Give Liz a bonus!! Hands down THE best Pizza Hut I’ve ever been to in my life (and there has been a few trips in my 44 years) Liz was incredible from the moment we walked through the door. Attentive, warm, informative, efficient and just totally amazing. I even heard her complimenting her colleagues!! I never write reviews but Liz was a star. I will be back to that specific restaurant purely because of her!! And the pizza was amazing too ❤️

Lovely welcoming place, buffet very tasty and fresh. In particular Liz was a friendly face and very attentive also giving my nephew extra crayons and colouring in to take home!

Ordered pizza for delivery on Saturday 30th of November. Order number 2013288 It never arrived yet the delivery driver TIBERIUS Z marked the order delivered. It was obvious it was either never going to arrive or arrive stone cold because the driver had multiple deliveries and the expected delivery time kept increasing. I immediately called the restaurant and the manager apologised and offered replacements to collect or a refund. I opted for a refund but have no idea when or how this will materialise if it doesn’t I will complete a charge back with my bank. In fairness it’s not the restaurant to blame it’s Uber Eats and bad drivers. These drivers should be made to photograph the food being handed over as proof of delivery. Not likely to order for delivery again, it’s really not worth the hassle.

Visited many times and enjoy food every time, like to order the cheese melts meal with fries which i think is only avaliable on the lunch menu which is a shame. Liz was a brilliant server with a warm and friendly greeting, really helpful even getting refills of drinks and sauce etc, which probably goes above and beyond the role expected of her but really helpful and adds to the experience

The server was Liz, even though we ordered online Liz still come to us and offered us her best service. Liz went above and beyond to make our experience the most enjoyable and was visibly making the same effort with the other tables too.

Fantastic service provided by liz, was very friendly and energetic which made the dining experience even more enjoyable. Liz was also fantastic with catering for my child and making sure it was as smooth sailing as can be with a toddler😂 10/10 would recommend

Food was good but the service was wonderful Liz was an absolute star.

Ordered for delivery food came freezing cold and seriously the amount of cheese was ridiculous. Is there a shortage of cheese in your restaurants because ours was none existent in our food and to say the amount you charge for tomato and bread is beyond a joke. Please folk avoid at all cost local supermarket pizzas for 2 pound blind Pizza Hut attempts

Lovely food, Liz was really welcoming chatting to us throughout the meal, she even topped up our limited drink whilst we are tending to our baby. Very good at promoting offers and the new Christmas dessert. Would definitely return :)

Wow, never known service like it. Jordan was amazing, so attentive, couldn't do enough. Pizza was great too. Jordan is a credit to your company. Not my local pizza hut but would definitely use again.

Had a very enjoyable visit. Was greeted on entry by a polite friendly lady. The waitress that dealt with us was called Liz, she was very attentive and really friendly, she made sure we had everything we needed as she always does on our visits. She goes the extra mile to make our visit the best. She’s a credit to the Pizza Hut team at Cortonwood. Every Pizza Hut needs a Liz.

Jordan is the man, he saved my baby from choking on a bread stick. Not to mention he is so handsome. Also i cant forget gemma, she helped an old lady across the road outside. What a place. What an establishment

Been going to Pizza Hut for years. It was to my surprise that liz a close family friend had got a job there she had ten out of ten customer service skills. I work with her son now at specsavers and both mum and son are a credit to the family

Went in for a first time in a long time with 15 months old daughter and husband today at 6 o’clock and was hoping to enjoy our time together and food. We had to wait a while for staff member who told us that waiting time is 45 minutes + due to low staffing and her going home soon. Therefore there was only 2 busy tables and rest totally empty, she said that in future we need to book a table. After asking for takeaway service she refused to take cash, so we couldn’t pay for our food! This is terrible customer service, we won’t be going back.

Haven't been in some time since my grandad passed as we used to come together, our host Elizabeth made it a very pleasant experience, very attentive and friendly. Made us aware of future offers, and has guaranteed another visit that I will look forward to ❤️

If you want a refillable soft drink that has fizz in it, you must go earlier on in the day as the machine warms up during the day and the drinks go flat?!. This is what we were told by a member of staff this evening. Nothing to do with the gas bottle needs changing?. The staff removed all the ice cream toppings from the side, so my daughter was about to have plain ice cream until I asked for some. My wife caught a member of staff removing dry and spaghetti from my daughter dish with their bare hands. Obviously microwaved for too long?. Its a shame they make you order and pay via the QR code at the table before you get the food or we wouldn't be paying for a few bits.

Ordered food to be delivered, after 1 hour and 30 minutes of waiting they cancelled the delivery with no reason.

