Domino's Pizza in Gosport

Sometimes, after a long day at work, when my dogs are barking and I have zero power to cook, Dominos is there to fill my belly with delicious pizza:) always very quick, delivery drivers are lovely and the steaming hot pizza is oh so delicious. Never had a single problem with the Alverstoke branch, 100% recommend

Extremely disappointed tonight! i was ordering myself a dominoes, never had a problem. Come to find out that the garlic dippers you served are nowhere to be found. You guys stop selling them or something? I looked at the other Domino’s restaurant and it’s all the same over there too, I’m really disappointed considering those were the only garlic bread I actually like because all your other garlic breads options have cheese on them or tomato sauce! not everybody likes that you know? myself and many others i know just prefer plain garlic bread. and now you’ve taken that away too. i always enjoyed having the sides, and you taken away half the sides menu away… Bring them back!!

Delivery was hour late. They said at the shop driver came and no one answered but I was here and my door bell was on at flats I live at and when it eventually come I waited in entrance to make sure i got my pizza or they said i wouldn't get a refund and it was cold

I paid for nothing. The food never came. The staff asked me to pay again. I do not recommend unless you want to pay double for the food

Ordered online - food arrived quick but was wrong. The large half and half pizza box had the correct label with multiple toppings. Yes we got a plane cheese pizza. We phones up and they offered to send the correct pizza? Why offer when I obviously want the pizza I ordered . However 15-20 mins later when it arrived the side order of chicken strips was cold and the kids had finished their food. Family pizza night was not a family pizza night.

Staff are incapable of taking a simple order

Pizza keeps arriving not fully cooked, always every time they forgot an extra ingredient that I put on my order takes the piss when I'm already spending £40 for two pizzas with sides

Edited. I left a bad review a few months back but after numerous visits of impeccable customer service and quality pizza since then I realise I may have just visited on an off day. I cannot praise them enough. Food always hot, tasty and made really quickly.

Had a pizza delivered last night, the pizza was really well made and it was delivered quickly. I believe the driver's name was Kay, she was very polite and professional

The food quality was great, the pizza looked good and the toppings were arranged well. The service is generally good here although they always mistake BBQ big dip for Garlic big dip. My only gripe with this branch is the deals are poor, you struggle to get a basic pizza and two sides for less than £30, whereas Papa Johns youll get an XXL pizza, two premium sides, 4 dips and dessert plus a free reward side next time. And when did this £2.50 delivery charge suddenly slip in. It's no good comparing yourselves to the likes of Deliveroo your profit margins are much higher than theirs and they're a lead generator, you're just being greedy. I used to order at least twice a week from Dominos, now it's maybe 3 times a year because of their pricing. I've mainly switched to Papa Johns now they've come a long way. Although they have the delivery charge the overall value is better and deals are deals, none of this advertising a deal and exclude half the menu stuff that dominos do.

I ordered 2 pizzas and a portion of fries for two. The pizzas were good as always but the fries portion size was an absolute insult for £4, the portion size wouldn’t even feed a child let along two adults. What a disgrace, dominoes should be ashamed. Will never order from them again.

Never normally had an issue with this specific store but how can you pay extra £1 per toppings and top the pizza like this lol? Just seems a bit odd and OCD, all the other pizzas were topped absolutely fine but this one left us all a bit baffled pmsl.

Increasingly poor quality of food and service. Tonight no delivery available so user collection. 20 minutes later, the tracker said the pizza still hadn’t started to be cooked. So I called them. They said it was already cooked and waiting 🤷🏻‍♂️ so by the time I collected it and got it home, it was cold. Even if it was still hot, just looked like ingredients had been thrown at it from a distance. Won’t be going back. Avoid

This place has the worst customer service I have ever seen, if you have a problem that just say there's nothing we can do!! If you ask to speak to a manager a 19 year old comes out who's just as useless as everyone else. Was a regular customer but not anymore.

I feel like the food could be better.

Not a great place the food is not very nice and the manager is very rude and doesn't like people with disibilitys she was very rude to my autistic son.

