Staff always welcoming and food always hot and tasty! You’re lucky if you come on a day Dorena is in as she gives the most brilliant customer service! Nothing is too much and always asks what you would like bringing out if you go for the buffet option!

Fantastic service! Rebecca in particular is so thoughtful and kind, she always goes the extra mile for us and we're so grateful to her. We come regularly because it's one of the few restaurants our kids are guaranteed to eat a lot of every time, and we know we'll be well looked after! Our kids love to spot Rebecca every time when we come in as well!

We visited Pizza Hut at Castle Bridge this afternoon and had a wonderful experience. The staff, especially Dorena and the manager Gem, were absolutely amazing. Dorena was super friendly and attentive, making sure every customer felt welcome and taken care of. The food was fantastic, and the service made it even better. Highly recommend this location!

My self and my non verbal l, very energetic 5 year old visited this evening and the staff couldn't of been kinder or more accommodating. Five stars from us!

Visited for my nephews birthday and Chris was absolutely amazing, made sure we had what we needed, was so friendly, made the kids laugh and wished him a happy birthday, couldn’t fault a thing. Food was lovely and amazing value!

I organised my daughter's birthday party in Pizza Hut restaurant and it was a wonderful experience over there. There were lots of pizza varieties and other dishes like pasta and salad and everything was very delicious and freshly baked as well. Children's had lots of fun there and they enjoyed plenty of food in the buffet menu. The first and most important thing was that all the staff was very nice and friendly and they were very helpful to make the environment comfortable and provided us lots of space as well for the kids to enjoy fully. Thanks for the nice service and we will visit the restaurant soon.

Stuck in traffic so stopped off to kill time. Staff very friendly and food fresh and tasty. Price on the menu a bit steep but they gave meal a meal deal so no issues there. Just take advantage of the offers available.

Chris at Castle Bridge Road was amazing we took my son for lunch for his 18th birthday and the whole restaurant sang happy birthday to him it was so lovely they went above and beyond. Brilliant even bought him dessert with a candle

Me and my partner come here often, and often prefer to travel here then get takeout. The service here is the great everyone is very welcoming and helpful, and Dorene is so lovely and always remembers us. The buffet is great, always fresh and sometimes asking if there's any requests, and the buffet garlic bread is amazing

Friendly staff, plenty of parking

I attended Pizza Hut restaurant today with family having not attended for a few years. We were so impressed with the customer service - the warm welcome and clear guidance on menu options (we went for the buffet). My sister wanted a pizza that wasn't an option in the buffet and a staff member made sure it was freshly prepared for her and brought it over to our table. I just wish we got the gentlemen names who served us to give them the heads up in this review. We'll certainly be returning!

Had thr buffet, worth having the drink and Ice-cream too. New pizza's came out regularly. wish Garlic bread was available more, always goes very quickly.

I ordered takeaway via the website and it couldn’t be easier. Excellent value. Arrived to collect and was served by very friendly staff. Really enjoyed and as a result I was back in Pizza Hut this weekend.

Pizzas were delicious, salad bar could have been better, 6 pm on a Saturday, and already ran out of lettuce and peppers. Sides and desserts are definitely overpriced. Onion rings were made from processed onions and tasted more of the oil they cooked in than they did of onion. Kids' chocolate brownie was as ssolid as a rock and inedible. The waitress who served us was good. But when it came to paying, there was only a cursery enquiry as to whether everything had been okay with the meal with little response or interest to the reply given.

Popped in for late lunch with my girls. Half an hour after arrival the waiter still hadn't arrived to take our order so I resorted to placing an on line order. I had to go and ask for glasses so that we could get our drinks. The salad bar had a poor selection which didn't include potato salad, beetroot, red onion or cherry tomatoes. Still waiting for food to be delivered to our table 20mins after placing our order. I wouldn't mind so much if it was busy but it's very quiet in here. I can see why Pizza Hut locations are closing if this is the standard of service to be expected at their restaurants. I certainly won't be returning based on my experience today Thanks Pizza Hut for your reply, clearly you aren't bothered enough to offer an incentive to return. Vague promises of addressing the issues raised cuts no ice with me. There were insufficient trained staff on duty on the day which is what led to the crazy waiting times, poor selection at the salad bar, and having to fetch our own cutlery and ice cream factory bowls and bottomless drinks glasses. My daughters have since informed me that another family who entered your restaurant after we did, left after a fruitless 15minute wait for service so clearly, our experience wasn't a one off. Staff training and correct staffing levels are the way to resolve the issues experienced

As always, excellent. Been our go to regular eating place with the kids for years. Fab food and fab atmosphere. Dors is spot on with her customer service along with ensuring we have everything we need, she is always bubbly and talkative that my kids now recognise her instantly. It wouldnt be the same experience without her!

