Pizza Hut in Blackpool

Tardé mi orden en llegar 2 horas. Tampoco respondían a las llamadas, así que no tenía idea de lo que estaba sucediendo. Tuve que pedir de otra pizzería, llegó a tiempo. Cuando contacté con el servicio de atención al cliente de Pizza Hut ni siquiera les importó. ¡Ni siquiera se pusieron en contacto con esta cabaña para averiguar qué pasó! No voy a pedir más de ustedes. La comunicación es basura.

This is NOT the Pizza Hut restaurant in central Blackpool like most reviewers seem to have thought, it's a takeaway/delivery branch in Bispham! Anyway....Ordered tonight, delivery was fast and pizzas were hot and absolutely delicious! Thank you :-D

Ordered a Pizza deal For supper the staff were so fun and friendly I could hardly pay for laughing How wonderful a team Of staff can be in such high spirits through such a dark time in the world Thank you for making us laugh and making our night Oh and the Christmas pizza was just as you said absolutely fantastic I’d highly recommend it

was not to busy. pizza was made to perfection. we did not spend a lot. we were full when we left. salad bar was fresh and trays were full at all times.

Ordered food at 18.34 with a 25-35 min delivery estimate. Arrived shortly before 20.00 and was lukewarm. Will be sticking with Dominos in future.

I went here with family and friends for my sons 21st birthday. The staff were helpful and friendly and the food was delicious.

Ordered our food at 17.50 was told it would take 45 mins ,finally came at 19.10 and was stone cold. Shop did not answer the phone so had to get in car to take it back which defeated the point of delivery. Was told if we wanted food making fresh there would be an hour's wait ! Staff rude and unprofessional, avoid get dominoes instead.

I arrived as a walk in customer and it took 25 mins before I was even acknowledged to be then told my food would take 30 mins. While I was stood in the store the phone wasn't answered once even though it rang constantly and a customer had come to the store to return food which he had delivered. He asked for order to be re done as the food was cold due to delivery taking 1 hour 10 mins to be told he would have to wait 30 mins. Poor management and lack of staff. I went to Dominos and received my order after 10 mins, great effiency.

Great service the food was delicious and happy atmosphere. Nicely placed in Blackpool centre. Service was very quick as we were in a hurry.

Me & my husband with two of our friends went to the pizza hut and couldn't believe the size of our pizza they where huge and none of us could finish our pizza's and they also asked us if we wanted to take what we had left away with us, so it was very good value for your money.

Came to blackpool for a few days with the kids so enjoyed tea here one night.Waitress was lovely and nothing too much trouble . Food was nice, all 5 of us ate well with drinks for under £50.Will deffo return.

The food was good but the area round the salad bar was not clean and some of the food was on the floor. The young boy who served us was very nice & helpful.

We ordered £50 of food to be delivered last night and it was terrible. The delivery took over an hour to come then when it finally came they forgot part of the order on which I had to phone them to get sorted out, all the pizzas etc were cold so had to be reheated, they were dry and cardboard like and I was on the toilet all night with very bad stomach pains. We thought we would try pizza hut as it sounded good, we will be sticking with Dominoes in the future!

Tables and chairs filthy, salad bar needed topping up had mixes of other food in trays, not really edible to look at a mess. Had no bowls for salad bar. Ordered pizza which arrived greasy. Had to ask for the ordered drinks, staff forget them. Won't be rushing back after this dreadful experience..

Ok with the water situation as it is at this paticular time I can sort of understand a few problems but to charge £1.50 for a small glass of Pepsi and no free refill is a joke. Whilst there they ran out of tango, milk as kids couldn't have milkshake, ran out of ice cream for desserts. Table next to us waiter brought the 1 pizza and apologised the big pizza was coming in a few min as they forgot to put it in oven. I mean come on you have 1 job. Overall diabolical experince. To me it seems pizza hut are making a good amount of money on the water situation and I've no doubt they will be compensated by the water board ... will I ??? Mmmmm we will see.
