We thought we’d give kebab world another try as we hadn’t used them for a long time. I now remember why we stopped. Ordered for delivery and once again there was food missing. Called and was told they would send the missing food but no show. Called back to get a refund for the missing items and was told they would bring the money back. Surprise another no show. Dreadful service.

Ordered kofte kebab, didn’t taste very good, but felt really bad afterwards. Terrible, will definitely not be going there again.

Delivered within 20 minutes of order. Well done! Cold food. So salty it was difficult to eat. Large kebab and a dry chicken burger. One portion of chips £27 Ouch.

Wrong item, no salad, no sauce, no chips, it was a wrap should have been a large kebab donor meal. Looks like someone else’s order.

Stopped here on the way home to Rayleigh, ordered lamb doner..mixed doner and cheesy chips. Well wish I hadn't stopped and carried on to my kebab shop in Rayleigh. Lamb doner 5 pieces of meat with a tough chewy pitta bread shaped into a square just crafty way to use less meat , not worth the price that is charged. Mixed doner where the pitta bread is squeezed into less than half the box and shaped into a square so less meat is needed to put in pitta at £9.50 an absolute rip off 3/4 of the box filled with bland salad. Next the cheesy chips at £3.50 you would be lucky if you had one potato worth of chips in the box with sprinkle of cheese absolutely tasteless. Total waste of money on this food, portions of kebabs are a joke in the way they form the pitta to hold minimal meat. Will never use again and definitely would NOT recommend unless you like throwing your money away. I dont expect heaps and heaps of meat but what is served in such a crafty way is appalling.

Ordered food to be delivered at 7pm and it still hadn't arrived by 9pm!! The order was supposed to have been delivered before 8pm. Called the restaurant at 8.30 only to be told it was going to be another 10 minutes!! The person who took the call has an attitude which stinks!! So rude !!Don't waste your time ordering from here, unless you are content with poor customer service

Let’s be clear. If you go to a foreign establishment that says “Cash only” you should know that this means they are as bent as hell. The food is dreadful. The service is dreadful. Do not eat here. It is repugnant.

There are some things in life that completely baffle me , how do planes fly , how did harry marry Meghan .. why can’t restaurants take an order down and get it right ? As menial as it sounds if I ask for garlic mayo I expect it to be applied ! How can it be that hard to transfer information ? Any meal that get delivered with bits missing should be launched into space never to be seen again .. it’s not rocket science it’s just simple communication .. ironically the meal was nice but in an effort to bang out orders and make more money .. just take an extra 10 seconds and get it right .. the Indian at the top of the road sent me a egg fried rice once instead of special fried rice I nearly died !! The review was seen by 10k people and mr Wong closed his doors 3 days later !! Just listen when people ask for specific things or be like mr Wong , unemployed living in a hostel

Ordered a garlic bread and cheese pizzaFrom these guys went up to collect it got it home was like it wasn’t even put in the oven. Was so doughy had to drink with it. Used these a fair few times and just gets worse and worse. My last time I’m going there. Used to be good now terrible very disappointed.

Have ordered from them,on many occasions, each time,theres attitude!! after having a row with them over forgetting pitta or sauces,on the phone many times!! The rude plank(me being polite) called me a liar and after that I didn't bother for months!!! Then by chance bumped into 1 of there guys, he explained that had many complaints and had got rid of d plank!!!! So ordered again, fine first time as plank supposedly gone!! No probs!! Left it again for few weeks, ordered my food,asked for everything seperate!!Guess what food arrives again, this time not wid out pitta, but pitta all mashed up in bottom Adana kebab, soggy mess!! The food used to be nice and they also own canvey kebabs, near the point on canvey!! DONT BOTHER¡!!!!!!!!!!!!

Been going here for years due to the taste negatives are on Fri/sat they get really busy so could be waiting over an hour for food and also they sometimes forget drink that was ordered.

Ordered a takeaway online got charged delivery £1 and 50p on paypal for which was is a joke. The 2 kebabs came with no salad and the lamb came with an added hair on the lamb. The chicken was crispy on the outside and Very soft on the inside and chewy. I won’t be surprised if I have food poisoning tomorrow. Will not be back

had a large essex fat boy pizza and 1 garlic bread and 1 garlic bread with cheese all was so doughy as not cooked properly in the middle the garlic bread wasn't cooked and not garlic at all awful waste of £19 awful food

We ordered a pizza last night, it took about 40 minutes which we were pretty pleased with.The drives knocked and I gave him a top and he walked away. As I opened the box on my kitchen counter the pizza was a complete mess, it was on the top of the box and the pot of sauce was in the pizza.I called and complained and to say I wanted to let them know that it is a complete mess. The guy did offer to send another pizza but it would have been a further wait and we didn’t want all of the pizza anyway. Just called to make them aware their driver needs to be more careful. They said he must have dropped the pizza. However I have since seen a pot of sauce dropped outside my house with what appears to be some pizza toppings and I am now wondering whether our food touched the floor.Won’t be ordering again.

