Domino's Pizza in Havant

Excellent customer service by James on 20th October. He explained the deals with friendly, prompt and efficient service.

Where to start, just had a gutfull of McDonalds Waterlooville, dropped into Domino to pickup my order only to be told it had to be remade as the base had stuck to the pan and ruined it so sat back to wait. 5 min later a guy came over asked my name and found my order which had now beeb day on the shelf for some 10mins , I explained I had been told it was being remade to which he explained it wasnt, I said that surely it would need to be now as this one will now be cold, he didn't know what to do or say and tbh Id had enough of bad service for one day so pizza went in the bin wont be going back there back to pizza hut

We stopped using this Dominos about 10 years ago as they always used to make us feel gutsy from the grease. We switched to Pizza Hut. However during lock down we decided to give them another go and they have improved. Over the past 4 months we’ve probably had more pizza than we should but on every occasion it has been good with the pizzas properly cooked and still hot on arrival. They always have a good offer on and we haven’t felt disappointed.

Used them a few times for delivery but tried a lunch collection . I used the ap 8 minuets and it will be ready but alas when I got there ap isn’t working well today . May I take your order and your now back of the que. Charming all in all 45 mins !

I ordered 8 thin and crispy pizzas from Domino's last night for a party of 24 elderly people. When they arrived, they were cold and so hard that it was difficult to get your teeth into them. I would have rather eaten the box! It cost £80 for these and the majority of them were thrown in the dustbin. It was very disappointing as we all ended up having virtually nothing to eat. I contacted Domino's and was fobbed off with "thin and crispy pizzas always get cold quickly". Not good enough.

Great pizzas! Awesome toppings! Great service! We don’t usually use this one but may well collect from here in the future as there cooked better that the Havant shop with much better service.

Great piping hot pizza delivered a few nights ago. Felt as fresh straight from the oven as you great. Delivery driver a nice guy to.

was not happy when I ordered my food from here, was kept waiting for over 30 mins for my order, when other customers had come in after me and already got theirs before I even got mine, a very poor apology was given and still expected to pay the full price of my order as to which I was very annoyed about.

Had pizza delivered tonight which was very good but why oh why when you order a side order dip they decide to put the same dip you have ordered as the accompaniment instead of a different one that you could potentially order the next time. East upsell for next order.

Since moving to Waterloovile I have started using this branch and have always had a hot, fresh delicious pizza.

Very fast, quality service. Polite delivery drivers, recommended to all Spot on. Pizzas are great value if you use the meal deals.

Always good food whether it take out or delivery never had a problem at all and I use often more for delivery which is quick

Always great service order from here twice a month and it's always great service and food. Staff are friendly and the odd occasion there has been a problem it's always been dealt with efficiently. Thanks again guys

Can't fault the delivery service. Very quick, straight to the door, no hassle. No problems. Nice pizzas and great deal.

The last two takeaways we have had they have missed something or delivered something wrong on our order. No point getting it changed as rest would get cold. Won't be ordering again as don't want to pay for something I'm not getting. Simple things like garlic bread missing or chicken kickers are the plain chicken. Surely orders should be checked before leaving shop. Expect to get what I ordered

I cannot order from here now as it made me sick and now when I order just the smell of it makes me want to be sick. Not sure what they do to their pizza bases but it is something in that which does it. My kids don't like the taste of them either. Shame as it is the only place that will deliver in waterlooville!!

Ordered from here twice (delivery). First time I was sick but put it down to something else, next time I was also sick and so will never use again.

Perfecto derecho de servicio de llama mi pedido al chico entregarla. La comida es siempre fresca. Hay un montón de buenas ofertas con los cupones que se encuentran en los folletos. Mi única crítica es que hubiese una ensalada podría llegar a acompañar la pizza calorífico - sin duda sentir menos culpable luego!

Pedí 3 pizzas en línea y llegó rápidamente (especialmente teniendo en cuenta que vivimos en el medio de la nada) - el chico de entrega llamaron para verificar las direcciones y luego llegó 5 minutos más tarde. Las pizzas estaban todavía caliente y es exactamente lo que pedimos - que será pedir algún día.
