Fab little pizza hut! Great staff who were very helpful! Especially Dors

Dors was an absolutely fabulous waitress! Couldn’t have been kinder to our family. She couldn’t have done enough for us. Thankyou for a wonderful visit, made by her!

Me and my friends came in today after calling to aprove the student buffet for 7.99 - the pizza was falling apart the drinks machine had no syrup then after all that for 4 people came to over 80£ after our shock the only explanation is we mustve got the deal wrong? as if we didnt call to ask .. a bit upset as thats nearly triple what we confirmed each the food and drinks were awful and then they didnt even take cash. better communication next time from the staff as we called ahead and made it clear in the beginning or at least make the food and drink worth the money… disappointed isnt the word

I'll be honest, it was more pricey than we had expected. However the pizza and lasagne were good. We had a deep pan and a thin base. Whilst I felt the deep pan was a little oily, the thin was pretty decent. You can order via a QR code at the table, however the waiting staff were more than happy, and infact offered, to just take the order as normal. So I guess that helps anyone who may prefer a less contact visit.

So glad we still have a Pizza Hut restaurant close to us. Amazing food and a good sharing deals. It was quite busy and noisy inside due to a kids party but guess that’s what you should expect from half term. Lovely staff helped us with a birthday cake and gave us a £10 discount for the birthday boy.

Outdated. Staff cleared our drinks and stuff whilst we went to get pudding, no apology when she saw us sitting back at our table, no goodbye. Restaurant was dirty and loud

Have been for the buffet a few times with a friend. Pizza is good, service is friendly, and they will make a pizza for you if you want something a little different to the buffet selections, which are replenished regularly with fresh ones. The only thing I don't like, which is the reason for the missing star, is that although they give you a proper menu with prices on it when you sit down, you have to order and pay through the QR code on the table. My friend is fine with this. I am not. I do NOT use my phone for anything to do with money, and am not willing to scan random QR codes. For me this is a massive no, and I would not go to this place alone because of it. I also have other friends who don't have smart phones capable of scanning codes like this, so although for me it's a choice not to use them, they would be physically unable to eat here. They have menus. They have staff. Why can't you tell a staff member the item you want from the menu they've just handed you?

No ideas how this Pizza Hut has only 4.0 stars as of writing this review - it deserves at least 4.5. No complaints at all. Food was great, staff were very friendly and helpful, venue was clean and atmosphere was very inviting. Will definitely return here in future! (P.S. Ignore any complaints about parking fines in older reviews, as this is no longer an issue.)

Cold food. Simplest order in the world ruined with BBQ Sauce. I guess someone was feeling artistic and pizza hut.

Had a lovely meal with my partner at the nottingham Pizza Hut. Rachel looked after us land was very very friendly and helpful. Came regularly to check on us. The food & service was excellent and we will definitely return.

5 Stars – Outstanding Service at Castle Marina Pizza Hut! We had the pleasure of dining at the Castle Marina Pizza Hut last night to celebrate my son's birthday, and I just had to leave a glowing review for Chris, who truly made our evening special. From the moment we arrived, Chris was a shining example of what great customer service should be. He greeted us warmly at the door and showed us straight to our reserved table, making us feel welcome right from the start. We ordered through the app, and our drinks arrived promptly, followed shortly by our food, all served in a timely and efficient manner. What stood out the most, though, was Chris himself. He was not only friendly and professional, but he went the extra mile in all the small ways that made a big difference. He looked genuinely pleased to have us there — something that feels rare these days — and he even shared a laugh with the boys, which they loved. One particularly thoughtful moment was when he brought out takeaway boxes for the leftover pizzas. The boys were unsure whether to take their leftovers home since they were absolutely stuffed, but Chris brought the boxes anyway, which encouraged them not to waste food. It was a small gesture, but it said so much about the care he puts into his role. As we left, Chris sent us off with a kind “It was nice to meet you all,” and it really made us feel appreciated as customers. I honestly haven’t experienced service like that in a very long time — warm, genuine, and above all, human. Most of us had never dined in at Pizza Hut before, and thanks to Chris, it was a fantastic first experience. We’ll absolutely be back, and Chris’s excellent service has definitely turned us into regulars. He is a true asset to your company, and I hope his efforts are recognised — he certainly deserves it. Thank you again, Chris, for helping make my son’s birthday so memorable!

I'm disabled and my sister has learning difficulties so between us we're pretty useless, your staff deserve a medal for the help they gave us, all offered without being asked. Very comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful without being intrusive. Good selection of pizzas and salad, all fresh and appetising. Lunch buffet is good value (as long as you're hungry).

At first it seemed really nice, clean and food was great but as time went on we was being hurt by nails sticking out of the walls. We did get offered to move but didn’t see the point as it was to another place that could possibly have nails sticking out (same wall) and the choice of pizza at the buffet was disgusting. Four thin base pepperoni pizza? And where is the garlic bread? No servers also came to check on us but we watched them check on other tables. We was quite stunned with all this as every other Pizza Hut I have been to have been absolutely amazing.

