Ziba in Preston

Always a pretty good kebab from here and not bad prices either, but the pizza can be very greasy. Decent delivery time and friendly enough staff

Just the best pizza and kebabs in Preston Waited 20 minutes for two kebabs, there was a mix up apparently. When we got home they were cold. So obviously been made then left sat around for ages. Very disappointed 😥

Should be the only place to get kebabs and pizzas it's that good

I never had a stomach problem ( or poisoning) after Ziba kebab's.

Just came back from hol thought we would go to ziba, it was disgusting we had 2 pizzas and a garlic bread and chips it was all cold and soggy our money it to hard earned to waste on rubbish like that, it seems as soon as the owner is not there it goes to pot such such a shame it was so good won't be back been going for 20 years + won't go back

I ordered online and my order took 2 hours to come!!! I also rang up they said to me that my food will be 10 mins 1 hour later after the phone call I finally received my order

Been using Ziba for years, ordered food tonight at 19-50 was told be an hour, range at 21-30 was told o it’s way, only max 10 min away, rang again at 20-10 told on its way ?? Disapointing as food good but when boss is not in it seems to be staff don’t care, shame won’t use again 😡😡

..if i could give this zero stars i would..paid £36 pound for food thats inedable!! The order arrived freezing cold. The chips had a really foul tatse to them i nearly vomited at the horrible tase 🤢 the nann on the kebab was stale and thr chicken didnt have a good flavor eaither it had a very sour tatse to it!(probably off )Gutted at spending all that money on overpriced food thats very poor quility ! Never will i order here again !!!!

Very poor ordered and was told 40 mins rang after an hour to see what hold up was to be told it was out with driver another hour and half later still nothing as I was on phone to ziba the door goes food had arrived after 2 and a half hours opened the food and as ya can guess everything was freezing cold so rang back to get a very rude owner telling me there was nothing he could do about it didn't even offer to replace food just told me he would send delivery driver back to get the food and would issue refund the funny thing is the driver returned 10 mins after I got off phone complaining. STAY AWAY FROM THIS POOR DISORGANISED VERY RUDE ESTABLISHMENT !!!

Not so great had kebabs,garlic bread and chips, we ended up with the runs.

The food wasnt bad, but the service was horrendous, i tried calling 35 times and i got through once they had me waiting 2½ hours for a pizza safe to say regardless of the quality of the food im never going back

Ordered a chilli burger this is what it tuned up like to what it is supose to look like , I rang up and for them to say they havnt got any onion rings and said sorry and put the phone down on me that’s the last time I go there

I have been ordering from Ziba for many years now have always been pleased with the food. I placed a big order on 09.12.23, as I had guests over, when the for arrived it was extremely cold. When I called up to tell them, I felt to be made a lier and they were not interested in putting it right for loyal customer!

I usually enjoy the pizza i get from here with some chilli garlic sauce on and some donner topping. The last visit the donner was really dry and i was given the ‘old’ donner that was cold. Thats fine, i left that but today i ordered again and asked for a little chilli garlic sauce and i received sauce with a side of pizza. No apology or warning that it’s happened, bottle may have slipped and understandable but to let me go home and have a non edible pizza, let down today

I went onto zibas website to order food. My hubby had been working all day. So I thought I would look ziba up as there not on just eat. They have there own website. Ordered food and there website uses foodhub. Placed my order with bank card and as transaction was going through it said order failed. Gave me order number which dissappeard straight away and said if I was charged I would be refunded in 3/4 working days. My account was charged but pending for ages. Anyway I rung ziba straight away. Sorry nothing here. Ring foodhub. Contacted food hub nothing. Mentioned on my statement it says takeaway je. No we can't help you send screenshot of bank transaction. Screenshot is not aloud for security reasons with banking. Rang my bank yes it's stuck in transactions. Now today I've checked no pending after 3 weeks it's cleared and says just eat. Mmm. So just gone on ziba website and there online support on ziba website is foodhub. Who asked me did I order through foodhub or ziba. Ehhh I'm on ziba website on my account speaking to you. Did my order go through just eat. No just eat are nothing to do with us. So to me there scamming. As my order history also dissappeard within the second of my order going through on my ziba account. As my money was stuck in pending but showing up as takeaway je. Foodhub told me tonight that's what it should say. Mysteriously turns into justeat. Don't order on ziba website. Dodgy fraudulent stuff going on and trying to get your money back is impossible. But I will. DON'T USE ZIBA ONLINE WEBSITE.to place your order. As my order was being placed in the web bar at top it jumped through foodhub and datman. I mentioned datman and they played me like I was dumb. I screenshotted what might of happened and on a chat to someone els at foodhub they ended the chat.

