I highly recommend this outlet of domino’s The food and service quality was truly exceptional, I can’t wait to come back “The tuna supreme was particularly my favourite, good ambiance and customer service also impressed by the quick response from Mahi.”

Been to this place couple of times, Pizza was really delicious, Staff were really friendly, pizza was quickly made and served. Online delivery was also at its best, delivery time was very less and pizza got delivered with proper hygiene and packed. Store staff were really quick to respond through call and made easy for ordering.

The pizza were really tasty as well as delivery was on time. Loved the food 😋

I live local and order from this store frequently. The pizza is always fresh and on time. The team at Gloucester Road are very accommodating and the driver Prashant is always polite and very fast with his delivery! Amazing store.

Hello there one of your delivery drivers Mr Frank has recently delivered a pizza to our house. Though it was late he had delivered it quickly. He had very good customer service when he arrived and had wished us to enjoy our food and have a good night. The pizza was still hot. Thanks for the great service and speedy delivery.

Absolutely love Dominos. But you guys need to deal with your delivery guy. I have complained about him before but aparently nothing has been done. He doesn't knock on the door like a normal person. Noooo. He bangs on the door nonstop until someone opens. I have a small baby and it's hard to open doors sometimes in less then a minute. Last time I mentioned him about crazy knocking he said he parked on the road and needed to get back to the car. He was rude and didn't even apologise about waking up baby that time even tho I mentioned not knocking loudly in notes when I ordered pizza.

Great customer service!!! I accidently ordered online to this domino’s rather than the whiteladies road venue, and the staff very kindly rang up the other venue and asked them to fulfil my order for me. I really appreciated them going out their way for me when it was my error :)

I ordered for my family recently and the driver was very rude! When he arrived outside he told me to hurry up and then when I came to the door he expected me to walk out to his car when it was pouring down with rain. Then when he decided to come to my door he put all of the food on the floor and I had to pick it up from the floor which I was struggling to do as it was a big order

Went in with a group of friends and they got served straight away but the manager at the till walked away before the rest of us could order. After waiting a bit I we continually asked for about 20 minutes if we could order and he kept saying yes but chosing to clean instead. When we finally got around to being served he had clearly not been listening to us asking to order as he then tried to hand us a pizza that wasn't ours. To his surprise he asked what pizza were we waiting for and we told him we hadn't ordered yet. At this point is was around 10.55 so around 5 minutes before they closed and clearly he wasn't happy about this and started acting really rudly to us. We received our pizza in the end but around 45 minutes after we first walked in and the people who got served initially pizza's went cold.

Messed up my pizza, took two hours and 6 phone calls to get it replaced, then they messed it up again, SAD

Pablo the manager messed up my order. Then when I called to fix it he was extremely rude down the phone and the matter never got resolved. Do not order from here.

This branch definitely earned five stars - there was a miscommunication (probably on our part) about the time of our order, and they didn't quibble at all - they just re-did the whole order at the later time we asked. Which meant that our son's birthday party received piping hot, delicious pizza bang on time. Truly excellent customer service!

Food is great but only taking card payments still? What about the people wanting to pay cash? Bloody ridiculous. I had to pay for myself and my mother cos they don’t take cash payments as my mother wanted to pay cash.

Never thought I'd be giving Dominoes a 5Star review, but seriously happy. We asked about deals on the phone and the person was extremely helpful and saved us loads of money. Plus the food arrived early and was actually really delicious. Again shocked and unexpected, no offense Dominoes. Lol But anyway I'm converted, definitely going to add it to my list of takeaways. I’ve ordered pizza from here twice a week for a few weeks and cannot get them to put the correct address on the box. 4 phone calls I had tonight and a lecture on what to write in the Drivers Instructions. My dog got out of the gate whilst he was lecturing me and by the time I got him back my pizza was cold - again.

