Selected delivery for 19.40. Just arrived at 20.25. Food is freezing!!!

I ordered a caesar salad and what was delivered was appalling. It had none of the ingredients of a caesar salad. It is a totalmisdescription. No Romaine lettuce, croutons, parmesan, or caesar salad dressing. - instead a pile of mush soaked in mayo

Great pizzas, with a decent amount of toppings. Highly recommended.

chips and pizza were stone cold on arrival. pizza was tasty however not what i actually ordered, i left a note on the order of what i actually wanted, paid for the extras but what was delivered was totally different - not sure the point in adding a note if it’s ignored.

Ribs were not great very dry and microwaved. Pizza was fab.

The pizza is and always has been great! Highly recommend. However, if you order via JustEat you might aswell jump out to the shop and make yourself dinner instead because the service will be as speedy as the Councils are at fixing roads. Food was almost 3 hours late, and the business not only apologised for JustEats faults, but also gave us a free item! Sure hope JustEat compensates the business for this. If you (JustEat) do not have drivers, maybe note that so we can order from somewhere better

Chips missed from order , called shop to advise of shortage . Chap that answered the phone was very rude and unhelpful . Will not be ordering from here again!!

wrong order given, claimed it was the delivery drivers fault and instructed ME to call just eat, made no effort to resolve the problem. Food was grouped in a bag so no chance the driver mismatched them. other item was the wrong variation. won't be back.

The Lasagna and mozzarella frita were great but the french fries tasted stale. Would have been a 5 ⭐️ if it wasn’t for a fries. I also tipped the driver £2 on the app but he said he won’t get the tip if it’s done on the app. Can you either give him the £2 or refund it please?

I had originally ordered via justeat, but their driver never turned up with the restaraunt trying to contact them multiple times.. Instead of letting us go hungry they called me to let me know, got the ordered cancelled and arramged their own delivery. Such good service, fixing something that wasnt their fault and the food was delicious too. Absolutely recommend!

Ordered from here in the past but quality has declined drastically; pizza not great, 'caprese salad' was a ball of uncut mozarella in a box, cookies were completely burnt (also not the ones I ordered). Won't be ordering again

Lovely service from the restaurant after calling to amend something with my order, pizza was Devine and wedges are a great portion size.

Chicken was out of date/rotten. We got it on a pizza, whilst we were eating it there was a rally bad smell coming from it. We've ordered from here loads of times with no issues, but this has put us off from ordering here again.

I ordered Coca-Cola zero sugar lemon but you sent me Coca-Cola lemon (full sugar) and as I am diabetic I cannot drink it. I also left a £1.00 tip for the delivery driver and when I told him this, he says there is no facility to leave a tip on line so I think you had better let him know that he is mistaken. I therefore expect a refund of £1.25 for drink + tip of £1.00 if it has not been given to the driver. Evelyn Munro

Delivery driver very kindly returned with the drink I had ordered, after it had been forgotten about. Really went the extra mile, very much appreciated!

Writing on behalf of my partner, Clare, who is just off the phone with Dario’s after collecting our order. Both pizzas received, a pepperoni, and a Margherita are severely over-done. The cheese on the margherita is all brown, the pizza itself is hard and the crust solid. All the pepperoni slices are blackened and burned. This is disappointing as we’re regularly customers of Dario’s Shawlands and have had many a good order, however, what was truly shocking was the response on the phone. Called up, just to let them know and to ask for a resolution to be told, “no, this is how they’re made, I’ll make another one for you right in front of you and you’ll see it’ll come out the same”. No apology, no concern for our waste of money and time to collect, just complete denial of the facts and rudeness. I’m not going to go 15 minutes back to the shop to receive, what will apparently be, according to you, another burned pizza? Especially baffling when we’ve literally had many pizzas from you that are NOT burned?? How can you expect to run a restaurant like this? If you had been courteous on the phone, apologised, I probably wouldn’t have minded given we’ve had many good experiences, but to be spoken to so rudely is ridiculous given that any person can see that these little meat discs are burned, not well cooked, burned. Save your money and go elsewhere, why waste money on mediocre pizza and shocking customer service?

Wrong food received, delivery driver tried unsuccessfully to convince me otherwise. Only one out of five items received and waiting to se if Just Eat will grant a refund. While the pizza was alright, it wasn’t much good in the absence of the rest of my order.

Both Pasta dishes cold on arrival, the chicken one quite watery not spicy, chips and chicken strips ok had heat in them garlic dip was not provided, cheese garlic bread cold also. Not usual standard for here

portions were pretty small in all honesty and pasta was in a sealed plastic box for anyone concerned about plastics. - nothing special, pasta was bland and lacking ingredients, very oily (pretty sure its not olive oil) aswell and was on the small side quantity wise, pizza was alright though.

Used to be amazing, has went down hill rapid. Last two times pizza has been the wrong order. Chips are either very good or awful! Quite often reheats I’m sure. Been going to here for years and it used to be the best in the southside but it’s a gamble nowadays tbh. Changing delivery to just eat hasn’t worked either, unless you get the English guy on the bike, he’s class. It’s a shame because it genuinely used to be great for pizza.

Pizza was missing from order then delivered (freezing cold) 40 mins after the rest of the ordered food. When I called them I was advised that the delivery driver forgot to lift the pizza that was lying on the counter!!

Orders arrived barley warm, cheese on chips wasn’t even melted properly and missed an item that cost £6. Not at all pleased with this order as this has happened before and they clearly take little to no care when preparing your order.

After over an hour I called to inquire. They told me there's no driver so they haven't cooked anything yet. Pizzas arrived another 20ish minutes later, one was cold but the other was nice. They added a complimentary bag of chips which would have been nice, if my entire order was intact and warm. Unfortunately our coke never came. Over all, the pizza is good quality, so would order again. If you guys are busy please just turn the app off. Also don't know what is going on with the drivers...

Ok so calamari is frozen stuff. My fault should have made sure it was fresh as hate the frozen rubber rings. Caesar salad..Iceberg lettuce tomato’s olives and a cheap battered chicken burger chopped!!! Wow, no croutons cheese and the correct lettuce. Disgusting. Pasta was like water cream seasoned with lots of black pepper. People who give this 5 star certainly must not eat Italians. Avoid

Ordered online. Pasta was pretty tasteless, wouldn't recommend. Pizza was acceptable, not amazing. But the cookie dessert was really nice, very similar to domino's cookies.

That’s horrible the risotto was over cooked the pasta was over cooked and had lumps of pasta stuck together , the pizza didn’t have enough cheese and arrived cold !!!

Sits somewhere between a greasy pizza that tickled those base urges, and a fancy one that you enjoy on an intellectual level, satisfying neither and leaving one feeling more empty than when you began. Staff are nice tho.

Order just arrived. So I ordered a caramel apple granny which I was so looking forward to and they sent chocolate cake! I don't like chocolate cake. The focaccia which I paid almost £5 for disintegrated as I lifted the slices out. It was burnt! So that's now in the bin. Gutted

Pizza arrived over an hour late and freezing cold. When I pointed out to the delivery guy that the Pizza was cold he smirked, shrugged his shoulders and walked away. On phoning the restaurant to complain we were promised a refund which has never appeared in my bank account.

Pizza cold and I paid for extra topping (sea-food mix). If what I got had extra topping then there must have very little topping in the first place.

Spent just over £30 on 2 pizzas and it came with toppings it wasn’t meant to I.e olives, so we had to pick them off. Presentation was fine and pizzas ok. Won’t rush to buy again
