I used to order from here all the time then got a few bad experiences so haven’t used for a long time. Last night thought we would try again I ordered a chicken kebab and left a message saying g I wanted it in pitta instead Of a nan bread. I couldn’t believe when it arrived thought it felt light the chicken or lack of chicken what was in it. That’s it with them NEVER AGAIN

Have been ordering from here. While and lately it has been going down hill. But tonight was the last straw will not order from them ever again

Since the change in ownership this place is going downhill. Mix Grill pizzas are nothing like they used to be. No more lamb on there and the crust is often very hard price is still the same though! The excuse they gave is that the lamb takes too long to cook...it was never a problem before!!

I dont normaly leave feed bk but this is now 3rd time from here food arrived stone cold when i rang to complain was told the driver had 4 other deluveries to do before mine thats why it was cold. NOT GOOD ENOUGH will not use again

Ordered a hot peri peri fajita and hot wedges there was no flavour to them, at all, ordered a medium spice peri peri chicken in pita that also had no flavour to it at all and it was burnt. I also ordered a can of Fanta, that didn't arrive 1 large bottle of coke and one large bottle of 7up I received 2 bottles of coke. I was told it was going to be delivered at 6:15 then I received a phone call telling me it's going to be at 6:30 food didn't turn up until 6:45. Not impressed won't be ordering from here again.

They didnt deliver my correct order and the piri chicken i ordered was overcooked so much that it was hard and dry and was not edable. I would not recommend this takeaway to anyone.

Delivery man never rang. Had to ring restaurant twice to ask where it was. Said it was delivered when it wasn't delivered. Turned up cold. No extra but charged for extra. Disappointing.

after a hour and half delivery i rang mr happys for them to scream and shout at me telling me they haven't received a order as he was still refused point blank i haven't ordered the take away arrived 😠😠

Delivery was very late but I did ring up to check & they were very apologetic & did give us some freebies so all was good. The chilli pizza was lovely 👍🏼

Chilli pizza was just meat and cheese, not spicy at all. Which was disappointing. The other pizzas were great but the delivery was 40 min. late.

Every single time I have ordered from this takeaway they either don't have what they're advertising, get the order wrong, miss something out or burn food. When they do get something right, it tastes good. A shame their organisation skills aren't as high quality as their food skills.

Driver complained about the distance he travelled. Why accept a delivery? of over £20.00 if it's 'well too far' also accused us of lying about the postcode so we could get the order which was correct from the off. Bless him.

Arrived 1hr 40mins after I ordered. Phoned after am hour and 10 minutes to be told another 10 minutes... Was waiting another 30. My Onion rings were cold but the chicken tikka wrap was really nice

Waited for hours for this meal to turn up deliver man said he had delivered it at 10 30 meal was delivered at 1155 and was cold ibe got to be up again in morning to go to work so can't wait for more food to be delivered really not happy with the service or the lies you took payment when you had not delivered

Late delivery, asked for sauce and salad to be separate it wasn't, thankfully the chilli sauce wasn't too hot because it was covered!

One of the items i ordered was no longer provided by the takeaway & the delivery took 2 hours for 2 kebabs.

Order came wrong and cold, rang them and they did offer to remake but said we would have a long wait as they were busy, told them not to bother so agreed they would sort something on next order, unususual ats it's normally good.

A loyal customer for yrs,used to be the best but has been up n down for awhile,never wanted to give bad reviews and keep going back,but it's getting worse,tonight sent wrong order after ringing to double confirm,and 16in pizza's only had about 10 in topping(again) think it's time to give up on Mr Happy's :(

Used to eat here all the time. Order was wrong today, pizza was burnt, sent wrong pizza and didn't pick up as they have caller ID attached to addresses. Very disappointing. Will not order from here again sadly.

When we received our order the pizza they gave us was wrong. I rang the takeaway to ask for the correct pizza to be sent out. I spoke to a very rude person who then told me I would have to wait half an hour for a new one to be made and sent out. When we received the correct pizza it was very burnt and the parts of the pizza/all the crusts were totally inedible. We have had some great meals from Mr Happys before but this incident has made us question going there again.

Got there quite early to collect my food and rather than asking me to come back later, they had it ready within five minutes. The staff and management are always polite, friendly and helpful and always have a smile on their face.

Food arrived 2 hours after ordering, was cold and the chips weren't even cooked properly. The best part of the order was the can of pop which was incidentally the wrong pop to what I'd ordered!!

Delivery was an hour and I only recieved half the order. I also recieved wedges when I ordered onion rings but was only told they didn't have any when I rang up to complain. They took an extra half an hour to deliver the rest of my food. Very disappointing. Will not use again.