Slightly under cooked base so very doughy. Extremely greasy so very soggy. Disappointing when looking forward to a Dominoes :(

Received a text code which wasn't accepted on the website. When I rang the store they refused to honour the code saying it hadn't started yet. Asked to speak to a manager who refused to come to the phone and then they just hung up on me. Ended up ordering elsewhere. Very poor experience and customer service.

Sorry we dont take cash since Covid! How can a company refuse cash? I didnt realise this as typically i'd order online. I will literally never use Dominos ever again. When did cash stop being a currency?

The pizzas are getting worse from there Iv had some bad pizzas from there lately but the one's we just got were a joke, looks lime its been cooked in the windscreen of a car on a warm day, all the topping were falling off it was absolute slop, and it looked lime the delivery driver delivered them on a washing machine, so annoyed. With the price of their pizzas at the moment you think they would cook them properly the place is a shambles 😡 i would of gave them 0 stars but had to put 1 to leave the review.

Well what can I say? I ordered on 12th December for delivery, no problems in the past. Ordered and paid 2 1/2 hours in advance, got the confirmation email, no worries. When the 7-7.15 delivery window was 20 minutes late I phoned the store to be told firstly that it had left at 6.30 but then that mine was a "banned address" and I wouldn't be getting anything. Funny it wasn't banned on either the 4th or the 11th of November when I had deliveries from this location with no problems. It would have KILLED you to call me and let me know this or is it more fun to leave us hungry waiting for a dinner that will never arrive? Oh, OK then, you're going for the fun option on that one. So, when can I expect my money back then? Oh, you get to keep it for a week in exchange for nothing do you? Well that seems fair then. Couldn't care less if they "unban" my address, they'll never get my business again. Would leave zero stars if I could.

I was actually going to A&S motors

Gone downhill recently. The last 2 times we have visited we’ve been ignored collecting our order. No manners and made to wait even though the order was ready. People approached and answered the phone but ignored us. Our last order was missing half the toppings and cheeseburger sauce. 2 slices had no toppings at all. Our garlic bread had no cheese on. For the increased prices recently, I expect quality to still be there but it’s not.

Ordered a rather large order . We were delivered the wrong order & domino’s Gosport would not replace or collect it , they Said I would have to pay again ! Disgusting customer service!

A difficult one to review. We've collected pizzas from them to eat on the nearby seafront with great success but when ordering a delivery it was sadly incomplete. You don't get a refund for the missing items but instead a credit (supposedly) to your phone number next time you order. As this isn't something we do that often I've just written the money off. I wouldn't order delivery from them again. Made worse by the fact they contacted me asking if I wanted to tip the delivery driver for the incomplete order....

THEY DON'T GOT THIS! - Ordered 2 large pizzas on 2 for Tuesday with a large bottle of Fanta and some large dips, arrived on time but without drink and dips. Phoned them up as this keeps happening, drink turned up nearly an hour later still with no dips. I could let it go if it was a one off, but this is the fourth time in a row they've messed it up. Disappointed as I'm paying for things that I never receive.

I phoned several places to find out where I could get best deal for a party . Lee was incredibly helpful and couldn’t have done more . A lovely young man who is a great ambassador for Dominos . Thank you Lee

I ordered some food on the 21st of April and a guy names zac on the phone helped with my order I muddled things up proper and he help to rectify and went beyond to help me and really made my day! Couldn't fault anything at this branch!

I got confused and didn't realise I had already paid online, went in thinking I was going to pay. 😂

Ordered online, was told I'd get a txt when ready. No text, went 10 mins after due time... picked up warmish food😐

We ordered a medium and a large pizza this evening, they arrived quickly and were delivered by a very polite chap. When we opened the pizzas the large pizza had the wrong toppings on it and instead of chicken had mushrooms which my partner cannot eat. We phoned the store straight away and spoke to a lovely girl that was very apologetic and offered to send out a new pizza and some of the new chocolate orange cookies to apologise for the inconvenience. New pizza arrived quickly and had all the right toppings and the cookies were lovely! Brilliant service, thank you 🙂

Really disappointing texas bbq as hardly any toppings at all, odd bits on each slice. Never had one so poorly covered. I know it was Saturday night but rubbish waste of money. It will definitely be a while before we go back.

