The delivery guy was nice and perlite and he was on time great service

The last 3 times we have ordered there has been items missing admiringly they have sorted it out but on the phone there rude like it’s my fault it was wrong then slam phone down so you don’t no what’s going on ring back and I got I just spoke to you what you want now by time they replace missing items I’ve had to eat separate from the others because there’s would be cold

Speedy and tasty. Gave us an extra treat too which was very kind :)

Food was cold… it all looked like yesterday left overs that had been microwaved….. and the taste was disgusting….. I will never be using them again and I ld recommend you don’t either… wouldn’t even give me a refund

Called a few times staff were not helpful and just kept saying it’s a busy time.

Worst chicken pieces in history of mankind. Chicken pieces looking like a mud lump. No flavour at all. Even if they give for free i wont accept.

The pizza wasn’t very warm the cheese was barely melted and has give everyone stomach aches from the cold pizza. I normally order from here and have no issues but this time was very disappointed

The lettuce was out of date in the wrap. Which spoilt the donner meat. The burger didn't taste very nice. The garlic bread was good but overall dissatisfied and disappointed the last 2 times I've been here. It's a shame because i usually always order from here and got alot of uni friends ordering from here too.

I did not enjoy the experience the wrap was cold and was no heat to it and only 1 garlic bread actually arrived. The coke was good but disappointed with everything else.

My cheesecake was frozen when it arrived wasn’t happy about that and the food wasn’t that nice either could of had more mayo in the wrap and the burger was spicy when it’s meant to be a beef burger

The person was very kind and delivered it on time. They also knew my order and didn’t ask me what I ordered which is also a plus. As for the place, very nice food place! Pizza was very nice but filling I’d say, so definitely worth sharing a 12 inch pizza! Chicken kebab was nice too. 10/10 would order at city pizza again.

We have ordered from you many times over the last couple of years, but you seem to have changed your portions sizes and quality of product. It's such a shame as you're now charging more. I would have happily paid more for what we used to get. Now £9 quid for a chicken kebab meal, where the chicken is now just bits of dry chicken, and the salad might as well be called garnish. Please change the quality back.

The burger was hanging out the box and had a weird jelly like substance on it and the cheese on the chips looks curdled and wasn’t edible

When I specifically ask that the kebab be made as a kebab (don't just throw meat and salad on a nan bread) it's annoying, if i wanted to make my own dinner after a 12 hour shift I would have!

What is this? I was searching for the driver for a whole hour, attempted to contact the restaurant 9 times and they all ignored me! Didn’t even receive my order . Horrible service !! Never order form this shop

Really disappointed with the pizza from this place. Tasteless, not much topping. Also overpriced. Ordered buy one get one free and they only gave us a Magherita for the 2nd pizza and not the same as the original pizza I ordered. Won't be ordering from here again.

Just got 2 mixed kebabs and they were tiny, I opted for more expensive option not expecting a kebab to turn up in a burger box, anyways. the chicken wasn't grilled and cold.. was literally like the ready to eat chicken you get cooled in fridge packs at a supermarket.. the pitta bread wasn't even opened.. all meat just slapped onto instead of inside it, Will never order from this place again.. utterly shocking. I have been unable to log into my account until now as i had left my phone at work! I wasnt happy with this meal as the pizza had pepporoni which i specifically stated i did not want as i do not eat pork at all so this really upset me aswell as ruined my overall meal! Not good at all im afraid 😐

My drink, as he always does, had once again arrived warmly. Fries, they were here somewhere! though I only just noticed them as the portion was suspiciously small and a bit squashed. The chicken strips were cluckin’ good though and my mozzarella sticks were okay. Overall presentation was disappointing and poor, when you open the box the meal and portion of chips looked sad. When I looked at the meal without any words it told me that the cook didn’t care about presentation or quality and wasn’t bothered what the customer thinks or receives. They do great pizzas I’ve never had a problem with them, just that this meal was rather disappointing this time. If I do come back it will be for the pizza and possibly some chicken strips.

Really nice food delivered on time. The delivery driver was very respectful by knocking lightly so not to wake my kids up. I didn’t ask for him to do that but he did it anyway which was really appreciated. Will order again.

Only complaint is the large chips was very large in my opinion it look like a regular tbh

My order came within the time it said but was not what we asked for. We ordered both pizzas to have stuffed crust so paid extra and only one pizza had stuffed crust and was burnt and hard. I tried calling the restaurant but no answer. I phoned over 16 time and still no answer. They are not answering the phone so I cannot sort my order out or get a replacement or refund.

Food that we received was cold and 2 items were missing, called the restaurant and spoke to me very rudely, telling me they won’t remake the whole order when the lady on the phone told us not to touch the food and wait till they call us back which took over 10min. So disappointing because now we have to eat cold dinner with my family

Spent £50 on food tonight and it was an extremely disappointing experience. Pizzas are below average and barely had any toppings on them. Hash browns were soggy and undercooked. Cheese bites were soggy. Chicken strips had clearly been sat around for a while as they were dry. Wont be ordering from here again and suggest you don’t either. Expensive prices for extremely poor quality.

We ordered a deal, pizza was okay, onion rings were soggy and chewy like they was microwaved and he garlic bread was all greasy and chewy wouldn’t order from here if I was you.

Make sure to check what you ordered, and what you received the still charging by the old menu which is on here, but sending order by the new menu and missing stuff, but you charged for this
