Chellos in Glasgow City

Ordered from here other night was the only meal I had that day got 5 chicken wings delivered and have had terrible food poisoning last two days

Used to have the best donner kebab meat ever but unfortunately they've changed it for a cheaper one don't go anymore. Very disappointing 😞

Ordered for the first time tonight. Me and my fiancée ALWAYS get bad deliveries but this food was AMAZING ! The food was exactly what we wanted no mistakes the food was hot when it got to us and didn’t take long at all !! WOULD REALLY RECOMMEND🙂

Breakfast was absolutely shocking for the price barley anything on plate, never again. 1 star rating from me, can get a better breakfast at a burger van on the street

food was raw and refused to refund for this when i said don’t want replacement said they were too busy to bring a refund back even though i said fone your driver he has just left get him bring it back so only way to get this is if i go down to the shop due to them being busy

Just phoned order in to collect got told 15 minutes so arrived 15 minutes later and burger still hadn't been put on grill so he then decides to throw it in the deep fat fryer for quickness telling me the only other customer in the shop phoned in before me this place used to b good but has went right downhill as far as I'm concerned would not recommend

Not good at all, and hygiene definitely not a priority as is shown after their last inspection from the council (improvement required) wish i would have read before ordering, complaint submitted to the Councils hygiene department.

Charged a disabled woman 16.60 for a kebab wrap and chips when complaint was made the manager said hed tell everybody she was drunk and refused to give his name. Receipts and recordings of conversation were kept as proof!!! DISCUSTING.. food was rotten and undercooked and looked mouldy

Customer service is shocking got food delivered without sauce,, phoned shop and was told sorry we’re closed we’ll send you sauce the next time,, £13 and £2 driver tip for an incomplete order and they weren’t interested in rectifying it

Food is horrible. You will end up having food poisoning.

Walked passed this shop again a few hours after buying my son chips from here, was greeted by the sight of the man who served me washing his feet in the sinks. I therefore got up close and sneakily took a photo of this devious act. The shop was close to closing time and they thought nobody would see them doing this. Magic grills was much better and fresher. 1/10 wont be coming back.

Great place for the chicken kebab on the spit, priced reasonable 10/10

It's okay for pizza if you don't have option for Domino's

Awful place used to be good went way down hill I ordered large supreme kebab sauce salad separate when it arrived it was caked in sauce and salad and couldn't see any cheese I ate small bit of Donner but it was disgusting then I checked under meat and saw the cheese it looked filthy all stuck together in one big clump like a big bit of rubber also ordered a cheese burger meal and asked for fried onion and salad no sauce on burger well the chips looked uncooked the burger was covered in sauce with raw onion soggy bun and no cheese when I phoned to let them know they said they would do nothing about it and hung up phone I will never order from here again never had a worse takeaway waste of my money

Fresh food and friendly service

Ordered from them through deliveroo, 2 hours later asked them for a refund as the restaurant could not be reached and the food wasnt delivered. The next day deliveroo tells me that restaurant insists on delivering the food and wouls not refund, i called the restaurant for them to straight up addmiting leaving the food at a random place as they couldnt find the adress but still refused to refund, straight up a scam..

I ordered Chicken Donner kebab and it was terrible.. everything but a Donner. With chewy skin and a sauce ... definitely not a chicken donner . If you are honest with offers may actually keep customers

Oh there Turkish Pizza is absolutely amazing, it's a pizza with cheese, onions, tomatoes and Donner Kebab! It's incredibly tasty and just feels like reel comfort food, exactly what you want from a local kebab shop! I know some people are complaining about there hygiene but I've eaten from here several times and always found the food fresh and tasty. Not once has it ever made me ill, keep up the good work!

Poor service and chips can't even be made well, the basic thing. Took my order over phone and hung up abruptly. Also container he served food in had holes and looked burnt. First and last time.

I ordered more than an hour ago for a chips and donner, and still I'm waiting, the other guy doesn't know how to do customer service, rubbish at all, wont order again!

