Awful food pitta bread is stale plans out of date chips greesy and over cooked chicken not cooked loads of sh**won’t be ordering ever again and it’s the first time ordering too never ever again

30 min after when the order was supposed to be delivered, I call in to be told that the driver was sleeping. I say it’s ok, just make sure the food isn’t cold. Of course it was cold… I called back in… food cold, pitta was missing and food late 35 min… only to be told a some really rude guy to stop wasting his time and that there is no owner… owner is in holiday forever… I was in absolute shock… and while eating, found 2 full chillies in a wrap… picture attached

Obviously can't cope with online orders and people entering shop or by phone. First and last time I will use. Placed my order and they were confused when it came to serving as they were clearly overwhelmed with all the other orders. Watched as 3 burgers slung together and the kebab was taken from the counter which was made for someone else and put to one side and clearly cocked up. Had asked for mayo so loads of mayo was squirted on to hide the disgusting sauce which had been mistakenly put on for another order. Then tried to joke with me because he knew I'd clocked what he was doing. At the time I didnt know it had already been tainted with another sauce or I would of refused the order. I have allergies and that sauce could of triggered them. Disgusting.

I ordered a donner lamb and chips.I also had lettuce and chilles and a free drink all for £6.50.Very good value even if it is only me saying it. which I collected within 10 minutes.I will use again.

They used to be ok but recently food has taken over an hour and been cold and wrong.... currently waiting for order (which will be the last) for 2hr10mins.

Food was so nice for a very good price. Very fast delivery, Would definitely recommend to any group of people. Perfect for everyone.

Ordered a delivery at 5pm for 6.25, it finally arrived 40 minutes late, cold, greasy and with items missing. When u ring, you get told the manager will ring you back, they don’t. Complete waste of money will never use again.

Phoned to order and was put on hold without caller telling me so hung up and phoned again! Husband picked up order.... half was missing so called and they respectfully gave option of delivering the rest.... advised that husband would pick up! Order was not correct but have given up now as worked all day and couldn’t be bothered to challenge again! Exhausting after working all day to be bothered anymore!

Order over 2hrs late being delivered. Appreciate Friday night and busy but phoned after 90 minutes and told order was out for delivery. Phoned again after another 30 minutes and no delivery and spoke to someone else who said only just being dealt with. Asked for refund as quite frankly way too late now and passed to ? manager. Very rude and almost aggressive man who kept saying I was incorrect with timing. Said I always phone and complain as he k EE my voice ! I have never complained before. He became so aggressive and threatens to spit in my food. He insisted refund would come from Just Eat and whilst I was phoning them, food appeared. It was cold and inedible and we didn’t eat it after threat of it being spat in. Horrible food, horrible rude person. Please DO NOT order food from here.

Ordered on their website and got a confirmation code. An hour later we called to find out where the order was. First phone call, picked up, mumbled some words then the phone went down. We could hear voices. We waited 2 mins. We hung up and tried again. Same thing happened. Although after only 1 minute, an imbecile answered and mumbled some sounds. Had to repeat our address 5 times. No order had been placed apparently. What a joke. We have used this place for years. Never ever again. Terrible service.

Although I love their pizza and kebab meals it is very frustrating phoning to place order as the background noise and limited English (or accent) makes it difficult or impossible to have a coherent conversation and I always wonder whether my order will arrive complete. Saying that it only hasn’t done so once in the 30 or so times we have used them.

I have no respect for rude or demanding customers but after waiting an hour and a half, calling 10+ times to try and track down my online order and eventually having to drive there myself to be met by the staff’s arrogant and ignorant attitude I was shocked at the total lack of customer service. Finding out their plan to deal with our situation was simply preparing our food there and then I wanted a refund as I was appalled that not even a discount was offered as method of apology for the terrible experience ordering with them. If you want a kebab from the area go to Oz’s charcoal grill less than a minute walk down the road. Incredible food and they understand the concept of customer care.

Really like this take away and had some fabulous food from them but this latest order of burgers and chips was very disappointing as the chips were soggy and white very cold and undercooked and inevitably ended up in the bin. I'll imagine that it was down to new inexperienced staff and hope it doesn't happen again because I'd like to continue to order from what is basically a very good takeaway.

Been using this place for a while. Don’t know what’s gone wrong. Ordered a delivery one week and it was cold ! Phoned to complain no problem £5 off next order. Great next order no £5 off and they forgot the chips, so phone up to complain only to be shouted at by someone who said they were the manager. A little later the real owner/ manger phoned to apologise. I told him food was untouched and could they collect and refund money which he did. When he came to the door I was very impressed and thought I would use them again, until he accused me of lying about ordering chips. Hey ho now found a takeaway that delivers hot food 🙂

I have been foolish enough to keep giving them second chances.We used to get them to deliver but they got it wrong every time so we opted to collect. They still can't get it right. They are totally incompetent and can't get the simplest of orders right. I've given up now and will try someone else.Unless you go there and watch them put the order together in front of you, it will be wrong.

