Gills All In One in Glasgow City

Please educate yourselfs on what a roll and chips is before advertising it on your menu! Chippy based in glasgow a roll and chips should be a basic roll and chips with loads of salt and vinegar not a shitty seeded burger bun, with vile weird looking chips.

First time ordering from here, chips were beautiful, king rib was also lovely, but the 2 pieces of fish were raw in middle put me off fish for while now

Worst battered sausage and chips i have ever had.... batter was wrinkly, anaemic, soggy and chewy.... a microwave could of cooked it better. Chips again not very fresh or cooked well.

came in for fish supper and portion of fritters unreal, staff very friendly I was served by Shaz

Fish & chips are great but needs to be boxed, When you unwrap it all the batter comes off stuck to the wrapping .

This was the best fish and chips takeaway we have had for years .it was so freah so hot and not greasy we will be back

Staff are all amazing and friendly. My sister changed her order tonight and the girls called us to make sure it was written correctly before sending out to us. We haven't ordered in a while and no name attached to order so this highlights how attentive and on the ball they are when dealing with the public. Food is always fab and delivery is quick. Food is always fantastic, but the service is slow.

Phoned for a delivery wasn't told it would be a hour plus when I phoned. I understand they were busy. 2hours later the food appeared don't get me wrong the food is lovely I have been phoning this establishment for years but felt let down 2hrs is a bit ridiculous.

The chips were good, curry sauce was good, staff were polite and cheerful.

Food is excellent get something from here every Saturday

Customer service and the hygiene is not very good and for as I have been eating out of this shop for years when the owners are not in his / her you do not get what you pay for will never step foot in this take away again in me life the place is a joke.

Been using Gills chip shop for a few months now it has been great everytime. I went last night orded the same thing, scampi and chips but it wasn't the same it was like scampi bites and the smoked sausage wasn't the same either! I left a great review a few weeks ago but was terrible this time No salt and vinegar on anything! waste of money.

Cuando se les pidió mayonesa, no enviaron comida demasiado picante y fueron a la papelera, asqueroso, todo estaba demasiado seco, demasiado cocido y demasiado picante, no los volveré a usar

Asked for mayonnaise they sent every sauce except the one I asked for the food was very dry and far too spicy couldn't eat it went in bin

Got a delivery on Tuesday no problem phoned tonight to be told they don't deliver to my area

Waitied and hour and a half nearly for our food to be told they didnt have a delivery driver yet. Then why take food orders if there was no delivery driver why not wait till you know a driver will be there? Poor customer service if you ask me. Just hope my foods not cold

Good food with very reasonable prices

Se ordenó a las 8: 20 pm y esperaba que llegara bastante rápido y recibí un correo electrónico para decir que serían 50 minutos. Sentí que era bastante tiempo, pero acepté eso y luego tuve que llamar dos veces para ver dónde estaba mi pedido, ya que faltaban 2 horas para que llegara. ¡El repartidor también se quedó esperando un consejo que no iba a dar después de pagar en línea y esperar todo ese tiempo! ! ! Terrible.

Special fish ordered. Waited 15 mins. Good size portion but fish was overcooked. Hard and difficult to break up.

DO NOT ...DO NOT .....order food from here first of all they lost my order then it took 1 1/2 hours to be delivered n to top it off they refused my money as i was paying with an Ulster bank £10 note I was told its out of date money ...will never order from here again...

Todas las pizzas grandes = 8 Mitad y mitad = 11 (!?!?!) ¿Cómo pueden justificar la carga de casi 40% extra por tener 2 mitades con diferentes ingredientes! ? ? ? Por ejemplo:  1 gran hawaiano = 8  1 gran volcán = 8 Total = 16 Pero . .  2 pizzas grandes, mitad y mitad con hawaiano y volcán. . Total = 22 EXACTAMENTE la misma cantidad de cobertura, EXACTAMENTE la misma cantidad de masa, ¡pero creen que está bien cargar un extra de 6! ! ! ! Estafa total! ! ! ! ¡No regresare! ! !

I went hereto get dinner for me on my family as I had seen it on the way to the other shops and it was quite busy however I got my food reasonably quick and it was still hot when I got home definitely visiting again

Waited an hour for food, so I phoned and they said they couldn't deliver because it was too far. They never rang or anything it they had put a menu through our door! Now I have to make my own food which tastes disgusting so everybody loses.
