The chips were stale definitely wasn't freshly cooked had to bin them!

I was missing a portion of chips

Genuinely the best pizza I’ve ever eaten. We order from here all the time and I’ve never eaten a pizza that compares to how great this place is.

Hands down Canveys best takeaway!! Always so friendly! They have never messed up our order! We always order from here when we have a large group of people coming round, it always arrives when we ask for it, always hot and fresh food. Great service, great food

I’m sorry but the people that delivered my food which is a couple in a white car. They are very rude The food was lovely but I’m sorry the delivery service I will not allow the couple to be rude

There was an order mix up, but that was fine as the food was well cooked and good value for money!

Was not great breaded jalapeño and cheese had no jalapeño or cheese in them,cheese garlic bread had hardly any cheese. And don't think burger touched the cooker. Won't order from here again

Fresh and tasty, only complaint is the chilli sauce is a bit runny and more like a tomato sauce

If ikea made kebabs! Basically had to put it together myself it all came separate was really odd. Wasn’t very nice either, meat was poor quality couldn’t even eat the donor & the chicken was dry & over cooked. Won’t be returning.

Quick delivery 👍🏼 again we ordered a salad kebab and again NO pickled chilli’s were added to the kebab. They only get added if we place an order over the phone. So if possible could more salad options get added to the app so people can select what they would like in their salad and chose whether they want pickled chilli’s with their order.

I ordered a 1/4 pounder meal deal was very nice but missing the cheese.

Very nice, but a lack of polystyrene boxed means the salad/meat left on wrapping paper goes soft and mushy and paper itself turns to mash very quickly, a minor complaint but not everyone will get plates out to serve it up on But 10/10 for food 2/10 for just eat charges

Got a combination kebab. Food was nice, but they're extremely tight on the salad and chili sauce I must say. There was never enough to go with a whole large kebab like that.

Chips were soggy and warm, obviously not cooked in hot enough oil. The ham on the pizza smelt and tasted so bad it made me throw up, so had to throw away. Will not be ordering again.

Just ordered Kofte kebab well over cooked hard on the outside the chips were under cooked and the cheese was thrown on one side my partner's chicken burger was soggy and her chips under cooked and the meal was well over priced at £22.80 would never eat there again and never recommend them to anyone terrible

Would have got all 5 stars as the food really was very good and lovely quick delivery. Only negative was there was barely any salad, its my favourite part, all the lovely cabbage etc. But there wasn't even a sprinkling. The cucumber and tomato were lovely and fresh though.

Ordered hot chicken jalapeño with cheese burger. Chicken was of the cheapest standard not a chicken breast and burger arrived with no cheese even though its advitised with cheese! Phoned and the guy said it don't come with cheese but there menue c look early states cheese. He said he would speak to the manager and hung up! No call back nothing! Shocking!!! The worst chicken burger I have ever seen let alone tasted no salad in the burger either very bland. Avoid this place likt the plague!!!

Ordered for the 2nd time personally found the first order much better but still was good so can’t complain maybe they was busier this time

Meat not cooked over charcoals ended up being very bland and watery, chilli suace pre packed along with salad, bread stale had two mouthfuls and binned the rest really bad experience, if I had known they were not using charcoals I would not of gone there never mind will definitely not use again.

Kebab was awesome but on this occasion the garlic bread was smothered in garlic butter like it been re-applied after cooking or had came up through the cheese while cooking so had to literally wipe the excess butter away with 2 extra large kitchen roll sheets....hopefully a one off

Got a mixed donar, once home we noticed that the meat wasn't cooked and was cold, had to put in in the oven, which defeats the object of fast food

Whilst the delivery arrived exactly on the last minute of the delivery window, I’d received the notification about 30 minutes prior that it was with the driver. I did ring the restaurant who explained they had about 5 other deliveries. By the time it arrived at my door, the food was cold, soggy and completely unenjoyable. I’d have rather waited longer for hot food!

First time ever used just eat.. very impressed. Easy to order. Great u can book a time slot and it arrived on time. Food piping hot. Garlic bread to die for. Very nice 5stars

Kebab was ok. Grilled chicken tasted fresh. When I entered a shop I asked about tomatoes and cucumbers as they weren't on display. Neither red cabbage. Guy who works there said he was cutting tomatoes and cucumbers. I waited outside when my order was being prepared. Later on I found out that there was no tomatoes,no red cabbage,no chilli pepper and little of garlic sauce on meat. Kebabs and chips were packed in paper,not even food containers. It wasn't the worst kebab but I am quite disappointed as price was quite high for amount of food I received. I won't eat there again.

When ordering on Just eat my halloumi rap did not give me the option to add salad and sauce to my order

My kebab was ruined. The pita was falling apart. The pizza toppings where undercooked as they'd been placed under the cheese. Horrendous meal. Absolutely disgusting.

For the second time i got my donner meat and chips and it smelled disgusting like fish what makes it smell like that redemption on the burgers tho always cooked lovely

Lamb doner wrap is gorgeous here. Kept the chicken shish wrap in the fridge and had it for brekkie, still lovely. Only let down by the delivery woman not bringing it to my door, she sat in her car 2 houses down the road and made me walk, "Sorry about that", she said. Well, I'm sorry you don't get your tip.

Best pizza I’ve had in a while, hot on delivery

It's not the best, but most definitely not the worst either. Me n my son was getting hungry and decided to have burger n cheesy chips. We didn't get asked if we would like salad or any sauce. It was past to us in a bag all wrapped up to go. That's when we realised when we got home. But we still eat it.... Lol.

Have used these over the past 4 weeks all been great until tonight. Ordered a chicken wrap with chilli sauce lettuce onion tomatoes,cucumber and lettuce. Arrived pretty quick but without chilli sauce even after phoning the shop to ensure it was on the kebab. Shop very apologetic and set out another, arrived pretty quickly but not with the salad Ordered originally, arrived with cabbage and onions. On speaking to the shop regarding this I got a response that it was my fault, how that was as they just had to repeat themy original order

Very big portions large is large plenty of salard Recommended to anyone who loves chicken shish

Service is fabulous and delivery is fast as expected on the website even earlier but the quality is awful. Firstly the size is big and look amazing but taste it has nothing to do what I have ordered. The pizza I’ve ordered is garlic cheese pizza, I didn’t feel any garlic at all not in base not on the top , I thought it would kind of garlic bread but the base was too thick and sweet, that much sweet that probably jam pizza would be nice but not cheese garlic. Very disappointed that I have to pay £15 and Chuck it in the bin rather would go to Morrison’s and pay £1.70 for garlic pizza bread . Wouldn’t use the service again . Maybe your kebabs are amazing as the reviews are high but definitely not pizza quality

Kebab was delivered in the pita so the bread was soaked in grease and couldn't be used to eat the kebab with. You really should have the bread separate.