Chellos fue la primera vez que tuvimos una comida para llevar allí y mi novio la recogió y fue agradable que el kebab fuera del tamaño adecuado para mí, no habría logrado el grande y a mi novio le gustó la pokora y las porciones que das son geniales y Las patatas fritas fueron una excelente cena deliciosa y un pequeño cambio para nosotros, así como un gran servicio de entrega si eliges que te lo entreguen ocupado, pero amable, mi novio diría, pero se apresuraron a despegar. Definitivamente recomendaría a mi familia y amigos que prueben chellos. . . ¿Pulgares arriba para nosotros?

No face masks worn. Touching the foodstuffs with no gloves worn either. Really would have thought they would have that sort of basic hygiene levels when dealing with food in this day and age. Shame as this place used to be lovely years ago when I used to live locally to it. Big disappointment.

Tuesdays curry sause nerlyr poisoned me took back replaced meal .Thursday no chilli's on nachos no chilly sause on berger pure digrace

Great local fast food takeaway, delicious pizzas, burgers, kebabs and more. Cheap and quick with very friendly staff.

Some staff are OK I think they would rather just serve rather than chat with customers the food is good though and prices fair handy if you've had a night out and want a quick bite to eat b4 heading home 👌

Very nice and reasonable priced food. The shop is spotless. The shop is open until 12am week night's and 1am on a Friday & Saturday. Home deliveries are available too.

Ordered 2x 2l of irn bru and 2x can of irn bru and received 1 can and a 2l of Pepsi and was still charged the extra money , restaurant never answered when called

Wow amazing value for money! The meal for one is a new favourite opted for the chicken pakora for the extra £1.50 and ooft the portions were massive and food was so delicious xxxxx

Great delivery time food was roasting prob wouldn't get the chicken wings again was basically chatt still nice though. Hoggie was amazing!! Chicken was melt in ur mouth! Deffo order again! :-)

Food is priced just right and is really tasty.

Never again will i order from chellos , ordered 2 kids meals that was supposed 2 come with a childs drink and a lollypop , they sent cans of coke and no lollypops , my omelete was tasteless and i found 2 large pieces of egg shell in it and the chip were soggy and cold .

Food was poor, chips were soggy and curry was strange. Also, we ordered 2L of juice which we didn't receive, but they were happy enough to charge us. Not happy with the service, not as I remembered.

can't get orders right . Chatting on the phone and trying to serve you. The food is cheap for what you get I personally as a chef don't like the way they prepare food and think they should go resit there hygiene certificates would I recommend it ? No I try to avoid chellos

Absolutely shocking service!! This is the last time I will order from them. expected 10 min added to delivery time but then it as another 35 minutes after before it as delivered cold (even came in the heat carrier) This is not the first time their delivery has been wide of the mark, they also get the order wrong. Phoned the shop and was told it wouldn't happen again - I have been told this on the last 3 occasions :( When I explained this he hung up!! Would have given them no stars for delivery time & service but it won't let me :(

Dinner was 15mins over delivery time despite an extra 10 mins being added to original delivery time. When food did arrive it was freezing cold..don't usually have this kind off problem from here but tonight wasn't good..

We get calzone korma instead of chicken korma but once we called them they didnt hesistate to send us korma asap .. Great food, great service

There korma has wayyyy to much coconut in it but a guess that might just be me and others could like that but I got a nan bread and it had to go straight in the bin there was something all over it witch looked like oil so was so soggy yukk! The pakora was Ok wasn't a fan off the chicken though seemed slimy and I ordered coke and got Pepsi witch it hate!!! If I wanted Pepsi I would have asked for it over all a waste of 17 pound and I used to love this place not really sure now.

It's a joke!!! After two hours I finally got my orders. Pizza was cold and nachos was burned!!! What is even more silly I asked delivery guy why he didn't deliver my orders at first time he was here?? He told me that he didn't have parking space what was totally absurd because at first time he park at the opposite side of the road after 5 seconds he turned and drove off. Then he told me there wasn't any parking space?!? Really??? Second time he parked exactly at the same spot. All the time I was looking through the window. Then he told me that he parked at the end off the street walked to my close and nobody answer the buzzer!! Really?? I answered second time but not the first!!! I'm so disappointed with this take away and I definitely don't order from them again. One more thing the kids meal should contain lollipops but as usual we didn't get it but the driver had one in his mouth when he came. Good job!!!
