Went in for a kebab, paid £12 and by the time I got back to my hotel, 150m round the corner, only to find that all the meat was cold, barely warm.. meat was low quality and tasted like crap. Even if it was hot, I still dont think it was worth it. Complete waste of money...

Food is shocking. On uber eats as side tings. Chicken burger is literally a 1/4 of a chicken breast and slimey. Chicken wings are as tough as boot leather and are beyond over cooked. Id recommend cold beans on toast before eating here

Chicken pieces plain and dry. Wings have a nice taste but unevenly spreaded and they were very dry and hardly warm. Service was good though.

Was staying in a local hotel as a stop off on route to Cornwall went for a stroll and ordered a house special kebab, got back to hotel opened the kebab and took one bite of the donner meat..big mistake the smell of the meat was awful and it had small orange and yellow dots on the meat, the meat had to be bad, now I love a kebab buy I've never had a one since the smell and taste was that bad, avoid at all costs.

Straight to the toilet after we ate the food. There are better alternatives. Max 1 star.

Typically open till midnight, so great for a late meal. I couldn't make sense of the menu, but some chicken, chips, and salad would do. They sorted it out for me. I had a nice chat with the staff.

Ordered a double cheeseburger with onions and tomato sauce got a single burger with cheese and onion and tomato sauce when I asked them about it they said they only charge me for a single burger but they took the money for a double burger which was £5.50 so the said they only charge me for a single but it should have been a double I think the service was terrible the staffer very abrupt what more can I say would I eat there again never

Facing a half an hour wait for the M1 at 10:30 I popped in for a burger and it saved my life. Good scran fairly priced. Would recommend.

Chill Grill is a really nice place in terms of the people. They might not be the usual crowd but I forgot my bag there and they were really kind enough to look after it and return it. The food is good, the price is usually even better and they seem to have a pretty constant stream of clientelle.

5 spicy wings for £3.50 that tasted bland, dry and cold! Not worth it and not worth your time. Tried it for my opinion but the reviews don't lie, it's not worth it!

My review? So I ask for a hamburger with no cheese and fries, probably the easiest meal ever then noticed you only charged me for fries (even tho he copied me by saying no cheese) so was honest and added the hamburger on. ( must admit the hamburger was ok) but get home and open the fries to find a peice of chicken instead. Trust that I will never go there again (and probably the guy after me that actually ordered chicken). It ain't that hard especially when are that quiet. Employ some new staff or chimomonks that could do a better job.

I’d give minus stars if I could ! This place has been revamped and now they charge way way more than they used to but for the same grotty product ! Bought kebab last night and I knew something was up when one of them quietly mentioned something about the meat .... the manager grabbed the box stuffed it with cold meat and thy all hid behind the chicken countertop ... it was mostly stoned cold !!!! Fridge cold!! Mixed with over cooked dried hard meat ... I took it back and got a full refund. Trust me they knew what they served me and they knew it wasn't fresh it’s absolutely vile ! Don’t eat here

My first time here, had a veggie burger. It was alright. Only £3, fairly big. Came out quickly. Staff were very polite and friendly.

I went in about 9 in the evening after a long day, wanting some convenient and fast food. This was neither. I ordered a large kebab in pita bread. Despite being the only customer, I had to wait quite a long time. They serve you a tiny Styrofoam box with a tiny and cold pita bread on the bottom, maybe 2 small slices of meat on top of it, lettuce that can walk to the garbage can by itself if you ask it nicely and some weird fatty sauce on top. All that for £8 and you're guaranteed to stay hungry once you're done. Waste of money, waste of food.

Absolutely awful. Chicken is dry and the quality of food is not up to par oppose to a bogstandard kebab or chicken shop. I was drunk but yet was disgusted with the food. This place is lost. Should be cheap as chips if they're selling food like that, a scam!

Was down in bristol for a week and thought to myself why not give this place a try and thank God I did every night I was down I was in their for my tea, cheap prices but excellent food 100/10 the people behind the counter are very welcoming the choice of your own sauce and what you have in the salad really give thus place variety over the others my personal favourite is the 1/4lb cheese burger meal for only £4.99 with a relish on the burger and garlic mayo on the chips really makes my mouth water would definitely give this place a try and am.looking forward to have tea their again

Honestly I went back to this place again to give it another chance but sadly they have barely changed at all like my Pizza took quite a long time to come and it was smaller then 12 inches honestly avoid this place at all costs but on the bright side at least the pizza tasted nice.

First time going since they refurbished the restaurant looks nice, the food is nice but some chips were a bit undercooked overall the food is eatable but isn't the best food I've tasted

3.50 for a big crash chicken shawarma with loads of good salad. Very good, will definitely be back. Obviously doing better than it was in the past.

