Received my order today two 12 inch pizza they were the most delicious pizza I ever had delivery were on time and also I received a free garlic bread with 2 free dips so pleasant I would definitely suggest this place for delivery and collection very professional and fast service don’t miss this place guys it’s worth spending honestly. I would definitely come back thanks for the great food and outstanding customer service

We ordered a plain chicken burger with chips and a mixed kebab with garlic mayo and chilli in a tub. The burger,chips and kebab was absolutely covered in hot chilli sauce. We called and they said they put sauce on everything because they don't understand English and they were closed and were not able to give a refund or re-do our food. We explained we could not eat the food as it was way too hot, even after covering it in mayo and salad. The burger, chips and kebab was thrown away. Wasted money.

I love this restaurant. whenever I receive the foods I'm surprised because got a free pizza and the pizzas I ordered were very delicious and tasty 😋 Would order everyday and many thanks for the free pizza 🍕.

Pizza and mozzarella sticks were nice but the cookie dough was so overcooked it was inedible. It was burnt to a crisp and stuck to the paper - I couldn’t even break it off. Don’t waste your money on it.

all menus food hub and your own menu all have different food items on the meal deals . which is confusing and receive different 2 what's on menus like on here 40% off 10% on food hub and your paper menu. so make sure you get what on the menu you order from extra value meal is different to food hub all needs updating to all the same . kebab was nice pizza was tasteless hardly no sauce or cheese . need more taste to the pizza base. red onion on kebabs white onion prefered. would order again

Food wasn’t hot, considering I paid for two large fries the boxes were only half full. Wasn’t keen on the burger either.

Pizza was great but the 2 sides we ordered didn't get delivered. Even more annoying was the 'free' garlic pizza bread we were sent with a scribbled message inside the box asking us if we would leave a good review in return. Sending us what we actually ordered and wanted would have helped with that.

Really bad quality pizza. Arrived cold and with a funny "not-fresh" taste... the garlic sauce was rancid. Never order again!

Food over an hour late and still not arrived! Tried calling the restaurant and had no answer for over 30 minutes and want to get a refund!! Service is horrendous

Well normally when you order a kebab with naan you should be able to wrap it up in the naan if the naan bread wasn't burned and hard and falling apart,how can you send food out like that?obviously whoever made the naan bread ain't very good at making them £8.50 down the drain

food was great really well priced and cooked perfectly. my only complaint would be not enough sauce on the cheese burger other then that lovely food polite and respecful driver . deffo reccomend

UK special mix kebab is the best!!! Great taste and loaded! Don't think any other kebab around can beat them. Friendly staff. ... But, bit more cleanness and work towards 5 star hygiene rating would be welcome.

The Golden Glory wrap was nice and fresh loved the loaded lettuce on the wraps.

One again, amazing. It's been weeks we have exclusively ordered from here and quality hasn't changed, for a change. We all know that first order are two are usually nice, but then it drops. But not here. If you like pizza and sfc, then don't hesitate to order from here. Still our favourite by far and beats papa johns hands down.

Chips tasted like they were cooked in a microwave and naan was stale and cold. Food presentation was poor and sauce and salad was just whacked in the middle. wouldn’t recommend…

Had breakfast here, the sausage and bacon cob was really nice, but ordered a ham cob for £3, they didn’t even cut it, it was poorly put together and definitely not worth the price of it for one slice of ham and two pieces of bread; you’d think they’d at least pack it a bit.

Ordered breakfast and was told it was on the way, 45 mins and 25 attempted calls later and no reply. Taken my money and haven't heard a word. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!

Often don't have what I've ordered and can never find my house, despite being round the corner from them. Food arrived so late the other day that it was stone cold. The delivery guy was rude as were the shop when I phoned to complain. They told me I was a difficult customer because of where I live. Final straw, that. Will never order from here again.

Have eaten here regularly for years. New driver couldn't find my house as went to wrong street. Hands me cold food. Called to advise restaurant and guy call Kahn argues with me to insist its hot... Must have some wireless thermometer or something. Appalling service tonight.

Ordered from just eat at 140 its now 314 no food. And shop is closed. Now just eat says delivered at 140 how when the delivery time was 155 . Do not order from this shop at all I was calling from 155 no answer straight till 315 .

Probably the worst service I've ever experienced. Never even attempted to deliver my food. Claimed they were outside and phoned me several times (they weren't and they didn't) then wanted me to pay a second time to get my order. Customer service is non existent and the guy on the phone was just rude and threatening. After being robbed by them, I started reading reviews about tjlhe place on google and it seems they make a habit of lying and not delivering peoples food. Avoid this place at all costs.

Had improved recently however last two orders have been poor. Turning up 35 minutes late, despite being told on the phone twice "its round the corner" and most recent order turned up stone cold. Won't be returning.

