Lovely pizza but still expensive for what it is but I enjoyed it as a treat x

When I tried to call them to place an order, I was told to order online or via the app. When I informed staff that the app and online was “closed”, they told me to keep trying and then hung up on me. Appalling customer service, rude and no information shared to me. Very disappointed.

Can sit in but only a few tables. Fresh food can see it being prepared and cooked. Lovely staff.

Ordered delivery apparently paying for doesn't include actually door delivery driver sat in his car. I'm waiting hip surgery but still expected to come down and look for him.

Order 2 pizza, vegi supreme hot and chicken feast with classic crust. Pizza was tasteless and cold. It look like it was made long time a ago. when I mention about this they told me we can give you extra complimentary tomorrow. Domino on Nuthall road its not great. It was waste of money and our mood was very upset.

Delivery wasn't great to many drop offs we had to reheat in the oven as it was cold 16/05/2024 and cold fries are never the same For the price you pay wasn't good enough Had a email to say sorry which again for the price you pay isn't good enough Not be using again

I ordered about six pizzas today for my daughters birthday party in store. They were completed assertively which I was very happy about as I left it till the last minute.... Thank you guys

Terrible! Every Friday order for daughter & Wife and guaranteed every Friday get a phone call claiming to be outside the house which they're not because as soon as out for delivery I have to wait outside the house. Then turn up laughing which is a absolute piss take when spent good money on a cold pizza. Seems since you pay by card they don't care when you get your delivery as you can't turn it away because you've already paid.

usually get a pizza from this branch and it’s normally very nice but tonight the sauce on the pizza was something I had to avoid, it tasted very sour and the pizza was soggy. but I still somehow managed to eat the crust. the wedges was okay but not great.

SHRINKFLATION! We have all seen it/experienced it in supermarkets, well it has arrived now at this branch of Dominos too. Naturally they cannot reduce the size because they must maintain the "advertised" weight but...they can "skimp" on the toppings and now they do!...I can safely state that they have cut back by at least 50%...so that said I have had my last pizza from those guys!!!

only ever ordered online through the app for dominos but all there food is absolutely gorgeous, slightly overpriced but it was so delicious it will always make me order again

I live on a very long road and there aren't many numbers on show it is notorious for wrong address deliveries. I would like to commend tonight's team including and especially the man who delivered my ordered, he very quickly replaced my order after a neighbour took the delivery knowing it wasn't theirs. The delivery driver was very apologetic and very speedy at replacing my order. My neighbours do not possess the same skills and unfortunately never will because they are awful humans. Thank you Dominos 100% reccommend

Worst place possible to ever order from as they always, always without fail give me the wrong Ben and Jerry’s which I’ve paid for, and when asked to bring what I’ve paid for as they have got the order wrong again, they lie and say they will and ignore every single call from your number from then onwards. Absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced I wish I could give 0 stars I hope the staff get a serious talking to.

Cold and doughy - don't understand what happened to Domino's

I cannot remember the last time this store got an order right. The cheese and tomato pizza comes with no cheese on it, every, single, time!!! whats the point in paying for extra dips if you fail to bring them. Im bored of having to call up to get you to redeliver...not coming back...its really NOT hard to put a bit of cheese on bread and send some dips!!

Waited 2 hour for delivery called twice and told to call back again for a 3rd time refund in 20 mins, the poor guy on the phones said he didn't even know where the food was or if it had left the restaurant, passed to a "mannager" when asked for there name incase I do need to call back refused to provide. I know it a busy time of the year the the basics of customer service would be good.

Made an order like usual online an hour later tried to ring see what was happening with it get no help on the phone just get shrugged off then say can’t hear me and just say to ring back so try to and it’s like they blocked my number not good won’t be ordering from there again

I recently moved to Aspley from another area of Nottingham, now my dominos delivery is from Nuthall Road and I noticed the it don't taste same I think the amount of topping and cheese they adding in Nuthall Road is lot more less than my old place so now days I am collecting from my old place.

Nice pizza but 28 minutes late when ordered 1 hour in advance.

We ordered Raunch BBQ pizza and as they are some offers going on, we paid £9.99 a large pizza instead of £17.99 (medium size). The waiting time was between 10 to 15 minutes. However We, We drove there very limited parking spaces. Another issue is that the arrangement of these spaces could be very trick to park any kind of SUV vehicle. This is by FAR the worst Domino's in Nottingham and i have eaten at most of them,they "ABSOLUTELY DO NOT COOK THE PIZZA'S PROPERLY" the crust of the pizza is so pale and tasteless and doughie and bits of un-melted cheese and just tastes like the base is not cooked properly(no breadcrumbs on the CRUST) (like ALL OTHER Domino's do) and the worst LITTLE amount of topping i have ever had on a domino's pizza,genuinely PEOPLE,there is a ASDA up the road and i promise you can get LARGE(with LOTS of topping) made in front of you and you will get 6 yes 6 Large pizza's for the price Domino's charge for 1,so please do the math's,and i genuinely do not know WHY domino's do not watch shops like THIS ONE because they are RUINING the domino's BRAND by giving sub-standard pizza's to people and they cannot even be bothered to cook the pizza's for the correct amount of time,,AVOID this shop because they are a rip-off and make an astonishingly BAD PIZZA

Brought a pizza on tuesaday ,all Wednesday and Thursday me and my wife have been ill. We was ok till we had the pizza , that’s the only thing we had all day. So as to be that.

