Pizza Hut in Nottingham

Best visit to Pizza Hut in a long time. Dors really attentive and welcoming. Made the experience lovely. Kept coming and checking on us. Gave us advice on how to use app, really interactive server.

I am always delighted to dine at the Pizza Hut in Nottingham, and a significant reason for my repeated visits is the exceptional service provided by Doreen. She is a remarkable waiter who consistently goes above and beyond to ensure that every dining experience is memorable. From the moment I walk in, her warm and genuine welcome sets the tone for a fantastic meal. She is a true gem.

Forewarning, I’m dramatically honest: My favourite sauce is garlic and herb dip. I have it with everything. It’s always a safety blanket sauce, you can never go wrong with it because it’s easy, it’s garlic and herb. In all my life, I’ve never tasted garlic and herb dip that’s made me want to stop eating, until today. And I was starving. What on earth have you put been putting in this sauce? It’s awful. I almost wanted a refund but I’d already eaten 2 slices of pizza. And like I said, I was starving. I thought, hmm maybe I’m tasting it wrong. No, it was atrocious. Disgusting, just awful. What was that? I don’t even know what it tastes like but it’s not garlic and herb dip. Never coming back again. The pizza and cookies were lovely, but if you can’t get garlic and herb dip right then you’re as good as dead to me. I’m disgusted.

Doreen and Gem fab as usual. Great communication regarding what pizza was going to be coming out next. Food always hot, kept coming over to check we were ok and if we needed anything. Thankyou!

Doreen is always very welcoming and attentive. Always goes out of her way to make sure we are ok. Can’t fault the service or food at all! Would definitely recommend this Pizza Hut

Fantastic service from start to finish, nothing was too much, all staff was friendly and welcoming but I want to make a mention for Doreen (Dors) as she went above and beyond for us the whole time we was there, she was brilliant and a great credit to the company

Food was incredible and reasonably priced. With it being such a large food chain I was expecting it to be a lot more expensive. But the two of us ate as much as we liked with drinks for 27 pounds. Fantastic!

Absolutely amazing service, greatest at the door by I think her name was dor who was so nice, my son is in a wheelchair and she personally took care of us which was a treat as usually I am running around having to leave him at the table while I order and get food whilst worrying if my son is ok. It was a busy lunchtime as well. Honestly so pleased with the service and food, Dor is an absolute asset to the company and superb customer relations.

This is a digital restaurant, you need to self order and pay using table number QR code, but the customer WiFi is not good and data coverage is temperamental. Took us two attempts. Had to register all personal details first, then order, then proceed to online payment etc. etc. Cumbersome process which needs to be simplified to 1-click payment links. They do accept ApplePay though (thank god!) They also need to turn up the heating, it’s cold inside the restaurant, causing arthritis joint pains. We asked to move tables, but air conditioning was still on in January 🥶 The service was excellent. The staff were friendly and pizza tasted good, with plenty of vegetarian options. The pasta was not nice however.

I've paid £28 for pizza which barely had any cheese on it. It was unbelievably overpriced frozen pizza quality. I'm surprised this franchise still exists.

Dors is so lovely and accommodating. Couldn't do enough for us and was especially considerate of us visiting with a toddler. She'd let us know when fresh pizza and pasta was available to make it easier navigating a buffet with a toddler. Top notch service, she deserves a raise!

Really good place I never even dreamt of seeing some of the butterflies and my grandsons got to feed the Meerkats , and a really good parrot display, A great day was had by all

We went to pizza hut castle marina today for the buffet lunch deal and from the moment we walked in it was a enjoyable experience The waitress Doreen was probably the best waitress we've ever had She was so friendly, informative and was genuinely an all round nice lady She made sure they had pizzas out that we liked and made sure we were happy We will definitely be back thank you Doreen

Excellent service from Millie and the whole team in general, came with my son and wife, we made the team aware we could only dine veggie, they made sure we were topped up with all kinds of veggie pizza variations! Credit to the company! Thanks guys, will be visiting again soon!

You both went above and beyond! 2022 - Thank you David - he didn’t stop all night, was on his feet constantly but super kind and attentive despite it being so hectic. It was a family birthday so he organised the cake arrangements etc for us - thank you David for a lovely evening

Our server Chris was great. Couldn’t do enough for us and very attentive to clearing the table and bringing drinks etc. The salad bar is amazing and the kids loved the ice cream factory

Meal deal, fries missing ... really?

Decided to come to a Pizza Hut restaurant in Nottingham as I have had a voucher for serval months now and haven’t had chance to use it. This is the only restaurant (I believe) that is closest to Derby as the majority of them nowadays are closed down which is a massive shame! We was greeted with our server and she was lovely! Really chatty, friendly and very informative, didn’t catch her name though but she made us feel so welcome. It’s been years since I’ve been to a Pizza Hut restaurant and the only thing I could see that has changed is that you order through the QR code on the table and pay for it there and then which is very easy and I could use my gift voucher too. I had the pepperoni pizza and my partner had the cheese board pizza which were both delicious. Free refills of drinks along with free salad bows too which is nice they haven’t changed this. Overall great little day out and it’s a shame that there aren’t more Pizza Hut restaurants dotted around! I’ll say it again the waitress that looked after us was lovely! (short black hair if that helps!) Will definitely visit again.

The young guy that works here was very helpful and polite. He helped me with my order and advised me on the specials they had. The pizza was delicious.

The best pizza, but I received 12 inch pizzas instead of the 14 inch that I ordered.

Very nice staff very over priced for what you receive it's like 17£ for a 9" pizza not worth it at all traveled to Nottingham to see family close to hotels and shopping places yet the amount of foot traffic the store was busy and requested you book a table yet was empty when we arrived but still gave us a table which I didn't get, service was very good from table servers even though was a bit of dump food and run to serv next person food arrived quite quick and on hot plates and was nice to have a pizza that wasn't soggy or hard on the bottom

We go now and again the food on the buffet is usually abit hit and miss. Had to wait ages for a just cheese and tomato pizza to go on the buffet. As there was onoy peperoni or spicy veg one.

Good food, lovely service from Chris, couldn’t find the bbq pizza on the buffet and he brought a slice straight to the table when it came out. Great value for money

Fantastic service! Rebecca in particular is so thoughtful and kind, she always goes the extra mile for us and we're so grateful to her. We come regularly because it's one of the few restaurants our kids are guaranteed to eat a lot of every time, and we know we'll be well looked after! Our kids love to spot Rebecca every time when we come in as well!

We visited Pizza Hut at Castle Bridge this afternoon and had a wonderful experience. The staff, especially Dorena and the manager Gem, were absolutely amazing. Dorena was super friendly and attentive, making sure every customer felt welcome and taken care of. The food was fantastic, and the service made it even better. Highly recommend this location!

I organised my daughter's birthday party in Pizza Hut restaurant and it was a wonderful experience over there. There were lots of pizza varieties and other dishes like pasta and salad and everything was very delicious and freshly baked as well. Children's had lots of fun there and they enjoyed plenty of food in the buffet menu. The first and most important thing was that all the staff was very nice and friendly and they were very helpful to make the environment comfortable and provided us lots of space as well for the kids to enjoy fully. Thanks for the nice service and we will visit the restaurant soon.

Stuck in traffic so stopped off to kill time. Staff very friendly and food fresh and tasty. Price on the menu a bit steep but they gave meal a meal deal so no issues there. Just take advantage of the offers available.
