Service at the store was quick and the pizza was delicious. Would definitely recommend, especially for late night eats. Ordering online with delivery costs you the same as in-store orders.

Charge me £15 on the phone for pizza and chips chips didn't come driver charged me £13 must have forgot the chips nice pizza though

Didn't like the pizza full of peppers when eating it all fell off hardly any cheese all could taste and eat was onion peppers sweetcorn couldn't taste any tomato base . There ham is cheap turkey not ham . I must have a whole pepper on my pizza gave me Coca-Cola not diet should of gave me cans of diet coke if run out . Didn't phone to say they ran out ? I'm diabetic. Not recommended quite expensive for what you get also even with 20% off!!

The customer service was 100%. Food was delivered on time and piping hot. I order regularly from here they really do give big portions of food. Food is fresh and delicious

Awful service awful communications literally rude and we're not bothered or interested in speaking. Abosulte scam paid, didn't deliver, hung up when we rang.

Ordered a couple of late night pizzas on Saturday - got to be the best pizzas in Nottingham that's not a brand name. Freshly cooked and arrived within fifteen minutes - if not less! Delivery driver was lovely and polite, can't wait to order here again :)

I particularly enjoy the masala fish. Crispy and delicious breaded coating that is similar the sfc. Normally comes with chips, naan or both. Fried Chicken pieces are large and succulent and great value. #Open late Keep up the great work!

This is a honest review i verly rarely leave reviews due to alot of takeaways being a hit or miss! But milano pizza is my regular go to i have ordered list: Pizzas Kebabs Burgers Meal deals Sides Etc... I been going here for around a year or so now and i have never had one issue with my order! Best fries on a burger fresh and crispy not soft and soggy. All food nice and hot! Also really fast delivery. Never let me down!

Bought a burger meal, got home the edges of the bread were rock solid took it back to the shop and showed him he said thats how its suppose to be as the breads toasted… you what… :s

Food is fantasic, having a late night fitting out the new Museum on Derby Road. Checked the food standards ratings and found these are a 5 so ordered and even the musuem owner had a piece and then had 3 more, he loved it so much.

Worst service I’ve ever received! My order took 2 hours to reach my house and by time it had arrived it was cold. My calls would be ignored whenever I tried to call and staff was very rude on the off chance someone did answer. Will not be ordering from here again!

Pizza was one of the best pizzas i have had. I live quite a way from the shop and delivery was fast and food was hot. Not sure if i just got them on a good day but both me and my 12yr old son said how nice the pizza was and we are fussy!

The foods lovely some of there staff are lovely but tonight when my friend ordered when the man first picked up he ask us to hold on beacuse he doing something that absolutely fine but when he came back on the phone he was rushing not even listening then said he got a customer waiting as my friend was in the middle of telling him our order I think it really rude and very unprofessional and you should think how that make a customer feel when you do that I recommend this place to everyone beacuse the food is fantastic but the phone manners need more work but I unstand that you get busy but other than that it is a lovely takeaway

The worst takeaway I've ever had. They missed out my drink from the order. The chips were inedible and the wrap had nothing but plain dry donner meat

I ordered a munchie box, I ordered the chicken tikka pizza, I only ate a few chips, a bit of the donner meat and two slices of pizza. I went to sleep a couple of hours after, woke up at 5-6am, feeling really sick. I had to run to the toilet🙃. I ended up being violently sick, and being on the toilet at the same time (tmi I know but a fair warning) do not recommend one bit! I ended up being ill for 48 hours. Also, this was the only thing I had ate that day and was perfectly fine before! Not even like the food was worth it🤢🤢

Terrible. This had to be the deadest pizza I’ve had … ever. Please use more sauce. Don’t over cook cheese. Also please cut salad I.e tomatoes and peppers in smaller/thicker pieces.

I have ordered from here and they sent a driver - the driver didnt even attempt to ring me or even knock on my door i waited an hour and when i called he tried to argue with me saying its my fault VERY RUDE STAY AWAY - No customer service nothing!! i didnt even get a refund or my food what a load of Rubbish!

Probably the worst food I’ve ever had, kebabs were all wrong, wrap was hard, tiny and had nothing in it apart from a few dodgy chicken dipper and the chips were soft and soggy.

Only gave one of the two of us our food and was unable to serve me any food whatsoever even though my friend had just been given what they ordered. Poor service and unacceptable from an established kebab shop. Food is nice but whether you will actually get your food requires me to rate it so low, I was incredibly disappointed with the customer service.

Totally confused this place with Milano Express in Beeston. It is not the same place. However I'll try to provide an accurate description having made that error. We ordered via Deliveroo a meal deal (pizza, garlic bread, fries, and BBQ chicken wings). The fries were put into the polystyrene burger case thing too hot so that the polystyrene melted. The garlic bread smelt weird and wasn't as good as frozen garlic bread from Lidl or Aldi. The chicken was so wet or greasy the little cardboard box was falling apart and, again, frozen versions from Lidl with some BBQ sauce would be better. The pizza might be marginally better than frozen versions but, based on the other food and the kind of reviews here (some look fake), we didn't really trust the food or want to eat it. So giant waste of money really... It might be okay if you were drunk though... Maybe?

