Domino's Pizza in Leicester

Just been to heaven and back the most beautiful pizza in the world great service great staff.

One of my favorite places if only it was a little cheaper and may be introduce halal range.

I always order delivery from here. The service is great and the food arrives nice and hot. The pizzas are so tasty. There are some good deals too. You can now even track your delivery driver on the Domino's app. I'd definitely recommend it.

Decent pizzas as always staff not so much

Food is as you'd expect. Good service, but parking can be difficult due to location.

We expected the more delicious pizzas. They were also a bit greasy. Pepperoni Pizza was too salty. When we came to eat in, the tables were dirty.

The ordering experience was excellent but the pizza itself was disappointing. It says a light portion on BBQ sauce but the pizza was ruined by it because all you could taste was the sauce which was too sweet

I went to this place weekly for the £9.99 walk in collection which meant the food was always fresh. This place doesn't disappoint

Avoid ordering from this store food took over an hour to deliver they advise me the driver left 40 minutes ago and i only live 10mins away. When the food arrived an hour later it was cold i rang and the woman on the phone advised we will get a full refund. 8 days later still no refund. Dont believe them if they say you are going to get a refund you won't.

I have never experienced such a bad service in the entire 42 years of my life! I have made a big order for my son’s 13th birthday party with the expectation of receiving my pizzas just how I ordered them. I had missing items and wrong toppings. After raising my concerns through the phone I spoke to a lady called Narinder. She was being rude and ignorant and put me on hold for about 15 minutes and hung up without solving the issue. I will never order at this place again!!!!

Phoned in to order food for delivery at 11:40pm as it says its open until 5am online. The rude women who answered the phone immediately said "we are closed" and put the phone down on me. Won't try to go here again

After receiving terrible service to cancel a wrong order. (Called the store 5 times, didn't get through. On the fifth, I was placed on hold for 10 minutes. Had to hang up because the delivery driver called me as he was unable to find us.) The food arrived cold and the dip I paid extra for was missing. The driver didn't have it in his bag or car and said the kitchen packs the order and they must of forgotten it. We called the store immediately and the lady on the phone Marinder said she was getting the manager but we can clearly hear her on the phone doing other things and placing orders with other customers. 5 minutes later we used another phone to call her which she then claimed the managers were busy. She kept us on the phone for over 5 minutes for nothing! No sauce were replaced, this is the second time its happened but most importantly, the customer service is appalling. Shocking service, expected better from Dominos.

Very friendly and helpful staff, fixed a mistake with the order with no problems. Store has always been clean the times I've been in. Entry to the store is not accessible as there is a step when you enter the door. Small amount of seating available to eat in and some additional seating whilst you wait for your order.

Not that great, were stingy with the cheese like primary school Pizza with many areas with no cheese on both Pizzas.

Ordered pizza garlic pizza bread drink and chicken nugget things. Order came on time the delivery person was friendly. The issue I had was half way through the garlic pizza bread I noticed what looked like animal hair on the top.....needless to say rather off putting. I decided ok I cant say for sure it's what it looks like...so decided to move on top the chicken no issues here. The pizza next after the first slice noted the same issue on the pizza and decided I felt a little sick at the thought. Called dominoes and they came and collected to check I was being honest and about 20 min after got a call offering me a partial refund! If I wanted a full refund they would have to send off to HQ for investigation ...surely that should be standard practice when food is contaminated in this way!!! I wasnt happy with the response I did not feel they were genuinely sorry for this issue. The lady I was dealing with decided to get authority from area manager to refund the full amount. I accepted but explained I wasnt happy with the response. Again I understand things can go wrong but in this instance I would of thought a big company with such a good reputation would of done better here. In left feeling that a. They don't have good processes in place to avoid this issue...b.theu dont take it on board and truly investigate when stuff like this happens. And c if they truly empathised with me just a refund rather than asking me what they could do to make it up to me. Your call if you want to buy from here just be prepared to possibly get one of their new and undeclared toppings.

I ordered (and paid) a delivery online 1 and a half hours ago so I rang to check and my order is lost ....The lady (manager) who dealt with my call was lovely and very helpful sorting the situation out professionally.. I should of just rang the store in the first place!!!!

Workers not washing their hands before handing food over to customers. One of them was touching raw meat and then gave my food without cleaning them. Also I'm vegetarian so found that disgusting. Never again l.

Good pizza but waiting time too long.

Wouldn't even rate it a 1 star after today. Ordered two large pizza's turned up over cooked and burnt on top. Rang store to complain informed by staff that we would have to send these back so they can investigate then have to wait a further 45 mins for new pizza's customer services has really gone down hill at this dominoes over the years.

Group of friends and I ordered food, had to wait ages for it after they said it would come in 30 minutes, we ended up getting food poising and being ill for 3 days

Great food and atmosphere but not so cheap.

Ordered two large pizzas from Leicester Narborough Rd Donino for collation - sadly one was medium size. When I called to complain they said that I'll need to take pizzas all the way back to prove that one of them is smaller and then if they approve I'll need to wait till they make a new one. Right! So I'll walk back again, wait and walk home again? Great customer service!!! Not!

I ordered a pizza from there last night and as my partner was eating it there was a long hair in the pizza so the next day i rang them and spoke to the manager and he told me there is nothing he can do and that it happens sometimes when they dealing with the food am very angry and disappointed never ordering from there again.

