Pizza Rapido in Birmingham

Been coming here for years. Quality always on point. Some of the best pizza around the area. I’d recommend a rapido special and some curly fries with some thousand island sauce. You won’t regret it.

We ordered 2 xlarge pizzas. One chicken and one margarita plus 5 fries. The pizza was two saucy and cheese hard. Very chewy like rubber. And the dough especially the edges tasted like off dated flour, it had a unusual taste very stale taste. There was hardly any chicken on the chicken pizza too. The fries were very hard too. Most of the food got wasted and left. Basically wasted our hard earned money. Fix up Pizza Rapido. Its not acceptable. This is a review on behalf of 7 adults. Our party was spoilt by this food. Luckily we had other food to or woyldve went hungry.

Not only did they send out the wrong wings, but they also came slathered in sauce that I never asked for. When I called to address the issue, the guy on the phone was incredibly rude. Instead of being apologetic or helpful, he seemed annoyed that I was even calling. It’s frustrating enough to receive the wrong order, but to have such poor customer service on top of it makes it even worse. I won't be ordering from them again. Great food doesn’t make up for terrible service. Highly recommend looking elsewhere if you want a pleasant dining experience!

Amazing customer service, ordered 6 pizzas and they gave a massive deal. Called me when the food was ready to collect which made life so much easier, especially when you’ve got a big event on. They even brought the food to my car with me; as there was lots of food. Massive thanks to pizza rapido and the team

Just received a call from this telephone number pretending to be from 3 and offering me a discount on my contract. Clearly a scam, do not trust these people, who knows what they will do with card details

They are expensive and with bad behaviour. 👎 they are looters, not any difference for collection and delivery price .

Rapido Pizza has always provided a 10/10 service . The family enjoyed all the pizzas especially the Masala Fish and Chicken Tandoori Delight pizza . Thankyou so much for the great customer service.

Rapido sparkhill food is always hot they always give good service

The food was absolutely horrendous the pizza barely had any sauce on it and the cheese was like rubber. My family was looking forward to eat food and we where horrified of what they gave us. It made us feel sick and the customer service was even worse we complained about how the pizza tasted horrible and they argued that they don't have any complaints. I definitely don't recommend coming here and will never come back to order

We bought 4 pizzas and the quality was really bad, hardly any sauce on the pizza and the cheese was sickly tasting like rubber. Really bad customer service as when we complained they suggested that we don't know what Margherita pizza is and argued that they don't get any complaints! We returned the pizzas and they STILL didn't give us or money back or offer an exchange, shame on you Rapido pizza. Wouldn't recommend to anyone

Hardly much topping on the pizza . the dough was still doughy and very hard to chew. felt like a rush job was done in order to supply. No thought in providing quality in my option. Needs to improve. The fries were fine.

Pizza's are the best. Only slight negative is the delivery time which can be upto a couple of hours on busy weekend nights. But order in advance and it's worth the wait. Thanks.

Pricey compared to it's competitors HOWEVER 5 stars out of 5 for the Pizza. Considering what you pay for the Pizza, I find it slightly odd that you still charge people for dips and the fries you use could be better quality and bigger. For that, I have to bring it down to a 4 out 5 but if you want their Pizza quality rating it is 5 out of 5.

I always order from here,usually the food is nice and hot and fresh however this time it was cold and the garlic bread was so dry and wasn’t sent with the cheese on top such a shame ended up binning it waste of money !

We waited 2 hrs for the food to arrive, 30 mins later than expected delivery time. The pizza boxes had sunk in with the moist. By the time we received the food it was lukewarm. Rang the takeaway and the guy couldn’t wait to get me off the phone, first saying it’s not due yet and then telling me the driver had already left. Very poor customer service and quality. Fix up guys - we were your regulars!

Order 2 large pizzas from this place today, very poor quality hardly any toppings on them and the base was around 3 inches thick when told the man replied its deep pan, i dnt think they know what deep pan is, dnt waste your money hereit it is not worth it

Fries were cold and tasted like sponge. Pizzas were very good and tasty. I’ve waited so long for my order to be delivered, restaurant updated delivery time for 15 mins more. Anyway, I would order pizza from that place again. I recommend the pizza, I definitely do not recommend fries.

Probably never going to order from here again there food was nice before was my regular, don’t know whats happened now recently the foods been really disgusting. the fish burger was burnt and very dry ordered for my daughter she didn’t eat it the pizza tasted old with less toppings on it we ordered chicken strippers there were also burned and very dry tasted like food was old and was reheated
