Great food and service as always

I’ve always ordered from this place and always had good service, however I was asked for £3 more cash for this delivery to order being delivered. There was an offer to order buy one get one free, however the restaurant had asked me to pay £3 more.

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone

Food was cold and half of it didn’t arrive

I put on the order notes I'm disabled and needed it bringing to my door. the order was accepted. driver called said I had to come down to him which I couldn't help finaly came was very rude as I explain I was disabled while standing there with my walking frame. said he won't do it again so I said well I won't be ordering again. they should cancel the order if they can't meet the instructions that were laid out in detail of what they had to do.

pizza normally really good from here . tonight pizza burnt over cooked dry and must of forgot the filling . absolutely awful won't be using these again unfortunately .

I ordered a family pack at 12am recently for delivery and it came very quickly and was piping hot. When it arrived as usual it tasted amazing. Great selection of vegetarian pizzas. Coleslaw and garlic bread also tasted very fresh.

Food late. Pizza barely warm. Garlic bread was burnt, dry and inedible. Missing Coleslaw from order too. Asked for coke and got Pepsi

I recently had the pleasure of trying the Margherita pizza and it was outstanding. The crust was perfectly crisp on the outside and delightfully chewy on the inside. The tomato sauce was rich and flavorful, clearly made from fresh, high-quality tomatoes. The mozzarella cheese was melted to perfection, with a creamy texture and just the right amount of stretch. Pizza had a wonderful balance of flavors that was both simple and delicious. The ingredients were fresh, and the attention to detail 👍🏽

my food not turned up says its been delivered but not got it

Very famous pizza shop on melton road, leicester. Specially available in late night also. The test is good but there is only 2 or 3 limited dishes in vegetarian choice.

They say a picture paints a thousand words- I’m inclined to agree. Been a regular since 2021, never once been let down- the food is always piping hot, fresh, and tasty. The Mexicana & chicken tikka pizza’s are unreal

not happy with the with the wing meal cause it was not a meal just wing on its own and I paid extra so disappointed over all a good service

food was too good and service also but there is strange thing happens, I get non-veg pizza but when I am ordering i think it's veg. It is a kind of recommendations please add more details of food which you were presenting so we can know what was that we are eating.

Delivery was nearly an hour late, when called to find out where our order was we were told 5 minutes without us saying which address the delivery was going to and food still didn’t arrive for another half hour after we called, when food did arrive it was cold

What a vile place. Mould on my pizza The shop owner doesn’t even admit to it, saying the pizza was made freshly today And said it was ingredients from the pizza paste. And doesn’t even want to give me a refund

First time ordered from this restaurant - unfortunately, there is a bad experience, and that will be first and last order. Delivery was late- out of advised time slot - take it more than one hour between order and delivery, for pizza and chicken wings. Looks like delivery guy was send with many deliveries or our order stay long in the restaurant before delivery because order come cold.... Food was definitely with temperature far from usual hot food, fact which reflected to a quality. Sorry, but that is not good enough.

After an hour had passed, I requested another update on the delivery and 5mins later, the gentleman from American Pizza rang to apologise and said the driver was on his way. Finally, after 1 hour and 30mins (double the estimated delivery time), the driver arrived. The food wasn’t hot, it was just about warm. The pizzas were salty. Fries were dry and crispy. The garlic bread was more like burnt toast and you literally had to put some effort in just to take a bite. The coleslaw was not nice at all. It tasted muddy and old, like it has been left out for a few days. Finally, I asked for tango and they gave a Pepsi bottle.

I don't know how to describe this food. It's very bad. If I take a slice and squeeze I can get a glass of oil. I ordered a 15 inch pizza. So just imagine how many glass of oil I got. Also the pizza have a salty taste. Absolutely it was a wrong decision for me.

Food is taste is good but only getting 2 stars from me because this restaurant has turn me down so many times now including today when i went to this place all the way from narborough road to melton road for food because even though they have card machine and its always working they still say no for card payments! And on some good days they used to take my card payments, now i dont carry card all the time as i use contactless apple pay everywhere, but some of the staff including the owner will turn my order down because i dont have cash. Is this just to annoy people? Or u have made so much money u dont care about customers? Or for tax fraud? No consistency in this place at all! Such a shame!

Everything is wrong about this order. The food is unedible, the pizza was so burn outside. We've ordered 5 different pizzas but they all came the same. I don't think any animal would like to eat that. If I could give it minus stars I would. Please do not order from this place. The only good thing about it was the driver and speedy delivery. Please close this business and do everyone a favour.

I ordered a deep pan pizza and got thin crust. Also there wasn’t enough toppings on the pizza, though I paid extra for the toppings.
