as I like. Staff are always helpful friendly and professional. Always very clean premises. Would not go anywhere else. Highly recommended.

I ordered online, the process was pretty easy. I used my student discount, so the price wasn't overly expensive. Delivery was very fast and the pizza is delicious. I recommend this place 👍

Horrible staff the store manager Jason is rude and thinks hes some big shot. I heard you are not allowed to speak your native language in store with your country men even if it's unofficial talk. So the drivers are panicked all the time. Rubbish experience.

Following a run in with Dominos about an order placed over the internet (**) and the absolutely ridiculous advertising campaign .. which has made me think twice about buying anything from Dominos. We had looked at getting a pizza from Pizza hut but basically two pizza's was going to cost £35. With the Domino's offer of the week (there is always one) the same pizza's could be obtained for about £15. Whilst I loathe Domino's adverts .... at the end of the day simple economics kicked in and ordered from Dominos. Pizza's arrived about 1/2 an hour later. Pizza's were hot and as ordered. I really have no choice but to give them a 4 out of 5. (**) we placed an order for Dominos via the web site what happened then was that my credit card was charged but the order did not get passed to the local store. The advice on the web site it to contact the local store who told me as they knew nothing of the order there was nothing they could do. Eventually an impasse was reached where by the local store begrudgingly gave me the central number complain to and money was refunded. That said because of the extremely dismissive attitude from the local store about the problem this whole process took about 2 hours. I then ordered a take away curry .. but cash on delivery. Obviously I did complain centrally and did get some free pizza. So didn't completely black list Dominos, but the topical tip here is cash is king ... do not pay by card.

Tasty food but prices are high so make sure to look for deals
