We ordered pizza from munchies and I never had pizza like that before Why your pizzas are so cheap they should not be that cheap

Having been turned away from Wetherspoons because we dont have smartphones to order on an app. and other places had run out of food, this was a port in a storm but turned out to be very tasty and we could sit inside. Tasty Doner chicken with chips filled a gap very nicely and friendly service from staff.

I was charged almost £4 for delivery. Delivery mileage is £1 per mile but my address is only 1 mile away. 😡

On arrival (the place was empty & remained empty for the duration of my visit) I attempted to place my order. After ordering the guy answered the phone as I’m attempting to pay, so after standing around like a lemon at the counter I decide to sit down at one of their uncleaned tables and read their poorly spelt menu! After being sat for 10 minutes the guy had finished on the phone (a customer had phoned up asking where their order was) I was ushered up to the counter to pay for my order. Unbeknownst to me once I had paid they then decided they’d start to cook my food! Had I have known after being sat there for 10 minutes watching all the staff stood around playing on their mobile phones they hadn’t started cooking my food I’d have just walked out. Anyway I digress! So it was back to my dirty table (we’re in the middle of a pandemic and they can’t be arsed to tear themselves away from their mobile phones to wipe a table) to see if I could spot anymore spelling mistakes! Anyway over 20 minutes later the server asks me 3 times what I would like on my kofta kebab. Mayo and lemon juice being my response each and every time (I refused to buckle under the pressure of their repetitive question!). Well mayo and lemon juice I got! The sodding thing was absolutely swimming in it. So much so that my car also has a good coating of lemon juice from the journey home from where it leaked out of the polystyrene box. Now my car has that lemony kebab fresh scent! So to summarise, if you like standing around like an idiot attempting to order your food, enjoy a long wait and don’t mind your car smelling like an 'average kebab' at best, this is the place for you! If not my advice would be go next door.

There were no photos of the food items so I had to guess on the sizes and I can tell you they were ridiculous for the price, I ordered at 21:00 and the app told me it would be delivered to me “around” 21:45. I thought that was okay because I had just finished work and I was starving as well as tired. 21:45 went by and I tried calling the restaurant by the staff members deliver via Deliveroo but As soon as it went through they hung up on me. Eventually it arrived 22:30, and I was very disappointed at the actual food itself, looked sloppy and quickly made. Would not recommend eating from that restaurant again

Jesus wept. A few years ago these guys at least had decent deals for pizzas going. Christ almighty, after going through the absurd signup process I had my order confirmed (1hr wait). 10 minutes later, receive an email saying my order is declined due to traffic. Absolute mice in charge at all levels ere. Terrible blokes 1 star.

This is my 3rd order in lockdown and every time the food has been tasty and hot. I’ve no complaints, the mixed meat kebab is great. I can only judge on my food experience and it’s 5 out of 5 for me.

Easy to order via deliveroo and arrived on time. We had two kids meals which were great size portions(one cheese burger one chicken burger) and with two fussy kids we were surprised as for once they were happy with their meals.We shared a chicken bucket and fries and have no complaints.

We had munchies last night and it was fantastic food. I searched before I ordered but the reviews are not as good as other restaurants. Because I know how busy they are

The owner is terrible he shouts at you down the phone when you ask where your food is after nearly 2hours. When it arrived the food was cold and looked like someone spat on top of it all meals went straight in the bin. Do not EVER trust them with your food awful place needs shutting down.

Not the best place I have had a take out from. Ordered a kebab with fries Kebab was okay, nothing special, supposed to be in a nan, but more like a large dried pitta bread, the chips however were awful, cold, rubbery un edable. First time and last time.

Went for a breakfast great choice from SlimmingWorld to big full English breakfast not over priced no frills but good tasty food.

Unfortunately we will not be ordering from munchies again. Each time we have ordered for delivery the delivery charge has increased. We are now being charged £7 where we used to be charged £5. It's a shame as the food was good but we never received phone calls to explain that the charges were being increased. Daylight robbery considering we live a 5 mile drive from town. Of all the restaurants that deliver to us munchies charge the most for delivery.Curious too how all the reviews and hygiene rating that showed on the just eat app has now disappeared.

Arrived looking like this and yet it was still the Wrong pizza. Incredibly Rude staff. Tastes vial. Dont waste your money. Even a few beers won't save this one!

Bought a selection of snacks and one item from the order was nice. The rest was awful. Crap cheap burgers. And one item so cold, I wonder if had even been microwaved. Would not eat at "Munchies" again even if I was paid to. Totally awful.

Ordered food from munchies, cash on delivery and didn’t even get my food. Tried to ring them but their phone line was ‘busy’ for an hour so after 2 hrs I gave up trying. I wasted my time and after 2 hrs everywhere else was shut, shocking service.