Great for the buffet mid week. Always something for everyone and the service is great.

Had a bad experience with Domino's where they refused to serve me with a gluten free pizza! So ended up at pizza hut in cortonwood and it was lovely. Served by Meg and she went out of her way to make our experience extra special due to our bad evening and due to having to wait a little longer than advised for our food. Meg was very polite and bubbly and even helped me to the car with the food :)

Me and my partner come to cortonwood occasionally for a pizza hut and the food is always great, today we had a tiny misshap with our pizza. however, Megan was quick too help rectify this and went above and beyond every step of the way. She not only was extremely professional she also took time to get to know us and entertain our baby all while serving a very large party of children. Also thankyou to liv and Jordon for sorting out our order. What a great bunch!

We come in here regularly and things are usually good. Tonight there is a weird atmosphere between staff. No one has asked us if our food is OK it feels like we are sat in someone's living room when there has been an argument. A rotten strange atmosphere. We won't be coming again.

Had a really lovely experience today :) Buffet was 10/10, the staff were really nice and attentive (especially Bella & Kate) and we really enjoyed the whole visit.

The ease of ordering online and helping ourselves to drinks and the salad bar is great. The children liked being able to play and have space in the restaurant. We liked the ice cream factory and our boy liked being able to add his own sauce and toppings.

Very laid back atmosphere. Lovely staff. I don't like ordering online but staff offered to help if I didn't want to do so. Food was best in years.

Saturday lunchtime visit. Polite, responsive staff. Easy to order online. Food was tasty, well presented and freshly cooked. All areas immaculately clean. Lots of families with children but not hugely noisy.

Shocking, left stood at the door while they finished their meeting, clearly saw us there and no acknowledgement. Eventually got ot our table, ate starters and had to go chase our drinks. Asked where the chilli flakes were to be told they allow them front of house anymore, asked if I could have a small pot or something for my pizza and was told no by the manager keiran a little odd if you ask me. Pizza on the buffet boring, last 50 minutes only 2 fresh pizzas have come out with a fair few people still looking to eat this lasted seconds, meaning 3 of us had to share 2 slices of a pizza 🤣 £60 for this mess. Thank Guys

Lovely food, we had the buffet pizzas and salad. Unfortunately, no hot plates, so the pizza slices were tepid or cold. The website ordering didn't work on "normal" phone data, I had to be logged onto their WiFi. Which meant using Facebook or X, then using Google pay to avoid giving even more information about myself. Surely not necessary now Covid is over? Does mean the staff don't handle money, I suppose. Clean toilets.

Good pizza and OK Salad bar but the real reason to go back is the brilliant staff.

Although the buffet was popular it was keep full all the time, pizzas were constantly been made so you never really ran out. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

Had to use the app to order but the Wi-Fi was known to be terrible. Took 20 minutes before someone finally took our order. No information on what to do, where refillable soft drinks were, if we could go get salad or had to wait. Very poor wouldn't bother going again.

Absolutely perfect, food fantastic staff brilliant and the manager great guy. All friendly and good conversation, will definitely be coming back.

Very expensive for pizza, and the seating seems to be quite uncomfortable as the seats seem to be angled forwards so you feel as though you're always having to push yourself back. My little lad kept sliding forward which made it frustrating for him to be able to sit and eat.

Came for buffet for husband's birthday with our 14 year old and 4 year old. The staff especially the manager Jordan were great, they even managed to find a candle from somewhere and dimmed the lights and brought out a candle with a little pudding and sang happy birthday! Thank you for embarrassing a big hairy 38 year old birthday boy :-D

F there is free salad free kids ice cream after a meal👍 I came with my mum it was great I ate half and free sprinkles

Pizza hut always used to be brilliant but now days its just overpriced average pizza! Shown to your table by someone then you do everything else yourself, order and pay on the app, staff just bring you your food. Won't be long till they just shout your number, who needs waiter/waitress these days. Spent over £100 and should have just stayed home and used local takeaway! Nothing special anymore unfortunately.

Great food and service, an ideal place to dine in. Be aware that waiting times appear to be longer if you take-away than eat in - although the pizza is worth the wait.

£27 for a pepperoni pizza Seriously !! Price of pizza is a joke and we have to order it ourselves 🤷‍♂️ the food quality hasn’t changed from the first time I ever tried Pizza Hut, but seriously £27 for just a pizza how do they warrant that and the service has got less, all they do now is just bring you the food , what if i didn’t have a mobile phone would I not be able to eat there ?? Well that might explain the lack of customers in there, food was ok and that’s about as good as it gets I’m afraid
