Quick service as always I’ve used this restaurant plenty of times and this will definitely be the last due to the customer service received when I called this restaurant to inform them that they had missed out two parts of the order however delivery driver insisted that all the order was delivered the restaurant finally agreed to resend the wraps to which when they arrived the chicken was burnt to a crisp yet cold ? Absolutely ridiculous service atleast the wraps were as cold as the chips that were delivered 40 minutes earlier

Ordered my food and was ready to collect in about 15 mins great service

The chips weren't nice, and the naan just tasted weird, but the chicken wasn't too bad

Ordered food at 6.10 the app says it will arrive at 7.10 rang the restaurant at 8.45 and they said it was on its way did arrive until 8.10 delivery driver did apologies saying they were very busy if only the man on the phone had the same manors the food was ok the pizza was great according to the other half the chicken I had was good chips looked soggy and tasted gross but the rest of the food was ok

Ordered 2 diet cokes was sent 2 normal cokes, a mistake that happens frequently. With the response “I’m just a driver mate”. Good work! Other part of my order was a large pizza, honestly the greasiest pizza I have ever eaten, looks like it had a topping of oil it was literally leaking everywhere when eaten. Unfortunately won’t be reordering any time soon

The chicken kebabs were served in wraps and not naan bread as per the menu. It would have been nice to be told there were no naan breads before delivering the food! Also they always served “proper” chicken here which is why we pay a little extra and come here but the chicken meat (chicken flakes) now used are terrible and almost inedible. won’t be coming back unless things go back to how they were before. such a shame!

Dreadful. Food looked like it had been trodden on. They don’t answer the phone either when you need to ask where the food is! No apology was given for it being late nor was there any partial refund or free item.

Ordered food, they were saying it would take an hour to get to me which is fine untill theyvrang me 1hr 30 mins ofter i ordered saying they cant find my house and asked me to confirm my address so i did then got another phone call saying they cant find my house and that they will try with another driver who then found my house 30 mins later, who the said at the door my house wasnt very hard to find. In total i wated 2hr for my food which i think is verry unreasonable, they did include a free 1.5L bottle of tango and some chips. Would recommend for the food quality but dilivery was a joke

Ordered and said it would take 45 mins which I thought was about normal ordered at 17.30pm after 55 mins no food had arrived I rung and was told it was being sorted they were very busy and could I wait a further 15/20 mins after 30 mins the food arrived hot tasty and a free bottle of pop lovely food service ok need to work on delivery over a hour and half is bad when you have kids to feed

Aunque entiendo que el día de Año Nuevo está ocupado, esperamos 2 horas y media para una pizza y un kebab. Llamamos dos veces y nos dijeron diferentes razones para nuestra comida no llegar. Finalmente cuando llegó la comida estaba asquerosa. Frío grasiento y lo mejor de todo es un gran mechón de pelo encima de lo que se suponía que era la pizza. Estoy disgustado. Llamamos para quejarnos y nos dijeron que el gerente llamaría de nuevo. Todavía esperando. . . . . . . .

Food did not arrive when it specified, rang up 20 minutes after to ask where my food was and I was told it would be another 15 minutes with no apology. Food finally arrived but was a total of an hour late. When it arrived the garlic bread was barely cooked underneath so could only eat the outside of it. The chips just tasted old and were just about warm. Kebab was cold. After waiting so long, I placed the order at 5pm and didn’t get it until nearer 7:15pm, it was a massive disappointment. Hardly any food was eaten so was a total waste of money. Won’t be ordering from here again.

the worse takeaway I’ve ever ordered inedible had to be refunded. require a minimum of £15 for delivery . if you have nothing nice to say you shouldn’t say anything at all but I wouldn’t want someone else to make the same mistake I did

asked for plain burger delivered it with lettuce and pickles. when I phoned up to ask if they could send a new one they were really rude and hung up twice 👎🏻 wouldn’t recommend 🤢

Never again. Last time i ordered form here was bad. But thought i would give them another chance. Pizza was disgusting burger was horrid and chips where rank... seamed like they been cooked in really old oil and had a funny smell to them. Completely put us of the food. Had or order again from somewhere else. Only advantage is they delivered on time. Don't waste your money and find somewhere with quality food.

