Domino's Pizza Glasgow - Darnley in Glasgow City

Very busy place, food is freshly prepared.

Ordered well in advance for collection. Arrived on time. Saw my name on the screen which said my pizzas were ready. Lady looked miserable and said “you will wait 15 minutes more”. I was pretty shocked. Then they said the printer wasn’t working for the labels and can’t give me my pizza until fixed. Overheard some guys in the back saying the pizza wasn’t ready. But I could clearly see pizzas on the heating rack. Turns out my pizzas were ready. They sat on the heating rack for another five minutes. Not exactly fresh. When I got home the margarita tasted like fish. They were extremely stingy with the toppings with hardly any cheese or tomato and a very broad crust. Staff are disorganised and miserable. Not an enjoyable experience at all.

Would give zero, terrible service. Will not return.

Was cold when driver eventually got to my house, not very happy.

Ordered a two for Tuesdays, one Texas BBQ and one Margarita. £23.99. Got home and I was given 2 Texas BBQs which isn’t ideal because my wife is a vegetarian. Phoned to complain and was told I’ll be given a 50% refund. This still has not happened and now Domino’s Darnley are cutting me off when I try to call them. Personal visit will be made tomorrow but this review is justified and can be submitted now.

The staffs dosnt answer the phone from 10 o’clock they lazy and can’t be asked to serve customers they don’t take any orders online or through the phone

Food is tasty. But people in the shop dobt look too happy. And prices are not that low anymore. Only reason for 3 stars becouse of prices.

Says it’s open till 12am but tried too place an order at 11:25 and was told they are closed if that’s the case then change your opening hour times before wasting customers time traveling too the store.

I'm violeta neacsu, I placed an order for two pizzas this evening, considering the fact that the courier did not call me to tell me that it had arrived, in the conditions in which that is why I am being asked for my number, in order to be called in case the address it's not good or for any other reason, I had to go to the streets to look for my order, the person who picked up my order specified that it wasn't her, and despite all that, the courier left it there, part two it's that I got a small, small, very small pizza, it seems unacceptable to me, you ruined all my good presentation, I paid £44 for something non-existent.

Would give zero if possible. Handed wrong pizza. When got home was told to bring it back so they can give it back out to correct customer. Told its my fault for having a similar name to other customer(totally different name btw). Awful attitude and customer service. Worried for the hygiene only food if they are ok redistributing food which has been in the home of someone.

Today 27 December 2022 around 1:15 pm, I have ordered a pizza from Darnly Dominos for collection. When I get home and open the pizza. Firstly they have burned it. Secondly, the bake label with it. Honestly, they don't worth even one star. I would give zero star for them if it was possible. I don't know if someone taking care of the hygiene quality of this place. It has really poor condition.

Question... how many Domino's staff members does it take to carry out a 'Quality check' ? Answer... apparently every single one of their UK workforce going by the time it took to 'Quality check' my order of 2 small pizzas and 2 Chicken Stipper combos. I use the tracker app and saw it run through the stages 'Order', 'Prep', Baking' pretty much on target then...... it got to 'Quality Check' and seemed to stick there for a while so I left the app and sent some messages to friends and family, went back to the app and it was still at 'Quality Check', I then (to pass the time) played some games on my phone before checking in again and finding..... ohh wow, it's still at 'Quality Check' 🙄 Now I don't know about you but when I think of the time taken between the pizza leaving the oven all hot and fresh and the time taken over the 'Quality Check' before my food is brought to my door, I start to think..... my pizza must be cooling down a lot and.... it certainly won't be as fresh as it was when it came out of the oven and guess what.... I was absolutely right to think that because when the pizza arrived, the first slice was positively tepid, the second slice was cold, by the third slice, I had to put on my winter hat, scarf and gloves to pick it up and by slice number four I swear I saw Torvill and Dean ice dancing the 'Bolero' on top of my pizza. And another thing...... I fancied some mushrooms on my pizza so I paid the £1.70 for the extra topping and when it arrived, I had to get the people who run the Hubble Telescope to zoom in and detect the 10 little specks of mushroom which (if glued together) would certainly not make up even one baby button mushroom. So in summary, I paid £41.99p (and that's the discount/deal price) for two small pizzas (one with essence of mushroom) and two chicken stripper combos. The end (of our long and beautiful relationship Domino's)

What can I say? Two for Tuesday and everyone was happy. Personally I like their pizzas and never had any issue. Also they have quick service.

If I could give less I would. Order took over 2 hours to come. Several calls to shop ignored, finally got through, was put on hold for 5 minutes then call was disconnected. Only wanted to find out if my food was coming!

I ordered second time but disappointed both the times first time I put request for delivery time and they dliver before requested time and this time they deliver very low standard I never seen dominos pizza like that it was cold tasteless and dough was very thick I will say don’t waste your money to order from here

Got to say I was so disappointed with my pizza was tasteless, hardly any veg for a veggie pizza also sons pizza burnt in the middle,doughballs had hardly any cheese also cookies tasted stale . Wee get pizza and all the rest quite often from here but got to say this was the worst wee have ever got from domino's so disappointed and binned the lot waste of money Usually love domino's but if this is the service they are putting out think I might have to go elsewhere Come on domino's get yer act together or you will lose my business

Food was great, service was OK although my food was on the pass for quite a while approximately 5 minutes with staff all standing about chatting instead of handing it over. The temperature of the food and quality of the food was not affected by the fact it sat on the pass.

