Pizza Hut in Glasgow City

Got one of the pizzas wrong had to phone back to get it replaced and drive back to collect, wasn't offered compensation in store but contacted via website and was given a free large pizza through the reward system. But food was tasty

Good staff,yummy pizza taste, normal prices ۔💕

The Pepsi bottle is missing. I want him to bring it to me now... This is impossible...the seal on the pizza was loose.

Good to find Halal Pizza Hut in Glasgow city

I visited last night and ordered a pizza. When I got home, I was really disappointed—the pizza wasn’t cooked properly, and the edges looked terrible . Actually This is happened Every time This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues at this location.

Ordered food for it not to be delivered at all …the restaurant is usually very good but this time

Delivery driver came earlier than the Just Eat delivery time, then left before the allotted time at which I was at the door. They claimed to call but I had phone in hand and only later realised I had a “call bypassed” voicemail that timestamped the driver as arriving too early. Then I was charged full delivery again for the privilege of the cold hard food to be delivered an hour late. Couldnt even eat it - it’s sat wasted and stone cold while I put through a refund that won’t include the re-delivery.

Always shortage of staff, and people are wating like conecting flight terminal

I visited last night and ordered a pizza. When I got home, I was really disappointed—the pizza wasn’t cooked properly, and the edges looked terrible.I went back to the shop to raise the issue, but instead of resolving it, the staff started arguing with me, insisting it was cooked. This wasted nearly 2 hours and 30 minutes of my time, which was really frustrating. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues at this location.

Surprisingly good from Pizza Hut

What really stood out to me was their Chicken Sizzler pizza. The perfect mix of spicy chicken and fresh veggies on a base that was crispy yet soft in all the right ways. Knowing the entire menu is halal made it even better, as it’s not always easy to find such quality halal options around. If you’re in Pollokshields and love pizza hut, this branch is a gem you shouldn’t miss.

pizza was very hot when delivered.

They never have pan in stock and then call to offer an alternative and won't let you cancel. I only want to go there for pan or I'd just get a dominos. They won't let you cancel and have to speak to their manager. So just done a credit card charge back. If you want to order and chance it. Use a credit card so you can get their money back. The delivery driver calls, asking where you live, although it's on the order. Total shambles of a franchise. Pizzahut complains just apologise and do nothing about it. They need to get it together.

Waited ages to get it. Ordered a thin base, opened it when home and it was a thick crust which I hate. It went in the bin.

Blatantly caught the delivery driver taking a piss at my close then handed food over. Straight in the bin absolutely disgusting. Said it was his juice he poured out, no can or bottle on him and the main door reeked of urine.

Ordered two pizzas and neither was cooked. The dough was completely raw in the centre and fell apart. They went straight into bin.

The pizza was amazingly delicious perfect toppings, the texture of the dough was splendid. Jamie was quite attentive

Was the sole customer on an afternoon visit. The new seats to sit were clean and the interior immaculate. Initially saw on the revolving TV screens a lunch offer with nachos and a bottle of drink for £4.99. It wasn't on the menu and the person serving said there was no offer. I waited for the screen to come around again and they said they didn't have that lunch offer on the till so couldn't sell it to me. I ended up having a small Margherita pizza with garlic sprinkle and a bottle of pepsi max. It was the same price. The pizza itself was tasty. Having it just come straight from the oven than being delivered meant it tasted a lot fresher than any delivery. Shame about the service issue about the nachos as I initially wanted that.

Food is delicious may be a bit more dearer but the options are so much better than a standard pizza place. Edit Just had a delivery tonight 29 June. Pizza dough not cooked, garlic bread not cooked. Skimpy toppings. Will not order again

Halal only now, wow ! Customer service needs a touch improving especially on product knowledge

Pizza was bussin, and, like me, came early

Lady on till was quite abrupt to begin with but I let it slide. Pizza was not as Saucey like dominos. It was quite try. Only reason why I gave an extra star is because its Halal. Im willing to try this place again as I believe in second chances. Hopefully can improve.

The place has changed since I saw it last time and the best part is it’s Halal now. Tried meat feats, supreme and chicken pizza and loved it. Thanks to Nassem and team for amazing service and delicious pizzas.

Literally no chicken at all in this pizza

Food fine although keep in mind franchise appears to be halal/kosher with all pork products replaced with imitations using beef which tastes fine but not the same if you expect real pepperoni or bacon on your dishes. The beef pepperoni is a little dry and crispy compared to traditional style.

Food was lovely and tasty, full on flavour. Can't wait to go back again.

App said delivered , store when phoned said it had no order .. shambles

Ordered pizza for collection, went in early to collect and waited for ages for my pizza to be ready to then be told the base I ordered is out of stock. Could have told me this when I went in rather than making me wait all that time. Asked for a refund to be told I might get it in 3-5 working days and if not I need to chase it up and I can’t get confirmation of the refund being processed before I left the store. Inconvenience one after the other. It’s really not good service or consideration for the person waiting. Staff was also dropping pizza trays on the floor constantly, loud banging like they all can’t be bothered and had other people complaing. Not run well at all. Also should be aware that it’s ramadan and people waiting could have been fasting all day, should have some awareness to not waste their time standing around waiting for a pizza thats out of stock when you can be courteous and tell them so they can go elsewhere. I would avoid this takeaway, shambles.