Fantastic experience! Rebecca, our server, was amazing! She could see we were confused by the menu and all options, so took the time to explain everything to us. She was great with the kids also; nothing was too much trouble! When we couldn't manage everything, including dessert, she sorted out boxes for us to take it away...before we had asked; she read the situation 😀 Food was good, plenty of it! The deals worked out as good, value for money options too! 👌 Thanks Pizza Hut! 🍕 We will be back! 😀

I am always delighted to dine at the Pizza Hut in Nottingham, and a significant reason for my repeated visits is the exceptional service provided by Doreen. She is a remarkable waiter who consistently goes above and beyond to ensure that every dining experience is memorable. From the moment I walk in, her warm and genuine welcome sets the tone for a fantastic meal. She is a true gem.

Forewarning, I’m dramatically honest: My favourite sauce is garlic and herb dip. I have it with everything. It’s always a safety blanket sauce, you can never go wrong with it because it’s easy, it’s garlic and herb. In all my life, I’ve never tasted garlic and herb dip that’s made me want to stop eating, until today. And I was starving. What on earth have you put been putting in this sauce? It’s awful. I almost wanted a refund but I’d already eaten 2 slices of pizza. And like I said, I was starving. I thought, hmm maybe I’m tasting it wrong. No, it was atrocious. Disgusting, just awful. What was that? I don’t even know what it tastes like but it’s not garlic and herb dip. Never coming back again. The pizza and cookies were lovely, but if you can’t get garlic and herb dip right then you’re as good as dead to me. I’m disgusted.

Absolutely amazing service, greatest at the door by I think her name was dor who was so nice, my son is in a wheelchair and she personally took care of us which was a treat as usually I am running around having to leave him at the table while I order and get food whilst worrying if my son is ok. It was a busy lunchtime as well. Honestly so pleased with the service and food, Dor is an absolute asset to the company and superb customer relations.

This is a digital restaurant, you need to self order and pay using table number QR code, but the customer WiFi is not good and data coverage is temperamental. Took us two attempts. Had to register all personal details first, then order, then proceed to online payment etc. etc. Cumbersome process which needs to be simplified to 1-click payment links. They do accept ApplePay though (thank god!) They also need to turn up the heating, it’s cold inside the restaurant, causing arthritis joint pains. We asked to move tables, but air conditioning was still on in January 🥶 The service was excellent. The staff were friendly and pizza tasted good, with plenty of vegetarian options. The pasta was not nice however.

Dors is so lovely and accommodating. Couldn't do enough for us and was especially considerate of us visiting with a toddler. She'd let us know when fresh pizza and pasta was available to make it easier navigating a buffet with a toddler. Top notch service, she deserves a raise!

You both went above and beyond! 2022 - Thank you David - he didn’t stop all night, was on his feet constantly but super kind and attentive despite it being so hectic. It was a family birthday so he organised the cake arrangements etc for us - thank you David for a lovely evening

Our server Chris was great. Couldn’t do enough for us and very attentive to clearing the table and bringing drinks etc. The salad bar is amazing and the kids loved the ice cream factory

Meal deal, fries missing ... really?

Decided to come to a Pizza Hut restaurant in Nottingham as I have had a voucher for serval months now and haven’t had chance to use it. This is the only restaurant (I believe) that is closest to Derby as the majority of them nowadays are closed down which is a massive shame! We was greeted with our server and she was lovely! Really chatty, friendly and very informative, didn’t catch her name though but she made us feel so welcome. It’s been years since I’ve been to a Pizza Hut restaurant and the only thing I could see that has changed is that you order through the QR code on the table and pay for it there and then which is very easy and I could use my gift voucher too. I had the pepperoni pizza and my partner had the cheese board pizza which were both delicious. Free refills of drinks along with free salad bows too which is nice they haven’t changed this. Overall great little day out and it’s a shame that there aren’t more Pizza Hut restaurants dotted around! I’ll say it again the waitress that looked after us was lovely! (short black hair if that helps!) Will definitely visit again.

The best pizza, but I received 12 inch pizzas instead of the 14 inch that I ordered.

Very nice staff very over priced for what you receive it's like 17£ for a 9" pizza not worth it at all traveled to Nottingham to see family close to hotels and shopping places yet the amount of foot traffic the store was busy and requested you book a table yet was empty when we arrived but still gave us a table which I didn't get, service was very good from table servers even though was a bit of dump food and run to serv next person food arrived quite quick and on hot plates and was nice to have a pizza that wasn't soggy or hard on the bottom

We go now and again the food on the buffet is usually abit hit and miss. Had to wait ages for a just cheese and tomato pizza to go on the buffet. As there was onoy peperoni or spicy veg one.
