Fantastic experience, we ordered a custom pizza and they called us to say they don’t have mushrooms available, to which she offered to give us a freebie and any other topping. Turns out they sent us 2 sets of ice cream, double the sauces, cookie dough, cheese bites and a bottle of Pepsi on top of our order! Thank you so much we didn’t expect all of this and it was such a sweet surprise! Everything came still hot and delicious 🤤❤️

Avoid. The standard of food from this hut has dramatically dropped lately. I recently ordered from them, as I have done many times before. I watched the tracker which shows when the food is cooked and packaged and 25 minutes after cooking called up to question why my food was still sitting around getting cold. The person I spoke to lied, saying that it was an error on the system and that my food was only just in the oven. It turns out they had left it sitting out because they didn't want to pay for an Uber driver to deliver, they decided to leave my food sitting out for 30 minutes until their own driver was available. (This was confirmed by the driver when the food was eventually delivered an hour after I placed the order). As a result I got a stone cold pizza which I couldn't eat and when I asked for a refund it was refused by the manager. They tried to fob me off with vouchers, hoping that I would give up in breach of the consumer rights act claiming that it is their policy. For anyone foolish enough to order food from them. Policies don't change the law. If you don't get exactly what was ordered you are legally entitled to a refund. Don't just accept vouchers because it's less hassle.

ice cream missing from dessert. needed the ice cream. was too sweet without it. Real shame. Pizza and garlic bread was excellent.

Ordered on just eat which errored and said it didn't deliver, however called them up and the individual on the phone sorted the issue and personally delivered it. Plus he gave our dog a treat which was nice.

Pizza box was caved in box was wet . Pizza itself was cold and therefore cheese congealed and less than average . Garlic bread cold and rubbery

I ordered through just eat at 19.59. Had confirmation straight away. Was given delivery by 20.45. Then at 2050 said arrived. Called up restaurant and they said the order only came through to them at 20.30. Said the just eat app is at fault ?

Delivery was late and food was cold. Onion rings were undercooked, wedges were missing from the order and the cookie dough was missing the jce cream. Really dissapointed, won't be ordering from here again! If i could give it 0 stars I would!

quality was really bad owaful never had a in my life that bed pizza and chips chips was burn and dry and cold pizza was hot but the bed didn't cook under nit never gone a order again and delivered after 1 hour

We stopped in Portsmouth for two days during our motorbike tour through the south of England and stayed not far from here at Spring Garden Guest House. The Pizza Hut is really inconspicuous from the outside, but the staff are absolutely great. I have rarely experienced such friendly and courteous service in a fast food restaurant. If we lived here, we would definitely be here often.

Food was warm and the fries were delicious. The pizza dough felt and tasted like a fried slice. Over all was ok but won't be ordering again.

Have been ordering from here for years no problems and decided to pop in to claim a free survey pizza! Both people working there were really lovely and pleasant to chat with! Very helpful and kind, pizza was great as always! Thanks again! 👍

I used to love Pizza Hut, however I think it has declined recently. sent wrong pizza crust, no garlic, and no ice cream for my hot cookie. Too expensive now for what you get so off to another supplier I go.

The food was amazing there was a hair but it made it taste better also the lady also gave me a stink eye but that was because I pooped my pants hope this helps EAT HERE !!!

Probably the worst take away or eat in pizza i have ever had! Ordered a medium chicken and a veggie couldn't work out which was which!! Just a pizza base and some tom sauce. £17!!!! Only ate 1 because we were starving. 1st and last time.

Foods gone down hill drastically. I used to prefer pizza hut over domino's. But that's changed now.

Wow! That is the best pizza I’ve ever had.I’m working this way & live in Surrey.Unfortunately my branch in coulsdon does not compete with this.Perfectly cooked with great colour. Friendly girl & bang on time.If all huts performed like this I’d be eating pizza at least once a week.I suggest that the area manager compares what is taking place here to other huts to gauge how they can get to this level.Hats off to the staff

Ordered on Uber from Wing Street. The Uber Driver could not find the restaurant.. that’s because for some reason Pizza Hut have a wing shop which sells the same food and it even comes in Pizza Hut boxes. I have been a customer at Pizza Hut for many years and this is the first time I tried wing street. I called the restaurant and they said they would not re make my food that had been sat under a heat lamp for an hour because it’s not their fault. It all arrived cold and we did not eat it. I was told that because I used Uber that I was not a wing street/Pizza Hut customer… I didn’t realise Uber cooked the food. Very disappointed in the service from Pizza Hut and I will not use you or Wing street again. Would not recommend Pizza Hut.. they’re fine as long as you don’t get problems with your food. £33 for stone cold food

It was all really yummy but I chose the 4 topping pizza and only got 2 of the toppings I asked for. I asked for 1 chicken, 1 sweetcorn and 2 pineapple. I didn’t get any pineapple. But everything else was perfect. Thank you!

One of your driver turned right out of Parham road into my Van, he admitted liability now has changed his mind, Im now 3 weeks with out a van to work, Hope your pizza's are better than your driving and thank you for effecting my lively hood.

I paid just under £20 for a small pizza and potato wedges on just eat but next time i will order from Pizza Huts own website where offers are included and for 2 medium pizzas and a large portion of wedges it would only have cost £15.

Wouldn’t order from these ever again or recommend.

Why is it that we put a time for pizza to be delivered and they are always late. I am writing this while I wait for the pizza I ordered for 6.15 . It is now 10 minutes late not good service . Update on this badly run establishment . I ordered pizza for delivery for 6.45 and late yet again. Think it is time to contact head office with a formal complaint .

After an initial problem it was sorted & replaced super quick. Fantastic customer service here & great tasting food with plenty of toppings.

I have always used pizza hut over other chains but last night I was very disappointed with my order on both pizzas the toppings were dry especially the chicken like it had been laying around and the bbq chicken wings were really slimey

Crust had topping on that I didn’t want and the pizza itself was a bit dried out and not hot enough ..... and I’m just round the corner ..... not the usual standard when I collect from store

We use Pizza hut quite a few times but after ordering yesterday for delivery at 6pm which arrived 13 minutes late . The pizza was tough and cold . we also order chicken strips and BBQ chicken wings these were also cold .No apology from delivery driver regarding it being late we paid over £25 for utter crap food and poor poor service not happy and will not order from here again .

The pizza was mediocre. The delivery drive was unaware I had already paid until I showed him my confirmation email and I am still waiting for my other bottle of drink! The delivery driver said he’d be back!

Food was dried to the pizza! It was not moist & tasty. It was like eating warm cardboard!

Driver arrived with a pretty aggressive attitude toward me because he’s been looking for my place for half an hour. Despite the fact that I put clear instructions on the order about finding the house. I understand he was annoyed but it wasn’t my fault when I’d made every effort to provide clear instructions.

The amount of reviews from me, is getting silly.... maybe I should stop ordering from here for a while................ 😂