Regularly order from DFH and usually don't have any complaints however this time we've had a few issues. The order was 20 minutes later than expected resulting in a couple of items being not as hot as we would have liked. The combo burger ordered (jumbo burger with double cheese) some how lost the chicken kebab meat and all traces of salad yet came with bacon, there's not even a burger on the menu with that combination (burger,donner kebab meat,bacon and cheese) I don't eat bacon so that had to be taken off. The chicken strips were half their usual size and considerably spicier than usual although just about tolerable. This order has marred the otherwise perfect track record with previous meals from here.

My food never arrived order at half 10 was told it would arrive at 11:55. We wait till 12:20 no food or call to say it be late or on it’s way. Husband when to the shop to see where food was. To be than rudely spoken to and told that it had been delivered at 11:20, are sofa next to the front door and we have a dog that will let us know when someone here. So deliver wasn’t attempted very disappointed and want my money back. Hopefully just eat can sort this for me. Will not be using dordon house again

Well over an hour late, food was cold and soggy. Completely disappointed and fairly angry I haven't been able to eat my food and it has had to be thrown away.

I really enjoy there pizzas very nice and fresh only problem I had with this order was they got my chicken meat and chips wrong I had no sauce that I asked for and they have me donnor meat

normally we order from here and no problem. how ever this Friday ordered and wrong food was sent and extra charges added on we didn’t order, we rang to tell them some items was wrong and the women’s attitude was terrible, not good costumer service!!!! but delivery men both times was fast n polite! wouldn’t order again due to women’s customer service skills!!!

Showed as delivered when it wasn't. Is now half an hour after it's due and not heard anything about wether it's even coming. Won't use these again even if it's the best food I've ever had.

I often order from dordon house and have no problems however this time my wife had a kebab and the meat has bones in it and I ordered a pie and it was stone cold when it arrived I did try and contact the restraunt with no joy

WOW... orders my food from here, came ten minutes early, food was piping hot considering I live far way, salad for kebabs where fresh. Was better pizza than leading others and half the price.

marinated cubes of chicken = shredded chicken off a kebab not whole cubes of breast like I thought as the menu stated. requested no sauce, this means no sauce. so why did I have sauce on the salad? pizza really greasy. won’t be ordering again.

I rang 35 times to try and contact you to find out where my food was. The line was continually engaged. The just eat app is abysmal and is no help either. I gave up and ordered more food with someone else after 45 minutes had elapsed since the food was showing as delivered. Well over 45mins later the food turned up with no apology. Truly shocking.

Just ordered my first takeaway in 5 years from Dordon food house... kebab was exceptional and after 3 bites I realised they had treated me to the bonus of a hash brown!!and the 16 square pizza 🍕 was that hooooooge we’ve decided to sack the decorators off, and due to its symmetrical nature ..we have decided not to waste anymore money on tilers and decorators and to paste the remaining slices to the wall. Therefore, I am delighted that in the morning when I take a dump ...I can then nibble at the tiling and reminisce about that special pizza.. Plus the box doesn’t fit in my fridge🤣 Well done Dordon food house!!!! Our new favourite❣️

Mi compañero y yo pedimos 2 hamburguesas y algunas tiras de pollo, pedimos a los 17. 10 pm y la comida finalmente vino después de las 19. 00 pm el servicio de entrega fue a la dirección incorrecta y cuando llamé el teléfono se colgó en mi compañero. La carne de hamburguesa era de aspecto y sabor muy económicos, y para ser sincero, debería haberme cocinado solo: el pollo estaba muy seco y los trozos pegajosos. No pidas desde aquí a menos que quieras la espera. Es más fácil hacer que los dominós o McDonald's sean justos.

