Good customer service, food was lovely and hot.

Very nice food. No collection after 11pm. Had to order food from outside. Pay for delivery to have it delivered outside their store.

Service was quick and pizzas piping hot

Just been here and the staff were great especially the woman helping the girl on the till. Pizzas were amazing and red hot. Exactly as ordered and great, polite service. Thank you

Staff openly told me they didn’t want to work there and they didn’t give a f4ck. Order was 3x the estimate delivery time and because the guy ion the phone hung up on me and told me he hated his job 3 times im throwing the whole order in the bin: Absolute embarrassment to dominoes and the dole dossers that live in Blackpool … no wonder the whole area is a shat hole

On the 22nd of March I ordered and received Garlic Dippers from this Dominos, only, they came with the icing dip which would usually come with the Cinni Dippers. Okay, so weird right? Sugary Icing dip with sultry garlic bread? Bizarre. But, to my confusion, the garlic bread I received was covered in sugar. Now, I thought I was being crazy or overthinking things - losing my mind or something. But I ordered the same same thing today and I'm 100 percent sure last week's garlic bread was sugary. It was strange. And let me tell you something, I have never been closer to dying. (That last part was a joke but the rest is as true as the 36.6 grams of diabetes in Dominos Cookies)

We rang up and the lady on the phone had no idea of what a gluten allergy is

Why don't you cut the pizza properly anymore? I don't have a pizza cutter and the knife just doesn't do the job. Ruined our weekly treat to be honest as all the topping was getting pulled off the base!..

I went to that shop today to buy a pizza but the door was closed it said the door was closed but I checked on google and the closing time was 1:45 am I don't know how to buy pizza from them

Was delivered the wrong pizza which had a topping I dislike however the staff were incredibly nice and sorted me out a replacement. Ordered here a lot in the past and the pizza is consistantly good.

A regular customer couldn't do online couldn't take booking over phone as card machine down again wouldn't accept cash so no pizza finished a long shift for nhs really could have had this this isn't the first time let down

Just got back from a short stay in Blackpool and am a little surprised to see so many poor reviews of this store. I order a large pizza twice during my stay and both times the pizza was perfectly cooked with plenty of toppings. Delivery was very quick and both occasions delivery driver was polite. I stopped using Domino's where I live (Wellingborough, Northants) 2 years ago as they cut back so much on the toppings and were always short of delivery drivers ( lucky to get it within 45 mins) but here at blackpool south the pizzas were great and delivered quickly. OK dominos are not the cheapest pizzas but is around about the same price wherever you live.

Pizza was delicious. Clean. No seating just a pick up pizza shop. Great offers. Pizza was very big for a tenner.

The deals are no longer 'deals' £28 for two pizzas and side isn't a deal it's just to much money in times like this and that's without the delivery charge on top, it's disgusting behaviour!

From the very beginning I've been fighting uphill the staff talk to you impolitely there was a time when the customer was always right those days have gone I recieved a pizza with no toppings and looked like it had been run over by a tank

Be very careful of this shop, they steal your food, they make out they tried to deliver your food, but the truth is they make no attempt to deliver it. Now I have to file a complaint in order to recievie my money back.

Do they ever fail to please? You either love their doughy goodness or you go elsewhere if that's not your preferred pizza type. Fresh, hot and pleasing to the eye and mouth.

Pizza's are generally good, wedges always tend to be under cooked, cookies are hit and miss but when not over cooked they are good. Chicken tenders are always good. Staff are always friendly and happy to help. Not much atmosphere but it is a takeaway so wouldn't expect one

Disgusting business. Always parking on the pavement outside my local businesses. They also have a huge rat problem due to their dirty bins being stored illegally in the back alley that effects all residents, (commercial and residential in the area). Why they can't just move away and operate from somewhere that's more suited to and custom for their type of business is beyond me. Riding on the pavement on their mopeds and having personally seen them almost hitting pedestrians and children walking on the pavement is diabolical. Regards a concerned citizen.

