Great experience, came a little further out for a treat and it was well worth it compared to our local. The service (by a lovely Liz) and the rest of the team was the best we’ve ever had, food was hot and fresh. Couldn’t ask for more, the staff couldn’t do more for you.

Always such a lovely meal and atmosphere, waitress Liz is always amazing and goes above and beyond to make our meal and experience the best.

We had buffet meals and the food was tasty and hot. What more can you want. The thing that stood out was our waitress Liz who was kind, friendly and attentive. She was more than happy to help us with drinks and efficiently clean out plates.

Today we went to the buffet the food was always fresh and hot. We were greeted with a lovely smile and shown to our seat and our server Liz was fantastic and really looked after us and everyone in there. Overall we had a lovely time thank you very much

Nipped in today with my girlfriend, the staff were very welcoming from the get go, Liz was our server and from the start she helped us decide which deal would be best for us, she even offered to refill my glass of Pepsi max which I happily obliged. Overall a great place for food and drink and would recommend to anyone.

Visted today for the buffet, they was quite busy but to say how many tables they was straight away to take mucky plates and keep the area clean! Liz was especially helpful, and very polite! Thank you🫶

Just popped in for buffet lunch, lovely waitress Liz very helpful and friendly. Pizzas were nice they even cooked a goat cheese one for us to try. Salad bar not as much on it as there used to be. Nice visit would definitely come again Good value for money x

Been to this pizza hut a few times and have had nothing but great service from there staff, been in today and Jordan greeted us at the door with a friendly hello and gave us a choice of tables. And made sure if we needed anything throughout our meals. Liz as well gave exceptional service, asked if we needed anything and provided it if we did. She also engaged with our daughter made her smile and laugh. Liz also packed a small little takeaway box for my daughter which for me was above normal service. Top service from all staff, not to mention food was grate aswell.

Lunch for a treat. Great selection of salad and pizza, the pasta was lovely. All hot and Fresh. Gent hosting lovely and polite and Liz on table service polite, attentive and overall lovely we will be back

Was greating when walked in and told me could pick any table. Was asked if we wanted any dips or just give them a shout if needed any help. Food was really warm and nice. All staff was nice and friendly. Thanks bella and jordan

Staff are amazing and very friendly and helpful. They will even refill your drinks from the drinks machine if they notice they are empty or getting low. Pizza was always hot and well made, pepperoni pizza only lasts a few minutes so maybe they should do 2 at a time. There is a wide selection of pizzas available though.

The atmosphere is always pleasant. We were greeted with a smile and seated promptly. The tables were clean, and the salad bar was spotless and fresh. Our server, Bella, was very polite and friendly.

Only been twice but amazing each time. Food is always served quickly and it’s delicious. Shoutout to Bella, fantastic young waitress! Only thing I will say is if you order a lot of food, the table space is very small for it all but other than that all round great place!

i was very dissapointed, i took my grand daughter to the cinema on sat 4th of jan i promised her pizza in pizza hut after, we were greeted by a young waitress and shown to a table, she muttered use the app to order, i asked if she could take my order and she said she would be with us shortly, after 15 mins no one came so we left, service was shocking, so we went next door to be greeted seated and enjoy our food.

I am not usually a huge fan of Pizza Hut's that I have visited across the country, but I was more than pleasantly surprised by my visit for lunch here today! First and foremost, our waiter, Liz, was the most welcoming, hospitable, and friendly waiter I've likely had! Phenomenal service: she even offered to top up our bottomless drinks for us as we were seated as a group at a round table which can be awkward to individually get up to do so. Really appreciated, especially on a busy New Year's lunch service! The food was also excellent. In particular, the spicy goat's cheese pizza and the chilli honey chicken bites. A wonderful pick-me-up to start 2025! Thank you Liz and the team, we hope you have a brilliant New Year!

Pizza hut employs mainly young people. Great to get our youngsters some work experience. It is expensive for a family when you consider the food available. Let say whilst kids like Pizza, adults may want something better. Anyway Cortonwood; music level was great, we didn't need to turn it down. Ordering 'on-line' is not for me but they do take orders and payment at the table which suits me grand. Cleaning could be better. There is alot of 'food bits' on the floor under tables. Table prep. could be improved. More senior (experienced) staff on the floor would be positive. Attention and 'service' is great face to face but it is clear to customers that we are being talked about and ignored if we need assistance. Some customers are not ideal and can be rude. We accept that and don't enjoy their presence either to be honest but please don't treat all your customers with this 'hidden' attitude. I think because I don't feel 100% happy when leaving, it takes me quite a while to return, at the kids insistence. I hope this helps.