The staff in Filton are rude and arrogant the pizzas are left on the shelve to get cold like for ages and this company do not give you your money back they are a disgusting company and can not be trusted

This is the worse Dominoes I have ever been to it took me nearly 15 minutes to order 3 pizzas and apart from not having a full menu up I decided to order 2 large meteors and a large vegetable I can't even tell you how difficult it was to explain to these simpletons what is wanted but 20 minutes they said 50 minutes later I was saying where are my pizzas oh nearly ready 20 minutes later I ask for my refund so the pizza was on the shelf to wonder last time it was cold no more never again I would strongly would I recommend Filton to anyone please avoid at all cost £33 I will have my money back thank you buy no thank

Ordered a Taxes BBQ and it’s really nice with sweet bbq sauce. The free bread tastes well too. The price and deals is not friendly to one or two people eating. Domino also served the pizza night at UOB. The margherita is not so good with hard edges

I ordered two pizzas and they still have not arrived after an hour of waiting, even though the app says it will take at most 40 minutes. Poor costumer service as well as they were completely ignoring my calls. Also owes me a full refund for this inconvenience, stay away if your asking for delivery. At least the driver was sympathetic and honest about the situation of a driver shortage so that was good.

I attempted to order at this dominoes at 22.30, when it closed at 23.00, and they refused to take my order saying they were closed. I was then able to order online from the same store, which I thought was very poor service.

Ordered the new vegan pepperoNAY. They gave me meat. I have had this vegan pizza several times before and instantlly could tell it was different this time. Real meat, real cheese, and non vegan dips. Do not buy vegans pizzas from this store. Have contacted head office and awaiting a response. Store has promised to send me out the correct ones...but no longer have any trust in dominos

If I could give less than a star, I would. This place can never get an order right, never answers the phone when you need to inform them they messed up, and, finally straw, took my money, called me to tell me they've got no drivers and I have to go collect it myself, and when I asked for a refund, they never gave me one... Tried to get in touch with them but they never answer their phone... And there's no number to contact their CS.

Hate being this person but 2 hours of wait time and not answering the phone warrants it. Ordered at 18.06 with a max wait of 50 mins and I'm still waiting. I understand its Christmas, I understand its busy and I understand that you might go over your wait times what I don't understand is why no ones got in contact with me or answers the phone. Looking at your previous reviews i can see it's poor management and attitude that's gotten to this point so someone sort it out. Realise this is a big complaint over pizza but I'm hangary and it's 100% your fault 🤷🏻‍♀️

It doesn’t even worth this 1 star! Ordered at 18:40 called the restaurant 20:00 and I was told that the pizza was on its way. 21:15 and after 30 unanswered phone calls still waiting for the pizza! Will never order again! Avoid!

I order pizza dominos’ web site at 8:15pm and Pizza was delivered at 10pm. And while ordering they did not mention delivery time. It says ASAP. I was planning to eat dinner by 9pm and sleep by 10pm as I had early morning flight next day. Now I can’t sleep. Ridiculous service, never order online again

Pizza arrived folded up like it had been dropped and tasted horrendous. Didn’t realise it was possible to screw up pizza this badly but lo and behold they managed it.

Got two stuffed crust pizzas from here and both came measuring way under size. I contacted the store, but they gave me fun and games trying to get it sorted out. Terrible customer service.

For the second time in a row this franchise has failed to deliver our order. Have attempted to call the store on 13 occasions with no answer. Poor effort. Absolutely despicable. I won't be ordering from this franchise or domino's again.

I order from here more than I care to admit, but our order is always on time, usually a bit early as we don’t live too far away, and the delivery drivers are always friendly.

Always have issues ordering here such as wrong pizzas delivered but this this time the driver decided to shout at me on the phone because he didn't want to get out of his car and wanted me to leave my house to go meet him. Terrible service and definitely not ordering from here again.

1st of feb went into glos rd branch was told 35min wait ended up about an hr and they couldn't find my pizza so left with my money never to go back again useless .

Not a person who usually leaves reviews, but the service was absolutely awful. They completely forgot about my order. I was sitting there for 30mins and none of the staff members were even told me anything.

The wife ordered online waited for hour and a half for delivery, no sign off it, she then phoned no one answered, phoned another dominos outlet who suggested going to there to collect, she went, said the boy there was less than helpful, eventually he said he would make another pizza which took ten minutes, and bought that home, two and half hours after ordering. Terrible service awful response, why order something for delivery then have to pick it up. I realise Saturday nights can be busy but surely staffing levels would reflect this, and more staff be in, the wife said there was three people there, and they didn’t seem to be in much of a hurry, even though the had apparently 300 orders. It ruined what is a treat for us.

