Pizza Hut in Glasgow City

Very good customer service. Happy because it's halal now. Delicious food

This Hut has recently moved to being Halal, disappointed and won't be ordering here again.

Ordered pizza for collection, went in early to collect and waited for ages for my pizza to be ready to then be told the base I ordered is out of stock. Could have told me this when I went in rather than making me wait all that time. Asked for a refund to be told I might get it in 3-5 working days and if not I need to chase it up and I can’t get confirmation of the refund being processed before I left the store. Inconvenience one after the other. It’s really not good service or consideration for the person waiting. Staff was also dropping pizza trays on the floor constantly, loud banging like they all can’t be bothered and had other people complaing. Not run well at all. Also should be aware that it’s ramadan and people waiting could have been fasting all day, should have some awareness to not waste their time standing around waiting for a pizza thats out of stock when you can be courteous and tell them so they can go elsewhere. I would avoid this takeaway, shambles.

Excellent service from everyone. Last few visits to other pizza huts branches the food felt like a greasy mess. This was fantastic though and will be back again as all the meat is now halal

Does not accept cash. Will not return to store, even if they bring cash back. They already decided to sell out. Dealbreaker.

I thought i was sent the wrong pizza so called the place to complain. I think it was Sean that answered, he very patiently listened to my complaint then nicely told me that i had actually ordered the wrong one. Not only that he also give me a new one to replace it free of charge. Very happy with the service he provided, and delivery man was also very friendly.

The staff could not have been any more amazing, every one of them was lovely. My only gripe would be we were sitting to the right of the door and we were frozen stiff as customers were queueing to get in and holding the door open, so our food got cold very quickly. Otherwise, all brilliant x

The worst experience off ordering pizza I've ever had. I ordered 4 pizzas and 3 of the 4 had 90% of their toppings spilled off the in the the box. When I called up to say about this at first I was told I would be goverb new pizza but then later was told that I would get nothing and was told to call customer service which lead to nowhere as it is an automated call that doesn't help. One of the employes who I talked to called Ahmed was extremely rude and started shouting down the phone at me when I was asking him what to do to get some sort of refund or different pizza. They also claimed to that the pizza were fine when it was not the case and they looked like they had merged multiple pizza together to make mine. If your looking for a cheese pizza at least you won't have to worry about having no toppings but your stomach and bowls might be displeased the next day.

And if I could I would leave 6 stars! We just ordered our 2 usual two for Tuesdays and one of them had just cheese with non of the ingredients I ordered. I called them and a super nice lady send us the one I ordered originally in no time, literally like 10 minutes! I didn't get your name but if you read this thank you for being so nice, you have a loyal customer here! :)

Very average pizza. More often than not is it quite dry and lacking enough pizza sauce. The pizza sauce and cheese is quite tasteless. The deep pan base is great and noone else does it as good but other than that everything else is distinctly average.

I've been ordering from here over the last few months and can say that I am gutted I haven't tried it before. Pizza huts, in the past, have been average but really enjoying the pizzas they offer now. Always found the deliveries to be friendly, quick with the food still hot. 👍🏽

We had our iftari dinner from Pizzahut in Shawlands. I must say, we enjoyed every bit of it, from starters to main course. Kids enjoyed the cookie dough. Thanks.

Quite alright for a midweek dinner substitute, but nothing overly fancy.

Dreadful! Had a couple of issues with the Shawlands branch ( always with the same driver and pizzas arriving totally mangled in a corner of the box as if he’d been driving an F1 car). Wasn’t a huge order (@bout £25) but still a decent amount. Tried to complain to the branch direct but they don’t accept incoming calls apparently so had to raise a long winded complaint with head office and was offered £10 to spend in any Pizza Hut. Absolute joke. If you want home delivery pizza go to Dominos or PJs as the Shawlands branch are not dependable

Awful pizza, macaroni and sides. Not sure how they can get it so wrong time and time again. I won't be ordering from here again.

Delivered on time (35 mins). Pizzas were very good. Delivery man friendly. No complaints.

Absolutely disappointed heard great things but when I tried it to order it delivered 2 hours later than promised arrival time. Bad service. I wish I could give 0 stars.

Ordered ham and pineapple only got ham the 3rd mistake of this kind, was issued a ten pound voucher that can't be used online or over the phone. Told the gift card machine isn't working because obviously that's a problem, even offered to give them the card and the letter saying it's worth a tenner. Total jobs worth, now thinking they ate the pineapple off my pizza on all occasions.

What an absolute joke of a service!!!.😠😠😠ordered pizza at 10pm and waited ages. Phoned and somebody picked up in a rush to finish the call and get on with their life!. ...pizza finally delivered at 11.15pm . Delivery guy claiming they are running late yet nobody called to let me know (1hr 15min later), very cold and tasted like it was off or something. A waste of money and late down to the pizza hut brand from the pizza hut 701 pollokshaw rd....do not deserve 1 star it would not let me select no star..😡😡😠😠 Customer service -0 Pizza was a terrible 1 Delivery awfully 1 Communication -0 .....DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE IF YOU ARE A PIZZA LOVER!!!!!...

What an absolute joke of a place. Waited a 1hr 30 Min for a Pizza. A PIZZA. Takes 10 Min to make!! Ordered a Garlic Herb dip. That didn't come with my order. AVOID this place. Prefer a refund to be honest.

I decided to take advantage of PizzaHuts Special Festive offer of any size pizza for £5.99 (instead of £16.99 or more). I elected for the large BBQ chicken - which was lovely. "Was it worth £16.99" - never!. The moral of the story - wait for the offers - don't buy full price...

A only go there when the 6 quid deal is on as a would nae pay 18 quid fur a pizza

I ordered a pizza for delivery, it arrived but was not cooked properly (dough was still white and raw). I phoned and a replacement was sent, which was cooked but whoever made it decided (intentionally or not) to cover the thing with parmesan and herbs. Being a chef and knowing the price of parmesan, I can say that without doubt the quantity of parmesan on this pizza was worth more than I had paid! Disgusting! I emailed pizza hut twice, but no one has bothered getting back to me or acknowledging that there was a problem! definitely put me off this brand!

really disappointed. ordered my pizza today online at 4:15 for 7:30. so gave 3 hrs notice. went in at 7:20 to collect only to be told my order would be another 30mins. i disputed this and showed them my text that stated it would be ready for 7:30. Jo was very unhelpful and said the bases werent ready so if i wanted it for 7:30 id have to choose another base. by this time i was very unhappy-totally their mistake so i asked if it was going to be delayed that i should get something like garlic bread whilst i wait for free. she then changed her tune and said it would be ready for 7:30. it only got worse. the manger jo then proceeded to have a dispute with a co-worker. we could her her shouting at him to terminate his employment through the back. then the argument came to the front counter. she pulled his hat off his head !very unprofessional and clearly mistreating staff. after i got my pizza i asked to speak to jo to complain about the night however she refused as she was 'too busy' never seen service like this!