I ordered dominos for tea haven't had it for ages got a large with 4 toppings extra cheese well I don't know what happened but there was a very light covering of cheese you had to wipe the sauce away to eat the pizza it was covered in BBQ sauce to the point it was uneideble. Same with the small create your own when ordered and paid for extra cheese on both . Considering my order was £49.00 it wasn't cheap the only nice thing was the cookies. Won't be going back again very poor quality disappointed

Ordered online and went through to payment. Entered details and went to my banks security authorisation screen which said successful payment. Then Dominoes site then told me the transaction was unsuccessful please try again. I checked my online banking and the payment was taken. I rang the South Shore store of Dominoes to query the order, they said they hadn’t haven’t received it for my address. If I still wanted my order I would have to try again but that would mean paying a 2nd time if it worked or not like the first try and then have to try and get a refund from them for the payment/payments. Ridiculous when it is a problem with their own system and app for ordering. Never using again.

Got a delivery to my hotel as it was pouring down and everything was extremely busy so couldn’t get in anywhere to eat with my kids we got it delivered right to our hotel it was piping hot and absolutely delicious!! Well worth the money would 100% come back!

Didn't deliver but got refund but I was starving after they said that they will deliver by 2 in the morning due to everyone having holidays after lockdown had a bad night sleep as nowhere open after 2am disappointing shame on you domino's

Better going to squires gate one, waterloo road pizzas are terrible. The past 2 times in recent weeks iv ordered from this place and both times been awful. Would give it one star but the only reason i gave it the extra was because i rang up and they sent me a fresh one.

Just got a pizza and it was disgusting. The base and the crust on the pizza was rock hard. There was probably a table spoon of Tomato puree on my hole pizza for the price of this place you expect you food to be perfect

Paid £25 to have Pizza delivered when it arrived it was sloppy with an uncooked doughy Baden, totally sickening. When I called to complain a young lady answered the phone and said she couldn’t help as there was no manager in until the next day , I didn’t believe her as I could hear her relayngx my conversation to a man . I told her that I was about to set off to the store and at that stage she passed me on to the ‘manager’ . I told him that he needed to ‘man up’ and handle complaints instead of getting a girl to deny that he was there . This is not the first time I’ve had bad food from this particular shop ( I only used it as it was midnight on a Sunday and there was no other options available ) Dint use this place it’s crap food with crap service.

Leaflet through the door for a local dominoes which is 150 yards away advertising any pizza size for £9.99 however when you go to the nearest shop 150 yards away the offer doesn’t exist it is £12.99 for any size pizza collection You lied through advertising you’ve got me to the shop fraudulently and to advertise like this is a blatantly On ethical illegal and fraudulent 6 pounds down which I wouldn’t of minded paying had I known that was the price to start with

Absolutely disgusted got sent pinapple on my pizza twice in a row even tho its not what i asked for timing terrible food terrible disorganized isnt the word and the manager is clearly not capable of his jobs should not be arguing with customrs like that over the phone totally unprofessional i will be going aswhere with this 100% i have cctv at front of my house to prove i held pizza out for him to take back totally unprofessional and yet the manger telling me that hes baring my number for absolutely nothing at all oh plus there was chicken only on 2 pieces of my pizza dominos seriouly need to start cracking down on there establishments for real like say i will be taking this further so if anyone is reading this and you want a good night with good food avoid this place dominos on waterloo road.

This is my local domino's and usually deliver fast and in general serve good pizza's with good customer service, although I called at weekend after the England V Sweden match and ordered a medium cheese and tomato with extra cheese and got quoted £37!!! I nearly fell off my chair, I questioned the guy over the phone why it was so much and went through the order with him again but he was adamant it was £37! I usually order online for this pizza as I always get the same thing, including delivery its usually always costs around £14-16 MAX! I have no idea where they got £37 from?? The guy was English too so it's not like he couldn't understand me..In the end he did offer to knock it down to £22 after I questioned him about the price around 3 times but whilst on the phone I went online and added the pizza into my basket and with delivery came to £13 odd with delivery! Trying to rip people off I think, maybe thought everyone was pissed after England winning and pushing their luck! Beware when ordering with these guys over phone!