I've ordered a few times from the Alverstoke store, always great quality food. They're really friendly and ring when setting off to ensure I know the pizza's on its way. The drivers are complying with the social distancing rules as well.

I work for NHS first weekend off in 3weeks thought we would have a couple of pizzas was told by a member of staff 25 o/o off. But then was told no discount by another member of staff just wanted to share some feedback

Outstanding place, pizza looks amazing and tastes better than anything, same story with the sides and deserts. I order almost every time I get money. Delivery is always fast. Very nice

My father decided to treat my son out for a dominos. When they arrived a young lass was quite bothered by their presence and told them to wait outside whilst it was raining. They was quick and the food was absolutely incredible. Other members of staff was smiley and friendly. Thank you to Georgia.

Always tasty food, but expensive for what you get. Unfortunately this branch seem to skimp on the amount of toppings provided which is a great shame. Have also had ingredients missing entirely in previous occasions.

Absolute rip off. So how can Nhs discount take the price of the meal higher?! Price quoted for a certain pizzas etc with extras was given. Then when nhs discount was asked for the meal became more! When told to disregard the discount the meal price changed again..still higher. If they do that to every customer every evening then they're coining in a tidy sum without the customers knowing. People just paying up without adding up what they actually have.

Quick service and delivery options. Not my favourite pizza place but it is conveniently located.

Amazing pizza! We picked it up from the store and a huge pizza only cost £10. It was smoking hot, loaded with toppings, and the right amount of cheese. My family loved their meals and highly recommend it. The store also has a hygiene certificate level five and now I can see why. Thank you! Also, the diet coke was cold and refreshing, which is a huge bonus for me.

Absolute shite. Will never use again. They keep throwing the stickers off the pizzas on the floor outside. Orders being wrong. Not bringing full order. Most of the pizza had been bread with hardly any toppinfs. Wont use again.

Ordered a pizza on the phone while I was over 200 miles away. 50 mins after getting to the shop and my name and order still showing still in the oven, I managed to speak to one of the attendants who gave me one of the shocks of my life, my pizza wasn't in the oven, not even made. Been away from my family on deloymement for a week and just thought I'll go home to my wife and kid with boxes of pizzas and chill. But 50 mins in dominos shop, no pizza. Well apologies were tendered and they didn't let me pay for my pizzas in the end and even added a bug bottle of coke and magnum ice cream to my bounties. Top class customer service. 50 mins away from my family can't be quantified with anything but they accepted responsibilities for their short comings. Top of the shelf customers service.

Dominos in gosport is the best one I've been to they put care into the pizzas and work hard.

Went here because the chip shop next door was shut. Only had £9 in cash and was asked £9.99, she did say £9 was ok, (so why charge £9.99 when you can do it for £9.!!!) A Dominos pamphlet was stuck to the box. Reading the pamphlet at home it distinctly says “Buy one get one free when you collect” so back to the shop to claim my free pizza and ask why this wasn’t explained. I was told I should have asked for it which I contested as they gave the pamphlet as I left the store. I was then told had I spent £17.99 I could have the free pizza (nothing on the advertisement about this)...this is false advertising. Will not be going back and beware, they change prices and offers depending on their mood at the time. This is fraud!!

Very well placed, a little expensive although there are ALWAYS offers running. Limited parking but I always seem to be able to find a space. Efficient and friendly staff. Great food and service.

As with every Domino's pizza chain it is pricey with a single large pizza costing £18. However the food is by far the best I have ever tasted, the staff are friendly and the order was on time, if not for the price it would be the perfect pizza chain

I used to order online, sometimes collection otherwise home delivery. If its collection buy one get one free is a good deal, other than this deal its very expensive but taste is good.