Amazing food! Was super hot when it arrived. The delivery driver was a good 30 mins early which was excellent for us as we had two hungry kids! the kids loved their suprise kinder egg too as part of their meal. Kebabs had lots of meat in. will defintely order again soon.

Wow our food arrived 30 minutes earlier than they said. Lovely and hot and delicious too. Will certainly be ordering from them again. Highly recommended.

On time, hot, and very tasty - we had garlic base pizza, thin base pizza and chicken kebabs. Really lovely and leftovers will all be used up.

Food was great, delivered 20 minutes before the scheduled time. Only issue was that they forgot to deliver my bottle of coke.

I had my first pizza from here 25+ years' ago and, after many years' absence, I didn't expect the quality to be as good. I'm glad I was wrong. We had a struffed crust pizza, chicken kebab with garlic sauce, fries and a cheese and mushroom burger. Everything was fantastic and portions plentiful. The order arrived a little after the estimated time, but this wasn't at all bad for a Saturday early evening. I was surprised that everything arrived hot and not at all squidgy because of the excellent packaging. So glad I tried them again, and will be back again very soon.

We've tried Domino's and it's not a patch on King Pizza. KP is cheaper and much tastier. No competition.

Usually really good quality food especially the kebabs however the Chicken Fillet burger was not a fillet at all just a cheap chicken burger so disappointed as this is more expensive than their standard chicken burger i feel it is misleading on the menu and should probably be amended.

We have ordered from here alot and love the food. But this time the kinder egg and drink was missing from the kids meal, the chips were too overcooked, as was the chicken, it was very dry and they messed up with the salad on 1 of the kebabs. As i said they are normally brilliant with orders and great food.

We got the items we asked for delivered but we did ask for it to be received at 8.30pm and it actually arrived at 8.10pm which meant our plans needed to change. Other than that a good service.

Pizza burnt , asked for xtra bbq sauce couldn't even taste it . Everything else nice though

Great pizza, the cheesy chips were a let down though. The cheese has a strange powdery texture and very little flavour, it's put on top of hot chips rather than mixed with them, so you get a pile of hot chips in a polystyrene container, with cold grated white cheese on top. Wouldn't be so bad if the cheese actually had a taste to it.

arrived late and realised there was no drink that we had paid for, we called 3 times and each time we're told it was coming, finally came after 11pm 2 hours later than our food and delivery was not very professional. Will not be ordering again.

Food wasn't as high standard as it usually is, they were about 10 minutes later than planned but that wasn't a problem, just meant waited nearly an hour for it.

Cheesy chips were foul, the chips were dry and cold and the cheese had no taste. The chicken skewer wraps were very salty.

Gone down hill in the last 6 months, it used to be the best kebabs in town, must be new owners? The last 2 visits have been very poor, ordered a mixed donner and got hardly and chicken and lots of lamb kabab, it used to be 50/50, i suppose its cheaper to give people more lamb, on my final visit ordered a chicken kabab, it was dry and no flavour and cold and i only live round the corner.

Food came nearly 1 hour early and we weren't ready to eat.

Called to see where my food is and why is late. They turn around and said my food is ready but they not gona deliver it to me because they gona wait until they have another delivery near to my house. Mmmmmm nice service

We normally have great food from this place but on this occasion the pittas were stale and the meat was stone cold. Maybe that's why they only have a 3 star (out of 5) food hygiene rating from the Food Standards Agency.

I placed an order for delivery which was due to arrive at 19:55, I didn't receive my food until 20:25! I had to call the restaurant at 20:15 to chase it up, the lady I spoke to on the phone was extremely apologetic so I can't fault the staff in the restaurant. My delivery driver on the other hand, he called me saying he couldn't find my address to which I tried to give him directions, all I got in return were huffs and sighs, and to be told that it was ridiculous because he had places he needed to be. He then had claimed he was outside my flat and we ended the call. 2 minutes after he said he wasn't outside and that if I could go on the street to find him, I did to find him half way down the street, to what I assume was his friend in the car with him. I walked over to collect it, was handed my order and I left. By the time I actually sat down to eat, the chips I had ordered were luke warm and soggy and so was the kebab. I will never be ordering from here again

Delivered on time. Deep pan pizza was not very deep and the mozzarella was chewy. Had tocomment on restaurant service but as I ordered online and had home delivery cannot judge

Always excellent...only comment is that the order confirmation from Just Eat only arrived at 15.17 today ie the day after the order. This also happened with another order from a different take away....

Great food as always...but, my only small complaint would be the delivery driver having his music blaring out loud enough to be heard through double glazed windows. Then when he exited the car he left the doors open, so it was even louder. It's just disrespectful.