Don't ever order from UK pizza ever again the people who work must be born from donut dough because they don't know how to do I e order exactly the same as the other order as I ordered two thibg that were exactly the Same tried to argue the fact that I explained it like 5 time over when I ordered the food in the first place

WARNING!! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! Terrible, terrible service, I never even received my food. The driver lied saying he phoned me 5 times when he was outside, there were no missed calls!

I attempted to phone the shop and make an order for delivery, on the phone the guy just wasnt listening to what I wanted, we then finished our order and asked him to repeat it to us, he just put the phone down. We rang back and asked them to repeat the order he repeated the order right. We then got a text saying the order was £14.95 so we rang up to ask why this was as our order should have only been £10 we couldn’t really understand him so asked him to put somebody else on the phone that would be easier to understand he called us stupid and told us not to order again. We gave him no type of attitude and was speaking politely to him, absolutely disgusting customer service they need somebody else that actually speaks English answering their phones. The customer service lets this shop down so much!

Ordered breakfast this morning from a place called "UK breakfast" which I then searched on Google for to write a complaint to find out for uber eats had called themselves something else which is false advertising. Our food was late with missing items the bacon taste chared and my milkshake taste off. Egg was pretty much raw and chips were clearly frozen so don't get why it took so long. Definitely won't order again

At first food used to be good, now lacks in quality. Don’t follow notes, and rushed the pizza maybe because they were due to close soon. Tasted like dough with toppings, thrown away immediately.

First time I ordered from them and really enjoyed my pizza. I think there are relatively few good pizzeria's in Nottingham but UK Pizza had tasty and fulfilling pizzas. Will definitely re-order.

Kebabs are nice and delicious, sometimes the sauce is not on point, but overall I would recommend this place, lovely staff and great food.

Had a breakfast from just eat ask for brown sauce on my sandwich but instead came with red sauce phoned them up told them they got it wrong they said I'll get back to me but never did. Never ordering from here again! Very bad customer service.

Very nice kebab and milkshake and decent prices

I must have ordered at least 40 times from this place since january and it went from amazing to shameful. They have their own drivers which slowly got more and more rude and lazy to a point where they just call you over and over to come to their car instead of leaving their car to come to the door. The food WAS good for the price but the experience is lacking. My last order (and I mean last as I will not order again unless I get some sort of direct contact from a manager compensating me for the order) was a mixed platter which is supposed to come with chicken wings AND strips. Mine came with none. Upon calling, I was told that it the manager was SURE that he put some(what does some mean because its not all) strips and that they ran out of wings. So why let the order through? A hint for the manager : " Sorry mate, we will put some extra chicken in your next order" would have went way better than effectively calling me blind saying you are SURE it has the strips. Conclusion: Was great, customer service went to down the drain and weirdly so did some of the food(fries are no longer crispy, the strips are nugget sized). Shame really. So far for being a loyal customer, gets ya nowhere ay?

Absolutely lovely place to grab a bite to eat. Plus you can also double up on the pizzas, like two "9" pizzas, for £6.00. Kebabs, burgers, wraps. It's all very good ! Made me hungry writing this, so calling them now !

Ordered on uber eats at 10am rang the shop as it was 1 hour late told it was on the way 2 hours 30 minutes still no food rang again to be told it was on the way nearly 4 hours later still no food so left the house as I had to go out nearly 6 hours later get home food dumped in a bag at my front door freezing cold contacted uber got a refund joke of a service do not use full of lies 😑

Ordered pizza from here, was late by over 30 mins. When I called the reception person initially said it's been dispatched for delivery. When I called again I was told the order has not left the store! Poor service

Worst experience ever. Ordered a pizza on 1:20 am and it came at 3:10am. The delivery guy called me and woke me up!!!

After ordering my breakfast order from Uk breakfast (the same place) at 11:14 I waited an hour which was just after the expected delivery time, I called to ask and the man on the phone had said that my food would be leaving in 10 minutes and I would receive it In 20-30 minutes so I waited not being one to moan but after another hour at 1:20 I rang again to ask where my food was. ( were I had already waited 2 hours but I had already paid so) to be told by the man on the phone that our food hadn’t even left the shop and he was going to give me a bottle of Pepsi on the house then asked to wait a moment, where I heard him answer the phone to another customer and give the same answer he had given me. Then he picked the phone up again and answered the phone to me and told me he was giving a free bottle and HUNG UP. I waited again but only half an hour this time because the app says they close at 2:15 to which after telling him I had nearly waited THREE HOURS for 4 cobs and a can of pop he said they just food was just leaving and That someone had not come in and that all the customers were looking at a wait like mine. He then told me my food would be with me soon but now at 2:10 I still have no food. If you plan on ordering food for it to take 3+ hours then this is the place for you

Order a kabab well what can I say never again turned up no salad call them ask about Where's my chicken donor kabab they said that it you don't get donor meat with the other one with no salad puts the phone down shame I can't post a picture to show you all