the kebab was on top form, however we found flies in the chips, great service as we called and they sent out fresh chips straight away and within 5 mins we had fresh chips although slightly put off

Placed my order, 10 minutes added on to delivery time I can understand that given it was a Friday evening then called twice got told twice it's out for delivery. Only ordered to take mine to work ended up being so late I had to leave before it had arrived. Rated alright for food quality but I don't know whether it was because I didn't eat it. Waste of money and time

I picked the food up and when I got it home and opened it it was lamb and not chicken. i phoned the guy who said i had ordered wrong which was the not the case. i don't eat lamb so that was £16.00 down the drain. i won't be ordering from there again. it is a shame because when I do get my usual order it is nice

We had party order which is about £80 and they send us free garlic bread chesse plus bottle of drink its was soo nice meal lovely costemer service. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Wraps were burnt not enough meat in them. Chicken donner meat was pink and the chips were soggy

Meat was nice, delivery quick, but I ordered 2 kebabs with naan bread but both was delivered with pitta bread, no communication as to why ... but food was nice anyway.

I asked for chicken to be well cooked and it wasn't. my daughter didn't like the nuggets she said they were soggy and the sausage was broke in two and just looked horrible! delivery guy just handed food and walked off didn't say a single word....rude in my book!!! won't be ordering again!

The delivery is stated as delivered at 20.40 but arrived at 21.25. It was very cold and one meal was wrong (lamb not chicken). The lamb in the first meal was of a smaller portion than normal. Very disappointed, partner binned hers (does not eat lamb, let alone tough cold lamb). Regular customer (very!) but perhaps time to move on!! AWFUL, poor service and grotty food today. Thanks for the free coleslaw.

Texture/consistency of cheese on pizza was strange; gloopy and stuck to the inside of your mouth.

Pizza was wrong, no bbq base no jalapeno peppers or any of the extras. However what was delivered was ok

Food turned up cold and nearly half hour late. Pizzas were not cooked fully and the base was soggy! The cheese on both pizzas and chips was more like clotted cream! Never again!!!

Took over a hour for a local delivery just down the road I could of walked quicker

the food was okay but it was a bit cold when it reached me and the kabab was alot more greasy than usual like after i ate it the whole container had about half a centimetre of fat in the bottom.

Missing items, 3 small pieces of chicken in a medium shish did call restaurant but wasn't interested in recifing poor meal won't be using again! Shame because it once was a nice takeaway now gone downhill big time!

Left specific instuctions to have sauces seperate with no onions. Got onions everywhere and sauce smoothered all over. Phone take away denied any wrong doing

The food was undercooked and tasteless once again last time was fobbed off with get credit next time this time couldn't get through to them . Can't imagine using again as four adults and three children left hungry lot of food in bin . Forced to give one star by the app !!!! Shockingingly poor

Actually the food was delivered earlier than promised - it was delicious, fresh and hot. I would recommend.

Ordered food at 7pm. Called them at 8.05 as still not had delivery, they said it woulf be 10 mins (they are less than 5 mins from me), so could only gather from the phone call that they had forgotten the order, and were cooking it then. Its now 8.15 and still no order but it says it has been delivered!!

Never ordered on a Sunday before but expected top food as normal. Usually the food is top grade, however tonight the chicken shish large came as a medium, small slices and burnt. The chips in large usually a box full came small. No burger sauce on either kebabs and missing a pot of burger sauce. I don't know who was in the kitchen tonight but they need retraining and management sorting out.

Got our order wrong and covered one of our kebabs in chilli sauce instead of garlic sauce. Have ordered here a couple times this is the second time they have got something wrong. Wouldnt be so bad if they put the sauce in a pot not cover everything in the box with sauce. Gave them benefit of the dount last time, Wont be back again.

Ordered a chicken doner kebab. The meat was stale and tasted like it wasn't freshly made. Maybe it was from the night before. Loads of grease at the bottom and was dripping out of the bag. Won't order again!

Whilst the food was delicious, it was delivered an hour EARLY!

Food was 25 minutes late - I tried to ring but couldn't get through and when I said to the driver I was expecting them earlier- didn't apologise just muttered we're busy! Food was of average quality and was only luke warm

Ordered food @ 19:30 for delivery asap..... food delivered @ 21:15 !!!! Almost 2hrs later 😡 And when it arrived it was soggy chips cold pizza and tough chicken shish ... absolute rubbish

Food is fine but delivery time is rubbish. I have no problem with long delivery times when I know. Emailed to say 20 mins added, no problem but when tracking says delivered and I have to call the shop to be told rudely it's on its way and still wait another 20+ minutes it's not on!! (I'm 5 mins drive away) Food wasn't as hot as usual either.
