Ordered a pizza, driver lied about attempting delivery. Pizza sent back out cold and looking like it had been in an RTC. Absolute shambles of a service. Waste of time and money

Guy was realy drunk behind the counter gave us the wrong pizzas reported online but they didnt care. Always something missing on our orders so happy we have another option now! Go to Papa Johns!!

The place and pizza was fine but the dodgy “offer” from buying online and being tricked into a Complete Savings contract means I will never shop there again. Buy online at your own risk!

Was not impressed they are normally gd but tonight let us down the food was not nice and stone cold

Ordered food on my lunch break at work. Food tracker said out for delivery. After an hour I rang up they told us the oven was broken refunded the order told the Manager we’ve gone without food on our lunch break because he didn’t ring to let us know the food wouldn’t come and all he had to offer was 10% off next order. He wasn’t helpful and showed no empathy for the fact we went hungry at lunch.

Pizza arrived really burnt and had onions welded to it that were requested to be replaced by sweetcorn, still awaiting refund

In order food from here probably more regularly than my doctor would condone and have done since moving to Tewksbury mid 2023. Since then it’s been a mixed bag experience, the food is as you’d expect, its pizza and it’s yet to confine me to the porcelain throne, however, it is obscenely expensive, I just paid £26 (ish) for a gluten free pizza, which comes only in one size and would barely satiate a borrower. It’s advertised as 9.5”, a good number for a man to boast about at the pub but in the pizza world, that’s roughly 4” in the bedroom, some would argue adequate, but most would consider it disappointing. In reality though, the pizza is not 9.5, the sad truth is, it’s been measured by a man used to adding an inch or two on and is actually more like 8.5” (on a good day…..when it’s warm). I’m sure you remember the mathematical formula for pie from school and like me, I’m sure you too like to apply this to pizza to brighten up your evenings. Doing the maths tells us that I have paid for 29.83 square inches of pizza but have actually received 25.12” of gluten free pizza. I’m now in the same position with my food as all men are in life. I’m disappointed with my lack of inches.

The food took 40 minutes from when it apparently left the store to be marked as "delivered". Unfortunately it wasn't delivered. It was delivered 5 to 10 minutes later and was cold. Contacted customer services the next day they asked me to send a photo of the pizza ( ! ) Please don't post the auto response telling me to contact you because I've already done that.

Was told it would be a 10minute wait, ended up being 40. Told we couldn’t order certain sides that were part of the deal so chose 2 we were told we could have. Basically because he couldn’t work the till. Ended up getting 2 garlic pizza breads even though we ordered 1 garlic pizza bread and 1 wedges. Deal came with cookies, well it didnt because they never gave it to us. Ordered 2 large dips. Got given 1. Had to argue and then find receipt that stated 2. Made official complaint through website, someone was supposed to contact us, they havent. Wont be coming using dominos again. Nowhere near worth the amount of money. I have already filled in your form, nobody has contacted me! Waste of my time, like waiting 40 minutes for a pizza in a shop with 1 other person.

Absolutely awful pizza paid extra for toppings only to get a poorly put together with about bits of ham only ,considering it was suppose to be a mighty meaty turned out to be an based tomato based pizza with a sprinkle of cheese and 6 pieces of ham only

Would never order another pizza again from this establishment even under the £12 offer for a large !! ..Ordered a large mighty meaty for collection with extra cheese, it was so dry and hardly any meat toppings! I called the manager and he was so unprofessional & unhelpful. A total rip off !!

Waited 2 and a half hours for delivery. I am very very poorly and waited for the delivery to be able to take medication, unable to prepare food in my unwell state. After waiting 2 and a half hours I phoned the restaurant, although feeling so Ill, greeted by rude service telling me since I ordered via Just Eat it wasn’t his problem and to request a refund via Just Eat, no apology or even offer to get the food sent out. No attempt to find my order, order number etc. No care at all, rude and unbothered. Ordered from the Bishops Cleeve branch and had a wonderful experience, highly recommend the Bishops Cleeve Dominos above this.

We have had a few over the past years but for some reason the last few orders have been very poor, they seem very dry and bland with little topping, and they are not cheap anymore. Always had a good service when collecting or getting delivery but will try another supplier from now on.

Ordered tonight, half the food didn't arrive with the delivery driver, rang them to be told the rest would be sent, its an hour later and no sign of it. We've had a few occasions in the last year when we've tried to order only to have it cancelled as they don't have the drivers available. The drivers are always friendly which is the only reason this has more than a 1 star rating.

Pizzas are great and also service but to expensive

I don't think Papa John's are going to be in this town for long.

Used this branch a fair few times but the last few pizzas have been very disappointing, it seems they are pulling back on the amount of toppings as my last two were practically just bread and cheese.

Been ordering pizza from here for years. Just been told they won't deliver now as I'm 0.1 miles outside the delivery area. So they will literally deliver to the rest of the village and even 2 doors down....but I'm too far. Typically silly ridged rule, that makes no real sence and drives away customers. Edit. Contacted Mypizzafeedback as suggested. Got a reply back which made no sense - clearly a foreign web site that uses Google translate to reply to compaints and is never going to understand the issue - total waste of time.