Ive stopped by zibs again and it's tasty as always. Very much so recommend this place. Good prices and good food what more can you ask for

Great little take away on plungington road. Owner takes great care to serve and prepare food as you want +friendly. Other staff aren't as careful with their service. In saying so, Cheese burger and Pizza's both a must try (willing to swap toppings on pizza for the same price range of the toppings). Special donner good, + very decent portion size. Chilli sauce is home made it seems and has a satisfying spice and tang to it (warm sauce highly recommended if you're a chilli sauce connoisseur). Chips are good. Overall ziba is a little more pricey than some other shops around the area but the quality of food makes up for it.

Excellent food, but i went when it was busy and had to wait 50min for my order. But having to wait proves how popular and good the food is. Well worth the wait.

This place is normally okay. Tonight I ordered a chicken wrap. Thinking would be similar chicken to the kebabs. You need to state it’s not. It was 3 soggy and rubbery crispy chicken tenders. You need to state this. I asked what I wanted in my salad box and again that’s in edible. I spent over £20 on this order and majority of it we cant even eat.

Best take away, why because the food taste so good every time, IV talked with other customers when ordering my food and they come from other areas just to shop here just like me, you won't be disappointed

1 star is generous for this place atm, it has gone from being the best takeaway in preston to the worst, twice this week they have got the order wrong - 1st was 2 portions of cheesy chips, one with S&V, we got a plain portion of chips and 1 cheesy chips, last night my partner ordered donner kebab, cheesy chips and a small pepperoni pizza for delivery, he recieved an inedible kebab and pizza as they were so salty they made him sick (and he likes salt!) And no cheesy chips, WE WILL NOT BE VISITING HERE AGAIN EVER - foodscape, here we come

Amazing garlic bread with cheese and various other toppings.

I have ordered one wraps (lamb Kebab) which is i was trying at first time. Never regret myself about that order, really very good taste. Staffs are upto neck busy but still they are serving their customers in decent manner! Score card Food- 5/5 Service- 4/5 Ambience- 3/5 Cleanliness- 3/5 Stafs - 5/5 Overall 4/5

As a loyal customer who spends around £100 per month at Ziba's for over a year they today, charged me £1.60 for extra fresh garlic on a burger which the additional cost isn't advertised on their menu. I'll never eat there again. They are illegally charging people with no mention of extra Costs advertised. Avoid this place. They are scammers

The pizzas and garlic bread freshly made and delicious. We had to wait a while for our food to be ready but it was a really busy day so it's understandable.

Have tried few times to get dairy free pizza to no avail and in this day n age a vegan should not feel discrimated against as others wouldn't like to be discriminated against;(

Appalling service and delivery time over 2 hours. Called 3 times and each time was answered with a terrible attitude of ‘what do you want me to do about it’. Bad attitude from management and horrible service after being a loyal customer of over 20 years.

Had to give 1 star as couldn’t give 0. Food still hasn’t arrived and its over 2 hours wait time now. Bad attitude from management. I was told my food had not left the takeaway and I offered to pick it up instead….all of a sudden the food is with the delivery driver. No apologies and then have the audacity to give me attitude when I offered to come and collect it. Horrible service after being a loyal customer many years.

The pizzas and kebabs are fantastic, but check this out we ordered half a ham and mushroom and half tuna and prawn. We also ordered a Hawaiian pizza and two chicken kebabs. They said it would be an hour I called them after 50 minutes to see if they were close, I was told it would be another 40 minutes. After another 30 minutes the delivery arrived (cold) and missing a Hawaiian pizza. I asked the driver where it was he checked in the car and couldn’t find it. I said ok how much do you want and offered him £20 instead of £29 or so and also gave him some change. I have since received a call from a guy that is very well trained in customer service that despite being an hour and fifty late, cold and a pizza missing that they have opted to come all the way back to Woodplumpton to collect the £7 Great work Ziba you have lost a customer!

Ordered a Kebab and chips, ordered at 7.18pm, got delivered at 9.16pm, took near enough 2 hours(on a Wednesday) for soggy chips and a cold kebab. rang to complain and the person I spoke to was Sal, said he was the owner, was rude and arrogant on the phone and said he won’t do anything because the food was delivered and had been touched, when I asked how you’re meant to know the food is cold without trying it his response was that it wasn’t his problem, when I mentioned I’d rang up before and was told by a female who works there that the food was ready to go out and that they were waiting for a couple more orders to be cooked he basically called me a liar and that no one told me that, disgraceful customer service.

2 hours and 30 min for it to arrive and wrong order used to be my go to place. It's this wait every order now.

Ordered a takeaway from ziba tonight 1st of November 2022, we put our order in at 4-30pm it arrived after 2 phone calls to the shop at 6-43pm. Over 2hours late, totally unacceptable, such a shame as the food is good but very bad management. We will no longer be ordering takeaway from ziba again.

