Simply Pizza & Chicken in Nottingham

Ordered 1 pizza around 2 hours ago and it's still not arrived. Called the store and they said the delivery driver just left.. 20 minutes later, and it's still not arrived.

Waited an hour and 45 for low quality and overpriced food. Called after and hour and was lied to when he said the driver is out with my food. Rude staff, they will keep you waiting and will mess you around. Believe the reviews. Save your time and go elsewhere

I ordered and it was meant to come between 22:05 and 22:25, at 22:14 the wrap and drink got to me, but my pizza was not there and they said, when I called, that they would just make a new one. They're less than 10 minutes drive from me, and they still haven't delivered the pizza. Never ordering from them again or through Uber Eats. Edit: The pizza did eventually arrive, cold and at 00:01am, tried to get a refund through uber eats as this was ridiculous, but had no luck. Will be avoiding them both from now on.

Called several times no update , currently food is over 1hr late - AVOID

Normally the food is fine but today I ordered a pizza & a long black hair was stuck in the pizza

Its good but its cheap and doesnt taste as nice as other places but good value for money

This place is a scam! Ordered off uber eats and order never arrived! Kids left hungry and dissapointed waiting! Also, this shop marks order as complete meaning uber won't refund you! Then when you check order, there is no driver confirmation or contact from them! Just be aware and order from somewhere decent honest and reputable.

We order at least every week and all I can say was how incredibly grateful I am that a fine establishment is accessible to me. Friendly staff, delicious food and fast delivery!

I had earlier ordered from their delivery partner uber and was quite impressed with their desi chicken pizza. The next time I decided to order from their own app and ordered masala fish with doner kebab chips and salad. What I got was just fish with no masala no salad and no sauce. There was only doner kebab and lots of chips. I was quite disappointed. May be delivery through uber is more trust worthy.

Been ordering from this place for over a year now, always the same order and at first the food was really good and great value too (came out much cheaper than most over places) sadly the past few months the food especially the chicken had been very dry and chips were meh and the prices for my usual order almost doubled or even tripled… £4 for large chips with no cheese? The entire food that I usually order has downgraded a lot, not to mention the delivery times, food was meant to be here at 18:35 it’s 19:44 and still waiting for it lol. Not ordering from here again.

Best take away in Nottingham, Kebabs are first class, ordering every week and we never been disappointed, highly recommended! X

The tiny guy working in front so rude and service is really bad even don’t know how to behave with customers so unprofessional.

Ordered no 11 on menu chicken,wings and chips after waiting quite a while picked up to take home and had to throw whole meal in bin immediately as chicken was extremely dry no flavour I’m guessing it was refried not fresh , not going back.

Always enjoy the food from here.

I ordered my food £34 meal deal I was very disappointed the pizza was like thin cardboard the chips taste horrible and tastes of chicken and fish? Sfc was shocking all dry and bones no choice of pizza and drinks of your choice. This was from uber eats which they was useless don't give toss of their customers well this is not acceptable I would certainly not recommend this place. Iv put photos of the sfc on Google. Fries contaminated with fish and sfc oil not recommended if ya vegan or diabetic. Entire food in bin can take pictures of that 2 . Keep away from this place you will end up with bad guts and diarrhoea.

We order chicken wings..chicken wings was very dirty they even didn’t clean the chicken

Delivery was supposed to be around 1735, gets delivered at 1800. Ordered a 10inch pizza and they send an 8inch pizza! Ordered the deal of burger chips and a drink, didn’t receive the drink or chips! Don’t bother ordering what you want, you’ll just get something random anyway.

These guys are my all time late night takeaway place to go to, foods always lovely absolutely love the chicken really good texture and crunchy goes really well with there home made mayo, the milkshakes they do are also fantastic and excellently prepared lots of cream sprinkles and everything! Really really enjoyed them, prices simply (pardon the pun) can't be beaten and they are extremely friendly, the delivery driver is brilliant can always have a good laugh with him and hes always energetic and happy, I'll certainly be back thanks alot and have a great night! :)

Rang for medium veg pizza and chicken feast pizza and quoted ten pounds.then got payment request for 18 pounds? Instead of chicken was given pepperoni n sausage?!?..then they denied it at first ,then refused to refund or replace it. Dirty looking place with devious,arrogant staff...STAY AWAY!! MANY YOUNG GYAL AROUND....hmmmm

Called in here tonight fairly late as was passing through Nottingham. Friendly guy (beard and glasses 🤓) served me. I had a 10" mixed meat pizza. It was cooked in about 5 mins and was absolutely delicious. Perfect cheese to topping ratio and I could pick out each flavour as I munched along. I wasn't charged much if I recall and I wasn't expecting a good pizza for such a small fee but was pleasantly surprised. Where I live the same pizza would be twice the cost and not half as nice so I reckon I'll call in here again as I pass by the shop quiet often. I used to go to Caspian's up the top of the road, since I was 16 or 17 and I'm now 41, but lately the atmosphere isn't what it used to be. I hate trying new places, I have had some bad food from shops I haven't been to before but 'Simply Pizza & Chicken' is worth a visit if you're looking for a good pizza. Keep up the good work. 🍕 🍗 🍟

Ordered the food online and then the restaurant cancels the order. Why put up the menu online if you can't deliver the food ?