They use your data and your details even when you ask them to remove them. You have no privacy and they keep on messaging you until you you change your phone details. The personal is kind of ok, time to time rude and misbehavior... On the shops they have big posters with £5.99 and inside... Everything is £9.99. I do not recommend it except the cases your are traveling or just for the tasting proposes.

Creo que es una falta de atención al cliente. Yo creo que suficiente 45 minutos más tarde que aquí alguien parar con la música a todo volumen es después de las 10:00 pm y las explosiones en mi pobre y les tira y no se dice nada en ninguna hola no no bye me chocó lo mucho que falta atención al cliente. Le puedo asegurar que nunca se vaya a ellos, ya que es un hecho mal cómo no podía disculparse.

Upon arrival we were told they could not give us nhs discount on a deal. We wasn't informed of this on the phone. So the staff member gave us a new price with our discount, which she did not explain would be a different price due to one of the items not valid for discount. We arrived home only to discover that part of our order was actually wrong, there is a big difference between spicy and non spicy. Fortunately my partner doesn't seem unwell due to this.

I ordered dominos to be delivered to my hotel room as I am away with work and didn't want to go to a restaurant. I ordered using the app and for a large pizza and side £22. I put in the notes for the delivery guy to ring me when it was here but I kept an eye on the tracker so that I wouldn't keep him waiting. The tracker said that it had been delivered about half an hour before I got my pizza and when I did get my order both that and the kickers were only very slightly warm, I had no way of heating it up in the hotel so had to make do. I normally order from Stockton Heath in Warrington and this dominos is like a completely different company with both service and quality. Wouldn't use this one again.

Did not deliver part of our order. When we rang up they first refused to send, offering a credit note. When we demanded our order they said it was on its way but two hours later there was no sign. Called and spoke to assistant manager Karan who was very rude and impolite. After turning down a credit note and demanding a refund because we hadn't received what was received we were told that he would do it then. It will take a few days to see if he will actually do it, but in the meantime we will be speaking with the manager tomorrow over the rudeness we met with when having a legitimate concern. am absolutely disgusted with their attitudes

Stopped off here for tea whilst away with work as i thought it would be a safe bet due to being a chain takeway and I was unsure what other places would be safe to eat from in the area. On entering the member of staff I spoke to was friends and quickly took my order and on taking the order advised me that she could upgrade my pizza to the next size as they had an offer on that day. The food took about 10 minutes to be prepared as they were very busy but this was no issue.

We haven't ordered from here for a few months due to the poor quality and high prices compared to competitiors. Arrived back from a holiday + a hospital visit and ordered pizza. The delivery driver was pleasant which is an improvement on last time - no real complaints with him. The pizza was a double decadence but dry and no sauce in the middle really. We ordered and paid for a big pot dip as newly advertised but this was not delivered, we weren't told why and there didn't seem to be any replacement. This sounds petty but when dips are £1 each for a large pot not delivering every time just gets annoying and when we have complained in the past we have been told that they would be added to the next order and they never are. These little things that don't constitute a re delivery just start to get frustrating and the branch don't seem to care why...it's just dips afterall. Food was not piping hot and was about 40 minutes after ordering (mid week). However, this is fairly typical of this branch and what we have come to expect. Conincidentally we watched a documentary on dominos pizza this week where they were talking consistently about quality assurance, checks and standards...these might be evident in the franchises in the programme but they have skipped this in this Leicester branch somewhat (particularly as we watched the programme talk about the limited edition pizza we actually ordered and the way it 'should' be presented'). Won't be using them again while there are alternatives.

When we finally got the food it was lovely but for some reason the on line system would accept the voucher code - even one given to us by the restaurant. We almost gave up but after 40 minutes we finally got though! The restaurant is not allowed to accept on line vouchers and if I had a word of advice it would be to do so because next time my £60 order goes elsewhere. That said, we would use them again because the food was lovely

Compared to the other dominos stores around leicester this one is brilliant ! lovely food cooked just right, delivery time is good and the drivers are always pleasant.

Pre ordered for a specific time. Pizza arrived late and was cold. Just not good for one of the higher cost pizza delivery services. Won't be using again.

Just got back from Spain today had nothing in fridge to eat so decided to order a "domino's"pizza ordered a large half/ half stuffed crust cost. £19.49 which I thought was a little expensive when placing the order then thought it must be good for nearly £20 well its just arrived didn't no wherever to laugh or cry , laugh because they could have brought it from Iceland for £3 or cry to think I've just been ripped off, well phoned back up to query price and quality to be told its correct price and for £19.49 that's what you get !!!! Had eaten out in Spain and had lovely food all week to then come home and had the worst pizza ever , and be ripped off by the good old uk ,,,..,, domino's gone downhill fast will have Pizza Hut next time!!

I was always a big fan of Dominos due to their extensive pizza range and fast delivery. I have not ordered from them since February 2014 due to receiving a cold order. Usually a call to Dominos with this issue would result in a quick resolution, but this time ended in multiple phone calls and the promise of a refund (that never came). After speaking to the manager twice (who said he dealt with my original issue) the refund still did not appear. Very disappointing service to receive as a long standing customer.
