The place is really good and the kebabs are very nice and the people Who work there are so friendly probably my favorouite kebab in the area

We order to them all the time, usually ok however I asked for Mayonnaise and they put ketchup on the order and refused to change it and refused to refund. The person who took the order over the phone confirmed it was mayo and instead wrote down ketchup and refused to change because he put on what he wrote down and claimed I was wrong and that's what I asked for. He was extremely rude over the phone saying that I said ketchup for a fact when he (when ordering) confirmed mayo. I am allergic to their ketchup, as I have found out previously. So why would I order something I am allergic to?

My mum just treated me to a takeaway and only thing what was okay was the chips. Nothing special. You should say if it’s going to be chicken in the wrap like you would on a kebab or 3 soggy jelly like chicken strips. I’ve had to throw it in the bin. Then I thought at least I have the garlic bread. Sour tasting and for some reason watery when bit into it. Definitely not most wanted at all. Unfortunately won’t be ordering again. Just eat wont let us claim back. Avoid

Absolute legends I only had £11 in my bank to eat for me and my wife they let me get 3 9inch pizzas for £11 and said to just pass it on his name was Ivan he was amazing and really nice and I can’t recommend them anymore than I have seriously

My bought chicken & chips & got hole, was ill, sickness & dioreah, up most of thr night unwell, missed uni because of this & still doesnt feel right or 100% better a week later, this also happened to his friend on a different night, please be aware of this, its frightening to think my son was on his own ill & no one to help him!

Visited this restaurant once with my friends. But late for the review. The staff was very RUDE to us. He served different food rather than what we ordered. When we questioned it he talked bad about our country (India) and us. And tbh the food was absolute rubbish and unhygienic. How can someone create this much hate. Shame on the shop and the staff. I wouldn't recommend this place at all unless you wanted to be treated on the basis of colour, religion and nationality. Really shame to see people like these in Preston

I ordered a most wanted pizza (everything), I got a donna calzone! EDIT: I called to inform them, of their mistake, on the night. I was told, in no uncertain terms, that I ordered a mushroom and donna calzone. There was no discussion or concession. This was my go to in Preston, and I always ordered the same thing... MW garlic bread and a MW special pizza. However, there must have been a change in leadership at the company, because unfortunately this landmark is now in the toilet.

Extremely disappointed with both the service and the food, the order was incorrect, then when I called to explain I was spoken to with utter disrespect. The portion sizes are embarrassing and overpriced. The reviews match with the service 100% it’s a shame the owner is in denial.

Quick friendly service food always great this is my go to takeaway and can't fault it. Always collect as 100% bang on delivery is inconsistent due to drivers being slow not the takeaway fault as they don't have control of drivers

Been a regular here for the past 2 years, and my partner for the past 4. Every time we’ve been the food has been great, and fast service. The staff here are lovely and recognise both me and my partner and are happy to accommodate order changes and requests. I’d recommend this place as a go to takeout for anyone in preston

We ordered our food donner meat large box We have ordered this many times so we know that they fill the whole box with donner meat but one day it was only half filled which was really disappointing, they gave us regular donner meat in large box that's it. *RESPONSE TO THE OWNERS REPLY:* As you can see I posted the review 2 months ago at the very same date I ordered it and I even called at the restaurant when we received it. The response from the shop during the call was "This is all you get in large donner meat,if you want the box filled you should have ordered donner meat and fries. If you still have complain you can raise it to Uber where you ordered it." But this is not true we have ordered large donner meat many times and we have got the box filled without ordering fries.

AVOID! Placed order just after 7 came just before 9!! Ordered £40ish worth of food shawarma rice meal was 1 of the things when it came it was a box of rice no meat etc etc rang to tell them they’d messed up to to be told they’d send just the shawarma 1 hour 30 mins later they send it! Not happy defo not using again

Have read some bad and good reviews but I can only say that we enjoyed it. We only ordered cheesy, mushroom, garlic bread and cheesy chips with garlic mayo but it was delicious. The delivery driver was really polite and friendly and the order arrived early and in piping hot condition. Would recommend 😉

Very unreliable food quality, sometimes it's just about passable, sometimes awful, pizza greasy and cheap looking with no taste, you would be better off getting a frozen one from one of the supermarkets as it would be cheaper, tastier and with less oil and grease. Delivery was also late and missing items, it was a nightmare to contact the store too. Overall very cheap, low quality, low service food outlet.

Shocking takeaway , food crushed , pizza topping stuck to lid , pizzas missing , phoned up to complain tried telling me all was received obviously not all eating in family party except one person missing good waste of £90 spoiled the night stay clear

Staff is extremely rude. I asked the guy for a meat donner and ask if i can get a fresh cut meat. He straightaway said we always give fresh cut to everyone. Then i ask if he can cook little more but he said to me are you trying to tell me how to do my job which I find a very rude response. He said i am not going to cut the fresh meat just for you. Your meat is already in the box which he already cutted God knows when. Don't even know the difference between fresh cut donner. He should have say on the first place we just cut the meat before u came in rather giving a ugly and rude comment. Definitely not going to this shop again....

We are a large office of staff & treat ourselves every now and again - they’ve never disappointed and I will continue to keep using them, lovely staff, fast service & all round good takeaway. Good quality kebabs and other fast foods on offer with pleasant and effiecent service. I dined here in the early hours of New Years Day before grabbing a taxi home and a nice place to start off the year. Nicely priced with generous portions.

Ordered through an online app for delivery. Food arrived within 45 minutes of ordering piping hot and of great quality. Got 3 nine inch pizzas, one 14 inch garlic bread with cheese, tuna and pineapple 12 inch pizza, one fries and one Pepsi all for just £27.00 an absolute bargain. Food had a good flavour only thing one of our party said one of the pizzas was a bit spicy but obviously that’s preference, absolutely will order again next time family visit.
