Absolutely terrible service, ordered food online for collection, paid for it then once payment went through they told me i couldnt collect until the next day! Food is always stale and hard and always finding hair im my food! Also always makes me and my family sick the next day! Definitely advise to STAY AWAY from this shop, dianas fish bar in wandsworth is much better!

We ordered from here at 4.30pm on a Friday for delivery. At 17.50 I called the takeaway and offered to collect. I was told it was out for delivery. At 18.30 I called back as I hadn't received it. I was told they would call back when they spoke to the driver. No call back. I called and cancelled my order as it would be too cold. I was told I would be refunded electronically. Over a week later and no refund. I Think I was just told I'd be refunded to stop me calling. Its not appropriate when people are spending their hard earned money.

Employee on phone needs to listen to order. Comes across very angry and doesn’t listen. Ordered extra onion ended up with coleslaw that wasn’t ordered. Such a shame.

I used to order from here all the time then got a few bad experiences so haven’t used for a long time. Last night thought we would try again I ordered a chicken kebab and left a message saying g I wanted it in pitta instead Of a nan bread. I couldn’t believe when it arrived thought it felt light the chicken or lack of chicken what was in it. That’s it with them NEVER AGAIN

The owner / manager lady here means business. There's no customer service expected here. Once they have the money you don't get service even if you've paid. There's no consideration for the customers no matter how respectfully you request. I've experienced rudeness multiple times & the owner lady doesn't even hesitate to say no, hence i have no option other than adding this review. Please stay away if you don't want your mood & day spoiled. Never going back.

3rd issue in a row and no more will I order. Waited 40 mins from when app told me my food was delivered and to enjoy for me to recieve my food and as suspected it was all cold. So had to reheat. Birthday treat for boy ruined. Shocking. 50 pounds absolutely wasted

Been a loyal customer for over two years now , the past 3 months have gone down hill ! Customer service has really lowered it’s almost like they don’t care ahh more ! Safe to say i no longer will use me pizza wantage

Chips from here at 6pm when got home they were a bag of solid small re-heats disgusting will never buy from again.

food is awful mate don’t bother spending your money. ordered chocolate cake and instead got sent frozen profiteroles. Both pizzas came cold and looked as if they’d been made the day before.

Excellent food in a cosy setting, really friendly and attentive staff. The restaurant was really clean!
