food hot and delicious. American Pizza is definitely our go to for pizza night. Friendly delivery driver too!

Wrong food given by driver, then given correct food but food item missing, tried contacting store for 1 hour 30_minutes but no answer as stated line busy. £6.70 is a lot of money. When i spoke to driver about this he laughed and hung up the phone.

Driver got lost, turned up late, then tried to deliver our order to the next door neighbour! Pizzas were lukewarm by the time we got them, & the crusts were overcooked. Very disappointing.

food was excellent, hot and really tasty. Will def order from American Pizza again. Friendly delivery driver too!

Order came with 2 out of the 4 tubs of sauces exploded in the bag as they werent closed properly. Had to throw the Salad, 4 Sauces and 7up Bottle away.

Ordered from here for many years. Very disappointed by drop in quality. The cardboard pizza boxes have a very strong smell which means that the pizzas taste like cardboard. Also food arrived late and not very warm. A previous order was missing a free item and the other free item was inedible.

I didn’t get my order. I rang to ask how long, they said they have no electric so couldn’t cook my order. No one rang me to tell me this, and eventually the tracking claimed to have delivered my order. No idea how to get my money back

I’ve ordered chips with cheese twice now and had no cheese on my chips

Potato wedges were a bit burnt and the mayo was splashed in bag but the value for money was well worth it and pizza was lovely

Ordered pizzas and unfortunately we received incorrect toppings on one. I could normally dismiss as simple error, but the pizzas were also a little overcooked too.

Absolute joke! Hasn’t arrived and they hung up on me after ringing and them trelling me it would be 5 minutes for 3 calls! Joke of a service, I demand a full refund and I will never order from this service again. Worst service ever

First time using this place and the Pizzas were excellent!

What can I say? These pizzas are absolutely amazing. Quality , tasty, plenty of topping too. They travel a distance to come to us as there is nowhere of such quality nearby. Can’t believe how hot they are though even after travelling so far. Better than anywhere nearby. Amazing

Got a bottle of coke delivered instead of a bottle of diet coke. Most takeaways would leave you to deal with Just Eat but the delivery driver came back 20 minutes later with the missing bottle of diet coke. Also very reasonable cost and decent food. Would recommend highly.

It’s as if they are using cheap imitation cheese absolutely not mozzarella tasted foul. We had 4 pizzas all soggy and bad.

Went in, he asked me where I was from to start convo.. as soon as I mentioned my country he called me a terrorist and told me to get lost. First time I experienced this. Absolutely unacceptable. Hopefully this changes things.

Once again an absolutely amazing meal. It’s not near to us but nowhere local can beat it. Even though the meal travels a distance it is always piping hot aswell as beautiful
