Domino's Pizza in Blackpool

If minus stars was an option then this Dominos would score minus stars for the food. For a franchise with a menu that is common in all of its locations, I find it shocking that one of the more simples menu items that I ordered was wrong not once but twice! I ordered ham and cheese loaded fries. The first lot that turned up there was 3 tiny pieces of ham and they had cooked the tiny bit of cheese so much it was a burnt crust at the bottom of the box! They redelivered and this time I had 4 tiny pieces of ham, barely any cheese at all and they had rushed the order so half the chips were hard and undercooked! £5.99 for that rubbish! How can you get cheesy chips with ham wrong??? I will say that the pizza was above average and edible and the lady who spoke to me on the phone did try to rectify the problem, however I will never order from this branch ever again. Maybe time to try something other than running a food franchise?

Done with this place now, we pay nearly £70 each time for an order. Last time the pizzas came with hardly any cheese on 2 and actually none on 1. Today, just spent near a £60 order and instead of 14 wings we got 12 and we ordered 2 lots of 7 strips both came with 6. Seriously you have just blown it with us. The franchise needs notifying about you lot in this shop.

Would never use this place,all there delivery drivers, are ignorant 🙄, speed down your street,park where they want ,and won't move their unroadworthy cars, this is there shop on Devenshire Road, and park up on Raymond ave. There is a light at the end of the tunnel tho, the police are going to start to monitor the situation, and checking cars etc.

I would advise to collect as the food is always below par when you get delivery Today, the pizza was lovely and hot because I collected normally its shocking!

Nice friendly staff, good pizza nicely done. Ordered here a few times and have never been disappointed. I accidentally ordered a pizza with no cheese, it was my mistake but they disposed of the pizza and made me another, they were very happy to solve my problem that wasn’t their fault.

Ordered , paid on line to pick up Arrived to pick up on time .. young girl behind the till referred to me as YOU ( clearly lacking in basic customer service training ) Gave my name … she couldn’t find my order , manager called , even she could not find my order ! 5 minutes later .. order found which had already been made and had been sat there (going cold) within arms reach .. thanks for the less than warm pizza and chips Dominoes 👎

The reason iam putting this ia because I ordered a pizza with u at 2.40 pm and iam still waiting for it this not good at all

I ordered for Garlic dip and I got the so called garlic bread. When I said Cinna sticks dip. The one taking order is putting cinna chocolate. Good thing it was corrected. Kuroshi was taking the order and sadly he is the manager who dont admit his mistake. Poor customer service. This so called manager needs a training again please Domino's management.

Very unacceptable found a bone in my pizza

Order a takeaway on the 10th of November or the 11th of November takeaway did not turn up at all and been ringing up everyday saying they got to wait for the manager does not take a full week order it online paid it online and still not got no money back poor services and bad management skills don't use them unless u want robbing

Usually the quality is on point but unfortunately the last time we went it wasn’t. Online chat was no help either Expect to pay a fortune for pizza that is delivered without any quality checks. See the pizzas yourself

Service was ok, shop was empty and guy serving didn't understand me, but kept going into the back to check before confirming my order, we got there in the end, thankfully he didn't make the TUNA AND PINEAPPLE pizza 🤮

The best Domino’s branch around, the manager is amazing and I couldn’t recommend the gluten free pizza enough.

I cannot believe that this Dominos thinks it's acceptable to allow their delivery drivers to drive around with cars filled with what look like drunk and under aged girls in their cars... my last 2 deliveries have been delivered by a ridiculously loud black Fiat Punto and a white Vauxhall Corsa. both times they have had screaming girls with bottles in their hands in the cars where my families food is.. sorry but i don't want my food being sat there with some weird party with people WHO AREN'T EVEN DOMINOS EMPLOYEES!! surely they wouldn't be insured if they were involved in an accident either. the unprofessional and unhygienic.. i can actually say i have eaten at all the Blackpool dominoes stores and this one is the most low quality unprofessional one i have been to. the managers need sacking for allowing stuff like this to happen. i will definitely never be ordering from here again because fortunately for me (and not for them), there is plenty of pizza places around.

Ordered pizza got scammed for £15 per month, complete savings website signed me up for monthly direct debit, very cleverly done I’m shocked dominoes pizza is involved with these scammers. I won’t order again.

Ordered 2 pizzas yesterday thought they were being delivered they didn't arrive checked my order today says they were collected phoned spoke to the manager who says they were binned so it cost me £24.50 to be thrown in the bin so disappointed it was bought for mothers day the manager was so unhelpful gutted he wouldn't give a voucher or anything so won't recommend

I disided to drive to this domino's to order a pizza they told me I couldn't order a pizza at the till after 11pm it was 1 minute past and I would haft to order online and have it delivered to my home when I was already there you can no longer pay cash is this domino's or Amazon I will no longer use this pizza shop I crost the road and got a pizza no problem the old fashion way with cash no problem

They took my order 70 minutes before closing tim and did not deliver... (Don't take orders you can't service or get more drivers?) Pathetic.. it's probably the last time I'll willingly use their services.. ruined my weekend.. not because of my belly, you've starved someone I like..