Excellent service from everyone. Last few visits to other pizza huts branches the food felt like a greasy mess. This was fantastic though and will be back again as all the meat is now halal

I thought i was sent the wrong pizza so called the place to complain. I think it was Sean that answered, he very patiently listened to my complaint then nicely told me that i had actually ordered the wrong one. Not only that he also give me a new one to replace it free of charge. Very happy with the service he provided, and delivery man was also very friendly.

The staff could not have been any more amazing, every one of them was lovely. My only gripe would be we were sitting to the right of the door and we were frozen stiff as customers were queueing to get in and holding the door open, so our food got cold very quickly. Otherwise, all brilliant x

The worst experience off ordering pizza I've ever had. I ordered 4 pizzas and 3 of the 4 had 90% of their toppings spilled off the in the the box. When I called up to say about this at first I was told I would be goverb new pizza but then later was told that I would get nothing and was told to call customer service which lead to nowhere as it is an automated call that doesn't help. One of the employes who I talked to called Ahmed was extremely rude and started shouting down the phone at me when I was asking him what to do to get some sort of refund or different pizza. They also claimed to that the pizza were fine when it was not the case and they looked like they had merged multiple pizza together to make mine. If your looking for a cheese pizza at least you won't have to worry about having no toppings but your stomach and bowls might be displeased the next day.

And if I could I would leave 6 stars! We just ordered our 2 usual two for Tuesdays and one of them had just cheese with non of the ingredients I ordered. I called them and a super nice lady send us the one I ordered originally in no time, literally like 10 minutes! I didn't get your name but if you read this thank you for being so nice, you have a loyal customer here! :)

Very average pizza. More often than not is it quite dry and lacking enough pizza sauce. The pizza sauce and cheese is quite tasteless. The deep pan base is great and noone else does it as good but other than that everything else is distinctly average.

I've been ordering from here over the last few months and can say that I am gutted I haven't tried it before. Pizza huts, in the past, have been average but really enjoying the pizzas they offer now. Always found the deliveries to be friendly, quick with the food still hot. 👍🏽

We had our iftari dinner from Pizzahut in Shawlands. I must say, we enjoyed every bit of it, from starters to main course. Kids enjoyed the cookie dough. Thanks.

Dreadful! Had a couple of issues with the Shawlands branch ( always with the same driver and pizzas arriving totally mangled in a corner of the box as if he’d been driving an F1 car). Wasn’t a huge order (@bout £25) but still a decent amount. Tried to complain to the branch direct but they don’t accept incoming calls apparently so had to raise a long winded complaint with head office and was offered £10 to spend in any Pizza Hut. Absolute joke. If you want home delivery pizza go to Dominos or PJs as the Shawlands branch are not dependable

Awful pizza, macaroni and sides. Not sure how they can get it so wrong time and time again. I won't be ordering from here again.

Ordered ham and pineapple only got ham the 3rd mistake of this kind, was issued a ten pound voucher that can't be used online or over the phone. Told the gift card machine isn't working because obviously that's a problem, even offered to give them the card and the letter saying it's worth a tenner. Total jobs worth, now thinking they ate the pineapple off my pizza on all occasions.

Phoned and somebody picked up in a rush to finish the call and get on with their life!. ...pizza finally delivered at 11.15pm . Delivery guy claiming they are running late yet nobody called to let me know (1hr 15min later), very cold and tasted like it was off or something. Pedí una pizza para la entrega, llegó pero no estaba preparado adecuadamente (masa todavía era blanco y Raw). Me llamó y un reemplazo fue enviado, que fue hecha, pero quien lo hizo decidió (intencionadamente o no) para cubrir la cosa con parmesano y hierbas. Al ser un chef y saber el precio de queso parmesano, puedo decir que sin duda la cantidad de queso parmesano en esta pizza valía más que había pagado. asquerosa. Envié un correo electrónico pizza Hut dos veces, pero nadie se ha molestado volver a mí o reconocer que había un problema! Sin duda me puso fuera de esta marca!

really disappointed. ordered my pizza today online at 4:15 for 7:30. so gave 3 hrs notice. went in at 7:20 to collect only to be told my order would be another 30mins. i disputed this and showed them my text that stated it would be ready for 7:30. Jo was very unhelpful and said the bases werent ready so if i wanted it for 7:30 id have to choose another base. by this time i was very unhappy-totally their mistake so i asked if it was going to be delayed that i should get something like garlic bread whilst i wait for free. she then changed her tune and said it would be ready for 7:30. it only got worse. the manger jo then proceeded to have a dispute with a co-worker. we could her her shouting at him to terminate his employment through the back. then the argument came to the front counter. she pulled his hat off his head !very unprofessional and clearly mistreating staff. after i got my pizza i asked to speak to jo to complain about the night however she refused as she was 'too busy' never seen service like this!