Food arrived late, when I called the shop to get an ETA they said 5 minutes with no apology. After waiting an additional half an hour I get a call off a lady asking for directions to get into my building. Finally after another 15 minutes the food was delivered slightly warm but dry. will not order from here again (would rather **** between my hands and clap)

The food was 45 minutes late. When I called to ask the restaurant about delivery the phone was not answered. The food arrived cold and the mozzarella sticks were over cooked and hard. We didn’t even get a sorry from the delivery driver.

Think you need to re do your menu. Ordered the chicken kebab we was expecting the chicken to be like the menu says but we receive some tasteless shavings of some kind of meat ( we hope). May considered buying from else where in future

It's a shame, I had high hopes for this takeaway, the garlic bread arrived stuck together, no colour, the pizza was okay, extremely greasy, chips and salad good. The main let down was extremely late, lukewarm food, they didn't all, I had to chase, this was pre-ordered. I'll give them another go, just hope this was a one off!!!

Never had a problem before but just lately there is always something wrong.. most of the order was brilliant but paid for chocolate cake.. don’t know what was all over it but wasn’t even going to try and eat it.. maybe someone should be checking food quality before it’s sent out to paying customers. I know it can get busy but food quality is surely of importance

Terrible service when food arrived it was a totally different chicken. chicken kebab instead of chicken breast. in both the burger and the naan bread. I wasn't notified of this change and when I called up I was put off and not called back. I made a follow up call and then was told I will get a call back. they sent half the money back without notifying me they would do so. i wasn't able to eat none of the food I ordered due to not eating chic kebab.. i will never order from here again.. poor customer service skills and instead of keeping a customer happy they're more interested in holding onto the money. disgusted never again !!!!!!!

Square pizza means you get corners. You can't say that with a round pizza! Well prepared with what seemed like fresh ingredients at a good price with great service from the delivery driver. Couldn't ask for more... Not even corners!

fantastic mixed kebab that got delivered to my truck in Tamworth. Very Very nice, hot, tasty, and a HUGH portion. Cannot fault it at all. next time I’m overnighting in Tamworth I will be ordering again from these guys. Thank you so much for a excellent meal.

So so disappointed, ordered for 8 as my wife wasn't back until then. Food arrived 20 mins early. Pizza was the worst pizza, like a frozen square pizza. We also ordered a mixed kebab and the Donner meat was thick 2cm rectangles of meat. It's not often we have takeaways so fuming!

Tried dordon house for first time and won't be returning, food was awful, pizza dry, chips burnt, Pitta was served in a naan and wasn't even chicken kebab, it was chicken breast cut up into chunks! It's the following day and I've been sat on the toilet for half of it!!! This place not even worthy of 1 star! Awful!!!

Food was lovely would give it 10/10 However found half a potato scallop in my kebab ( very very strange ) but apart from that highly recommend this place 😊

Food generally pretty good as is delivery. But from my experience avoid the chicken kebab soggy and tasteless. Two mouthfulls and in the bin. I complained the restaurants reply was simply "we know what we sent out". Quite amusing really as I for one won't be using them again. Customer Service haha

This was the first time we have ordered from this shop. Unfortunatley we found the food lacking and were unimpressed. £7.90 for the kebab and the chicken was rubbery. £3 for a burgerthat looked like it had been thrown together Maybe we were unluckey, based on the reviews it would appear so, but we will try somewhere else next time.

Normally really good service but past few times they have forgot items or got the items wrong, I have put it down to them being busy but for it to happen the past few times I will not be ordering again.

Pizza was completely mullered, was just in a pile at the end of the box. Managed to salvage it, and after a few minutes in the oven after being reassembled was pretty tasty. But if I had wanted to to faff about like that I wouldn’t be ordering a takeaway instead of cooking something. Bit disappointing, but could have been worse. at least it tasted alright.
