Omg this pizza they serve here is absolutely 😋. 💯 everything. Very friendly owner. Can't fault one single thing. My favourite is the vegatarian volcano 🌋.

Customer service wasn’t great then waited 1hour 20 mins for order to find that the burger I asked for with no salad or sauce just cheese has come plastered in Mayo and lettuce phoned them up to tell them not ordering again.

Decided to try their food as heard mixed reviews, have to say was the most disgusting food I've ever had delivered. Just-eat refuse to refund and staff were all arguing between them when I called to complain. One thing I know is that when cooking oil needs changing, its pretty poor for them to continue cooking food in it. Food was soggy, bad oil smell as soon as you opened the box. Wish I had taken the food to environmental health. Don't waste your money 🤢

Food was barely lukewarm by the time it arrived, garlic bread was a waste of money

Found a bone in my chicken burger not nice at all should not be happening

My pizzas were suppose to be delivered at 17:40 they arrived at 19:00! Both pizza’s were freezing cold and not at all nice! Not a happy bunny at the moment!

Food was two hours late not received refund will not use again very unhappy

When I first placed the order the delivery time was 35-50 minutes. Once I ordered it changed to 1:15. It actually arrive after more than 2 hours. I called the restaurant after 90 mins to ask where it was and was informed it was 5-6 mins away. I called again after 2 hour and was informed it was with the driver. It arrive 10 mins later No apology, explanation or discount offered.

Ordered coleslaw as a side, didn't turn up 😔

Food was stone cold when it eventually got ere n neither shop or driver gave a toss. No apology at all. DO NOT USE. AWFUL PLACE

Delivered on time and the ‘Perfect’ lazy Sunday dinner after a busy day. A can of drink was punctured and half empty when it arrived but without prompting they delivered a replacement later this evening, which I didn’t expect but was very impressed by.

Food was relatively good. My stomach, however, disagrees!

Rang and told it would be 5 minutes - I had to wait another 30 minutes. I left a delivery instruction to ring me on arrival and that didn’t happen - my food was dumped and by the time I realised this - it had gone stone cold - a complete and utter waste of money and very very bad service.

Rude delivery driver, dropped food on the floor then appeared to shove some of it back in the box before picking it up and handing it to me. Unimpressed.

Ordered the food at half 7 the delivery time was estimated as 8:40. By that time it had already said it had been delivered. The chat box was useless and gave automatic responses which transpired to be untrue and unrelated to our order. We rang the restaurant and they were just as useless and even said that the drivers clicked all orders as delivered before they left the premises so they didn’t have to do it when they arrived back. Food finally came and was not worth the wait. Ordered a take away for convenience as we both have early morning starts in the morning and was just a stressful experience and impacted on the evening. App is also not user friendly. Should be called ‘Just Wait’.

The toffee banoffee pie was definitely not banoffee. More like dry toffee but was alright. The pizza was nice tho

Pizza was good, dips were horrible, but then again no pizza place matches dominoes dip.

Part of the food arrived on time, was told the rest would be with me in due time, I can understand mistakes. But then I was then given wrong food. I’d ordered 1x chocolate cake and 1x bonoffe pie I was delivered 2x chocolate cake with a hastily scribbled ‘sorry no bonoffee’ on the lid of the box. To top it off the chocolate was incredibly stale. Not what I’ve come to expect for a decent takeaway

Requested a timed delivery and added a clear note to request not to deliver early due to partner finishing work. Food delivered early so was cold by time she got home. 2nd time this has happened. Won’t bother again.

I have ordered through just eat 4 times and each time used the same takeaway and I have always only been charged £2.50 delivery. This time I paid the £2.50 and was then told I had to pay another £3.00 I refused this and said if this was the case I was cancelling my order. I found the manager of the shop rude and when I tried explaining I had never paid £5.50 for delivery he tried saying it was because we live in a village and yes we do live in a village but it is 3 miles away from the city centre. I will never use this takeaway again!!

I feel a bit harsh, delivery person couldn't find the place but the food was cold and cheesy garlic bread is naf rewarmed in a micro and so are fries, disappointed with the meal.

Driver asked for £4 delivery fee when he arrived after we already paid £3 for delivery for the order. £7 total for delivery of less than afew miles.

Food still not arrived is now over an hour late.

Food really good as it always is

ordered before they closed, rang up asking if they could get it delivered, said it would be fine! an hour later we call again, first time they didn’t answer, second time they answered and checked if it was still coming, they said it shouldn’t be too long! two hours after ordering, nothing, called them, no answer! waste of time, we’ve now gone without food for the night, cancelled the order.

Always good hot tasty food despite our distance from the retailer. Thanks guys.

I phoned the restaurant to let them know I would be waiting outside due to the restaurant never knowing how to get to the property I live at so I tried helping out by going to a location they would know. They told me my food had left the restaurant 10 mins previous to the phone call and would be with me soon and let the driver know. I was left waiting outside for another 40 minutes. The food was cold, chips taste old and the burger tasted old and stale. I will never use the restaurant again

Do not usually have an issue with these and we are very regular customers, today our food was over 40 mins late and didn’t even let us know bearing in mind it was getting on for 1:00 am before it got to us then the delivery driver was rude to my son telling him next time he’s to go down 2 flights of stairs to get the food off him? I left a note stating buzzer was temperamental and doesn’t always work

I ordered the coriander chilli chicken pizza and there was not a hint of coriander on the pizza, the pizza wasn’t very cheesy either. I ordered 3 dips and only received two. The kids liked it, but they are happy with any form of junk food.

Cold food, 1 hour and a half late. Poor quality. Never again

I ordered it at 1800 and didn't until 1945. The pizzas were Luke warm I have ordered directly before and this was the first time with just eat I wont rush to order from here again

Really great food, one of my favourite places to go for pizza now! only a few minutes late but that is due to my house being so hard to find so wasn’t drivers fault! - Driver was also really nice and friendly Would definitely recommend

The driver did not provide food in the application is marked as delivered. Pickups were supposed to be up to 11.30 pm the driver called 1.00 am when I was sleeping. Food should leave outside what he did not do.

Excellent food, we ordered our food at 00:30am and it arrived at 01:15, me and my fiancé had a chicken fillet meal each. And shared a tan chicken wings and I’ve got to say neither disappointed. Chicken burger was fresh, juicy, and super tasty. Chips are delicious and so fresh. And the chicken wings was yummy. The delivery driver was super friendly when doing his contactless delivery. Very unpleasant when rang the restaurant to ask abowhere our chips And sofe drinks was with our meals, felt Like they was laughing down the phone at us, said our meals didn’t come with chips but on the menu it said they did, they need to change the menu very unhappy

Love this place but lately our food keeps arriving warmish👎🏼 I absolutely hate cold chips 😢 they said it’s to do with the drivers getting lost on delivery’s before mine but that’s not professional or fair to serve me cold food 😢

1. Tower burger was only single when I ordered a double 2. Chips were cold 3. 3 items were missing from my order, which I had to wait a extra hour for them to be delivered 4. This is the 2nd time from this restaurant that I've had to ring as something has been wrong with my order.

Ordered from here It was over 2 hours late. Called them they had no idea about the order and hadn't even prepared it!

Food was awful. Chips soggy. And probably supermarket own brand cheap and nasty. Kebab meat was hard barely edible at all and tasted like it was hours old not fresh. Forgot our milkshakes had to wait another hour just for those. Terrible manners from staff on the phone and delivery drivers. My advice do not buy this crappy food waste of money

5* as always. Love this place, 1 of our favourite takeaways 😋