Solid takeaway. Cant beat the donner kebab

This used to be my go to kebab shop and I used to collect. Last time I ordered and collected I waited another 20 minutes for my food inside the shop. Got home and half my order was missing this is the third time this has happened! I called to see if I could some how get my remaining food I missed and they was so rude and arrogant and ended the phone on me. I won’t be returning. I would rather go to Micks Hut in Preston town center much more welcoming and better food.

After waiting 2 hours for our meal the food arrived cold will not buy from this shop again

12" Donner Pizza Garlic Mayo&Chilli Sauce 😋 Excellant!

Last couple of times thought its only takeaway so wasn't bothered but now im thinking if they do this a good few times to customers how much are they making out of it they never bring the drinks but charge also take on ever order they can but not say it will be 2 hours instead of we are busy it may be this long they'll just take orders and say 1 hour pointless ordering a delivery if you have to get in your own car to go buy the rest of the items u order for a delivery

Standard takeaway with standard prices not really the greatest but it is what it is

I’m a regular customer and order here every week. Tonight I got barred! Tonight they got my order wrong, I went back with it and they said another 10 minutes for it, bare in mind I rang at 7:06 and was told 20 minutes. They gave my daughter the food 40 minutes later so I wasn’t happy of course. He told me that my daughter arrived late for the food, I was literally stood at the door when she walked over there so manager lied to my face! I said he should apologise and this is the best bit...he said no because he didn’t do anything wrong!!! Besides getting my order wrong and trying blame us for it being late, my daughter actually waited another 20 minutes when she got there so I don’t think so! Anyway he told me I could either wait 10 minutes for another pizza or get a refund and not go there again. I chose the latter, jumped up little ****

1 hour and 50 minutes. Still no delivery. Food hub ignoring the live chat messages. No way of getting a refund. Use cash and collect if possible. Their Pizza is great hence the extra star. Edit- 2hour and 10minutes still not boot food. Driver has been out for 30 minutes and the shop is guaranteeing the food won’t be cold. Still no way to get a refund. Don’t give them your money upfront, always arrives quicker.

Took almost two hours for delivery and then the kebabs were tough (chicken).

Picked shish kebab up not sure what the meat was certainly not cooked on a gridle, found clump of hair , rang up with no joy won't be ordering again l don't usually post negatively. I did take a picture but not sure how to post.

Fantastic chicken shish .with donner fresh and mouthwatering.seafood pizza. Yum and as ever the delish cheesy garlic bread..you can't fail to have a top notch meal..

I'm only giving 4 stars out of 5......the guy I spoke to when ordering was polite and helpful.(makes a pleasant change from other takeaways).. the food did turn up forty minutes late but was still warm. The fact it was late is my only criticism. The food was bang on the money. As a fat foodie I loved my pizza and chips. I did taste the mrs donner meat and that was good too. All in all a good takeaway. First time using Ziba but definitely not the last.

Called up to be told it’s the next order going out and it will be with you within 15 minutes. They then called us back to say the driver is on his way. Called back at 10:05pm to be told it’s not even left yet, “the food is ready and waiting for the driver to collect” I dread to wonder how long it say there waiting. so requested a refund but this has to be done via the online ordering partner they use. Incredibly frustrating it takes this long to order two items of food. I’d almost understand if it was a busy Friday or Saturday but it wasn’t. Such a shame because the food is generally spot on but would recommend avoiding relying on the delivery service and just go and collect. Will be a good while before we bother again though.

Fast service, tasty food and it was decently priced too! I'll be back for sure. £4.80 for burger and chips was a fair price and the portion was generous too. I think my new Tuesday spot.

Excellent garlic bread best I've ever tasted.

I've always found ziba to be the best pizza place in Preston. We travel 20 minutes to pick it up, no other pizza place is better. The pizzas are well filled and topped with loads of tasty cheese. They also give free garlic breads sometimes. Perfect!

Currently waiting fo delivery 1 hour 40 minutes later still not here. Phoned and was told it was out for delivery. We are regular customers may be the last time we place an order.

Gutted. This used to be the best kebab in preston but not any more. Cold bland meat and nan bread really lacking authenticity. The lady who used to run the shop ran a tight ship and food was excellent has she gone? Must be years since I saw her actually. I suggest try jaffa instead.

What great service. England through to the finals and ziba serve me up a storm of a meal. Completely reliant for great late night essential food. I’ve had many of a late night ziba and they never let me down! Yes boys 😍

Still the very best of the best and as an avid lover of kebabs I do not say that lightly. First time I ever sampled their cuisine I was less than 20 years old. (I'm 44 now) It was amazing and have been there often albeit not so often in the past few years working away. Great food, amazing service and a truly amazing kebab shop. Really cannot praise this establishment high enough and would recommend to anyone who is lucky enough to be able to try it and you will not be disappointed. Hope to be there again soon

I have been going to this takeaway for 22 years and they still taste as good. My favourite is the Vegetarian hot pizza, it is amazing 😋
