pizza is raw dough isn’t cooked properly

tried to order from these guys multiple times and everytime they’ve left it about 35 minutes before cancelling the order. don’t bother, they’re a waste of time.

Disgusting do not go here they give wrong food and sauces and refuse to replace it the whole place wants shutting down look at reviews food hub eat elsewhere

today was my first time trying there pizza. I had guests come over and i had to quickly pick up 2 pizzas and a chicken kabab. it's was the worst I ever seen. the guy who was working he was tall was very rude pizza is made of cheese he did not even put anywhere on just a pinch of cheese then picked up 5 sweetcorn on top no interaction with the customer and gave me cooked before cold chips also cheesecake was on the deal he did not even give me that. I would never suggest any1 to visit that palce. defiantly not me not my family and friends. I would ask the manager to please train him.

I am not sure if this is the correct way to say it but I think it’s the best thing to do

The food all tastes the same and isn't upto standards from other places I've ordered from. Sometimes the presentation is also lacking.

17 quid worth of food absolutely stone cold and pizza dry no cheese bread hard I phoned to ask about the food and pizza was advised he would call the drive now not answering....

Great place to get great deals on pizza which are done well. Kebabs are juicy & nice, but not greasy at all. Cheap prices also. Pop in. & give em a try.

im not a fussy person but this pizza was literally inedible the toppings made me gag the base was falling apart, the dip we ordered tasted like gone off milk the only half decent thing was the garlic bread

Very bad delivery I was ordered pizza and delivered take about 1:30 minutes and pizza very cold I will never order there

Very good value. Food is nice but sometimes they absolutely drench it in sauce which makes it taste disgusting. They make a lot of mistakes with the order notes too, like giving the wrong sauce.

My partner ordered 2 pizzas from this place and when they arrived they were burnt, had edges like a Cornish pasty, and was cut into squares, with seemingly fillings rather than toppings, we managed to get a partial refund to order from somewhere else, as we quickly lost our appitite of pizza. Did a delivery of this restaurant pizza, ordered 2 different pizzas and chips. The chips where honestly a surprise, very tasty and crunchy, and most importantly they weren't soak in oil. The pizzas where flavorful and with a decent amount of toppings, but the dough was a bit chewy tho

Were feeling hungry late at night and decided to order pizza from this place without reading the reviews... once I had ordered I realised I had not read the reviews and when I did I regretted ordering. However, I was pleasantly surprised as the pizza was delicious! Only had to wait around half an hour and when recieved it was like it was fresh out the oven! Delicious! Highly recommended 👌

I ordered a veggie burger and they sent me a Cod burger. I'm a vegetarian!! the restaurant owner was really rude on the phone and tried to fob me off and then put the phone down TWICE. I almost cried when I realised it was fish! DO NOT order from here.

We live a 5 minute drive around the corner and we've been waiting over 2.5 hours for our order. Personal reasons prevented from collecting. Awful service from the restaurant, rang 3 times, 2 of which they claimed the order was on the way, last of which they said it'd been delivered and blamed it all on the driver. Also hung up on me on the last call.

I have been waiting for my food for hours and it has still not arrived, when we spoke on the phone they were so unprofessional and said its on its way but not here an hour later.

Was grey hairs on my pizza. All over it. When I rang up they said they would send another fresh, which I didnt really want, lucky, because It didnt even get sent. And due to hairs in my pizza I wouldnt let my kids eat theirs. Therefore wasted £20 on food that got chucked away. And had to order from elsewhere. Would like to update I just called then again to ask for a refund. They said they will send out another pizza. I said you told me this yesterday and no one showed up. Also I dont want another pizza I feel sick from the last one. He put the phone down on me. All I wanted was my money back for the dirty food I had to chuck away

I placed an order for 2 pizzas and 3 pots of garlic sauce the pizzas arrived without the sauce, by the time they did deliver the sauce I only got 2 of the 3 and my pizza was cold.

Worse place food was undercooked staff was rude and the driver dudnt have your change rang them up and they out phone down

ordered pizzas did not reach us, while information appeared on the page that they were delivered. money has been withdrawn from the account, I have to wait 3-5 days for the money to be returned

Kebab ordered was cold on arrival. Wasnt cooked very well and was chewy

The whole order was a nightmare. Ordered through deliveroo at 18:15. Rang at 19:30 to find out roughly when they would deliver the order and was told very abruptly that the driver was on his way. The restaurant is 6 minute drive away from the address. 20 minutes later no ordering again the man said that there was a "big problem" and that it would be here 15-20 minutes. Giving them the benefit of the doubt seen it was a Saturday night. Yet another 20 minutes and still no pizza finally getting rather ticked off since it had now been 2 hours since our order was placed and we kept being told again and again the order was coming we decided that if the order didn't arrive in 5 minutes we wanted a refund. Funny enough the order arrived but this is when it gets unbelievable....everything was wrong. We ordered two calzones, one vegetarian one with pepperoni only one calzone came with pepperoni and they sent a pizza again with pepperoni which is obviously not vegetarian. We ordered fries that did not arrive and for some reason received a bottle of pepsi which we didn't order. We had had enough and rang for a refund to be told we had to ring deliveroo which I did as soon as I got off the phone from the restaurant. Will never ever order from them again and do not recommend to anyone. The ONLY saving grace was the delivery guy who was so lovely and very apologetic and mentioned there had been so many mistakes that night!!! He even rang the restaurant for us and said he would ring deliveroo as well. If I could give the deliverer 5 stars I would but the restaurant is lucky getting one.

Horrible, ordered a kabab wrap kabab with salad & mayo and it comes with sea food cocktail sauce instead!!!! There wasn’t even an option to select sea food cocktail!!!!! Pizza wasn’t any better orderd a stuff crust and we didn’t even get stuff crust. Vile!

What can I say, on my doorstep with excellent customer service , polite and friendly staff, never ever had a bad meal from them and have been using them on a regular basis. Definitely recommend them.
