Chellos in Glasgow City

The workers wash there feet in the sink they do not wash counters they do not wear gloves when handling food they are always cheeky to members of public ive reported this shop to glasgow city council on several occasions due to there food and hygiene withing this food premise

had to wait almost two hours for cold food

Food was so cold looks like it was made two days ago Don’t recommend it at all

So I placed my order just after 10 it's saying it's been delivered at 11:21 wrong juice !

Ordered a cheeseburger, it didn’t tell me there was sauce on the burger. As it didn’t give me options to take off certain things off.

Delivery came two hours fifteen minutes after being ordered. Called the shop twice & told it would be 5 minutes. Food arrived cold & not as good as other places I've ordered from before. Two wee kids waiting for pizza for over two hours isn't fun! I'll stick to what I know from now on.

CHELLOS are late every time we use them. And are getting later each time.

Used to have the best donner kebab meat ever but unfortunately they've changed it for a cheaper one don't go anymore. Very disappointing 😞

Ordered for the first time tonight. Me and my fiancée ALWAYS get bad deliveries but this food was AMAZING ! The food was exactly what we wanted no mistakes the food was hot when it got to us and didn’t take long at all !! WOULD REALLY RECOMMEND🙂

Curries amazing but nan bread too thin making it tough! Lovely pakora and chicken samosas are a game changer.

Breakfast was absolutely shocking for the price barley anything on plate, never again. 1 star rating from me, can get a better breakfast at a burger van on the street

font know if it was time of the year, but the pizza ordered was with 3 topping, it came with one, also got munchies box for family that was very disappointing too, it was like warm, dried out couldn't eat most of it, all of it was just a waste of money, not be ordering from there again

Chips n curry sauce - not good. Kebab ok

Sadly mixed tikka kebab seemed to have lost most of the contents and received a poor quality kebab. No separate sauce for both kebabs . Yes pretty dismal and delivery times not worth the wait now. Standards have slipped badly.

Food is nice and delivered on time. Can’t fault that! Food not always exactly as menu states. No spiced onions in calzone or salad. and no garlic bread issued with deal. Portion of chips issued instead of garlic bread. I’d call through for delivery in future and check order.

Too much colouring in the food both in the dry and soggy batter chicken pakora and in the chicken jalfrezi, arrived tepid and salad was stale. A terrible main dish, chicken was dry with huge pieces and the curry was with chunky onions and went straight to the bin. Asked for spicy and desi style which obviously the cook should know how to cook it. Very disappointed

My chips cheese and donner was half filled and cold, this is unacceptable and I was very disappointed after waiting almost an hour for it!

Large donner COLD, 2 c cirries COLD, naan COLD, but my chips were hot. Too much precooking and food sitting waiting for delivery driver to deliver. Had to reheat my food. Can't reheat a kebab with salad, so most of that was put in bin.

Chicken Donna was rank garlic sauce like puddle water

Worst food tasted like last nights reheated food was hard very dry and barely edible so went in the bin will never buy from here again

food was raw and refused to refund for this when i said don’t want replacement said they were too busy to bring a refund back even though i said fone your driver he has just left get him bring it back so only way to get this is if i go down to the shop due to them being busy

Avoid them!!!! Sent out raw chicken refused to do anything about it denied it and told me will sort it out next time!!! Gonna need to go up and get a refund

10/10 chicken kebab was amazing

Not enough salad on the kebab but other than that it was lovely

Meal deal was awesome and plenty to fill you up

The chicken biryani with bhuna sauce is absolutely delicious 10/10 my children had some and really enjoyed it also which says something as my children are fussy and don't normally try new things but the multi coloured rice peaked their interest so thank you was great seeing my kids enjoy it ☺️☺️

I appreciate 45 minutes late isn’t excessive, but when it was actually ordered an hour and a quarter before the requested delivery time; this is poor at best.

Food was pretty awful tbh. Chicken tikka kebab wasn’t coooed very well and tasted awful. Chips and cheese were over cooked and inedible

Usually very pleased with the delivery but today the food took a very long time and was cold on arrival. So even though we were all very hungry by the time it arrived, we had to wait until it had been sufficiently reheated.

1st time i orderd, wasnt that great and decided try again, this time it was worse, chicken smelled funny, kebab meat yuk. Wont be ordering again from hear.

Chilli burger which l always get was a miserable topping, miserable cheese, jalepino and salad and sauce, my spicy chicken.puzza was overdone and again very miserable toppings l requested extra cheese which was not there, all in all miserable food o ercooked, l was going to request a refund but as l go regularly l will put it down to a new member of staff.maybe who needs more training. Please do not be miserable with my food as l will go elsewhere in future.

Horrific, This is the 3rd time I have had terrible food from this restaurant the 1st & 2nd time I let it go but I won't a 3rd time. Used to love this place but this will be my last, I'm really annoyed as I have guest over and now we need to go out for food after a long day at work. Absolutely horrible!

Absolutely shocking. Order from here all the time but this one time it seems to be an issue with not having our order delivered at all and no one answering the phone.

Shocking service tried to call restaurant a few times to find out what was going on couldn’t get through to be told off the delivery driver the phone wasn’t working. Food was freezing as well.