Chill Grill said they would deliver in an hour which they then postponed by a further 15 minutes. after an hour and three quarters I called them to enquire as to where my delivery was and I was told that they would not be delivering my food AND they would still be charging me. the driver claimed that they had attempted delivery and kept changing their story, I had been sat by the front door the whole time, I had no missed calls, the takeaway staff clearly forgot the order which is understandable but instead of being helpful and honest they were at every turn rude and dismissive. Despite the takeaway staff claiming that there was no way for me to seek recompense, Justeat customer service were very helpful and in a matter of minutes have made them reimburse me completely. Avoid at all costs.

Dont go. First negative review I give a place ever. Not only ain't cheap and they were distracted, I asked for a chicken fillet burger and I get one of those small piece of chicken that is fried with the chips, the one McDonald normally has for like 85p or so and doesn't taste like chicken, without choice for onions and definitely not the 1/2pound of fillet chicken that is mean to be, by far. And when I asked why did they do that the guy insisted that was a fillet, even he couldn't hide he was lying, hate that for an excuse, just tell me you ran out. And if that ain't a lie you can buy the worst burger ever for 3 pounds at Chill Grill. Wish I toke a pic of that sameful burger to share...

8/1/18 Just ordered food was here bang on time delivered to our hotel , chefs special kebab, hot wings and garlic bread all really hot and the delivery chap was very upbeat . If we are in the area again we would defo use these im stuffed !!!

I would not recommend this place to anyone, my order was 30 minutes late, arrived stone cold. Such a waste of money, who wants to eat cold potato wedges? The pizza wasn't much better, cold and tasted yeasty like it was bit undone. Gah, I wish I could have spared my taste buds this horrible experience and saved my £ 11.

Ordered through Just Eat and arrived 20 mins earlier than expected. Delivery man was really polite and patient with us coming down from our hotel, also very respectful. Food was delicious and worth the money!

Don't eat here. Absolutely shocking customer service, very rude and dismissive. Food was overpriced for what it was, waited 40 minutes for a pizza and some chips. They couldn't even be bothered to make the place look relatively presentable, food / napkins left on the table even though we (two of us) were the only customers there. The younger chap seemed nice enough but the older guy was extremely intimidating and almost disgusted to see us in the shop.

Secondly, they forgot 1 of the Chicken Shish's, however I was refunded and told I could get a free kebab next time, which is all when and good, however the Chicken shish that did eventually find its way to me, was pink and red inside, so I won't be taking up the free one, but it was a nice idea, therefore, 4/6 on restaurant service. Furthermore, no sauce that was requested on the shish's, they did give two extra sauces for free which is again a nice sentiment, adding to the restaurant service score. To Conclude, the food was immensely poor, and although they had nice ideas and offers to soothe the pain, ultimately the pain of waiting nearly two hours, for frankly, not edible food means I will not be returning and unfortunately advise people against ordering from this establishment. Chill Grill is always excellent. The best hot wings in Bristol, and the owner and driver are super-friendly.

worst. pizza. ever. the base tasted like pasty instead of dough, and i had a stodge overload i thought i was going to asphyxiate, it was dangerous.

From the time it took from ordering to receiving our food it was about 1 1/2 hrs not really good enough on a sat afternoon ordered at 1430 my kids were moaning as they were hungry would it of hurt someone to ring me to say really busy running late?? Nope it wouldn't so I had to ring them and siprise surprise my Oder had JUST LEFT?? Whatever won't be ordering from them again!!

Rang to say lamb shish not available so reordered. But salad and meat used for the wrap was not nice, meat dry and stale and the 'salad' was a few limp strands of lettuce leaf. Very disappointing...overall ok would order again just not chicken wraps

Food was 45mins late, called to ask if it was still coming after 20mins late, no apology or explaination and was told the driver was on his way but he still took another 25mins from city centre to chelsea rd, he obviously lied and the driver hadn't set off yet. Don't order the falafel wrap, there's no effort put into it at all and their idea of salad is some really tough cabbage, no hummus. Very poor.

Cancelled orders twice due to lack of staff to deliver.

I bought 2 Apples pies which were fine and 2 pieces of chicken, a large chicken lovers pizza which was not very good, i paid for extra green peppers topping and there was one very thin slice on each cut piece of pizza, pointless paying for, couldn't even taste it, i also bought a lamb kebab which was ok, i ate one slice of pizza, one piece of chicken and the kebab and an apple pie, roughly 2 hours later i was puking up in the toliet and it was a messy one! i know it was the food that i bought as the only other thing i had to eat that day was a bowl of fruit for breakfast! i was back and fourth from the bathroom with the food coming back out both ends if you know what i mean, it was one of the worst stomache pains i hve ever experienced! i have not called the takaway yet but i will let them know what happened as i spent £17:35p on the meal and i have pretty much a full 12 inch pizza left and a piece of chicken which i cannot eat due to the upset stomache the food gave me!, Very disapointed in the food and what it done to me.

Very poor food I must say!! Plus a chicken fillet is meant to be an actual fillet not cheap chicken patty the food was cooked to the inch of its life!
