Incredibly AWFUL!! We were all poorly for two days due to the poor standard of food which was under cooked which os totally unacceptable!

I have never been let down by three professionala. Fresh crisp salad, Hot fresh fries. Kebaby goodness cooked and prepped to order. The supreme (was it also known as Pinnochs Special?) Is worth every penny. Don't ever change! Amazing.

Delivery driver aggressive tailgating and beeping at me when try to make right turn with on coming traffic Next time I will come and see delivery driver personally and see if he still got a problem then

Got 12 inch hotshot pizza that was absolutely amazing. I've had hotshot pizzas from all over the place but this is my far the best. Only reason why not a 5 is they charged full standard price then later I noticed they had offer 9.99 any 12 inch which I believe they could have let me know about.

Ordered kebabs tonite. Excellent service once again. Food lovely and hot and huge portions. Akmed delivered..... service with a huge smile . Will use again very soon.

Use to be my go to takeaway 10 years ago but I moved away. I recently returned to the area but was so disappointed with the food now, chips were cold,chicken wings over cooked and kebab was one of the worst I’ve tasted.How things have changed.

Food was okay but incredibly greasy. Kebab on “naan” appeared to be a plain flatbread of some sort, did not resemble a naan bread. Chicken on kebab was good. Chips passable. When we moved to the area 2 years ago we loved this place, seems to have unfortunately gone down hill.

Have been using Pinocchios for as long as I can remember and always my number 1 choice for pizza. As a vegetarian I have minimal choice but the Vegi Hot Calzone with Bbq base is a winner. Always plenty of filling and gives you a sweat on ! Chips are always well cooked and not soggy, mayo a must. On the odd occasion when our order is wrong or have missed something, quick to sort out no fuss. Missus likes the half pound cheese burger but on pitta rather than a bun. Fairly quick on deliveries compared to others locally.

Ordered from here many times both kebabs and pizzas. Food really decent and service excellent. Usually delivered quickly and (almost) always as shown on web site, which is realy easy to use. Quick reorder and payment by PayPal much appreciated.

Terrible. Absolutely terrible! Straight to the bin. Don't waste your money. Burnt kebab meat. Burnt Naan Bread. Unsure what the supposed chicken burger was? See photo. On the plus side the can of Tango was ok.

Delivered promptly and hot. Can't fault it at all. We got a free garlic bread as well, which was great. Would definitely use them again.

Avoid this place, I used to get food from hear all the time, I phoned for a delivery and when it was delivered I could not believe the price, their are many pizza places around the sale area so think twice, before ordering from hear, this price is ridiculous..

Me dijo que no debería comprar una bañera de mayonesa de ajo sin comprar comida así como él debería de ser cobrando un fiver, ya que eso es lo que otros lugares para vender. No me impresionó y no aprecian ser hablado de esta forma. Seguramente deberían haberlo de mi encargo y no tratando de deshacerse de mí y me mandan a la co-op en la carretera!

La comida está buena, menú medianamente amplio y no tardan en mandarlo, por lo que es perfecto para pedir a domicilio sea pizza, kebab, hamburguesa...

Encontramos una araña muerta en la comida. Nunca comer para llevar a cualquier lugar, nunca más. La comida estaba bien al principio, pero luego lo descubrimos. La comida era muy rápido para ser entregado, que es probablemente una mala señal. Cuando llamamos al miembro del personal del restaurante fue sugerido de nosotros (Nos sirve la comida en platos directamente de lavavajillas). Él dijo que enviaría un partido conductor entrega a mirar! Nadie vino, sin reembolso, a más comida que nosotros educadamente.

Normally really good from here, but today ordered 3 shish kebabs and there was hardly any meat on them. The pittas were ram packed with lettuce and there was a small amount of meat under neath. I also ordered a side salad which again was ram packed with lettuce and hardly anything else. Not worth the money today tbh.

Also i realised if I'd gone to the shop directly I would have got a garlic bread and drink for free for about £3 less than I paid through the website so feel it's a bit of a shame that they didn't offer anything extra.

The food was over 25 minutes late when food arrived they had sent the wrong order and when we rang a rude member of staff tried telling us we made the mistake then took a further 15 minutes for the right order to arrive the delivery driver stanched the wrong order from me will never order from here again this may be rude but they need staff that understand English

The food is great here, 3rd time ordered and everything was delightful, the kebab was beautiful, and the chilli sauce is not overpowering and doesn't ruin the kebab, always on time and open until very late, I've tried nearly all the kebab shops in Sale, this is my new favourite. #YUMMY

The only thing I would say was that it wasn't very warm when we got it which was a shame. However the food is very good even if not that hot so it won't put me off using Pinocchio's again!

Order was accepted waited over an hour after that phoned the resturant to be told the order had bein cancelled...to which we had no idea ...no phone call or email....fuming...now it 12.30 and we have no food....thanks...wont be ordering again...lost a good customer

This place was recommended by local friends funny enough they were all in there after out night out ,very clean ,very friendly staff and gorgeous grub reasonably priced

Not a chance of going back to this place. Didn't have any 12" pizza bases so got 2x10" which you would think was good. No, no....they looked like they'd been run over. Didn't have the Diet Pepsi I ordered, was told they didn't do pepsi and when the driver came back with some cans he just grunted at me and walked off. Load of old rubbish!

The delivery arrived just over 30 minutes after the estimated time of arrival. The food was mediocre and I wouldn't go there again. I called 10 minutes after the order had been due, they told me it'd be a further 10 minutes. 20 minutes later it arrived so didn't give an accurate assessment.
