chips and curry sauce, could've been better. standard package mix of curry sauce, and as typical was gloopy. come on places, it's not hard to do a nice actual curry sauce yourself. it takes half an hour, and you can concentrate it and use a few times but rehydrating. ... kebab meat was fresh and moist and tasty. overall enjoyed, but again, please do an actual curry sauce, instead of gloopy package stuff.

I will tell what wrong the wedge were more like roast potatoes and sausage and chips should be 2 sausage not 1 jombo

Cheesy chips and normal chips was cold taste under cooked to i did not eat it please cooked the chips longer

Great food but aggressive beggars outside following people inside or sitting inside demanding food can make you feel very unsafe and can be very threatening and angry if cant/wont buy them something. I've started avoiding this place of there are people begging out front.

Ordered a £70 order and tipped the driver, had all of the chicken and drinks missing, spoken to the guy on the phone he tried telling me I hadn't made an order, then had me on hold for about 5 minutes shouting then told me the delivery guy forgot half of the order and would deliver is ASAP, 40 minutes later he came with 2 cans of diet coke, no food. So we had about £20 worth of our £70 order. Pizzas we're both burnt black and tasted vile Chicken was old and smelt like vinager and the "crispy skin" was so salty it burnt your mouth, chips tasted like dirty old oil, mayonnaise on the burgers smelt like old yoghurt didn't bother trying them, The cans were cold and the Baklavas were decent yet, payed for 4 twice and only got given 2 in one box and one in another box? DON'T ORDER FROM HERE! Only gave 1 star because I couldn't give less🙃

Chicken shish kebab and doner wrap both had hard gristle bits in which we then didn’t eat as we were put off. Chips were hard and under cooked. Also forgot children’s drink.

My experience at Best KEBAB was extremely disappointing. The restaurant was dirty, and I observed a worker handling ingredients with bare hands after picking his nose. The service was unfriendly and lacked patience. Additionally, the kebab wrap I ordered was small and fell apart easily. This visit left a lot to be desired, and I would caution others against dining there due to hygiene and service issues.

It seemed as if minimal effort was put into both the preparation and the plating of the food. This was not the vibrant and enticing dish I had envisioned but rather a sloppy and careless assembly of ingredients. Furthermore, the service did nothing to salvage the disappointing meal. The staff appeared disinterested and unresponsive to feedback. When I expressed my dissatisfaction with the meal, there was a distinct lack of concern or attempt to rectify the situation. In conclusion, my experience was a complete letdown. The chicken kebab in pita bread, which should have been a delightful and flavorful dish, was an unfortunate misadventure in both taste and quality. I cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking an enjoyable dining experience.

Good food and quick delivery but you really should read the delivery instructions. I specifically said NOT to ring the door bell and provided a contact number, because my partner was sleeping. The delivery ignored this and proceeded to ring the buzzer not once, but repeatedly until I came to the door. I live on the top floor so you can imagine. Not only did this wake my partner up but my neighbours too.

The staff is very rude especially the person who takes the order on call is very rude. I got the address wrong, I told them to cancel my order and they treated me very rudely.

It’s generally good. Delivery is usually on time or early but early is better than late. Only criticism is lack of options for kebab as you can only choose 3 salads and 1 sauce. If you give more options this would be 5.

Rubbish absolutely terrible service! Hostile attitude from the younger man with long tied back hair ! Getting very aggressive because he didn’t have 3 pieces of chicken that I paid for ...he offered me 2 tiny wings instead of at least 3 ? I had already paid for 3! The first bloke couldn’t even take my order after 3 attempts ... what am I even doing here I thought ... then younger fella starts shouting at me to make payment which I thought I made but .... I wasn’t told by the first fella that it hadn’t gone through due to signal Jus to stay a way !! Cheap food cheap service cheaper quality lol

Absolutely rubbish kebab shop. Do not order from here. My daughter ordered food at 0.57. At 2.12 it still hasn't arrived. My daughter phoned me and woke me up and asked me to pick her up and take her there to collect her food. Absolutely rubbish service and the phone line is constantly engaged. Me or my daughter WILL not be ordering from here again!!!!!!

I have pictures to prove the food was terrible one of the boxes was destroyed and melted and the chicken box was so greasy it was falling through middle and the salad was so watery there was a like if water in there so bad never would order again was quick but should pay more attention to food