Visited on a quiet Sunday evening, with barely any customers. Asked kindly if we could be seated at a round booth. At the point of asking both round booths were empty. The waitress refused to seat us there even after asking politely multiple times. She said a larger party may arrive. No one arrived after us and the 2 booths remained empty all evening. A frustrating and unnecessary experience because of one individual waitress who refused to show initiative and read the situation. Won’t be returning to this particular restaurant again. Give Liz a bonus!! Hands down THE best Pizza Hut I’ve ever been to in my life (and there has been a few trips in my 44 years) Liz was incredible from the moment we walked through the door. Attentive, warm, informative, efficient and just totally amazing. I even heard her complimenting her colleagues!! I never write reviews but Liz was a star. I will be back to that specific restaurant purely because of her!! And the pizza was amazing too ❤️

Lovely welcoming place, buffet very tasty and fresh. In particular Liz was a friendly face and very attentive also giving my nephew extra crayons and colouring in to take home!

Ordered pizza for delivery on Saturday 30th of November. Order number 2013288 It never arrived yet the delivery driver TIBERIUS Z marked the order delivered. It was obvious it was either never going to arrive or arrive stone cold because the driver had multiple deliveries and the expected delivery time kept increasing. I immediately called the restaurant and the manager apologised and offered replacements to collect or a refund. I opted for a refund but have no idea when or how this will materialise if it doesn’t I will complete a charge back with my bank. In fairness it’s not the restaurant to blame it’s Uber Eats and bad drivers. These drivers should be made to photograph the food being handed over as proof of delivery. Not likely to order for delivery again, it’s really not worth the hassle.

The server was Liz, even though we ordered online Liz still come to us and offered us her best service. Liz went above and beyond to make our experience the most enjoyable and was visibly making the same effort with the other tables too.

Visited many times and enjoy food every time, like to order the cheese melts meal with fries which i think is only avaliable on the lunch menu which is a shame. Liz was a brilliant server with a warm and friendly greeting, really helpful even getting refills of drinks and sauce etc, which probably goes above and beyond the role expected of her but really helpful and adds to the experience

Ordered for delivery food came freezing cold and seriously the amount of cheese was ridiculous. Is there a shortage of cheese in your restaurants because ours was none existent in our food and to say the amount you charge for tomato and bread is beyond a joke. Please folk avoid at all cost local supermarket pizzas for 2 pound blind Pizza Hut attempts

Had a very enjoyable visit. Was greeted on entry by a polite friendly lady. The waitress that dealt with us was called Liz, she was very attentive and really friendly, she made sure we had everything we needed as she always does on our visits. She goes the extra mile to make our visit the best. She’s a credit to the Pizza Hut team at Cortonwood. Every Pizza Hut needs a Liz.

Went in for a first time in a long time with 15 months old daughter and husband today at 6 o’clock and was hoping to enjoy our time together and food. We had to wait a while for staff member who told us that waiting time is 45 minutes + due to low staffing and her going home soon. Therefore there was only 2 busy tables and rest totally empty, she said that in future we need to book a table. After asking for takeaway service she refused to take cash, so we couldn’t pay for our food! This is terrible customer service, we won’t be going back.

Haven't been in some time since my grandad passed as we used to come together, our host Elizabeth made it a very pleasant experience, very attentive and friendly. Made us aware of future offers, and has guaranteed another visit that I will look forward to ❤️

If you want a refillable soft drink that has fizz in it, you must go earlier on in the day as the machine warms up during the day and the drinks go flat?!. This is what we were told by a member of staff this evening. Nothing to do with the gas bottle needs changing?. The staff removed all the ice cream toppings from the side, so my daughter was about to have plain ice cream until I asked for some. My wife caught a member of staff removing dry and spaghetti from my daughter dish with their bare hands. Obviously microwaved for too long?. Its a shame they make you order and pay via the QR code at the table before you get the food or we wouldn't be paying for a few bits.

Ordered food to be delivered, after 1 hour and 30 minutes of waiting they cancelled the delivery with no reason.

Great for the buffet mid week. Always something for everyone and the service is great.