We've ordered from here a few times however, the last time we had a missing item which after 2 phone calls, they agreed to refund, 2 weeks later and I have never had this back. Poor service & wouldn't use again for this reason.

Two Pizzas turned up very burnt, stone cold, and not very nice. Wedges no better, not burnt but stone cold.

Ok so let me tell you about this little known place where they sell Italian topped flatbreads. It's called Domino's and they specialise in the fast-food variety of what they call "pizza". Some varieties of pizza are stone-baked in an open-fire clay oven or similar.This is not the case at Domino's, where the frills of haute cuisine are unnecessary - and yet the food is delicious all the same. A cheap and cheerful salt and sugar-loaded cheesy treat. Why not try some of their toppings such as "Pepperoni" or "Ham and Pineapple" (whatever will they think of next?!

Unbelievable,I ordered food just before 8.00pm online,an hour went past so I phoned them for an estimated time and the manager said next available driver is 10 minutes and apologised and said for the inconvenience he would refund my money back and food will be 10 minutes.another 45 minutes went past so I phoned back for him to tell me that food wasn't coming as they are closed and there has been misunderstanding? What a joke.will never use them again!!

Tried to order a delivery except its just outside their area, so I tried another branch and...... No we don't deliver to your area so the other Dumin nose pitza yes you've guest it Dinozzo Pitsza don't deliver to my area either! What a waste of space they are 👀

Great service and food was delicious as always.

Tried calling numerous times without any answer, so we tried calling into to the shop to place our order and waited at the counter for 10mins (no seriously) before we gave up and went down the road. Very disappointed.

Had raw cookies, asked for a replacement and they sent them out but they were nothing more than the same as the raw ones

Absolutely amazing customer service, I accidently ordered a pizza for collection from the wrong town and the awesome lady called them up and sorted it all out. They offered me a refund or a pizza made in the shop I was in (no extra charge). 10/10 thank you for your help! The pizza was delicious too!

Always seem happy to give you the best deal for family night in pizza

We have ordered from here loads of times. However 5 times in a row now they messed up our order. They offered us £25 off our next order. So we thought ok 1 last try, to make sure it was 100% right we rung the shop to make sure our order would come out to us correct. We were assured it would. (All we want is double cheese on our pizza not a tiny sprinkling, not a hard order to get wrong) GUESS WHAT its WRONG AGAIN!!!. Not only did it have a bit of cheese it was cold, burnt and like rubber We will definitely be going elsewhere now & making a complaint to their head office.

I have used this place for years but in the last year it has gone down hill massively. Our last 6 orders have come out incorrect, incomplete, cold, burnt and like rubber. I did contact the store several times even when I put the order in to make sure it came correctly but it still hasn't.

For a Domino's this is probably the worst in Gloucestershire. Considering the amount of issues you can have, ranging from missed items to cold food. Probably more miss than hit but once in a blue moon it's spot on.

Wrong order but tasted ok anyway. I ordered garlic bread and got cookies, didn't realise until I'd got home and didn't want the pizza to go cold if I returned the cookies. Cheap and tasted fine, just check your order on the desk before you leave the shop!

Provided all the pizzas for our daughter’s birthday party. All arrived on time and exactly as ordered. V helpful with ordering and payment process. Gave us a discount for such a large order. Highly recommended.

So rude, probably having a bad day but that isn’t an excuse. I was quite happy to part with £50 for some over-priced pizza but after that phone call I will not be bothering.

Great delivery place - had a few issues with ordering and paying for ice cream that that didn’t have and have never refunded me for (despite asking repeatedly!) don’t use them as much now but the deals and the clever app make it convenient when we can’t go out to eat

Sign says opening times 10am-11pm went to go in at 7 and it was shut. Staff member saw me and just shrugged her shoulders at me and walked into the back.

Ordered 4 large pizzas for delivery for 7 of us. Driver very courteous and that’s where the good experience ended......Pizzas were cold, over cooked and burnt, they weren’t cut through. 2 of the garlic dips were missing. The “pepperoni passion” only had 3 pieces of pepperoni per slice - hardly generous and hard to distinguish from the plain cheese/tomato. The other pizzas certainly didn’t reflect what is shown on their website.Not a good experience certainly when you consider we paid a discounted price of £44......should have been £76!!Save your money, turn on the oven and go to Morrison’s and buy a large pizza for less than £4.....much tastier in my opinion.The only thing Dominos offer is convenience - but at what price, bland, cold food..

They don’t do vegetarian! My Wife has been a vegetarian for 40 year where this pizza place has 4 times delivered non vegetarian meals which kills the night and meal. Worse is tonight when I’ve tried to call and complain twice they’ve answered then hung up on me! Not good.

Since we’ve moved to the area, we’ve ordered home delivery on a regular basis from the Tewkesbury Domino’s. 4 times now they’ve failed to deliver a simple vegetarian pizza for my Wife which has completely ruined family meals and caused much stress. Tonight I tried to call to resolve 2 times and on both calls they answered then hung up! Not good.

