We bought 2 donner kebab meals. The chicken was actually crunchie it was disgusting

The place must have recently come under new management as it used to be very good, tonight my meal took over an hour to be delivered and arrived cold, poor quality Lamb shish (really grissly and chewy). Definitely the worst kebab I've had from here and up there with the worst I've ever had

My friend and I ordered from Istanbul Grill for the first time through Uber Eats and were both really really pleased with the food. We'll definitely be ordering from here again!

Best chilli sauce, it's both hot with a kick and full of flavours. Other place is just hot and has no flavours but here it's both.

Burgers arrived, but no chips. Burgers were tasteless and when called about the chips, they were rude and didn't want to help. Would not recommend!!! Money for chips has now been refunded.

I accidentally ordered from Istanbul Grill on Sunday evening, thinking it was a different kebab shop. I ordered food for pick up, and when I arrived I was greeted with all the staff smiling, and saying hello to me as I walked in, which was nice. Now to the food… the Lamb shish was excellent! The salad the comes with it was really nice and the lamb was cooked perfectly. This will definitely be the kebab shop I go to from now on. Thanks guys!

Amazing so kind gave me a can of pepsi on the house cheers to the youngest one i think or shortest i dont know but so kind and only took 5 minutes

Istanbul Grill. Been ordering from here past month every Friday. As the kebab shop round corner is not as good. £30 spent every time. When delivery turned up tonight . Was told by driver cannott deliver anymore to far. Its 15mins from Gosport to Fareham . Also it does not say a delivery radius. I order online pay online. So felt it very rude to be told this by delivery driver. Why not decline order online. When paid for & ordering. So if I order online again & pay for it. Will they not deliver. Very dissatisfied. Very unhappy.

Got a chicken doner and chip combo. Chips was completely saturated in fat genuinely not enjoyable at all.. garlic mushrooms came in a card box box, therefore they tasted of cardboard and had sucked all crispness out from them. Small chips were soggy also as they was wrapped in paper and placed at the bottom of the order. Got my drink wrong. But atleast my girlfriends burger was satisfactory as then we would have had a problem. Won’t be ordering again.

Ordered a couple of pizzas and a mixed grill kebab as couldn't be bothered cooking. Pizzas were generously topped, well cooked and very tasty. Kebab was all well cooked, moist and the garlic mayo and chilli sauce were packed with flavour. Been using them for years and have never had a bad dish. Completely, 100%, recommend.

I’ve been going here lots recently as I only live down the road and the staff are very friendly and welcoming and the food is brilliant. Nice big portions and fresh chips nice hot and crispy. I’d definitely recommend this place

Ordered from Istanbul Grill to see our order sat in the car with 2 men smoking with the food on top of their laps. Got the food stinking of smoke in containers stinking of smoke. Called to complain - their response was they can smoke when they want to and if you don’t want to pay don’t. I explained I had already paid but felt it was disgusting to the point we could not eat. only for him to respond, he will remove me so we cannot order again. Vile service and appauling response to a warranted complaint.

i have used this place for 3 or more years, but the food i ordered tonight was vile. Kebab meat undercooked, hardly any sauce and piles of salad to compensate for no meat. also ordered boneless chicken, which i have ordered several times before, got a few chicken strips, which were tasteless compared to what they usually send. not sure if there is a new chef? or new manager, but food was nothing like before and i wont be ordering again

Good food can’t take that away from these guys but portion sizes are a shame, this is why I have given a review of 1 star as it’s a complete rip off

Had special chicken kebab and chips. I'm not kidding. It was yummy. The chips were hot not greasy. Chicken tasty. Salad fresh and crunchy. My tummy is still singing it's praises. Sorry no photos went down too quick.

No comment on the food, haven't been there. Only found out about the place from the mass of flyers strewn about the parking area for our block. While I can tolerate flyers through the letter box, leaving your name on litter seems pretty stupid. Have a word with whoever delivers these and make sure it doesn't happen again.

Hair in the burger, absolutely vile.

I hate to give bad reviews, however, I've been using this kebab shop for about 5 years now and never had a problem, about 2 months ago something changed, new staff, new everything and the food went downhill too, I got gone off lamb delivered to me, the smell was disgusting. All the chips were reheated, rock hard and barely edible and the salad was so dried out, you could bend the cucumber pieces completely in half without it breaking...after phoning, the woman on the phone said "sorry about that." That was it. So you've lost my custom completely and words of advice, don't get rid of staff that clearly did your shop the world of good and respect the fact that long serving customers will stop using you if you serve them off food and dont care to resolve the problems.

Was told the vehicle delivering my Large lamb shish had broken down. Not good enough. Was supposed to be delivered at 11:15. Was offered an alternative delivery and discount which means the food would have been cold. Not good enough. Always had good service before. It's as if you don't matter sometimes. Ruined my taste for foot tonight. Not happy.

I've never had a issue with Istanbul grill in the past but tonight I ordered a lamb kabab for me and my daughter as we were so hungry and was too tired to cook and I couldn't believe how much fat was soaked in the bread it was disgusting never ever will I order from them again what a waste of money couldn't eat it made me sick it's disgusting wish I could leave a picture of it so you can see for yourselves the meat was very pale...

First time ordering, Chicken strip wrap decent, Halloumi class and them Dutch Fries unreal

Food arrived on time etc, but that's where the positive points end. Wedges were chewy and tasteless, altogether dreadful. The 'boneless chicken' was a sad affair, tough, chewy, dry, dismal and depressing. The chicken arrived in a crushed and battered box. Not sure what the people in this place do, but to describe it as cooking would be stretching the truth. Tossed it in the bin and went to KFC, which is what I recommend you do. In short, AWFUL.

For some reason they decided to put meat on the base and then cover everything with cheese. Basically all pizzas look like mozarella and don't exactly taste great as they're just mixing in too much.

Just ordered tonight. Chicken shish and chips. Was here within 10 minutes. Istanbul grill, you've upped your game! The chips were wrapped in paper and therefore beautifully crispy and the chicken shish was AMAZING!