Fantastic Kebabs, burgers and wings in this place. Pretty much all the food is excellent. Great takeaway and service inside. The staff are very friendly too and they appreciate you. Highly recommended!

If i could rate a 0, i would. food was very disappointing. ordered a chicken tikka with naan but received maybe 7 pieces+ of DRY and CHEWY “tikka” *PHOTO BELLOW* with a dry naan. no sauce or salad and no option for it either ! partner ordered donner and it was beyond rubbery and also very dry. chips were the only good thing from this order and even then they were awful. milkshakes are way too milky and can barely taste what it supposed to. should’ve just bought a carton of milk! ridiculous prices for ridiculous food. do not order from here.

I spent tens of pounds to buy two pizzas. The store told me that I could receive the food in 30 minutes. In the end, I waited for two and a half hours and did not receive my food. When I called, the store said that someone had signed for me. Order, I still don't know who it is. The customer service couldn't give me a refund because the store delivered it by itself. I wasted my time, wasted my money, and tortured my stomach.

Do not order. Food never came, marked as on the way (deliveroo) over an hour ago and no word. Couldn’t ring them as either busy or just rang endlessly. Do not order.

It’s so sad to see so many places providing such average food nowadays. The person who makes this food cannot be proud cause it’s genuinely so mediocre, probably below average and also gave me a dodgy stomach the next day. I’m sorry to be rude but I just cannot understand why you would open a restaurant/food place if you aren’t even going to put effort into what you’re making, you should be proud of the food you produce. Please to the owner of this place, do better, makes something you can be proud of.

Thought I'd order here for the 1st time despite some negative reviews i ordered small doner kebab and a pizza with chips for two people...well what can i say ive ordered from some terrible places but this place goes straight to number 1 for disgusting food it was disgraceful the pizza came solid and a brick it was cold and dry when i opened the box it was a in pieces and crumpled like it had been dropped on the floor..the chips were hard and soggy and the kebab was stone cold...i will deferently not be ordering here again an absolute joke....!!!

I cannot believe how terrible the food was. The pizza was undercooked and tasteless. The chicken was undercooked and mush. The garlic bread was from a local store and tasted terrible and somehow, the lamb donner was undercooked. Definitely the worst takeaway I have ever ordered from. Do yourself a favour and avoid this place like a plague. Waste of money.

Very bad experience ordered my two pizzas and they took over an hour to arrive and when we called them to see when we will receive our order they were really rude and said they were “busy” a while after that that’s when our order cake and one of the pizzas was completely wrong and when we called them up they tried telling us that it was what we ordered but we had it all on the order online, they said they were going to send us another one out in “10 minutes” it’s been another half hour and we called up again and someone over the phone said in a very rude tone “we told you before were busy” and then it went quiet, very unhappy with this situation.

Listen, just because we’re in lockdown, doesn’t mean you can increase prices but give less food. Don’t order the double pepperoni ( which was only 6 slices of pepperoni) or anything from here. Save your money and go elsewhere

Had been a regular customer for nearly 10 years as i enjoyed the food but I have been disgusted by the treatment that I have recieved lately. Now I am used to takeaways sometimes taking a little longer than expected but the last time I ordered my food took an hour and a half to arrive not the 40-45 minutes i was told over the phone and was stone cold on arrival. When I phoned them to complain I was told that they could bring me a fresh order but it would take another hour! This to me was just not good enough considering I had waited as long as I had and I was promised a 50% off anything I ordered the next time. Well when phoning them tonight to get the discount ordered I was told that they could not give me this discount just a couple of pound off. This company will never see another penny from me. Potential customers please be wary when ordering from these to avoid disappointment.

When it comes to Pizzas go elsewhere. They say it's a 'buy one,get one free! but they charge twice the price. You also don't always get what you pay for. For example, you pay for stuffed crusts.yet they send you a normal ones. For a 'buy one get one free' Vegetarian stuffed crust, that isn't stuffed you pay £17-99 . I'm giving them 2 stars because the guy said it would take 40-50 minutes, and it did take 50 mins.

Poor. Waste of time and money The chicken arrived soaked through with grease and loose at the bottom of the plastic carrier bag. (Box was septate, flat and soaked in grease. Twister fries arrived burnt and mostly inedible. I requested only lettuce and onion on the chicken burger, it arrived with cucumber and tomato (which I can't eat)
