I just got our order delivered a few minutes ago and I have to rave about it a little. Obviously we all expect the normal standard from Dominos, with little fluctuation between orders, but this one is just incredible. The pizza is cooked to perfection with just the right amount of darkening / caught look about it. No bald spots without cheese as you would usually find. I ordered my crust Italian style and it’s ACTUALLY Italian style thickness, whereas it’s usually hit & miss. The chicken is well cooked but not overcooked as it sometimes can be, coating is gorgeous as usual. The fries are perfectly cooked, just the right kind of golden. The garlic bread is perfectly cooked and evenly coated with cheese… just not a single fault. Delivery man was sweet as well, with quick delivery time. Whoever it was that took care of making my food today — you did a beautiful job, thank you.

dry pizzas did they run out of sauce .base so thin was like eating cardboard nearly £80 down the drain .

Just been and ordered a medium 2 topping pizza tandoori and jalapeño told it will take 20 mins waited and got a gummy pizza topping still gonna eat it but not good at all for this store

I recently visited Domino’s Pizza in Gloucester and I must say, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of food and service. The restaurant is located at Whittle Way, Gloucester. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the food was served hot and fresh. I ordered a pepperoni pizza and it was delicious! The crust was crispy and the toppings were generous and flavorful. I also ordered a side of garlic bread which was soft and buttery. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a satisfying meal. The prices are reasonable and the portions are generous. The restaurant also offers delivery and takeout options for those who prefer to enjoy their food at home.

Placed a timed order, an hour and a half before time we wanted it to be delivered. Phoned as it was 30mins passed our time slot, and the only response I got was they will re make our order and send it out again. No apology or anything.

Still waiting for response and refund confirmation for failed delivery on Saturday. Was spoken to so rudely. No apology. Was sat in window next to front door in quiet house as kids in bed. Driver must have gone to wrong house. Can’t believe no one has responded to me yet or confirmed refund. Customer for decades, but put off ordering now. Order 517217709

Small seating area but apart from that it was alright, did ask for a deal tho and got charged full price.

Staff are always nice here, and can never complain about the food.

Good pizza, took a little while to arrive but understandable for a Saturday night. The only issue is we ordered chicken kickers and in the box marked kickers were potato wedges and no chicken.

They take a million years to pick up the phone, then when they do and I say "Hello" they hang up Who wants to pay extortionate prices for a bit of cheese and tomato on bread anyway?

missing food, drivers couldn't care less about missing food, couldn't get through on phone or able to get a refund.

If I could give them no stars I would. Pizza was not delivered to our address despite clear house numbers. I had to phone after 95 mins to chase and was told it had been delivered. No apologies received either. Yet to see if I get the requested refund

Food was good. Service was abysmal. We were walk in customers. 4 team members looked at us on entry and ignored us. A team member came from out the back and took our order. I explained that the 4 of them had ignored us, and he replied that they don't know the system. I explained some sort of greeting / acknowledgment doesn't need training or a system. Unfortunately that's Service standards in UK. But pizza was good, and suppose that's all that matters nowadays.

Pizza had clearly been dropped on the floor and THEN COOKED. One side of the base was scrunched up, the base had been patched up with random pieces of dough, the pizza wasn't cut properly, there were some areas of the pizza were there was no base under the topping (meaning it had stuck to the box), and there was evidence of dirt and a small insect in the base. Disgusting. I have never had an issue with Domino's before, but this has made me not want to order from them again. 😕

Fancied a pizza on Tuesday. Wish I had ordered a meator one instead of the chicken but the deal was a large pizza, chicken side garlic bread and chocolate orange cookies for just over 24 quid. Arrived a bit early but I do like their pizza and all the extras. No doubt we will use them again very soon

It says ‘ Curbside pickup’ don’t believe it! I pick up a pizza ( kinds were in the car) and got £100 fine try a letter a brown week after. Contact customer service and they were useless. Very disappointed and out of pocket. They definitely lost a customer.

Popped in tonight to get 5 children some food as we had broken down 2 hours away from home. I understand things are different at the moment but still you could of helped 2 parents who are stuck in a strange place with 5 children and no where else being open to feed the kids!! Brilliant service not. Only rated it 1 star because I have too!!

We got a good deal last night, chicken strippers and wedges side and a large pizza. Easy to order and quick delivery. Delicious food and decent price.

Who cares if the range of toppings is limited or the presentation plain. The value for money is good, the service is as fast as can physically be (I have no opinion on the home delivery though, I always collect the food myself in store). And the place looks clean and tidy - who cares about the lack of character. You get exactly what you're looking for, at a reasonable price.

Not sure how this business is still open as they dont ever answer the phone. Cant comment on food as never even been able to order!

I have gotten pizza from this dominos for years and have never been disappointed. It always tastes great and they haven't gotten my order wrong once in the past year.

Good deals but we have to wait until after 10pm to order so that our local store in Brockworth is closed. The food is really bad, toppings slide off the pizza, wedges are always solid and lumpy inside.

