Domino's Pizza in Dumfries & Galloway

Amazing place to eat! Great prices and amazing staff too. Everyone is very polite and helpful. Food is awesome especially when it's made by my good friend Danish!

Premises are clean and staff are friendly. Expensive compared to other takeaway places in town. Multi-buy offers are almost always available and are key if you don't want to spend too much. If you have dietary restrictions I would avoid. On both occasions I visited I left feeling ripped off and disappointed. Domino's Gluten Free pizzas are limited to 9.5", start at an eye watering 13.99 for a margarita and the Schar bases become dry and crunchy after the box has been opened. For the size and limited GF toppings available I think around £8-10 would be more appropriate and cannot recommend for Coeliacs unless you are really desperate for 🍕. If you are a Coeliac I would recommend either Palmerston Cafe for fresh 🍕, or Tesco / Morrisons for a superior frozen 🍕 at a fraction of the price. Limited indoor seating also available. Accepts contactless payments. Unfortunately, unless Dominos fix their pricing structure and improve their GF bases I won't be back.

This is a busy place with several delivery vehicles going out all the time in the evening. The food is consistently good and the service is friendly.

NEVER AGAIN ordered a pizza side and 2 drinks. Order didn't arrive so called and fobbed off. Delivery driver called and was rude and had no interest in listening and proceeded to talk over the top of me. 2nd order was sent out 2 hours later after phoning 3 times asking for a refund. Pizza and side freezing cold. Absolute joke. Won't be back. Will say one thing the second delivery girl couldn't have been nicer and very apologetic. Shame the rest of the staff can't take a leaf out of her book.

Late afternoon food dash during the week and pizza came to mind. Dashed into the local Domino's which was not too busy. Downloaded the App and set about ordering pizza. The crew were very friendly and patient as I worked my way through the App. The crew had asked what pizza I was going to be ordering and had already started on my pizza before my order was placed. Impressive service! Pizza was delicious and service was great. Was a little uncomfortably hot in the shop on a hot sunny day, but not everyday is like that.

They serve pizza and it is just like the Pizza that Domino’s Pizza make… I like it… The boss said he prepared our order and went home, so the staff had to do it once I arrived. It was a delay… but it was domino’s pizza at the end… 🍕 🍕 🍕 🍕 🍕

Hardly any interaction, pizzas shown as ready on the screen, but no one actioning them. The service was so slow.

We where waiting a while and it was a small establishment not much space and the staff where nice.

Respect there employees. Also make sure there safe if late in evening. Also feed you if you are hungry and you work and have no money never people to leave you hungry . Worked there but there foods Also fresh made and most is hallal food apart from the pork . Nice and usually on time Also

Staff are always friendly and are helpful. Always willing to sort issues out quick and effectively. Only downside is the cost but you expect that from domino’s.

Horrible, been waiting over 3 hours for my pizza tried phoning a few times no answer, finally get through and they tell me they tried delivering it but I had no phone call or messages to say anything Would not recommend anyone to get dominos from this branch, it's a waste of money and time

OK pizzas much better else where nowadays

Really not great. Took ages to arrive, an hour and a half plus. Pizza was hard, over cooked and chewy. Domino's are supposed to be an easy, consistent average but this was some way below par. Back to the regular Italian and Turkish places from now on for us.

Simple queuing system at door. Order ready on time. Great as always!

Dominos treat their staff like dirt and make them work like dogs, not letting them stop at the hours they are supposed and generally just horrifying.

Love their pizzas and whenever we have had a delivery the staff are always so helpful and friendly. They didn't have the juice in stock we asked for so the delivery driver had brought the other selections they did have so I could choose something else :)

Major difference in quality compared to bigger cities, there are far less ingredients used than what you get in other places.

Had similar, even better frozen pizza. Didn't text to inform it was ready for collection. When I phoned they said it had been sitting for 45mins but eventually agreed to cook fresh order which took about 40mins to get. Greasy I thought. 1st time ever having a dominos and probably the last

Current staff are much better than previous ones. Couldn't get the app to work properly and it didn't apply the discount.

Unfortunately they gave me the wrong pizza

We ordered on the app. It said 7-12 mins. We turned up about 10 mins after we ordered. My wife went in to be told it was not ready yet. The app would notify us when it was ready. We waited a further 15 mins. So my wife went in again to be told there had been a mix up and they needed to remake the pizza. So after a further wait we finally got our food. But a took about 45/50 mins all together from ordering to receiving our food. Then when we got it back to our hotel the pizza was cold. But we were not going back to deal with the staff again. Out sides were warm and we got free hot cookies.

Was a Saturday night but over an hour to PICK UP a pizza after I received my *come pick it up* message really isn't the best.

Ordered 2 pizzas a Meateor and a Chicken Supreme. Meateor was decent apart from too much bbq sauce in places which took away the taste of the topping but the Chicken Supreme was an absolute joke. Should have been called a Chicken SUPRISE.............Coz it would have been a huge surprise to actually find any chicken on it!!!!! Won't be back. Over thick and way too much crust, filling nowhere near the edge. Waste of money! 🤬👊👎

What has happened to your bbq sauce .Either you've changed it or it was spread too thick. I usually enjoy these pizzas, we buy them often, always with this sauce but these are not pleasant , too bitter a taste .Will not be buying again. Cookies were good

This place used to be great! Recently however, the standard have gone to hell. I used to love my weekly treat from Domino's but the last three pizzas have been disappointing. Inconsistent toppings and in one case I had a ranch BBQ that had basically no cheese! The staff all seem nice but whoever is managing the place now clearly isn't maintaining standards very well. Wouldn't be so bad if it wasn't for the prices. I don't mind paying for good quality but three poor experiences in a row means there's an issue.

Tell you what that's the worst dominoes I've had in my life. Just spent 40 pound on grease. I'm not joking it was literally dripping out of the box. 2 pizzas and a garlic bread were dripping out of the box so I had to put them in the bin outside so it didn't get all over the house. Joke. Potato wedges weren't even cooked and the juice was that warm I've had to put it in the fridge. The juice I can deal with but honestly the pizzas and wedges were a sick joke.. This branch has went severely down hill. Never again.

Staff very polite and made our very large order very quickly. Staff are very good at keeping calm under pressure when some customers were impatient.

Asked for a gluten free base pizza whilst in the shop, the was told it had to be ordered on the app, and couldn’t be ordered over the counter....what sort of nonsense is that dominios?

Food is expensive and not of great quality.. delivery is very slow. Staff are good but not at the top of you know what I mean.