Ordered some Gluten Free pizzas for delivery and they arrive cold and overcooked. It's premade dough, so you will be better off buying the Tesco ones.

My pizza has been sent to the wrong address at least twice, usually each time they do get the right address there's always something missing from my order or I receive the wrong pizza and when I call to let them know they've never offered any compensation for these constant mess ups. Only a blunt offer for a refund.Just today I again received my order with missing items, I called up and explained on the phone that this is a regular occurrence and the worker hung up on me, I was not being rude, only hoping this could be amended in some way other than having to request a refund for missing items every time I order from them. Very rude and unprofessional. I'm disappointed as I do enjoy the food here.

Asked for pepperoni pizza x2 on tuesday get one free whent pay tried charge 20 pound and it was only 9.99 started making wrong pizza so had wait another 20 mins come on dominos get your act together sit in car for 20 mins plus 10 already waited yous have got it wrong again this not first time messed up order !!!

Love domino's pizza but collected an order last week and it was the worst pizza I have ever had , it was very dry , hardly any sauce or toppings , very disappointed, maybe they need to look at the staff training or this place will go down hill rapidly, I'll be going else where next time .

Pizza was amazing as usual, what I would like to comment on is the customer service in Darnley. I ordered 2 pizzas on line and when app said they were ready my partner went into the shop to collect them. There had been a mix up with the order and they had to start again. They gave us the two pizzas free along with a cheese and tomato that had been made in error.

Pizzas are ok my son loves them but what about delivery charge go pick pizza up then it's £ 8.99 get it delivered it's a shocking £18.99 ten pound delivery charge I only live 3 miles away get your act together dominos nearly 20 pound get a pizza !!!!!

Ok so when I walked in they were talking to two women who the seemed like the were all palls with and ignored me for 5 mins. I ordered a personal pizza and cokkies the pizza did not come with the dip as they must have forgoten, pizza was also pretty bad half of the crust was missing.Its like the guy making it relized halfway threw that he forgot the crust. if u want dominoes just drive a extra 5mins AND GO TO THE ONE IN GIFFNOCK better service better quality better staff.

Just walked in to uplift . One of the staff was in a converataion with the driver . Despite seeing me waiting to be served ,ignored me and continued the conversation . One of his colleagues making the pizzas observed this and asked the guys to serve me . He was ignored. He had to stop making a pizza to serve me. Seems only one guy keeping an eye on customer service

Superb Pizzas and they always have great deals !!! Their Mushroom and Sweetcorn is the best ever !! Delivery is always quick !!!

Hit and miss with this place. First few orders were above average however the last 2 orders have resulted in the wrong orders being sent. Both orders were resolved satisfactorily however I was left disappointed with the quality of pizza. They seem to be scrimping with the toppings. One of the pizzas had about 5 olives at best. I can't see myself ordering from this place again.

Anytime we order from here it's like they let a 2 year old cut the pizza. We can spend nearly £100 a week at that shop! We order pizza tonight for delivery before it closes waited 50 mins as the app said it's on it's way, call the shop and all you get is a bunch of useless staff! The staff didn't get my order correct and explain the meal deal they had available.

We order from this branch regularly, both in person and on-line and have rarely had any problems. Ordering on-line is simple and when requesting a delivery time it has always been met, even on very busy Saturday nights. The food, both pizzas and sides retains its heat and all delivery drivers have been polite and attentive. For me the choice of pizza toppings and dips is superior to any other local options and while prices may not be the cheapest without vouchers there are always vouchers on line that allow buying from Dominos to be a very costly family option without breaking the bank.

Good without being exceptional. Staff were friendly enough and if you do on the right night the vouchers from there menus can save you a couple of quid or more.

I ordered a Americano pizza with the hot dog crust.The pizza arrived with about 40 minutes of ordering. The pizza was hot and fresh and tasted amazing. If your ever around this area this is the best one I think around Glasgow.

Ordered 2 for 1 this evening. One Pizza was as ordered the other one had half right and half so wrong with ground beef and mushrooms instead of pork meatballs and herbs. Son called up to complain and a new pizza was delivered (our temporary address is collection only). Unfortunately they duplicated the as ordered pizza but son didn't check at the door. Gave up and just ate it but as he rarely eats pizza now he was so disappointed. Have been told to order from Giffnock our old pizza shop next time.

One of my sons can't see past Dominos. He only gets a Dominos as a treat once or twice a month, however when he does, there's nothing left other than a crust or two. Quick delivery, good deals and great pizzas

Went here when passing the other day and once again pizzas were excellent. Got an offer and was decent value as I feel the standard prices can be relatively expensive with the large Americano pizza I ordered being over £16. Service was friendly enough and pizza was ready quickly