Walked up to the store and said open till 5am. Closed on us at 11pm and said they were shut. Had to order from St Oswald's store. Yeah funny, I don't fancy walking 4 miles to get my pizza. Joke

Called into dominoes in brockworth tonight 22.20 doors locked girl mopping floor, rang the branch he told me to come bk doors open, liar liar, phoning head office tomorrow to complain because this is not the first time it's happened, we live 2 minutes away, but hey ho pappa johns is better hucclecote nice

Delivery within 30 mins so that was good. 1 large and 1 medium along with the normal deal extras. Personally I felt that the topping on the large was no different than the medium one - what I meant by that was no extra topping for the larger pizza just spread out more ! So won't do that again !! What are your thoughts ? Perhaps we will have a Chinese next time. I gave it 3 stars however because it was tasty.

Food is often made well, though unfortunately not quite to the standard you'd expect based on the price.

Every time we order without fail something is either missing or wrong, it takes less than 5 minutes to walk from the store to my house and yet it still takes on average 20 minutes to arrive (not including cooking time)

Quick and easy. A bit expensive in evening. Great value for lunch though

Pizza arrived and was cold, burned and like rubber. Potato wedges not even properly cooked. Called to complain but its clear that its easier (and quicker) to just refund and get you off the phone ASAP, then attempt to apply any customer service. Was told I could have a new pizza in 45 minutes (had already waited almost an hour) or money back. No apology or good will gesture offered.

Really can’t believe how incompetent these idiots are. Ordered pizza tonight for tea, an hour passed and no delivery. Apparently they couldn’t find us yet they’ve delivered here a hundred times. 9.15 rang to see what was going on. Out for delivery we were told. Well at 9.50 we decided to tell them to stick the pizza and refund us. That’ll take as long as the pizza, three days. You’ve lost a regular customer tonight due to your lack of care and my son went bed a very hungry boy. Avoid at all costs Offered a free pizza by customer care, ordered that and guess what, no delivery. These idiots are an absolute joke. Papa johns all way wasters.

Worst place ever! First visit the workers are stood around talking football, drinking cans of Monster in the preping area, then missed half of my order so had to then make the rest up whilst my other food went cold!. Second visit they accidentally gave my order i placed online to someone else and then i had to wait 20 mins again for them to redo the order! Delivery drivers always courteous, pizzas nothing special but convenient.

Normally very quick service, unfortunately this time a little on the slow side. Positive side pizzas amazing taste.

So disappointed the last 3 orders have been incomplete, each time have rang and they say they will redeliver and don’t. tonight is the final straw after waiting over 45 mins for the delivery it was missing the rocket and oil again for the pizza and the pizza was cold. When telling the delivery driver he was not interested. Looks like we’ll be using papa johns for our weekly treat now.

Never review anything, but feel the need to. Do not use this dominos. For some reason they are incapable of finding addresses, even whilst on the phone. Orders come wrong, and usually cold. Second time this has happened where they have not been able to provide me with like warm food. It will not happen a third time.

Placed my order through your app, and never received it. Also rang up and no answer. Wont be going here again.

As with all Domino's only good if you have offers or it is pricey

Quite expensive but lovely pizzas!

How hard can it be to get an order right. Ordered two pizzas and when it came to paying the server had only entered one pizza onto the system. Ordered both pizzas with stuffed crust and only got one. Asked for hot dip and didn't even get it. This isn't the first time our orders been cocked up at this branch.

Since Roadrunners (which used to be by far the best) changed hands, Dominos now do the best pizza imho. Good toppings, prompt service.

After a dreadful meal at the Whittle Inn I decided to have a pizza in my room the next night. It was made fresh to order and they have special offers to personal callers. It's over the road from the Premier Inn and the pizza was cooked just as I like it

£5 large pizza lunch special is great

We used to always get Roadrunner pizza until they changed hands, so we worked our way through the alternatives in and around Gloucester. Domino's ended up as our pizza takeout of choice. It's probably a personal taste thing, but we like the consistency of the bread, the sauces and the decent serving of decent toppings. Delivery is always fast. The Domino's app is also the best on-line food delivery apps I know.

We love Domino's as we know we can have them delivered quickly. Website for ordering is very easy to use and being able to track your order is very handy. Large selection of pizzas and being able to order a pizza with separate toppings on 2 halves is good when you have fussy eaters.

We ordered a takeaway pizza online to be delivered to a hotel and requested a VAT receipt. Pizza arrived with no VAT receipt. Rang every day for 2 weeks and told they would email one, still nothing. Made formal complaint which was just forwarded to shop. Would not use again or recommend

My wife had a take away Pizza whilst I was out having a meal with friends. She enjoyed it and was kind enough to leave me a couple of slices to eat on my return home as she new I would be peckish on my return home. I must say that I enjoyed it too (but I had had a few pints)

Food delivered was cold and we were ill most of that evening. I wouldn't order anything for there again.

We don't usually 'do' pizza takeaway but this was a treat whilst visiting the area for a few days. We ordered one of the many different offers available which made it more affordable. Service was quick and efficient and food very tasty. Without the special offers, it is expensive but we enjoyed our pizzas and sides and would order from this branch again if in the area.

The best pizza in tow ...and the only pizza in town. Order the Texas BBQ. Garlic dip is awesome, now comes in large size. It a tad pricey though. On Tuesdays its two for one.

Pizza's are not cheap and do not warrant the cost. Long wait for order not very good parking behind Tesco store
