Milano's Fast Food in Glasgow City

Wow I did not expect this from a fast food place… The pizza is so fresh and tasty very authentic. Chippy section is all cooked fresh. Can’t fault this place.

Fish is always cooked fresh and beautiful 👍🎉

Fabulous food and staff, great selection

Bought food from the chippy side, and pastas and pizzas from Italian side on a few occasions and everything is always absolutely vile. Always leave it a couple of months before ordering again incase they change the cook or food quality but definitely the last time I will get anything from here. Total waste of money.

Forgot a burger and tartar sauce. They never understand you what a joke I won't order from here again

UPDATE manager came round with full refund...Waited over an hour phoned shop chasing an UBER order twice, person hung up and told us they were busy unable to cancel order via UBER and they weren't willing to help....

Got a half chicken in batter wi chips. Excellent, better than Harry Ramsden! Loads of grub and tons of chips. Took 2 sittings to eat it all. Best chippy I've had for years and delivered in a decent amount of time. 5 stars guys and lassies.

ordered a wrap and ask for mayo and none was put on hardly just a wee bit and i waiting extra 20 mins for it to come and the wrap had hardly any chips on it the wrap and the kebab was burned aswell the service on the phone was terrible and he's telling me i couldn't get a refund when i said i would on just eat never ordering again also had a hair in it .

Love the place their pizzas and sarbenis are amazing 😁 plus the chippy chips are great too 😉

Deserves 0 stars the donner meat is the worse thing I've ever seen and tasted 3 of us have all had to put our food in bin and order from somewhere else what a waste of £35 staff don't have a clue what your saying when trying to talk to them terrible experience never again avoid at all costs

My 66 th birthday & my husband treated me to a take away last night ,( very seldom get one ) & after this one won't ever again ! I requested a large donner kebab ,yes it was large give them that ,,but disgusting 😞stay close by ,but was cold & the meat was brick hard ,like the soles of shoes ,the lot went in the bin 😡it's a disgrace serving rubbish like this ,times are hard & a takeaway should be a treat ,,never again 😞husband said it wasn't cut in front of him ,so that's probably why cold & hard 🤢

If I could give 0 stars I would. We ordered from here on Sunday night @7.20, then proceed to wait until 9.10 before food arrived. Told the driver (the owner) that I wanted a refund as 2 hours for food is an absolute joke. The owner then tells me that his driver died the day before, this show me that he has no care for his staff as he didn't even shut for one night. Wouldn't order Order from here ever again. I'm also still waiting for my refund.

Ordered a burger out that leven Valley at Drumchapel retail park, it was howling ive honestly had better rustlers burgers it was that bad. Tonight I ordered this below and it was phenomenal. Good old trusted milanos, I used to eat out here alot. Moved away from the area so kinda stopped using them. Even the chips n pizza were lovely and the delivery was quick which i was surprised about. Will defo order again although maybe through milanos own website as that just eat n uber are a rip off. 10/10

Came with black hairs all over it forgot 2 of my items and took 1 hour and 30 mins to come. Phoned them telling them about it and they guy says he’s bald n couldn’t be him (explain how there black pube lookin hairs all over my food then🤢) terrible customer service was nice even tho they gave me hairs in my food and they just ended the call on me. Spent £22.50 didn’t eat a thing.

Had some problems tonight with our order. The order must of got lost, we phoned up after an hour and a half. They managed to sort everything out and gave us the order for half price for our inconvenience. The food was great, as usual. Can’t ask for much more than that.

Have ordered from here regularly and always been more than happy to recommend. Ordered today and it was absolutely awful. Cold, greasy reheated chips and fritter. Ordered a King mixed Turkish and the hubby said the chicken was bone dry and lamb was greasy, for him to complain about food is a biggie. Will never order again, phoned and complained but no interest shown.

