Ordered at 22:56pm, took over 38 minutes to prepare. One extra large pizza and not even cooked properly also staff was very rude, not worth ordering would avoid completely.

I recently had a horrifying experience with It's Pizza Time and their manager. We had agreed on a price for their services over the phone and via text, but we arrived to pick them up, the manager demanded double the agreed-upon price and became argumentative and rude when I tried to calmly explain the situation. To make matters worse, he was already an hour and half late as agreed I'll be collecting the pizzas at 1 for a childrens christmas party. When I expressed concern about the delay and the price, the manager made a reprehensible statement, saying "I hope the children who eat this suffer and get sick." I was extremely disappointed and disturbed by the behavior of the manager and would not recommend doing business with It's Pizza Time. The manager's unprofessional and inappropriate conduct was completely unacceptable, and I would be wary of the safety and quality of their food after hearing such a callous comment. I would advise others to avoid this establishment and seek out a more reputable and customer-friendly pizza provider.

Ordered at 3am, took over 2 hours to deliver. Medium pizza was smaller than my fist and debatable as to wether cooked properly or not, not worth ordering would avoid completely

I ordered a meal deal with 4 items. Only 2 were in the delivery. The driver says they had run out and he will drop it next time he passes by!! I phoned the ship, went mad at the manager because I’d already paid. He told me get money back from just eat. Very rude, never use again!!!!

Menu description was misleading and didn't tell you really what you were getting. Burgers were horrible. Portions were incredibly small. The kebab wrap was exactly three bites. Didn't actually get the order we placed which was handy as two portions of chips equated to one normal portion. Garlic bread tasted odd. As you can guess I won't be ordering from there again.

Wrong order terrible customer service and reluctant to correct my order definitely wouldn't recommend this place

absolute trash!!! the chicken was uncooked and extremely rubbery, the pizza was oily and the toppings were just thrown on top badly NEVER buying again. I’m considering to report them to the council because of the improper treatment.

I ordered this from Just Eat and I am genuinely horrified by the quality of the food. I ordered a hot dog, chips and drink and ribs. The only thing they had right was the canned drink (not the drink I ordered but acceptable). The hot dog isn't really be classed as a hot dog. More like a cocktail sausage in a roll. The chips came soggy/uncooked and the ribs were mostly fat.

The pizzas had a bleach taste and smell,the chicken wings was very very very small,my childrens did not eat the pizzas,

To start, its wrong of me to put food quality 1 star, as I have no idea what its like as it never came. No contact with the restaurant. The delivery driver eventually came, went passed the house then went away not to return. Joke of a restaurant, abysmal service, do not order.

Usually order take - away from here. You can either have it delivered or collect. Collecting works quite well as then you collect the pizza just prepared for you and just out if the oven. I usually order their vegetarian deluxe and enjoy it. Of course there are other options; pizza as well as other items. Friendly staff and good service.

Late food, not hot some food seemed reheated This used to be a good place but has decreased in value which is a shame, wont try it again

Got a call from the restaurant advising that they didn't have my chosen dip so chose another one, it arrived early and was hot. Nice

I hate to leave negative reviews but I've got to be honest here. This wasn't impressive at all. We were out of options as it was too late to cook and all the shops were closed. An extra 10 minutes were added to the delivery time which was frustrating considering we were starving. The delivery driver seemed friendly but when the food came the pizza was cold, the spicy fries weren't even spicy, they were curly fries. The Garlic Mayo dips were a bit disappointing. The chicken strips tasted very weird, it was as if the chicken wasn't cooked properly. I'm sorry but we won't be ordering again.

Disappointed that I didn't receive a stuffed crust pizza as requested. How can order noted be ignored? Not the first time, Historically on a few occasions asked for extra sauce on the Base but never received it. I keep re ordering as despite the bad organisation / attention to detail the pizza quality and taste is very good.

This is the second time that I've ordered from this place where they haven't started making my order when I've come to collect. The manager tried to argue that the order was only received at the collection time, but later apologised. I ordered a meal deal that the manager was not aware of which resulted in a further 10 minute delay. All in all, the food is ok, but the service and staff are terrible.

Delivery guy is kind .order arrived earlier so that's good. However they send me 2 very spicy pizzas not what i ordered .I just put then to the bin. Big disappointment.

The pizzas are freshly made while you wait and they offer you the best value for what you want. Great variety and choices of toppings as well

If you want a freshly made pizza for cheap and of a massive size then look no further. While other restaurants in the area have recently reviewed 0 for hygiene, pizza time keeps going. A fiver gets you an XL with custom toppings, what more do you need. The wait is long but what do you expect, everybody is doing the same thing!

Nice food, good delivery time! Should add one of the best meat samosas I've had in ages, nice, crispy and not too spicy but just perfect and the perfect pastry crisp. Well done.