Food came cold had to we heat. Chicken tikka wasn't chicken tikka burger came without fries. And cheesecake came frozen when I called in regards to cheesecake they just said to call just eat and that they come frozen advised them to make it clear they're frozen and they hung up

I have ordered a pizza for take away. For some reason at the moment of delivery I did not get the calls that the delivery guy claimed to have done. When I called the restaurant to know where my order was, they were rude, and they said that the driver had left after calling and they accused me to have inserted the wrong mobile number (but my mobile number was correct). A delivery error can happen, but I can't accept the fact that the man at the restaurant was rude. The pizza that arrived more than an hour after I placed the order was cold and the quality was not good. I didn't give the minimum mark because at least at the second attempt the pizza was delivered to me.

Very very very low quality lamb donner, looking from the colour which was light beige it doesn't look like it even contains any lamb it also tasted like rubber. Asked for fresh chips and was given stale old chips. Please avoid unless you want a ruined meal. I picked up so couldn't imagine how terrible it would be delivered.

Just get delivery,chicken burger without salads and souce, chichen kebab looks like food for dogs.

Delivery was quick and driver polite. Food itself was not to my tastes at all, BBQ pizza drenched in bbq sauce with tandoori chicken. Small donner came with the meal - the worst kebab i've ever had, microwaved kebabs from the supermarket are on par if not better. Maybe this order was a one-off but the food itself really let the place down for me. Best thing in the box were the chips for me.

Overall customer service was nice and delivery on time . ordered Peri Peri pizza taste wise was too sour and salty and chicken pieces were very less in quantity as compared to others .

Food arrived on time but the food was just "okay". There were a few bones in my mixed meat kebab and it wasn't as nice as others I've had, also the fried chicken was really salty and stodgy.

The food was warm and arrived on time. The pizza was quite nice and was cooked well. The wings were good and the kebab was tasty but for a extra £1 large kebab, there was not too much meat there compared to other places.

These guys have had amazing service and food consistently for 6 years. Unfortunately, we can’t order from them anymore because we moved. They work hard and are good boys. Chips were dry And cold and barley any in the box , the wrap came with no sauce or option of salad, the kebab naan was rocksolid and came cold

First impressions was ok food ok and delivery, I don't know whether they got a new driver or what but the delivery service is s**t, pizza supposedly delivered to wrong addressed?? Then another time said they came to our door and nobody answered, broad daylight windows and blinds wide open, when calling them up the shear cheek of who ever I spoke to about charging another£2 to redeliver until they knew I was not joking around then their persona changes... this is not good..they seriously need a new deliveryman and better service ethics..till then my money is not to be wasted on rubbish pretend food joints

I have repeatedly told the person who served me over the counter what I wanted on my 2 meals and twice he has got it wrong. He hears but doesnt listen. RECOMMEND YOU CHECK EVERY ORDER BEFORE GOING AWAY

Massive scampi, piping hot pizza, spicy wings very spicy, ... would be good if u served salad in its own container....no-one likes hot salad. Excellent overall and very polite staff, also food came quickly.

Pizza is tasty. Unfortunately, chips are put in a wrong container. The hot chips melted the container, and the chips tasted weird.

Ive ordered twice from Milano Pizza, home delivery: 1st order arrived with the kebab ON the pitta (not IN the pitta) and a lidless container for the pasta (talk about hygienic!) 2nd order was an absolute disaster - completely f***ed up my order and I had to wait another 10 mins for them to deliver what I actually ordered. I was able to keep the other persons order [insert face palm here] but it wasnt even something I would eat personally so I donated it to a friend..... In life you dont get a 2nd chance to make a good 1st impression - they had two chances, there wont be a 3rd!

Ordered through Hungry house, my kebab was full of hair, I found at least three pieces of black hair. Rang through to get a refund, driver came and although he took all our food away and saw the hairs, he would only refund £10 of the £12.40 order. Everyone else eating lost their appetite. I spoke with hungryhouse and apparently the owner gave me a full refund. Ask yourself this, would I make up this whole story for £2.40?

Not ever ordering from here again . This is the second time you ripped me off . Milanos. 2 toppings I ordreed a seafood pizza and extra herbs came with NO BLACK OLIVES WHICH ARE STAY DARE. AND HERE'S I PAID EXTRA FOR . THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIMES .... We want our money back !!!!!!!

Ordered for delivery. We got the 15 inch stuffed crust pizza with chicken tikka, spicy beef, onions, peppers, sweetcorn and chillies. Very tasty and great value. Better than Pizza Hut.