Would have preferred to put No stars as we waited 5 minutes or so to be served and still no one could be bothered !!

Very disappointed at quality of Pizza delivered tonight but pleased with how our complaint was dealt with. Professional staff and quickly dealt with. If Dominos are to survive in this small town they need to up their game. This has put me off ordering any Dominos pizzas in the future.

Had a gluten free pizza last night, and I've been really ill since - it was definitely NOT gluten free. I'm a coeliac, so it's not a lifestyle choice! I know the base and toppings were gluten free so it must be from contamination in the process or building somewhere. Really not good. If you state something is gluten free it absolutely MUST be, every time. This happened before a while ago - I told them and they apologised and I left it at that. But I'd been assured it was okay now so tried them again - I've had two that were fine in the last six months, but this experience has put me off for good. Really not worth the risk.

Ordered a large mighty meaty one with cheese filled crust. Forgot how big they are and really struggled to eat it all but well worth the value.

Besides the overpriced rubbish food. We have just had a disrespectful delivery driver fly up out driveway at 30mph. Slam on breaks. Skid on the gravel drive, deliver a pizza to one of our tenants and then back down the drive again at 30mph. Then floor it down tewkesbury road in some crap silver what sounded like a 1.2 litre half baked ford escort. We have animals here. He could of killed one of them at that speed. Try ringing to complain and you get put on hold. Never got back to. Try ringing again twice and phone just rings. Absolute disgrace if this is the atate of new young drivers these days. No wonder there are so many accidents. Going to report this behaviour to the damn police. Even when i shouted at him he just ignored and flew out the driveway. Stupid idiots!

Good food but exspensive. Staff can and will often forget that you are there and leave the food on the heaters for 20+ mins.

The pizza quality and prices are what you expect from Dominos - high! But the delivery time from Tewkesbury always seems quite long.

No utilizar estos chicos de nuevo y te sugiero que una pizza de aldi es probablemente una opción mejor o pagar un poco más e ir a Zittos que son excelentes.

Ordered 2 pizza's they both arrived with hardly any topping, evident from the fact the pizza base had risen up in bubbles as it was not covered in sufficient cheese. Also ordered chicken strippers that in a cost cutting exercise no longer include sauce.

Got to admit Dominoes is the place to get a great pizza. Great delivery service if ordered a take away.Large pizza and get one free what a great deal.

Had friends over so ordered a delivery of two large pizzas, gluten free, chicken combo and 21 hot chicken wings. When opening the pizza boxes they were squashed down so most of the pizza topping was stuck to the top of the box, also the pizzas were lukewarm. Gluten free pizza was cold, there was only 16 hot wings 5 had obviously flown away. The chicken combo was also cold. This is not the first time that the food from here has been poor but this was really exceptionally BAD. I did phone to complain within 5 mins of the delivery driver leaving and was offered a voucher ! The young lady I spoke to was very apologetic and polite. I did not accept the voucher as I said I would not every order food from them again.

Hadn't had a domino's pizza for a while and hadn't tried this one before, as we were stopping up the road, thought we would staff very friendly and helpful throughly enjoyed our pizzas with the lady telling us that there was an offer on large and medium even better very good recommended

Ordered a pizza via the website for collection. Set the collection time to 1800 but decided to go a little early, which was fortunate. I arrived at 1750 and the pizza was ready and sitting on the shelf waiting for me to collect. When I pointed this out to the person who served me, they just shrugged their shoulders and said it would be ok and opened the box to show me. They completely missed the point that if I had come 10 minutes later the pizza would have been less than fresh.Also the web receipt states that a survey will be sent after collection, this has not happened yet.Also pay attention to the variety of offers that they are running as there are usually multiple ways to buy the same food, with some offers turning out cheaper than others. I wish they would simplify the offers.

We had one of their pizza's last night as a takeaway and must admit it was very tasty. My wife really enjoyed it as she is not narmally a pizza person.

Expensive, largely uninspiring pizzas - the power of a teen-age-friendly brand! You can get better pizzas from the in-house bakery at Morrissons (though you'll have to heat them up yourself of course!)

I've ordered more takeaways from here than i care to admit, but they've never let me down on the quality of food. Ok its not the cheapest but its always more than enough food! A special mention to the delivery guys who offer quick delivery, never have a problem finding my house and are so friendly! Keep up the good work!

when ordering a large order we stated forces discount, which he stated was 30%. However on asking the price it was far from the 30% stated. Then when we arrived and said we have has 50% before and was told that was correct but they couldnt process it through the till, no manager, staff unable to tell us who to complain to and got charged nearly full price, STAY CLEAR.

This is an ideal place to stop off for a quick bite to eat - perfect if you want food quickly especially if busy doing shopping etc and don't want to waste time waiting for service in a sit-down restaurant. The atmosphere is informal, has high seats overlooking the busy shopping main high street. I ordered the thin pan vegetarian pizza - was excellent and tasty, good value for money
