Domino's Pizza in Glasgow City

This was a joke! I waited over an hour and a half for the food I called them… to see where the food was the guy on the phone said it’s coming I waited. I called them again! They said the food came back to the store… I said so what are you doing now… he said “I’m not doing anything.. nobody has time to stay up all night to deliver you” like what?!? I asked him was he serious..? If they would have delivered it in 30 minutes not 2 hours they wouldn’t be up all night delivering the food… this was a complete joke! Whoever that guy is should not be working there.. yeah I shouted… after having waited over 2 hours… and being told “no one is going to stay up all night to deliver you” completely ridiculous!

I waited two hours for the order… I called after waiting over an hour and a half, the guy said the food was on its way. I waited… I called again.. the guy said the food came back to the store. I said so what are you doing now with the food? He said I’m not doing anything… nobody has time to be up all night to deliver to you… ! Whoever that guy is needs to not work here… that was ridiculous

Great store, I order frequently and always very helpful.

They forgot to put the sauce between the bases on my double decadence, it was just two dry bases sandwiched together.

These guys delivered 50 hot pizzas to us at 9pm on a Saturday night. A phenomenal effort, and not one box left untouched. Champion effort, thanks to everyone who made it happen!

Joins the list of Dominos who put less than half a spoon of cheese sauce on a double decadence, deliver a bone-dry pizza, and charge you for the pleasure. They also don't put extra cheese on despite charging you for it.

I live alone and not a big eater went to place order for small pizza and garlic dip it was coming to 9.79 excluding delivery Then a message came up I was 8.20 away from enabling delivery absolutely shocking shouldn't need to spend that amount of money to get a delivery.

Another great meal from our local Domino’s. Ordered by my wife and prepared / ready for me to pick-up just 13 minutes later. The food was spot on, correct and handed over the counter with a smile. The employee was obviously aware of the torrential rain outside and kindly wrapped a black bag around the boxes! Very satisfied customer!

Run by a bunch of clowns waited 20 mins for a pizza, went in and asked how long 2 mins just coming out, go back 5 mins later to be told they had given my pizza to a driver.. how that happened in a 5 min period who knows. Shocking service with staff who just looked lost.

The food was mouthwatering and the service was awesome.

Couldn't be bothered going out tonight so got a DOMINOS. Pepperoni passion(tm) (thin base) , the Mrs had everything on hers basically, Chicken Strippers(c) and Hot Wings. "FRANKS" Hot Pepper Sauce is fierce and compliments the wings perfectly. Extra BBQ. Spot on as always...

AVOID!! Used to like this place but it's gone downhill. Delivery times are much longer, took 30 minutes for my food to arrive after being dispatched (I don't live far), driver dropped the dip and it burst all over my close so I had to mop it, he did apologise, he said there was a mix up and part of my order was missing so he had to go back for it plus another dip, pizza was already cold by the time it arrived then got colder waiting for a dip to be delivered, the chicken strippers which were missing from the order were cold when they arrived, past few times I've ordered the food has been cold or had issues like requesting extra toppings and not getting them, requested extra meatballs and got less than even the standard amount, food ended up in the bin as it was just freezing and inedible, waste of money and let's face it dominos ain't cheap, expected better!

I would say never order from this place as you can see from the previous reviews, staffs are pathetic using swear words and brings cold food for you waiting 1 hour and 2 mins after you order and 35 mins on the street saying out for delivery. The food is cold and the staff will swear at you. They shouldn’t take orders if they cannot handle. It’s pathetic…

Ordered for 40+ pizzas for a work event. On a busy Saturday evening during peak hours, the staff had all the food ready in time in what can only be described as an incredibly efficient operation. The managers and staff were so friendly and generous throughout the entire experience. Wish I could give more stars.

WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD ORDERING FOOD. I phoned them to make an order for 4 people, 2 of which have allergies( gluten and milk intolerance). As I have a milk Allergy, I usually order the meteor with the vegan base and cheese. But the app doesn’t allow that so I usually phone up and ask the dominoes what is the best way to put this order through on the app. When I phoned, I enquired about my allergy and the guy on the phone couldn’t be bothered to listen so he told me to just put my order through on the app then phone back. So I put my pizza through as vegan margarita. When I phoned back, the guy told me that he couldn’t put the meteor toppings on the vegan pizza as “ it would cost more” even though I’ve had other branches do this no bother. So I was told to cancel the order and just put the full order through again, but this time as a normal meteor instead of a vegan margarita . I tried to phone back several times to ensure it was done correctly. Once they picked up, I enquired about the pizza and he said” I’ll be with you in 2 seconds” before putting me on hold for five minutes then hanging up, I tried ringing back 3 or 4 times and got no answer. When the pizzas finally arrived, all pizzas were correct apart from the one pizza that was enquired about( the meteor). I received a vegan garlic and herb pizza( which was also under cooked as the cheese had barely melted). Not only did I not get the pizza I wanted after all that hassle, they gave me arguably the worst pizza on the menu and under cooked it. It was definitely out of spite and I felt discriminated against as other branches have no issue with this order

Placed an order and they then phoned up claiming they don't have delivery drivers. Dont waste your time with this place

Order a delivery and waited for 90 minutes only to see on the pizza tracker that is was delivered, but we never received anything! Now no one answers the phone and no way of contacting them. This company is a joke!

Good craic on a Saturday night and the best toppings of all the Domino's in Glesga!

Dominos app has good deals at random times. One of those times I got a large pizza for like £7. Having worked at Domino's myself for over 5 years, I can confidently say that the pizza I received from this shop was fantastic. The dough was slapped perfectly, it was really tasty.

Ordered food at 11:45pm paid card over the phone (£41) Food never arrived and no phone call from them, stayed awake waiting for it till 3am. Ruined me and the missus’ Saturday for our holiday. Can’t get through to them to even get a refund either.

Live nearby so collect, always hot and fresh delicious pizza with good deals, staff are great.

Only one pizza arrives after ordering two. Delivery driver very apologetic and advised he will deliver the other asap. Waited 20 mins and decided to call store. Advised short on drivers, 2nd pizza not coming… refund of 20 given. Enjoy your evening… lol. Seriously. At no time did anyone think it was a good idea to call and advise. Ridiculously shoddy service! Not what’s expected , so complaint raised with head office. Hate poor customer service!!

Have ordered from here many times and all well. We placed an order on Saturday evening, everything arrived as expected but one of the pizzas had a long black hair in it which wasn’t noticed until another couple of pieces had been eaten. The rest went straight in the bin. Won’t be ordering from here again.

Firstly can i say for phoning so late in the day Nathan managed to put through our order for no hassle at all, not only did he help us out to the car with them he then also done us a massive favour when we where in a bit of a crisis (160 hungry students wanting more pizza) Everyone was really friendly and willing to help when we went in but Nathan went very much above the point of duty and we cannot thank you enough! Also thank you for the extra dips when we can back in for the other pizzas! you honestly made the students night!

Thanks for saving our life with all the bars and restaurants closed. Had travelled to Glasgow for a concert that obviously had to be cancelled.. Getting pizza to our hotel made our night away from the kids still feel like a treat ☺️

I tried to order with my sister and and take an offer for a large pizza. The system failed, we run out of time. I called the restaurant twice. Staff very unhelpful. They can't do nothing. No service, we are very unsatisfied·

We tried contact with them several times to solve a problem that we had when we were trying to order, and when they finally answered the phone they weren't helpful at all, basically the woman that answered the phone just said to us "I can't do nothing for you". Really disappointing.

We took it back to our apartment and by the time we got back it was still roasting!!! Although on half the pizza we ordered sweet corn and opened it to find none... but overall great service and fantastic tasting food

Pizza arrived quickly. Delivery driver was friendly. Pizza was made wrong, ordered half and half but 1 half was missing the chorizo and veg.

Still a great pizza but starting to skimp on the toppings .The missing 2 stars are for the lack of toppings.

The pizzas are OK but they always put far too much of that fake tomato sauce on the base (even when you tell them not to) and they never put enough cheese on so you have to order extra cheese if you want it to be like a normal pizza. Not great, not terrible but edible in a late night crisis.