Despite having moved house 3 years ago & registering this change of address with Just Eat, everytime we have ordered from It's Pizza Time they deliver to the incorrect address. This leads to our food arriving later than expected and lukewarm. Disappointing as the ribs we ordered were apparently very tasty

Food was spicy even though boing on pizzeria should of been hot. It took a hour and 15 mins to come. Wasn't hot.

Pizza tasted off. Rang up to complain and refused to do anything about it. Also delivered 30 mins earlier than the time specified, while I was still rushing home. Complaint on its way to Just Eat and won't be using again.

I use this takeaway regularly. And despite having to give directions to drivers the food always arrives hot and on time. This order arrived tepid and 40mins late

Kids meal was not sent only the pizza so paid 3.99 for nothing really. They had garlic sauce instead of mayo for the burgers. Burgers were very dry

It is with joy in my heart and a tear in my eye I can say I really impressed with the service, the delivery man was very friendly and polite, food was delivered 30 minutes after ordering (15 minutes earlier than the predicted delivery time) and arrived hot, the food was well priced. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a decent pizza place, you've got yourself a regular customer!

I like It's Pizza Time's pizzas - there's plenty of variety and often good deals. Sometimes the quality or ingredients can vary a little (maybe down to how busy they are?), but, on the whole, tasty pizzas with a large variety and good combination of flavours, good service and value for money.

Garlic bread pizza was lovely. The pizza itself was slightly burnt and the ribs were beyond awful

Service is fine. I received pizza on time. The only thing I did not like was garlic bread which was burned and there was no taste of garlic butter.

A couple of changes to my order but was communicated really well (almost straight after my order) which I appreciated. Delivery was late, but the driver was apologetic and really nice about it. Most of the food was great but I might have to leave the nuggets alone for a while. Overall was great and I will definitely be ordering again!

I´m impressed with this place. Last time I order they forgot the BBQ hotdog, and whilst I was not happy at the time I accepted the apology and they offered to bring it next time. I reminded them with this order and they brought my hotdog, I was certainly worth the wait, I recommend trying it. Also delivery was quick.

Got the 5.99 any pizza deal and the pizza was nice also Went for the Garlic pizza bread and it was nice too. Turned up 20 minutes earlier than the scheduled time and good value.

Taste of pepperoni pizza was outstanding, it even reminded me about my favorite pizza place in Los Angeles so from now on I will definitely order pizza from here if I want to have my favorite "LA -pizza experience". Cheese and pepperoni really had the best taste I have yet experienced in Harrow so the quality gets five starts from me. Howerver only issues I faced was that the delivery time which took little bit longer than promised and that the driver didn´t have enough change to give back when playing with bills. But definitely a great pizza place and I will definitely order again despite the issues of service and delivery time!

Made a mistake ordering here again , but thought maybe this time they would get the order right.........so wrong.. All 4 pizza turned up with tomatoes on along with tomato sauce base (big capital letters were used to explain allergies to tomatoes) Phoned restaurant to which I was told : *owner has lost money on this order due to pizzas being 5.99 on meal deal and further 20% off spends over £20 * my address is outside delivery area (by 200m) and cost him extra in petrol. (His delivery ends on Long Elms, I live on headstone lane!) * tried ringing my phone (mobile which was in my pocket the whole time) * can´t take pizzas back as they would be cold and he can´t resell them cold After I explained to him that he should have read the order and rejected it (he claims he is out of BBQ sauce even though one of the pizzas was BBQ chicken??) he slammed the phone down, refusing a refund, telling me to throw pizzas away. Had to phone justeat to make a complaint and hopefully get a refund. Avoid this place like the plague, he makes a mistake and tries to blame everything but himself....

Ordered 2 pizzas and a hotdog (at 9.45pm)and stated in the comment box, absolutely no tomatoes or tomato base opting for BBQ instead due to allergies. It took just over an hour to get to me (10.55) When the delivery guy/owner delivered the pizzas, he complained that I was outside of his delivery area and that I should pay £5 for the delivery. I refused, obviously, and was told that I was not to order from them again (they are based south harrow and he said delivery catchment stops at long elms lane - I live another 100 yards down the road near hatch end high school!!) when I opened the boxes, there where tomatoes everywhere on both pizzas, a tomato sauce base and the hotdog (smothered in tomato sauce) was put into a pizza box so had rolled around and opened up, smothering sauce everywhere. I phoned the shop and the owner was shutting up and was far from helpful, pleasant or anything that might imply that they know how to run a business. I was told that I was lucky I got the food delivered so I should be grateful! He refused a refund or a replacement pizza and put the phone down on me. If you have money to burn, don´t really want to eat the food you order or fancy being berated and belittled by a male suffering from Little Man Syndrome, the go a head and order from here!