First time ordering , website easy to use , said delivery would be in an hour but was less than half an hour . Chicken pakora and vegetable pizza piping hot . maybe best chicken Pakora I’ve had as a takeaway& massive portion Pizza base was perfect & loads of cheese and topping . Now my favourite takeaway

Was great but gone down hill severely. Never had an issue, but delivery times longer and longer. Terrible customer service when you phone to find out where your order is "It's just leaving the shop" "The drivers on his way" And the worst of all.... "its been really busy. Dont accept orders and commit to a delivery time if you can't actually fulfil it. It's a shame. I really liked this place. But the last 4 orders have been a nightmare. Time to move on.

LOVE this place, the fish is so good, tastes so fresh and it’s such a good price as well. They also do fried Mars bars, pizza, shakes as well :) below is a mini fish supper. You get a lot in it and it’s such a good price and they give you a dip as well which tastes so good. You never really need to wait long either.

So, where do I start, the staff are lovely I can't fault them or they're customer service and they are great to work with, but the owner doesn't pay the delivery drivers they're full delivery charge, just eat orders are £2.50 and he takes 50p from the driver because the owner has commission to pay, I done a shift for him and to my surprise this is what he hits me with at the end of the night, I think it's absolutely disgusting that someone can take another person's hard earned money away from them. This is not fair to the drivers to deduct money from they're wage at the end of the night, just so he is not out of pocket. When I confronted him about it, his words at the end were "if you don't like it" Shocking

My best friend ordered her meal only for it to be declined!!! The reason for this was the night before and suffering from a common cold she decided to protect the driver and put the money through the letter box and asked for the food to be left on the doorstep. Many food companies are offering this service due to this pandemic the world is currently suffering from. Tonight she was told they weren’t delivering to her address as the drivers were scared. I called to place an order and was told apparently someone had corona in my block. This is complete lies and scare mongering at its finest. While so many decent companies are going above and beyond for their customers and people affected this company is selfish.

Delivered food to wrong Street on a Sat night ..Neighbours kid took delivery then asked next door if it was for them soo they took delivery in no idea why .. Phoned Milanos back several times they asked if we had small Children and an Alsatian dog ??? Driver went and retrieved order from 2nd house that it's been too and took back to shop and reheated order then delivered to correct address.. Do not order anything from this farce of a shop ordered food for 5.30 and ended up getting reheated order stinking of Cigarettes at 7.45 .

I ordered a delivery from Milanos on Just Eat the other day. It arrived early and the driver was polite and friendly.Scampi and Chips were excellent- very well cooked, still hot and a good sized portion. I also had a Deep Fried Mars bar which was disgustingly good too!Let down though was that they forgot the milkshake I'd ordered- I wasn't too bothered as I'd only ordered it to make up the minimum amount, but still not great not getting what you pay for!Based on the food though, much better than your average takeaway, and I'd use them again.

Eat out of here often however tonight it was all cold 2 pizzas and a portion of chips, we waited ages for it to come which I u understand as it's Easter Sunday thought they would be busy. Never received the bottle of juice we ordered and when we phoned to complain manager swore at my husband and said we were just after free food I will never eat here again

Excellent food and staff friendly, fast delivery and would definitely recommend too anyone.

I would normally rate this a 5 star as the good is normally great. However I'd be putting it as a 4.5 today as the place they sourced their macaroni from for today had an unpleasant aftertaste and we could only eat 2 mouthfuls.

Food was off and service was very bad.my fish tasted sour and chips were near black also ordered a roll which was mouldy!.i saw ants in the ice cream fridge!!! Avoid at all costs!!!!!

Me fue presentado recientemente a Milanos por un colega y uno de mis quejas únicas en la vida es que me ha llevado una edad de encontrar este lugar!Es sencillamente el mejor kebabs de pollo que he probado en mi vida. El pollo estaba cocinado a la perfección absoluta y el breab era para morirse. Amplia porción de ensalada proporciona también y tanto salsa mayonesa y ajo tomate picante acompañados del plato.Este descubrimiento ha cambiado mi vida y ya estoy deseando otra,También me dieron un jamón y piña pizza y la base estaba recién hecho y cuesta una fracción de lo que sería en Papa Johns o Domino's. No cabe duda de que ordenar comida desde aquí de nuevo.