Ordered a few pizzas this evening, when they arrived everything was satisfactory bar one pizza which had no topping on 3/4 of it , appeared to have been dropped at some point. Phoned up and spoke to a man named Nathan, who was no help at all and apparently couldn’t care less about customer satisfaction, I was told by Nathan that he couldn’t do anything about it & would give me a free order next time. Before even getting a chance to reply I was hung up on. 30 minutes on I still havnt recieved any evidence of this “free order” I phoned up 40 minutes before closing time and live not far away so I find it pretty poor they didn’t even offer to fix it. Pizza went straight into the bin as there was nothing on it. Extremely disappointed and will be very hesitant to return again in the future.

I’ve given up on Dominos - last time I ordered the pizza was only lukewarm when I got it but I also got a call from the delivery driver saying he couldn’t bring the pizza to my door because I live in a flat (1st floor!!!). So I had to go down to the street to pick it it!! No other delivery service has ever expected this and it’s the first time Dominos have - I will never order from them again - pizza as expensive as theirs should be perfect every time and a home delivery should be brought to your door!!!

The pizzas in here are fine. It's a dominos, they're all the same. If you go in to get a pizza for collection then you'll run into problems. There's about 14 members of staff on, the place is empty, yet I waited for a good 25 mins for one small pizza. They all look at each other deeply confused and unsure what their next move should be. Ridiculous

The customer service food and speed is usually excellent best I've seen But If you order online you'll find 1. they almost everytime leave out parts of your order and you need to wait further time for those to be delievred before yourself your family and friends can relax and enjoy the meal I would rather they check and make sure all the order is there before they come out for delivery I wouldn't mind waiting a little longer for them to check before they deliver that everything is there saves them the second trip and us the second half hour to wait The food is usually excellent and tasty but it can be very very oily at times Customer service is usually very friendly and helpful esp the delivery service Although not only with the missing items on the list The last time I've ordered with them They didn't just miss out a few items they missed out half my order and they promised me a half refund which I didn't receive called again and the lady manager said she'll send me another refund for all the items missing which was all my sides and the good that comes with the meal deal too more than half of the order 6 days gone now waiting on a refund and nothing no refund at all came through my account I will be calling up until I get my refund but I dont think i can trust them anymore so I don't think I feel comfortable going back to them I've been a very loyal customer and if I had received my items or my refund I would feel very different but it's been a week and nothing has been resolved They can't rob you and expect to be classed as a trustworthy service

Chicken feast pizza turned up for my partner who'd just gotten off a 15 hour shift. Had 5 bits of chicken on it and a few tiny bits of mushroom... not happy. 16 quid for that? Ridiculous!

Had chicken strips and chicken feast pizza with red onion and mixed peppers. Pizzas are always tasty from here and delivered hot. Service is always very prompt !

Today, my boss and I sat out sat out in the sun and shared a pizza. I ordered half and half. Jalapeños all over. Sadly only jalapeños on one half. And not even my half. The pizza wasn't greasy and was fresh. The staff taking my order were pleasant and the pizza was made in time. Price was more reasonable due to a lunchtime deal. I was not offered any drinks so bought cheaper ones in co-op. I will probably be back but please don't forget those jalapeños. Also: My boss says to say the base was uneven. It was.

They serve pizza here, it's pretty much all they do well and my ex and I both love pizza. In fact we both put on a good couple of stone mainly eating pizza and much of it came from here. I broke up with her, she kept on stealing my pizza! I know, my bad... She doesn't eat pizza anymore. She eats salad or something. But me? Well, another stone later and these 13.5" pepperoni babies are still constituting my daily calorific intake. I just keep coming back for more... They put something in them, they must! sighh. The ex? She went on to lose the cheese induced bulge and took great pleasure in rubbing it in :'-(

I enjoy the experience of ordering the pizzas here. They keep sending me deals/offers and I make sure I make the most out of them. A pizza is on its way while I write this review...am I biased with hunger? Who cares?...I await patiently while my stomach growls...