Had from here a few time but this time was bloody awful who ever made this pizza needs to be sacked.

Just ordered a pizza that arrived stone cold. Called the store and without any apology was told that I’d have to wait an hour and a half for a replacement and they’d have to collect the cold pizza. I told them I wanted a refund for the cold pizza and they said they are coming round to collect it. Hope it’s not being reheated and resold to anyone else. Disgusting standard, appalling customer service and won’t be using them again.

Food was great but I ordered 7 wings and when I opened the box there was only 4.

Not great service. Send wrong ice cream. Then told when complain we don’t do the one you ordered so we defaulted this one. Doesn’t take much to update the website if items are changed. Failing that surely you could call first? Very poor

This isn't a particular dig at this place (it happens to be nearest to me) but at domino's in general... If you send an email out to tens of thousands of people saying have any size pizza for £6.99 " today only" you might want to mention that in fact it's not today only, its today up to 10pm. Totally looking forward to a pizza, phoned at 11pm told apparently the deal is off (no other explanation). Totally PO'd at the obviously money driven cut-off. Will delete the app, Pizza Hut here we come.

Expensive (very) buy one get one free. No you don't (read the small print) never ever go to domino's again.

Absolutely gorgeous!! I feel like this is the only Domino’s where I actually get double decadence sauce in the pizza! Really fast bake and delivery! Perfect every time! Great job guys!!

I wouldn't normally get a Dominos as you can get a full week's shop for one for the price they charge for a pizza. Their pizza pricing is something of a con and I really wish they'd stop with the act, making you think you have a bargain because you used one of their vouchers, when the price averages out the same as every other pizza joint. Anyway, illness means I'm not currently in the mood for cooking, my daughter was hungry so I thought I'd treat her to what you'd expect to be something decent, for the full asking price at least. So, our pizzas arrived and they were just 'meh!', so underwhelming. This is the 2nd time in a row they've been like this, maybe it's company policy to put as little tomato sauce and cheese on as they can get away with and underbake the dough? Talk about stingy on the basic topping; the sauce was just a lick of colour and the cheese looked like it had been sprinkled on by your parsimonious great, great-uncle. I had an 'Italian' style base yet it was still thick, doughy, floofy and floppy with nothing remotely 'Italian about it'. The toppings only went up to about 2 inches from the edge too, and I'm not much of a fan of plain dough, despite the free dipping sauce. I want a pizza, not dough and dips, thanks, its not what I paid £20 for. It's average, at best, and I should have spent my money supporting a small, local business rather than a massive multinational company who have lost their way. You honestly can buy so much better from your local Italian restaurant or nearest, decent kebab shop (they throw in free garlic bread too)

First time in a while ordering a pizza on line so chose Dominos, I used their own app not a foodie delivery app and found the experience was top notch, logged in, it took 30 seconds, selected what I wanted and placed my order, paid by PayPal (bonus for me). Then the app lets you know every step of your order, it was very tidy it even showed me were my order was on a map once it was out for delivery. It took 20 minutes from placing my order to it being delivered at my door. Pizza, Nachos and wedges all top notch. Very pleased with the whole experience 10 out of 10 Dominos.

It’s a same that this is my local dominos as it is the worst and most inconsistent dominos I have had. If I ever go elsewhere it seems to be nice but if I order from here there is either missing items, poorly made pizzas or so much cheese most of it needs to go in the bin because the slices are fused to the box… I don’t get why they put half a bag of cheese on pizzas when we never order extra cheese. I am guessing they send you a full bag of it if you order extra as I don’t think it would be possible to put more on! Use to live near a different dominos and never had a problem but this one i never seem to have a meal where I can say I enjoyed everything I ordered. It’s a shame as I use to order dominos on a weekly basis and spend a lot but now I can only order it if I am at a different part of Blackpool. Unfortunately, this will be the last time ordering as I am throwing away £20-£40 every time I order as I find myself binning more than I eat… fortunately for me there is plenty more pizzas places that have consistent food.

Just received for order nice and quick but they never get orders correct Asked for pizza with very thin base told Italian style but guess what arrived wrong again ordered cookies and vanilla ice cream didn’t get cookies and got white chocolate

An hour and a half and still no sign of delivery. Apparently 'very busy' but that wasn't mentioned when I placed my order.

AVOID TERRIBLE SERVICE, PHONED TO SAY THEY ARE RUNNING-LATE AND OFFERED US A SIDE ORDER FOR FREE , ORDER TURNED UP VERY LATE WITHOUT THE PROMISED EXTRA AND IT WAS STONE COLD !! HAD TO TAKE IT ALL BACK TO THE SHOP PERSONALLY ! STAFF NOT WEARING COVERINGS ON FACIAL HAIR !