Staying in the premier inn airport asked to deliver refused to deliver as they didn't know where it is? It's a mile down the road and then hung up on me!! Was told to ring another Dominoes which I know is the other side of Blackpool!

Delivery driver sent my meal to the wrong address twice. I ordered again and they sent it to the same wrong address again. Its only by chance that I spotted them down the road at the wrong address and went out to retrieve the meal the second time. I ordered a Large pizza, it was luke warm and the Jalapenos and tomatoes were anywhere but on the pizza. In fact the pizza was just a mess. Wedges cold also and very scrappy and bitty.

None of the bases are vegan they all have milk in so couldn't enjoy pizzas with my family. My children's vegetarian pizzas were very enjoyable though. They do try and say they're offering you lots of discount etc but when I looked at the offers there were actually better offers available that they hadn't offered me! So by looking carefully I saved a further £9

Ordered online for 10 people on a Friday evening. Bill came to £97, branch phoned to clarify order (which had a variety of half and half pizza and topping changes) Expected at least an hour or longer wait due to size of order and time/day. Before we knew it was out for delivery! Arrived piping hot and the entire order was correct! Brilliant

If I ever want a pizza then Domino's is my preferred choice and the same high product is usually available from all Domino's outlets - which of itself is an advantage in this case. Make sure you know about all the special offers available as there's always one or two that slip by - try a pick up if possible as an option !

the manager is shockin and way he talks to people over phone disgustin. they made mistakes not givin our drinks. when we called up he told me i was lyin and had them. why would i even bother. customer always right dont ever forget that

ordered a pizza and 2 garlic breads tonight, both mini garlic pizzas were delivered with no tomatoes sauce, so we rung up and arranger redelivery of 2 garlic breads and wow they delivered the 2 garlic mini pizzas with only 1 slice with sauce, brilliant how can u only put sauce on quarter of pizza size of a dessert plate ???

I'll keep it brief. The service was good, the delivery was efficient and the pizza was hot. But that's my last order. I recalled the pathetic cheese situation so paid £1.50 for more. I still received a pizza with barely any cheese, bloody charlatans. The little cheese started in the middle inches of the pizza, the latter two inches: nothing. That's me robbed to save 10 pence of the store's costs. Never, ever, again. There was NO extra cheese as paid, NONE.

Today I ordered Pizza and some sides from this Domino's. Delivery come on time and the best thing is we can track our order online all the stages! But it say " Quality control" my delivery at the door! I ordered large Hawaiian pizza (normal price £16.99 but mid week offer only £12.99), as sides potato wedges and 14 frank's hot wings. Hot wings not worth for £8.99. But Pizza is delicious. Large pizza only 10 slices. Over all I enjoy the meal!

I avoided this particular franchise for months after a rotten experience, which despite its popularity wasn't on here; only the others. I wonder how much they have loved that. I have sought to get it added now.I'v ejust had a delivery and can't dent it was tasty. Oh it was! But I also can't ignore the dried out lack of cheese, is someone laughing at my order? Is it becuase I used a 50% off code? Only, how else would anyone buy from here? No human pays £21 for a meduim-sized pizza unless they reside in the local sanitorium.Imagine saving 10p and providing near cheese-free pizza to save a pence or two. So sad to watch. The other extra toppings I paid for, like the new pulled beef, Jesus. Hard, burnt, cold.But honest, despite the cheek, it all tasted great! Too little and too cheeseless (I mean NONE on some pieces) but overall okay value for £10.50 for a medium otherwise quality pizza (warning: they label the medium pizza 'large').Put some cheese on, Jaysus. I would have given 5, but the lack of cheese is that superbly offensive.