Far too much cheese, cripsy pizza seemed like a thick one. Not really pleasant.

Love Mr Happy, and most of the time the get it spot on. Then, like tonight, sometimes they get it very wrong! Ordered an American burger, a chicken fillet burger and a side of garlic mushrooms. I asked for delivery at 7.25pm (which was an an hour after ordering). Then on the confirmation it said it would be here by 7.55pm. It actually arrived at 8.20pm - that's almost 2 hours after ordering! Garlic mushrooms were delicious. The American Burger was very tasty. The chicken fillet burger wasn't...it was a deep fried, very overdone, very flattened, breaded chicken burger. It should have been a plain chicken fillet in a bun with lettuce and mayo (which I've had from here a couple of times) - not breaded, not fried. I paid for chicken fillet, got what was cheaper on the menu! They don't always seem to read the order properly, which is a pity! Had to make do - wasn't prepared to wait another 2 hours for a replacement!!! Pity, because when they get it right, they're one of the best!

Delivery was going to be well over an hour so ended up collecting. One can of rubicon missing and no salad in wrap as requested. The food was was nice despite this though.

Food was good but they for got my 2 cans of pop. Rang back 3 times and still didnt recieve them just a excuse sayin 'oh can we bring them nxt time'! Not good enough.

Two stars off my usual rating as pizza wasn't as cheesey and was slightlt burnt on crust, making it a bit dry, not the usual standards! Also, not sure why they have mozarella appetisers as they never ever have them in! But otherwise good service and i normally enjoy the food

We used to order from Mr Happy all the time but unfortunately the food isn't as good or at least it wasn't this time. The Naan was like Dough & seemed like it wasn't cooked. The chicken was like rubber and had clearly been microwaved. Tiny tub of chilli sauce which is suitable for a small kebab in a wrap but not an entire naan. Not ordering again I'm afraid

Ordered spaghetti bolognese. A traditional tomato pasta dish. Arrived coated in chili. Far too hot to be edible. Called to complain. Sent out freshly made new one. Just as bad. Won't order from here again despite ordering at least 30 times over the past year. Extremely disappointed

1 hr 45 minutes!!!! I'm Mr Unhappy, utter rubbish, won't be ordering from here again...oh the chicken portions and chips were tiny, no exaggeration!!!

Awful!!! Took just under 2 hours to get here! Forgot the Coke! And the pasta dish I had was all greese!! And to top it off... I was up most of the night throwing up!! Bloody disgusting! Will never order from there again and will tell all my friends not to either!!!

The food was cold upon arrival. This is possibly because it took two hours to deliver to our house, which is a six minute drive away. We often use the Manchester Road branch of this takeaway, which is much further away and we never have an issue. I called twice and the reasoning was 'we've had loads of deliveries'. In which case I would expect that they would refuse an order rather than take two hours. The food was inedible as it was beyond a microwave rescue and the chips where raw. Not just undercooked, but raw.

Always love my food from Mr Happy! Propper pizzas, and the spicy chips are amazing

The worst i've had from mr happy!! Food came just on time, but it was cold and didn't taste like it normally does. Ordered a can of sprite with the food but recieved 5 dips instead?!?!?!?? Didn't ring and complain about it (because i basically couldn't be arsed) but how can you confuse a can of sprite to 5 dips??

Delivery time was pushed back 30 minutes and the delivery guy parked halfway down the street!

Not impressed, requested delivery at 00:00 for specific reason, food arrived at 11:05pm, telephoned to ask why they quoted "we are closed at that time" they could have telephoned to say so and could they deliver a little earlier, very disappointed first time user, won't be doing so again

I ordered a vegetarian calzone and on the website it didn't say it included sweet corn but when it arrived it was packed with sweet corn a hole in the top and cheese was all at the back and the rest of it was just sweet corn and abit of red onion and tomatoe. I left about 3/4 of it just because it didn't have any consistency between cheese, sauce and veg

Food was almost an hour late, cold on arrival and I had to ring multiple times to find out what was going in. Mr Happy in Linthwaite is fab, sad this one isn't the same.

The only reason I'm not giving full stars is that the wedges were a bit soggy but I think that was probably because they were in the box for a while. Both the pizzas we had were really good - the deep bases are the best ones we've had in Huddersfield! We will definitely be ordering from here again

Decent takeaway and pizzas were nice, the biggest disappointment were the spicy chips that said specifically in the description 'homemade'. They were just normal fries with some god awful herbs sprinkled on. False advertising in my book.
