What's the point in delivery instructions if they don't follow It? Told not to ring the bell as my daughter is asleep... They phoned me saying here and then after I said I was coming down to them they still rang the bell??? The food quality has gone down hill used to order from here quite a lot I used to get the marmaris box and it used to be 6.50 and now it's 9.00 and barely any Doner meat, stale nuggets and way too many chips. Burger is still nice but that's It. Disappointed.

Food Luke warm. And polystyrene boxes stuck together so not sure how long it had been on the road in the delivery box?

Los utilizó durante mucho tiempo. ¡Siempre me beneficié de la duda! Semana tras semana faltan cosas por las que nos han cobrado. Semana tras semana nos quejamos. ¡La comida llega fría! No es lo que pedimos. Falta comida. Simplemente simple ahora ya no irá más a donde. Apreciamos que la gente se ponga ocupada, etc, pero solo sin palabras. Ofrecí comida re entrega, pero lo que es el punto en que cuando el descanso se enfría esperando más de 30 / 40 minutos para que llegue el resto de su pedido! Ofrecí reembolso, pero nos negamos. No se trata de reembolsos, etc, se trata de servicio al cliente y la entrega de la orden como lo solicitamos. ¡Somos buenos clientes 2/3 veces por semana! ¡Pero ya no iremos a otro sitio!

Alternative takeaway, yes please can someone take me to alternative place other then this. Chilli sauce is just tomato paste, extra for salad, when it's just 90% lettuce base, and no kebab peppers.

The wings were not the roasted grills but the breaded ones. The pizza was piping hot & so was the garlic bread.

My snack came out horrible, I asked for double cheese but it didn't come and was little chicken

When I was student i lived off this place. Its reasonably priced and good quality plus the bossman is superfriendly! Recommend their pizzas

Not very warm.chicken good though chips ok but gravy was abysmal dishwater please improve it asap.

The wraps are that bad after delivered twice. There stuck to the wall. !! We laughed don’t get me wrong but. Look at the state of that.

Ordering from them is a nightmare. First of all, learn to treat customers! If you don't know how to speak kindly with the customer because the order is late 2 and half hours and you think you are so proud learn a customer care attitude or change a job to work in the warehouse! It's not Asia to have discussions with customers!

good selection of pizzas served by pleasant staff. possible to pre order so cut down on waiting, parking can be crowded

I've been ordering from here for many years, it's steadily gotten worse. ordered this evening, and for the 2nd order in a row the food arrived both late and cold, different delivery guys each time both handed it to me with no bag in sight and ran away, because they knew they were delivering stone cold food. to make it worse tonight the dips I paid for were not delivered, no word from the driver about this, another reason why he ran away. this place seems to be involved in a race to the bottom, sadly they are winning. they may be cheap but there's a reason why, they don't care. if you want a nice take away to treat yourself spend your money somewhere else.