Ordered - an hour later my app was still saying 'prep' so called for the first person to say it will be another hour or two and then for the manager to say there way no order under my name or address or phone number and if I had done it on the app sometimes they don't receive the orders so the money will be back in my account in an hour. When my partner argued it, he suddenly found the order and told us it was refunded and would take 3 to 5 days.... when questioned on how the first refund is only an hour and the other was 3 to 5 day. For him to blame someone else. Not happy.

Waste of money, as it arrived I had to put it in the oven as it was stone cold.

Put on hold for 10 mins, went into shop to collect staff picking faces itching their arms , then making pizza . Got mine home and it was burnt.

Just went online to buy two £9.99 pizzas with my £20 voucher. These pizzas are NOT on the deals menu they are £9.99 each. The online order was declined. I called the shop, they want to sell me ONE £9.99 pizza and cash my £20 voucher. Bunch of criminals.

Ordered some food and 1 hour and 40 mins later called and spoke to manager who said pizzas were going in the oven in 20 mins. 40 mins later called again and manager said we were 4th in line for ours to go in the oven. Asked manager to cancel order so he said money would be refunded within 3 working days. I pointed out that it would be quicker to get a refund than our pizza delivery.No apologies from staff and really unprofessional manager.

Excellent food, easy ordering, fast prep/delivery, friendly delivery staff. And if you get a larger pizza, you can have some cold for breakfast, and it still tastes great. Also, I'm yet to try one of their sides I don't like, and as for the cookies, Sweet Lord Anubis, they are delicious.

Always on time and hot. We live a good 10 mins away and are always impressed with the quality they deliver. Having had terrible experiences at a competitive pizza delivery place we will definitely be sticking with this Dominos in the future. We are sorry we cheated 😬

Ad not been to Devonshire Road Dominos . Unfortunately will be trying some wear else got home only home only a few minutes away and the food was cold after it sead it was ready we had to wait some time before we got the order . Sorry to have to put this.

Average pizza gave the delivery driver some coupons from his company for deduction but unfortunately he was unable to understand and offered no further advice

Pizza undercooked. Rang for a replacement and was greeted with attitude and aggression. I was told another would be here within 40 minutes.... that was 3 hours ago. Disgraceful staff.

Ordered large pizza and 3/4 sides for me and my mrs’s. Came within 20 mins. Delivery has always been okay but this lad was just lovely. Couldn’t find my address so was on the phone to him laughing & joking before finding me and having a laugh and a chat. Only a young lad about 21 in a black Corsa. Funny guy. Shame I payed online or he would of got a nice tip

We always order the Tandoori Hot pizza, but gave up months ago as Dominos became too expensive. Ordered one on Saturday with a voucher. Hardly any chicken on it at all, maybe 6 thin strips on a medium pizza. Ridiculous for The price, so back to Dr Oetkers then!

Never visited. I parked outside whilst my wife went to the post office adjacent. I'm now thinking she should have gone there to get me a pizza. Next time she goes to the post office I shall ask her to bring me back some pizza.

Just ordered from this dominos, and it seems as usual, they can never find our address! It's not a difficult address, but being phoned by the driver 4 times, can't find our address, but literally being on that street is ridiculous! Train your drivers, because it takes the piss!

My local dominos, always on time with my orders never waiting around. Only problem is they always forget my extra sauces, or when i pay for s big garlic sauce they send 2 small ones.

Shocking customer service and ended up with no pizza. Went to the Cleveleys branch in the end.

It was like one of them pizzas you would expect your 3 year old to bring home from "pizza making party" Soggy, misshaped,too much toppings,undercooked, terrible.

We have had pizza from here before, my son always used them on pay day every month as a treat.We decided to order for all the family we order 2 large pizzas 2 sides and garlic bread just over £50 I nearly died we had code which took it to £38, they arrived on time friendly driver but that was the only positive I can say!!! The pizza were tasteless not that much toppings just loaded with tomatoe sauce and cheese, wedges were not cooked still hard.Dont think reviews are read by anyone but if I save someone else hard earn cash with this review will be happy £38 would have been spent at better take always in the area.

I do enjoy dominoes, tried all other large franchises and always go back to dominoes, customer service is very good, if there are any problems, prices easily mount up so we usually order 50% off or special offers via email or leaflets.

I phoned up and the guy asked me for my phone number which I told him then he questioned if the number was real! Because I was a child. Once I said it was he said he will have to have a confirmation text to show its real then when he asked me for the postcode which I told him he went on google maps to see if it was real if you don't trust your customers I don't trust your pizza bad service I was disappointed and ordered Pizza Hut

Never had a problem with dominoes Devonshire road.they never get the order wrong and always throw in some more dips.never late and cooked spot on for me