Absolutely amazing! Great value for money! Brilliant pizza, brilliant popcorn chicken and amazing cookies and garlic bread pizza! Definitely would order again! Get a great amount for how much you pay! Definitely recommend

Disgusting service. Refused to help my vulnerable child with severe autism and complex ARFID eating needs who only eats certain types of food, in this instance seven chicken strippers. I shop regularly at this outlet for my son but today was brushed-off by Chandra, the ill-equipped manager who also refused to follow the complaints process or entertain any notion of the gravity of this matter from a child welfare aspect. He also refused to give me the head office number stating that one didn't exist. It does. I'll be calling them tomorrow. Basically they would not deliver the single portion less than 0. 4 miles to my door nor would they even pop out the shop and leave the order on my car bonnet, less that ten meters from their door. Consequently my son can't eat today unless I dig up the extra cash to afford to pay the mandatory £12.99 delivery bracket. There's not even an option to pay an extra quid outside the standard delivery bracket as with most takeaways. The manager is interested only in generating maximum revenue for his pathetic franchise cost centre and forget the community needs of vulnerable customers during these difficult times. The portion is £5.99. Instead of £42 to the feed my child this week it will now cost £91 because a manager puts his sales and revenue targets above human values. Avoid this branch. *Updated 18.36* The store has now closed so I cannot even get these particular chicken portions at all, from any store as only delivery exists here. We're too far from other outlets. Had Chandra fulfilled the order initially or ar least acted like a manager, coaxed me into paying a small fee on top as a delivery charge then my son would be eating. He literally will refuse food now given the situation, his depression compounded further by the lack of support. I can't express my disgust in anything other than profane words but it's simply too inappropriate here. It would have take five minutes round trip for the store and I'd pay a couple of quid surcharge. But no, the store manager said he'd lose his job if he extended that vital courtesy. He blamed his bosses and said the company strictly prohibits any such extension of consideration for the disabled in times so unprecedented.*

It's a pizza place..no problems at all. Day time deal is what I took my daughter for, she loves it.

Ordered online and waited over an hour, called them there customer services is crap! Told them I’ve been waiting over an hour even though the app said it was out for deliver my 40 mins... the deliver driver rings me and is lost and no where near my house! Called and asked for a refund they put the phone down! I wouldn’t recommend ordering from them ever!!!!

Ordered last night and will definitely be the last time. Food came and the garlic bread was dripping in grease which leaked all into the other trays. The cookies tasted of garlic. The chicken looked barely cooked. The only thing that was decent was the cheese and tomato pizza we ordered. Myself and my 5 year old daughter were the only ones to eat a mouthful of the garlic bread and both ended up violently sick throughout the night. Definitely won’t be ordering from this dominos again if any.

Just ordered a pizza from dominos ( I normally go to dominos and never a problem) until now! I ordered the pizza online 15-20 mins after ordering my pizza i checker the online tracker it says my pizzas out for delivery, I’m sure it takes longer to cook a pizza? It came to my house I opened the box. I’ve never seen a pizza look so dry it’s like they’ve reheated the pizza and Gave it to me!! I (even the cheese is hard!) I’m no expert in pizzas but this is taking the piss!

We order from here a lot, staff are always polite both on the phone and in person. Like the fact that they are honest about the best deals to have. There are some really good walk in offers, especially the £1.99 9 inch pizza before 4pm for walk ins...great for kids. Pizzas are lovely and hot, never had a bad thing from here.

Terrible customer service when the website wasn't functioning correctly, which caused our food order to not be correctly sent, meaning that the money was taken out, but the food wasn't being made, and the manager in the store has the gull to ask us to phone an 0844 number, which costs money, to resolve an issue about money.

good quality pizza..fuel allowance for delivery drivers does not cover your fuel let alone tyres and maintenance costs...they should pay you what the HMRC pence per mile rate is for your vehicle.

Ordered wrong pizza due to website not being very clear. So had to pay for something I didn't want.

Awesome. Best Domino's around. When we are at my brothers the app gives us the one in town, which isn't as good. The food is always hot, pizzas are never greasy (the bottom of box is always dry), delivery drivers are quick and friendly. This is the only pizza place we order from now, and fr the last year. Keep those voucher codes and deals coming.

Says online it shuts at 12:00 and this goes for all stores so you can imagine the disappointment having drove to 3 different stores, one which shuts and 11:00 and the others being open but only for delivery. The staff were nothing but rude on the phone and there fore will not attempt to visit again!

Get the order wrong then argue about it when you complain. The two stars are for the free vouchers head office sent us.