Well, where do I start? Firstly, navigating up and down the one page menu continuously to find something that even looked remotely appealing was an instant turn off, I feel that a warning to enter the experience with a compas, a map and anticipation of disappointment would be sufficient. After finally settling for pizzas that looked barely more appealing than a three day old bowl of pedigree chum, we decided to customise them to better suit our taste buds. I ordered a Texas BBQ and added anchovies - may I point out that I'm not even a fan of anchovies, I added them only in the hope of improving that steamrolled pile of horse manure you like to tell people are pizzas, that in itself says a lot - well... my goodness did I get enchovies... not chicken though, apparently they were out visiting relatives that day, so I had to try and enjoy a salty, pasty pizza that looked like it was covered in excrement and fish bones, at least to my surprise it was hot. The second pizza we made ourself, it consisted of 2 lots of tuna, red onions and sweet corn. Let's start with the onion, where was it? I asked for red onion, not invisible onion, apparently that doesn't taste of anything. Then it was the sweetcorn, I can only imagine that's what it would look like if the green giant himself had a sneezing fit. Then the tuna, did they suffer an epileptic seizure while he applied it? What little of it there was anyway, you couldn't call it enough for 1 serving, let alone extra! After we were almost satisfied with what we ordered, it was time to proceed to checkout, I strongly advise the addition of a "sell everything you own and remortgage your house" button. Over £30 for 2 large pizzas? I take it Mr. Dominos would like yet another sunseeker? The wait itself wasn't long and I can't comment on the appearance of the delivery driver, that just wouldn't be right of me, also it would probably inaccurate as he spent 90% of the time facing my opposing neighbors front door, but he was quick with what he had to do and left. I will not be ordering from dominos again for a while I should think, mainly because I like food to be pleasing to the eye. Go Pizza GoGo. Side note... advise the photographer who is responsible for the pictures online to use something other that a Sony Ericsson Walkman next time

I tried the new Italian range (cant remember names), 1 was spicy, Husband went for Franks Hot WIngs. Which were hot without adding Frank's hot dip with it. Tuesday 2 for 1, also ordered on-line

Over an hour wait, spent over £20. Called branch and got 'driver was in an accident'....that may well be but this is the third time this year that's been the excuse!!!!!! Get better drivers. Shame Fareham don't deliver to us

This was far too expensive and I would advise not to go for the double decadence pizza. It was pretty revolting and sickly. You can get far better pizzas from other fast food places. Think it's my last time at dominos!

La comida siempre es demasiado caliente. El único inconveniente es el precio, son caros. Si la orden en línea, cómo no, se puede ver en qué etapa están y cuando están en el camino con su entrega.

Si quieres algo de masa, salsa de tomate y coberturas para cerca de 17 libras entonces dominos es el lugar! Creo que es mucho muy caro para lo que te dan!! En Asda puedes comprar pizzas de tamaño decente 2 para 4 libras pero dominos quieren cobrar 17 libras por 1 pizza?! Las pizzas puede ser agradable, pero depende de que los cocineros, a veces supongo que otras veces no genial! Un precio inferior haría que este lugar es genial!

I really hate writing review for a massive chain, even though they are mostly franchises, but I felt the need to this time.The food is always within the time they say and the quality is never compromised. When ordering a takeaway dominos is always what I go for. Whether I'm hungover or not. It's always a solid shout. Will always use again.

a sister of mine,who lives in Birmingham,is staying with us during the school holiday.her kids and my kids wanted pizza.i went to domino's and ordered some pizzas.there's no personal engagement at the counter just take the order and money.the staff at times are unprofessional,fooling around while customers present.the pizzas were good,nice crust,nice toppings,nice sauce.the kids enjoyed it

Never had a problem with this pizza place. Always within half an hour for delivery. A bit pricey, but we only buy with the deals! There is no eat in facility, just purely take-away or delivery.

This place does amazing pizza's and they deliver straight to your door. Pretty good delivery speed from when you phone your order through and always seem to be doing 2 for the price of one offers which cant be bad if theres a bunch of you.

We always have great pizzas from here and delivered politely and on time. They are expensive but we only ever order when we have a discount code to use. Will be back soon.