Am I really doing this? Am I really writing a review for Domino's? Yes. I have to admit, I quite like the pizza from Domino's. The ingredients aren't the best, it's probably overpriced and the taste isn't fantastic either. But who else is open pretty much at every time of the day and delivers you food almost wherever you are, often in less than 30 minutes?

Looked like pizza had been dropped. Manager was unapologetic and exceptionally rude. Promised driver would collect and deliver new. I ended up having to physically return and wait for new pizza to be made. No apology was made. Got home with new pizzas and wasnt even the right items!! Refused to give me HO number. Shame as use this branch loads. Will not be returning.

I forgot to write a review a while ago about this place. I stupidly clicked to remove cheese on my pizza and what a tragedy that would have been if I had spent all that money for a tomato base?! Anyway, I rang up this branch and told them my situation and they very kindly offered to put cheese on at no extra charge. Very friendly, efficient and great customer service. I would recommend. :)

Complete hit and miss with this branch. One week the pizza is amazing but then another week its uncooked or cold or tasteless- with the latter becoming more frequent these days.

¡La pizza de Hengrove Domino aún tiene una mala experiencia! No he tenido una pizza de una comida para llevar por varios años debido a malas experiencias. Como esta tienda es local y bastante nueva (ish) pensé que lo intentaría. Grandes pizzas realmente felices con ellos. Los lados pueden ser un poco más grandes, pero las bolas de masa son geniales. Ahora he tenido varios y seguiré volviendo. En cuanto a la entrega, aún no se ha probado, pero si quieres que tu pizza esté caliente y fresca ve a recoger ya que mucha gente quiere errores de entrega muy pocos conductores. Como dicen, no puedes complacer a todas las personas todo el tiempo. El personal estupendo gran servicio incluso cuando están ocupados. . gracias chicos ?

Después de gastar una fortuna para 4 pizzas, nos sentamos y esperamos la pizza. Revisando 10 minutos después del supuesto tiempo de entrega, dijo que había sido entregado.

Esperé 10 minutos en la tienda y nadie me atendió a pesar de que me paré frente al mostrador y los llamé dos veces; nadie me reconoció y el personal siguió hablando. Debería al menos reconocerme y llamar a su personal de mostrador para que sirva si no pueden servir. Pobre.

La aplicación de Domino no funciona. Usted selecciona una hora, la franquicia de Redfield se entrega cuando lo desea y luego no espera ni entrega nuevamente.

Mientras que la sucursal de Filton está más cerca de mí, a veces colecciono de esta sucursal, ya que siempre parecen tener la gama completa de pizzas a la venta, en particular, la pizza italiana Roma. Nunca tuve un problema de calidad con la tienda, pero tendería a evitar los postres, ya que no tienen una gran relación calidad-precio. We ordered food for collection. To which they explained they had no onions but we could pick something else. When we arrived they told us they did not have those ingredients to make the pizza either, we then had a 35 minute wait for the food.

Pizza are good and staff are friendly and helpful. They have a special offer at the moment for any large pizza for £9.99 collected.

Llamé para quejarme y me dijeron que le dan una pizza gratis la próxima vez, pero preferiría sólo consigue un Pizza Hut de riesgo el mismo.

Bloody awful - daughter and friend felt sick for Two days afterwards. Served by middle aged women with blonde hair and glasses - she was very rude to my daughter - overpriced for what u got - 0 /10 - sure to be shut down soon - I hope - go to Asda and do your own pizza - I'm usuall very generous in my review but they need to improve and not cook pizza properly!

This is such ashame I have to negatively review Dominos. They used to be fantastic a couple years back. I would hands down pick them over Pizza Hut. In recent years, with more popularity, much of their foods is really processed feeling.Hardly any toppings which is a shame.Gluten free pizzas - avoid like the plague. I've bought and it feels like I'm eating cardboard. Don't go.Despite this, for what they serve, what you pay for is really not worth it. Go to your local shop and you will more likely get a better pizza - cook it yourself.

Quick delivery and good service from drivers. It's cheaper if you pick up definitely. I also recommend ordering online if you want to pay by card.