Dom was our main server this evening and did a brilliant job and bouncing between tables, with a consistent smile and wonderful energy! Made sure right from the start we were happy and comfortable, made sure we had everything we needed and helped where possible! Meal deals were a wonderful discovery and really reasonable price wise and what you get! We left very full and very happy! Thank you to the team this evening! :)

Always love the buffet here it’s cheap and cheerful during a weekday with plenty of options. I think they would be doing with putting out more thin crusts as most of the time they are deep pan. Food is kept warm and fresh. Easy to order and pay online through QR code. If you don’t like table service and want to eat quickly at lunchtime then this is the best place to eat.

Customer service could have been better, food was okay, some staff seemed unhappy working on a Saturday.

Just had a great experience at the Pizza Hut. Great food as normal but the highlight was the young chap called Dom who was our server. It's rare to find such good service these days. Was incredibly welcoming and helpful and kept checking back to make sure we didn't need anything. He was helpful on the menu selection and gave great advice. Thanks Dom!

Not been in a decade, new thin pizza nice but its pricey.

Went for the buffet...good choice of pizzas, constantly being renewed, nice pasta, good fresh looking salad. My only gripe...toilets needed a good clean and tidy up. Hadn't been checked for quite a while.

We booked to go to Pizza hut because of the 'Kids Eat Free' offer. But 'Kids' don't eat free, it's for just 1 kid per bill, so even though we had 2 adults with us we had to pay £10.99 for a 2 year old that ate nothing except a few nachos. The total bill came 2 £45 for 2 kids and 2 adults, we probably eat 1 pizza between us. What a waste of money, never ever will we be going again. Sneaky sales wording is disgusting especially during the school holidays!

We have a great experience at Pizza Hut, Castle bridge, Nottingham on Saturday 27th July 2024. My daughter celebrated her 10th birthday with her friends and all went well. All staff were brilliant. Our waiter, called Dawn. She was so attentive and accommodating. The food and service quality was truly exceptional 👌. The kids have enjoyed it and had lots of fun. Overall, we had a great experience at this Pizza Hut, and I highly recommend it to my friends and family. Thank you again 💓

Poor take away service. Had to cancel after waiting a hour for food. These punks had me waiting a hour for pizza. Then sent me a parking ticket because I had over stayed in their car park. Disgusting behaviour regarding service and business i've currently got a £100 fine for a pizza I never got because they had Me waiting for over a hour. Order Number 6313352314 I bought a £19.99 large pizza meal deal. they do not do take away service at Nottingham pizza hut restaurant. Walked into the pizza hut in Nottingham, was busy at the time I attended. Two other customers waiting for a pizza before me. Waited 1 hour hour, So Frustrated that i told them to cancel the pizza. Three months later had £100n fine through the post for parking outside pizza hut which is a private parking. Sent the relative information off for appeal. Appeal was rejected So I'm taking Pizza hut to a small claims court. For pizza hut setting customers up who get take aways. I will never buy a Pizza from my favourite pizza Business. Ive been a loyal hut customer for over 35yrs Dominos is my pizza I've been eating since this incident has happened. I will never pay the fine. But please stay away from pizza hut where they control their own parking. Never had such a high profile company act so unreasonable. STAY AWAY STAY AWAY STAY AWAY

Margarita Pizza, Fries and Drink and a free salad. I find Pizza Hut to be rather expensive for pizzas but you pay for a venue and service. Went quite late, tried to order items separately but the chap was fantastic and recommended the deal offer which went for in the end. Service was A1 and would go again. Venue is lovely and no complaints with the Pizza, was actually tasty.

Got a parking ticket while visiting the restaurant... and I'm not happy!! Staff were too busy chatting amongst themselves. They should let customers know that they need to register there car registration on a tablet at the front of the store. Not worth the head ache. I would rather eat some where else where you don't get robbed by the parking charges. I would avoid! I will not be returning to Pizza Hut again.

I've only rated the service a 2 because you order yourself so all the servers do is drop the food off. The pizza was nothing special it wasn't bad just nothing to it. But the cost was alot. £17 for a pizza and apple juice

Average space. Very friendly staff and average pizza with unexplained high prices £30 for a large pizza unable to full 2 people and 5£ for a cola. You lost the plot pizza hut never again

Visited for all you can eat buffet. Decent choice of pizza, regularly changing. Friendly staff. Visited again 21.5.24 for lunch buffet. Great choice but what made it special was the two fellas waiting on. Absolutely first rate service, so friendly & genuinely helpful. Fantastic service. Thank you.

The staff here are incredible! I look after a young man with additional needs and the staff are so accommodating, especially the lady who served us. She gave him all the time he needed and let him wonder around. Unexpectedly 2 very large groups arrived and the team just seemed to click into action. The 2 staff members just took it in there stride, and still found time to come over to check up on us.

Long time since we've visited a pizza hut restaurant but on the way back from a hospital visit so popped in. Pleasant welcome on arrival, great service from all and food was excellent and very tasty.Special shout out to our lovely waitress dont recall name but had glasses on and curly hair and was very professional and according to my wife had a really nice aura about her . Well done team, will be returning. 👏
